LncRNAs and miRNAs are correlated with the pathogenesis of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury (MIRI). Whether lncRNA ROR or miR-185-5p plays a crucial role in MIRI is still unclear. In in-vitro, human cardiac myocytes (HCMs) were treated with hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R). Wistar rats were used to set up an in-vitro I/R model by means of recanalization after ligation. Evaluation of the myocardial injury marker lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in HCMs cells was performed. The expression of miR-185-5p and ROR, IL-1β, and IL-18 were detected by qRT-PCR. ELISA was also performed to evaluate the secretion of IL-1β and IL-18. Western blotting was carried out to determine CDK6, NLRP3, GSDMD-N, ASC, and cleaved-caspase1 protein expression. The relationship between miR-185-5p and CDK6 or ROR was confirmed by a dual-luciferase reporter assay. Our findings revealed that H/R treated HCMs showed a significantly decreased miR-185-5p expression and increased expression of CDK6 and ROR. ROR knockdown reduced H/R induced pyroptosis and inflammation, while knockdown of miR-185-5p accelerated the effect. Furthermore, miR-185-5p was negatively regulated and absorbed by ROR in HCMs. Overexpression of miR-185-5p reversed the H/R-induced cell pyroptosis and upregulation of LDH, IL-1β, and IL-18. In HCMs, miR-185-5p was also negatively regulated and related to CDK6 expression. Moreover, overexpression of CDK6 significantly inhibited the effects of miR-185-5p mimics on the inflammatory response and pyroptosis of HCMs. Knockdown of ROR alleviated H/R-induced myocardial injury by elevating miR-185-5p and inhibiting CDK6 expression. Taken together, our results show that the ROR/miR-185-5p/CDK6 axis modulates cell pyroptosis induced by H/R and the inflammatory response of HCMs.

Idiopathic osteonecrosis of the femoral head (INFH) seriously affects patients' activities and is a heavy burden to society and patients' families. Therefore, the early diagnosis and treatment of INFH is essential in reducing pain and burden. In the present study, the cancellous bone under the cartilage of the femoral head was isolated from patients with INFH and femoral neck fracture (FNF). Histological examination revealed that the bone trabecular and the medullary cavity in the INFH group compared with those in the FNF group. Whole-transcriptome sequencing (WTS), a recently applied technology, plays a significant role in the screening of risk factors associated with the onset of femoral head necrosis. Herein, WTS was used to obtain the mRNA expression profile in the cancellous bone of the femoral head isolated from 5 patients with INFH and 5 patients with FNF. Compared with the FNF group, a total of 155 differentially expressed genes were identified in the INFH group. Among these genes, 96 and 59 were upregulated and downregulated, respectively. Reverse transcription-quantitative PCR and western blot analyses revealed that leucine-rich repeat-containing 17 (LRRC17) displayed the most significantly decreased mRNA and protein expression levels between the INFH and FNF groups. The expression profile of the differentially expressed genes and LRRC17 protein in the INFH and FNF groups was consistent with that obtained by WTS. LRRC17, a leucine repeat sequence, plays a significant role in regulating bone metabolism, thus indicating that LRRC17 downregulation could affect bone metabolism and could be considered a key factor in the pathogenesis of INFH.

Since the first synthesis of an amorphous phase in Au-Si system from liquid, a great number of amorphous alloys have been prepared by rapid solidification. Almost all amorphous alloys require high cooling rates and a lot of studies have been carried out for these metallic glasses. In this study, metallic glass of Nd60Al10Cu20Ni10 have been fabricated, and experimental research was carried out to reflect thermal features. It indicates that the Nd-based amorphous has shown a distinct glass transition and stable super-cooled liquid region. The research results show that the paramagnetic performance of Nd60Al10Cu20Ni10 metallic glass is different from other hard magnetic alloys at ordinary temperature. From the DSC experiment, it is found that the glass transition temperature is increasing with the heating temperature.

High-speed motorized spindle is a key device of modern industry and has been widely used in numerical control machine. Temperature distribution, speed control loading characteristics, precision maintenance, liberation intensity and circumgyration error are not only the key demand of motorized spindle's capability but also an important index to evaluate it's performance. Therefore, this study has detailed described the main structure of motorized spindle. The basic structure and working principal was introduced, and then demonstrated a series of models and specifications of motorized spindle. The finite element model of high-speed motorized spindle was built up and carried out thermal analysis to study the heat generation and heat transfer. With the help of ANSYS finite element software, the temperature field distribution and the temperature rise condition for motorized spindle were analyzed. The result shows that the front bearing has a higher temperature than that of back bearing. The maximum temperature of inner ring is bigger than that of outer ring. The results contribute to selection of appropriate bearing for motorized spindle system.

Metal cutting processing is the most fundamental, most widely and the most important processing in industrial production. Because the development of mechanical manufacturing level plays a very important role in the coating technology material machining process. A coated carbide cutting tool with its high hardness and high wear resistance, good chemical stability and extensive compatibility characteristics, is widely applied in the metal cutting processing field. The author mainly studies the cutting force contrast between coated carbide cutting tools and not coated ones. Cutting tests have testified that if PVD technology applied on cutting, the cutting force of hard alloy cutter will alter with the change of feeds (f), depth of cutting (ap) and cutting velocity (v). The experiment suggests that the size of three-way cutting force of either the brand ZP25 hard alloy cutter or the carbide cutter by employing matrix ZP25 hard alloy cutter to respectively using PVD technology coat TiN or TiCN coating is successively FZP25>FTiCN>FTiN. The main reason for this is that the difference of frictional factor of the three kinds of cutter material and the workpiece material.

Pulverizing problem, low mechanical strength and poor wear resistance of desulfurization sorbent limit the further development and industrialization of hot coal gas desulfurization technology. The present paper highlighted on the recent progress of hot gas desulfurization researches and gave a fully detailed introduction on physical parameters that reflect the texture of desulfurizer: specific surface area, pore volume, pore size and its distribution, porosity, fractal dimension and so on. Different from the traditional physical parameters, fractal dimension, as a comprehensive physical parameter describing a fractal structure, reflects the regularity degree of a porous structure. With the increase of sorbent fractal dimension, the complexity of pore spatial geometrical features increases, and the porosity and average diameter for pore decrease. The specific surface area also increased consequentially with the increase of micro-pore. Besides, this paper also investigated the proper texture of desulfurization sorbent that is favorable for desulfurization process on the basis of desulfurization mechanism for fuel gas.

Recovery of sulfur source is an important goal of industrialization regeneration for hot coal gas desulfurization sorbent. The different sulfide forms of sulfur produced in regeneration atmosphere and the method for recovering of sulfur source are discussed in this paper. The regeneration exhausted gas of high temperature desulfurization sorbent mainly has several forms of sulfides: sulfur dioxide, hydrosulfide and elemental sulfur, sulfide form and regeneration atmosphere have a direct relationship. Recovering sulfur dioxide utilize the reduction of CO or ammonia, and recovering hydrosulfide use selective catalytic oxidation which is the desulfurization method for achieve prospects of industrialization, but there is catalyst poisoning in these methods. We point out that the direct recovery of elemental sulfur from different forms of sulfide will be the focus of future research.

The concept of Internet of Things (IoT) is opening new horizons in systems intelligence, where physical objects (embedded with sensory, identification and networking capabilities) can interact with other objects through the global infrastructure of wireless/wired Internet. These systems can be monitored and controlled by filtering and processing collected data. Such intelligent design will naturally result in efficient and cost effective systems. The concept of IOT and the architecture of IOT are discussed. The key technologies of IOT, including Radio Frequency Identification technology, Electronic Product Code technology are analyzed. The framework of digital agriculture application based on IOT is proposed.

Reverse engineering has become an important tool for CAD model construction from the data points, measured by a coordinate measuring machine (CMM), of an existing part. However, due to special structure and complex topology relation, obtaining full surface data of a prototype is not an easy thing and should carry out complex data process procedure to get global model. The paper presents a method for pre-processing data points for curve fitting in reverse engineering. The proposed method has been developed to process the measured data points before fitting into a B-spline form. The method is implemented and used for a practical application in reverse engineering. The result of the reconstruction proves the viability of the proposed method for integration with current commercial CAD systems.

A coated carbide cutting tool with its high hardness and high wear resistance, good chemical stability and extensive compatibility characteristics, is widely applied in the metal cutting processing field. It is one of the cutting tools, belonging to the current focus research and development project of all countries in the world. The author mainly studies the cutting force contrast between coated carbide cutting tools and not coated ones. At the same time study them on the rake face friction coefficient contrast and the chip deformation coefficient contrast so as to explain the reasons for coated cutting tool cutting force decrease. The research indicates that, in machining course, applying physical vapor deposition coated technology (PVD) of carbide cutting tools cutting force change with feeds, cutting depth and speed is the same as not coated carbide cutting tools. But coated carbide cutting tools cutting force is obviously less than that of not coated carbide cutting tools. The main reason is that the friction coefficient between the two kinds of cutting tool materials and the workpiece is different. The result of study will help popularization and application of coated carbide cutting tools.
