The effect law of heat treatment process on the microstructure of GCr15SiMo steel was studied, and the dynamic and high temperature mechanical behavior of GCr15SiMo steel with different microstructure was analyzed by using Hopkinson rod and GNT100-2 high temperature tensile testing machine. The results show that the mass fraction of M3C-type carbide particles of GCr15SiMo steel decreases from 2.319% to 0% when the quenching temperature increases from 800 ℃ to 920 ℃; the failure strains of GCr15SiMo steel all increase with the increase of strain rate during dynamic compression.When the true strain is 0.2 and 0.8, the rheological stress of GCr15SiMo steel decreases by 13.45%, 21.44%, 27.49% and 31.79% respectively with the increase of quenching temperature. The accelerated decrease of rheological stress is mainly related to the structure and adiabatic shear mechanism during dynamic compression deformation; at high strain rate, the macroscopic deformation of GCr15SiMo steel changes from pier coarseness to shear failure along 45°, the adiabatic shear mechanism is one of the main reasons for the change in deformation behavior, and the structure is one of the key factors affecting the sensitivity to adiabatic shear; during dynamic compression deformation of GCr15SiMo steel, the deformation temperature rises between 117 ℃ and 333 ℃, and the M3C carbide particle re-solution is one of the key factors for the increase of tensile strength and decrease of yield strength of high temperature performance. When the quenching temperature is 920 ℃, the microstructure of GCr15SiMo steel is uniform twin martensite. The subgrain boundaries in the twin crystal martensite can effectively impede the dislocation movement, which show obvious strain hardening phenomenon under the tensile stress, and the stress-strain curve shows a more significant rising trend than that at quenching temperature of 800 ℃.

In this work, the solid solution product of [Nb][C] in the Nb-microalloyed steels with various carbon contents in the range of 0.20~1.80 wt.% was investigated by means of the extraction phase analysis method. The results showed that the Nb content in austenite tended to first decrease and then increase with the increase of carbon content in the steels. A unified solid solution product of [Nb][C] in austenite at different temperatures was obtained according to the results of the experimental steels. The Nb content in austenite of the experimental steels with high carbon contents was lower than that calculated by Ohtani's equation. The existence of NbC precipitates in the case and the core of the specimens carburized at 930 °C and 980 °C were verified by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observations. The pinning effect of NbC precipitates on austenite grain growth was calculated according to the size and amount of NbC precipitates in the carburized case and the core of the carburized specimens. The calculated results of prior austenite grain sizes were in good agreement with the experimental results, which indicated that the unified solid solution product of [Nb][C] in Nb-microalloyed steels with various carbon contents was applicable for the low-pressure carburizing process. The tumor suppressor protein p53 is central to cancer biology, with its pathway reactivation emerging as a promising therapeutic strategy in oncology. This study introduced LZ22, a novel compound that selectively inhibits the growth, migration, and metastasis of tumor cells expressing wild-type p53, demonstrating ineffectiveness in cells devoid of p53 or those expressing mutant p53. LZ22's mechanism of action involves a high-affinity interaction with the histidine-96 pocket of the MDM2 protein. This interaction disrupted the MDM2-p53 binding, consequently stabilizing p53 by shielding it from proteasomal degradation. LZ22 impeded cell cycle progression and diminished cell proliferation by reinstating the p53-dependent suppression of the CDK2/Rb signaling pathway. Moreover, LZ22 alleviated the p53-dependent repression of Snail transcription factor expression and its consequent EMT, effectively reducing tumor cell migration and distal metastasis. Importantly, LZ22 administration in tumor-bearing mice did not manifest notable side effects. SUMMARY: The formation of adventitious roots (ARs) derived from hypocotyl is the most important morphological adaptation to waterlogging stress in Cucumis sativus (cucumber). Our previous study showed that cucumbers with the gene CsARN6.1, encoding an AAA ATPase domain‐containing protein, were more tolerant to waterlogging through increased AR formation. However, the apparent function of CsARN6.1 remained unknown. Here, we showed that the CsARN6.1 signal was predominantly observed throughout the cambium of hypocotyls, where de novo AR primordia are formed upon waterlogging treatment. The silencing of CsARN6.1 expression by virus‐induced gene silencing and CRISPR/Cas9 technologies adversely affects the formation of ARs under conditions of waterlogging. Waterlogging treatment significantly induced ethylene production, thus upregulating CsEIL3 expression, which encodes a putative transcription factor involved in ethylene signaling. Furthermore, yeast one‐hybrid, electrophoretic mobility assay and transient expression analyses showed that CsEIL3 binds directly to the CsARN6.1 promoter to initiate its expression. CsARN6.1 was found to interact with CsPrx5, a waterlogging‐responsive class‐III peroxidase that enhanced H2O2 production and increased AR formation. These data provide insights into understanding the molecular mechanisms of AAA ATPase domain‐containing protein and uncover a molecular mechanism that links ethylene signaling with the formation of ARs triggered by waterlogging. Significance Statement: The AAA ATPase domain‐containing protein CsARN6.1 is required for waterlogging stress tolerance, where it regulates adventitious root (AR) formation. However, the functional relevance of this gene remained unknown. In this paper, the double‐side direct shear experiments on the specimens with and without grooves were conducted to measure the shear load‐deformation curves of steel fiber‐reinforced concrete containing recycled coarse aggregate (SFRCA). The evaluation method for shear toughness was proposed first, and then the effects of water–cement ratio, replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate, volume content of steel fibers, and shear section height on the shear toughness of SFRCA were experimentally analyzed. The results showed that the proposed shear toughness evaluation method could reflect the shear toughness of SFRCA. The effects of the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate and the volume content of steel fiber on the shear toughness of specimens with grooves had the same trend as those of specimens without grooves. The shear toughness ratio of SFRCA increased with the increase of the volume content of steel fibers, and decreased with the increase of water cement ratio and the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate, respectively. Moreover, the residual shear toughness ratio increased almost linearly with increasing water–cement ratio, replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate, and volume content of steel fibers, and decreased with the increase of shear deformation, respectively. The dynamic deployment technology of the virtual machine is one of the current cloud computing research focuses. The traditional methods mainly work after the degradation of the service performance that usually lag. To solve the problem a new prediction model based on the CPU utilization is constructed in this paper. A reference offered by the new prediction model of the CPU utilization is provided to the VM dynamic deployment process which will speed to finish the deployment process before the degradation of the service performance. By this method it not only ensure the quality of services but also improve the server performance and resource utilization. The new prediction method of the CPU utilization based on the ARIMA-BP neural network mainly include four parts: preprocess the collected data, build the predictive model of ARIMA-BP neural network, modify the nonlinear residuals of the time series by the BP prediction algorithm and obtain the prediction results by analyzing the above data comprehensively.

A detailed description of the current situation, application, demand analysis, basic functions and application scenarios of the multi-cloud aggregation platform were given, and the advantages of SD-WAN compared with the traditional private line multi-cloud access mode was discussed. The networking projects of multiple SD-WAN accessing multi-cloud aggregation platforms were analyzed, a multi-cloud access scheme combining SD-WAN and dedicated line to realize network link monitoring were proposed. The network quality monitoring function of SD-WAN access to multi-cloud and the monitoring function of SD-WAN on underlay dedicated line under the fusion networking was proposed. Based on the topology design of network architecture combining traditional private line to multi-cloud and segmentalized access mode of SD-WAN and traditional private line to multi-cloud, the application scenarios of hybrid network to multi-cloud was introduced and the value of SD-WAN to multi-cloud was reflected from the perspective of fusion network by combining advantages and disadvantages.
