The employment of college graduates is related to the overall situation of China's social development, and the difficulty of employment has become a social problem that cannot be ignored. Through the analysis of the current situation of employment, it is found that the lack of employment guidance in colleges and universities and the lack of employment concept of college students are important factors for the difficulty of college students' employment, and college counselors play an irreplaceable role in college students' career planning. Based on the characteristics of college counselors' work, the paper constructs a career planning evaluation system, hoping to provide new ideas for counselors' employment guidance. The college students' career planning evaluation is a multiple attributes group decision making (MAGDM). Recently, the TODIM and GRA technique has been employed to manage MAGDM. The probabilistic hesitant fuzzy sets (PHFSs) are employed as a useful tool for depicting uncertain information during the college students' career planning evaluation. In this paper, the probabilistic hesitant fuzzy TODIM-GRA (PHF-TODIM-GRA) technique is built to manage the MAGDM under PHFSs. At last, the numerical example for college students' career planning evaluation is employed to show the PHF-TODIM-GRA technique. The main contribution of this paper is outlined: (1) the TODIM technique based on GRA technique has been extended to PHFSs based on CRITIC technique; (2) the CRITIC technique is employed to derive weight values under PHFSs. (3) the PHF-TODIM-GRA technique is founded to manage the MAGDM under PHFSs; (4) a numerical case study for college students' career planning evaluation and some comparative analysis is supplied to validate the proposed PHF-TODIM-GRA technique. In order to propose a comprehensive corrosion risk evaluation model based on an analysis of the corrosion risk of sea water pipe systems of ships in service,the modes of potential corrosion and their causes were first analyzed by identifying the origins of the inner and outer corrosion of the sea water pipe systems. In accordance with the matrixes of corrosion occurrence possibility and corrosion risk consequence,a corrosion risk matrix was established for a sea water pipe system. The method for the quantitative evaluation value of each mode of corrosion possibly occurring in a sea water pipe system was then presented. The comprehensive evaluation model of the corrosion was first built using the Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP),which can be used for the comprehensive corrosion evaluation. The results show that the comprehensive evaluation value will be expressed as the corrosion risk level and corrosion-induced consequence of the sea water pipe system. This will be very useful for accurately protecting the sea water pipe systems of ships in service from corrosion,thereby attaining the goals of economy,rationality and timeliness.

Molecular dynamics was used to simulate the transition state for the first chemical reaction step (TS1) of cocaine hydrolysis catalyzed by human butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) and its mutants. The simulated results demonstrate that the overall hydrogen bonding between the carbonyl oxygen of (-)-cocaine benzoyl ester and the oxyanion hole of BChE in the TS1 structure for (-)-cocaine hydrolysis catalyzed by A199S/S287G/A328W/Y332G BChE should be significantly stronger than that in the TS1 structure for (-)-cocaine hydrolysis catalyzed by the WT BChE and other simulated BChE mutants. Thus, the transition-state simulations predict that A199S/ S287G/A328W/Y332G mutant of BChE should have a significantly lower energy barrier for the reaction process and, therefore, a significantly higher catalytic efficiency for (-)-cocaine hydrolysis. The theoretical prediction has been confirmed by wet experimental tests showing an [approximately equal to] (456 [+ or -] 41)-fold improved catalytic efficiency of A199S/S287G/A328W/Y332G BChE against (-)-cocaine. This is a unique study to design an enzyme mutant based on transitionstate simulation. The designed BChE mutant has the highest catalytic efficiency against cocaine of all of the reported BChE mutants, demonstrating that the unique design approach based on transition-state simulation is promising for rational enzyme redesign and drug discovery. molecular dynamics | rational design | transition-state stabilization | cocaine | enzyme-substrate binding

Bacterial infection is one of the greatest threats to public health. In vivo real‐time monitoring and effective treatment of infected sites through non‐invasive techniques, remain a challenge. Herein, we designed a PtII metallacycle‐based supramolecular photosensitizer through the host‐guest interaction between a pillar[5]arene‐modified metallacycle and 1‐butyl‐4‐[4‐(diphenylamino)styryl]pyridinium. Leveraging the aggregation‐induced emission supramolecular photosensitizer, we improved fluorescence performance and antimicrobial photodynamic inactivation. In vivo studies revealed that it displayed precise fluorescence tracking of S. aureus‐infected sites, and in situ performed image‐guided efficient PDI of S. aureus without noticeable side effects. These results demonstrated that metallacycle combined with host‐guest chemistry could provide a paradigm for the development of powerful photosensitizers for biomedicine. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
