This article offers a detailed analysis of the Ising model in 2D small-world networks with competing Glauber and Kawasaki dynamics. The non-equilibrium stationary state phase transitions are obtained in these networks. The phase transitions are discussed, and the phase diagrams are obtained via Monte Carlo simulations and finite-size analyzing. We find that as the addition of links increases the phase transition temperature increases and the transition competing probability of tricritical point decreases. For the competition of the two dynamics, ferromagnetic to anti-ferromagnetic phase transitions and the critical endpoints are found in the small-world networks.

We theoretically demonstrate how the competition between band inversion and spin–orbit coupling (SOC) results in the nontrivial topology of band evolution, using two-dimensional (2D) Mn16B16 as a matrix. This study utilizes the ab initio method with the generalized gradient approximation (GGA+U scheme) and Wannier functions to investigate the topological and transport properties of the Ni-doped structure. The Ni atom induces dynamical antilocalization, which appears due to the phase accumulation between time-reversed fermion loops. A key observation is that when band inversion dominates over SOC, "twin" Weyl cones appear in the band structure, in which the Weyl cones caused by the large Berry curvature coupling with the net magnetization lead to the significantly enhanced anomalous Hall conductivity (AHC). Interestingly, the nested small polaron and energy band inversion coexist with SOC. We conducted first-principles calculations to investigate the dynamic braiding of local edge states and the spin topological transport mechanism in a strong topological MoS1.75Te0.25 matrix. The presence of type-II Van Hove singularity in the middle of the X–S path indicates a strong cohesive interaction and a paring condensation mechanism within the matrix. The surface state data of MoS1.75Te0.25 clearly demonstrate the characteristic features of strong regular loop braiding in spin transport. The spin Hall conductivity of the matrix was determined from the anisotropic characteristics of the spin Berry curvature. The phase transition of the spin Hall conductivity was evidenced by the positive sign of local spin polarization strength, primarily contributed by the dz2 orbital of Mo atoms, and the negative sign of spin polarization strength, mainly contributed by the p–px orbitals of S atoms. Moreover, the inclusion of Te selectively tuned the spin transport efficiency of the dz2 and px orbitals. Comprehensive braiding and readout of edge states can be achieved using an artificially designed MoS1.75Te0.25 spintronic device. We have successfully predicted the local topological bands in the frustrated kagome lattice SbV3S5. An important future research direction is to raise the kagome band with novel co-existing strong nonlinear dispersion and strong cohesion due to the anisotropic inner field of kagome SbV3S5 to the Fermi level. The Z2 topological index of T-invariant systems provides evidence for a σyz near the Fermi level that determines the quantum anomalous Hall state. This shows that the quantum anomalous Hall effect (QAHE) phase of the kagome lattice SbV3S5 has a weak topological stability that is sensitive to weak disorder and field interactions. Extraordinary electron-spin polarization, magnetic anisotropy, and d electron location arise from strong correlation effects induced by Fe and Cu atoms doped into two dimensional (2D) Si3N4 honeycomb structures. When an Fe atom is embedded to replace a Si atom, the emergence of intricate transport phenomena can be shown, such as the presence of an energy band structure, magnetic anisotropy, and spin-polarization propagation. Here, we investigated electronic structures with strong correlation effects using first-principles calculations. Spin data revealed that Fe preferentially selected the nearest-neighbour N atom to establish the spin-polarization propagation direction. Cu positioned in a next-near neighbour site increased the spin order and d electron location. The critical properties of polycrystalline Pr1−xBaxMnO3 (x = 0.13 and 0.23) samples prepared by using a standard ceramic fabrication method were investigated. Pr1−xBaxMnO3 exhibited a second-order magnetic transition. As per the modified Arrott plot method and double logarithmic M-μ0H curve, the critical exponents (CE) were calculated as β = 0.459 ± 0.03, γ = 1.346 ± 0.02, δ = 4.32 ± 0.04, and TC ≈ 130 K, for x = 0.13, and β = 0.424 ± 0.03, γ = 1.362 ± 0.02, δ = 4.19. ± 0.03, and TC ≈ 163 K, for x = 0.23. To confirm the reliability of such CE values, the M (H) data of Pr1−xBaxMnO3 were checked by the scaling equation M(H, t) = |t|βf±(H/|t|β + γ), where t = T T C − 1 refers to the reduced temperature, f± is the scaling function above (+)/below (−) TC. The β values for Pr1−xBaxMnO3 (x = 0.13 and 0.23) are between β = 0.365 (3D Heisenberg exponent) and β = 0.5 (mean-field exponent), whereas γ values are fairly close to γ = 1.386. In the paper, we investigate the core width of superpartials and dissociated width of the 〈110〉{1-10} superdislocations in CaSiO perovskite under pressures of 30 and 100 GPa by using the modified P-N dislocation equation. Our results show that when taking into account the discrete effect correction, core width of superpartials and dissociated width become much wider, and both of them increase significantly with the increase of the superdislocation angle. Furthermore, it is found that the dissociated width and core width of superpartials are determined by value of the unstable stacking fault energy and antiphase boundary energy, which are independent of the position of unstable stacking energy. Interestingly, the Peierls stress of superpartials can be predicted by using the variational method to solve the modified P-N dislocation equation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
