Low carbon steels require not only high strength and hardness，but also good corrosion resistance and antibacterial property.In order to study the corrosion resistance and antibacterial property of different low carbon steels with different Cu contents under complex working conditions，four steels with different microstructures were selected: MS1500，S-Ten2，F92 and 17-4PH.Acidic (pH＝3)，neutral (pH＝7)，alkaline (pH＝11) and bacterial solutions (escherichia coli and staphylococcus) were selected to simulate the complex environment in which the materials were applied.Their corrosion resistances in these four environments were compared and analyzed by potentiodynamic polarization，electrochemical impedance spectroscopy test and immersion test.The bacteriostatic experiment of the materials was carried out in the bacteria solution environment.In addition，the effect of different Cu precipitation states on the bacteriostatic performance of low carbon steel was further studied through bacteriostatic experiments on S-Ten2 low carbon steels treated with different heat treatments.Results showed that F92 and 17-4PH low carbon steels exhibited excellent corrosion resistance in four environments.The corrosion resistances of the four materials were similar in strong alkali environment.The corrosion resistance of S-Ten2 in alkaline environment was better than that in acidic and neutral environments，and the corrosion resistance of MS1500 was relatively stable in all experimental environments.The corrosion resistances of F92 and 17-4PH were better than that of MS1500 and S-Ten2 in staphylococcal fluid.The antibacterial property of S-Ten2 samples with 900 ℃-6 h water quenching and 560 ℃-6 h air cooling was better than that with 700 ℃-5 min solid solution in escherichia coli solution，indicating that reasonable heat treatment could make the Cu precipitate achieve ideal bacteriostatic effects，but in staphylococcal solution，the bacteriostatic property of samples treated with three different heat treatments were not good.

Interfacial polymerization is a well-known process to synthesize separation layers for thin film composite membranes at an immiscible organic liquid–aqueous liquid interface. The organic–aqueous interface determines the diffusion dynamics of monomers and the chemical environment for polymerization, exerting a critical influence on the formation of polymer thin films. This review summarizes recent advances in tailoring interfacial polymerization using interfaces beyond the conventional alkane–water interface to achieve high-performance separation films with designed structures. Diverse liquid–liquid interfaces are introduced for synthesizing separation films by adding co-solvents into the organic phase and/or the aqueous phase, respectively, or by replacing one of the liquid phases with other solvents. Innovative liquid–gel and liquid–gas interfaces are then summarized for the synthesis of polymer thin films for separation. Novel strategies to form reaction interfaces, such as spray-coating, are also presented and discussed. In addition, we discuss the details of how a physically or chemically patterned substrate affects interfacial polymerization. Finally, the potential of unconventional interfaces in interfacial polymerization is forecast with both challenges and opportunities. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Solar‐driven evaporation process brings exciting opportunities to recover clean water and resources in a sustainable way from diverse sources like seawater and wastewater. Separation membranes, as a vital material in many environmental and energy applications, can contribute significantly to this process owing to their structural features. However, the unique roles of membranes in solar evaporator construction and process design are seldom recognized and not summarized yet from scientific principles and application demands, which forms the motivation of this review. Herein, the roles of membranes in different processes based on solar‐driven evaporation are focused and the design principles of membrane materials and devices to meet the requirements of these applications are discussed. Fabrication strategies for photothermal membranes are introduced primarily, followed by a discussion on how to design membrane materials, devices, and processes to pursue optimal performance and realize advanced functions accompanied by evaporation. In view of problem that industrial Ethernet switch has higher requirement to quality of power supply, a constant supply system for industrial Ethernet switch was designed. Hardware circuits of the system were introduced in details, namely DC stable voltage supply circuit, charging management and control circuit of battery, temperature detection circuit of battery, switching circuit of power supply, CAN bus communication circuit and single-chip microcomputer control circuit, and main program flow of the system was gave. The test result showed that the system can meet with supply requirements of industrial Ethernet switch under complex environment with characteristics of quick dynamic response, low static power consumption.
