The process of image fusion is the process of enriching an image and improving the image's quality, so as to facilitate the subsequent image processing and analysis. With the increasing importance of image fusion technology, the fusion of infrared and visible images has received extensive attention. In today's deep learning environment, deep learning is widely used in the field of image fusion. However, in some applications, it is not possible to obtain a large amount of training data. Because some special organs of snakes can receive and process infrared information and visible information, the fusion method of infrared and visible light to simulate the visual mechanism of snakes came into being. Therefore, this paper takes into account the perspective of visual bionics to achieve image fusion; such methods do not need to obtain a significant amount of training data. However, most of the fusion methods for simulating snakes face the problem of unclear details, so this paper combines this method with a pulse coupled neural network (PCNN). By studying two receptive field models of retinal nerve cells, six dual-mode cell imaging mechanisms of rattlesnakes and their mathematical models and the PCNN model, an improved fusion method of infrared and visible images was proposed. For the proposed fusion method, eleven groups of source images were used, and three non-reference image quality evaluation indexes were compared with seven other fusion methods. In this paper, we present a tactile rendering algorithm applied to an electrostatic tactile display that adjusts three parameters of the driving signal (amplitude, frequency, and waveform) to modulate the tangential friction force between a user's finger and a touch screen. The aim of this work is to find an effective electrostatic tactile rendering algorithm to improve the tactile perception of image textures. The key idea is to jointly adjust the three parameters of the driving signal to increase the perceptual difference interval between image textures. We first explore the tactile representation characteristics of amplitude, frequency and waveform through subjective perception experiments. Based on these characteristics, we establish tactile mapping models between the three parameters of the driving signal and image textures. Finally, we use subjective evaluation experiments to verify the effectiveness of the proposed rendering method. The results show that the proposed rendering method can achieve a better tactile experience compared with rendering methods that realize tactile representation by only varying amplitude. Objectives. To observe the effect of Inonotus obliquus polysaccharide (IOP) on the proliferation, invasion, migration, and apoptosis of osteosarcoma cells and to elucidate its underlying molecular mechanism. Methods. IOP was extracted from Inonotus obliquus, human osteosarcoma MG-63 cells and U2OS cells were cultured in vitro, and the effects of IOP on the proliferation, migration, invasion, and apoptosis of MG-63 cells and U2OS cells were determined by CCK-8 assays, cell scratch assays, transwell assays, and flow cytometry, respectively. Western blot was used to detect the expression of related proteins in the Akt/mTOR and NF-κB signaling pathways. Results. Compared with the control group, MG-63 cells and U2OS cells treated with IOP of 80 μg/ml, 160 μg/ml, and 320 μ g/ml in the experimental group had significantly lower proliferation activity, decreased migration and invasion ability, and increased apoptosis rate (P < 0.05). Furthermore, IOP could significantly inhibit the activation of the Akt/mTOR and NF-κB signaling pathway (P < 0.05). Conclusion. IOP can regulate the proliferation, migration, invasion, and apoptosis of osteosarcoma cells by inhibiting the activation of the Akt/mTOR signaling pathway. This paper proposes a semicool temperature compensation algorithm based on the double exponential model of the transient temperature rise curve to improve the performance of the 3-D ultrasonic positioning system. The error model of the 3-D ultrasonic positioning system is derived and the importance of temperature to the positioning accuracy is demonstrated. Then, the double exponential model of the transient temperature rise curve derived by the difference principle is established through a dynamic system identification method. On this basis, the semicool temperature compensation algorithm is proposed, which includes the estimation of the initial time $t_{0}$ , the principle of the choice of parameter $k$. The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by temperature measurement experiments. The impact of the ambient temperature on the algorithm is also analyzed qualitatively. In the end, the semicool temperature compensation algorithm is proved to be able to improve the performance of the 3-D ultrasonic positioning system by the comparison experiments respectively under static measurement of a fixed point and dynamic measurement of a fixed line. Electrostatic tactile feedback has an important role in improving touchscreen operations and user experience. In this paper, panning performance under different forces and different waveforms were explored using subjective and objective experiments. The effects of electrostatic tactile feedback under one linear force and three non-linear force profiles with the fixed waveform were studied. The results indicated that panning accuracy, efficiency and user experience under exponential force was superior to those under linear, quadratic or logarithmic forces. Second, the effects of four different waveforms under exponential force were studied. Results indicated that panning performance was better with square wave, compared to those with sinusoidal, triangular or sawtooth waves. The relationship between panning time and index of panning difficulties was also explored and found to be in agreement with the Steering law and Meyer's law, with correlations of 0.9395 and 0.9397, respectively. This paper focuses on the problem of sequential prediction for imbalanced data streams. A novel hybrid algorithm called Weighted OS-ELM and Dynamic Generative Adversarial Nets (GAN-WOSELM) is presented for handling this issue. In the data reconstruction stage, GAN is utilised for generating lifelike minority class samples to equilibrate the data distribution. Then a principal component score threshold helps judge unusual data. In the model update stage, the new constructive ELM is applied to forecast time-varying data chunk. After concerning fitting accuracy and data change, the analytical relationship between the new weight and the shifting imbalance ratio is determined. Therefore, the GAN-WOSELM can update weight quantificationally, and it avoids interactive parameter optimization. According to the suitable weight for the arriving chunk, the proposed method is able to perceive the changeable data distribution and do the adaptation by itself, thus building a reliable model with a low fitting deviation. Numerical experiments are conducted on four different kinds of UCI datasets. For the transmission line response excited by an electrically short dipole inside a rectangular cavity, a SPICE-compatible broadband Foster type equivalent circuit is presented. The electric field inside a cavity is represented by the eigenmode decomposition of Helmholtz equation, while the current of transmission line is expanded using the eigenmode of transmission line equation. The field-to-line coupling effect is described by the Agrawal formula. The convergence of the circuit is accelerated by the extraction of quasi-static inductances and capacitances. The validity and efficiency of the presented method is verified both in frequency and time domain. Also, the effects of lossy filling material are discussed. Besides, in order to show the aggravation effect of metallic cavity on the electromagnetic interference, the induced currents on the transmission line with and without a metallic casing are given and compared.
