Recently, MoS2quantum dots (QDs) have receive widespread attention as a promising luminescent material. However, so far, little effort has been made on the multicolor emission of MoS2QDs. Herein, an in situiodine doping strategy is presented and used to synthesize tunable-photoluminescent (PL) MoS2QDs. By fine iodine doping, the PL of the MoS2QDs (I-MoS2QDs) can be tuned in the range from 423 nm to 529 nm, which exceeds the as-reported emission wavelength range. Studies using controlled experiments and density functional theory (DFT) reveal that the change in electronic state of MoS2QDs is responsible for the changing PL due to iodine doping. As-synthesized I-MoS2QDs combined with Fe3+is developed as a “turn-off–on” fluorescence sensor for F−ions in water. The fluorescence probe has a fine linear response to F−ions in the concentration range of 2.5–80 μM, and the limit of detection is 1.4 μM (S/N = 3).

With the implementation of a market economy after 1979, the CPA profession in China was revived and the public accounting firm was reestablished as a newly created social organization. However, due to the socio-economic and political factors existing at that time, they could not be established as independent firms. These newly established firms were required to affiliate with existing government or educational institutions. This has given rise to the term 'hooking-up,' which refers to the affiliated relationship between an auditing firm and its sponsoring organization. This paper examines the development of this phenomenon and the future outlook of the Chinese auditing profession. Given the complexity of this relationship, several accounting and social issues are examined. In addition, this paper also discusses the factors hindering the movement toward establishing independent accounting firms in China and the removal of the hooking-up relationship.

China's value-added tax (VAT) has global implications, since China is the largest country using a VAT system. A survey conducted on the tax indicates many respondents are concerned about the VAT's effect on global competition, inflation, and cash flow. The lack of proper training of tax administrators is cited as another problem area. The VAT's introductory period is considered to have been too short and should have been more carefully planned. Additional research is needed on Chinese noncompliance with the law, and a comparison with other VATs, such as those in Europe, should be undertaken.

China's experiments with economic reforms over the past 10 years have resulted in new management systems to facilitate the changes. Recent use of Western managerial accounting techniques by government-owned Chinese businesses has played a key and demonstrable role in these new management systems, as well as in the nation's social, political, and economic reforms.

Considering that Ca2+ has the similar ion radius and the substituted ability as Sr2+ and Ba2+ but the same family, CaxSr1-x-yLayO•nFe(2n-z)/nCoz/nO3 ferrites have been synthesized by the conventional ceramic process. Structure and magnetic properties of CaxSr1-x-yLayO•nFe(2n-z)/nCoz/nO3 compounds have systematically been investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and B-H hysteresis curve measurements. Several compositions are selected to investigate the formation of M phase with the joint replacement of Ca-La-Co. It is found that the formation mechanism is based on the replacement of Sr2+ by La3+ plus Ca2+ and the charge compensation by Co2+. In futher results, the unexpectedly intrinsic coercivity of 436 kA/m and residual flux density of 0.445 T were obtained. In terms of material preparation, we believe that CaxSr1-x-yLayO•nFe(2n-z)/nCoz/nO3 is effective in the production of future high energy permanent magnets.
