Abstract

地域プラットフォームを理解するために，本研究ではコラボレーション理論のレビューとケース分析を行った。レビューでは，コラボレーションのライフサイクルの精緻化にむけて，その転換点や再生，地域プラットフォームの伝播の把握に照射した。その後INS(岩手ネットワークシステム)のケース分析を行い，ライフサイクルの構造と伝播の把握を試みた。これにより，ライフサイクルの様々な段階において，新たなプラットフォームの伝播を見受けることができた。ミームの伝え手への照射は，本研究に新たな研究課題をもたらした。その上で，本研究はアクターの多重関与性という視座を持ち，地域プラットフォームを捉える意義を提示した。, In a regional society facing a variety of challenges, The building of the regional platform is required as a basis in the region in which various actors participate and create new values through exchange. In order to understand the reality, this paper reviewed the collaboration theory and conducted the case study. However, in order to elaborate the lifecycle of collaboration, it is necessary to understand the turning point and the communicator of the meme appropriately. Then, the case analysis of INS (Iwate Network System) was carried out, and the grasp of structure and propagation of the life cycle was tried. As the result, it was possible to observe the propagation of the new platform in various stages of the life cycle. Irradiation of meme carriers has brought about new research subjects in this study. In this study, we proposed the significance of understanding regional platforms from the perspective of multiple layers of actors. This will lead to the identification and elaboration of the lifecycle and collaboration aspects of regional platforms in Japan.

5. Impact Tensile Properties of Notched Titanium Alloy Bolt for Fairing Separation of Launch Vehicle

Abstract

The payload fairing in Japan is fixed by a lot of notched bolts. These notched bolts were fractured by axial impact tensile using the explosive devices to separate the fairing. In this case, the stress waves and the oscillations propagate, which may seriously damage the satellites. In this study, the impact deformation and the fracture behavior of notched titanium alloy bolt was investigated using a split Hopkinson pressure bar method. The notched bolt specimen was made of commercial Ti-6Al-4V alloy. The maximum load value was increased with increasing the displacement rate. It can be said that the strain rate dependence of strength for Ti-6Al-4V alloy appeared. From the observation of fracture surface using a scanning electron microscope, compared with the quasi-static test, it was clear that the irregularities of the fractured surface at the impact tensile test became rough. Therefore, it was found that the brittle fracture was mainly observed due to the increase in displacement rate, which may mean that the mode of fracture changes from the transgranular to the intergranular. It was surmised that this change of fracture mode was caused by the high strain rate due to stress concentration of the notched part.

Abstract

本研究は，地域ブランド研究における「資産－価値評価モデル」を用い，新潟県小千谷市民が持つ地域ブランド資産評価の規定要因を定量的に明らかにすることを目的とする。そこで先行した調査を基に，地域ブランド資産指標を被説明変数とした市民の個人属性，人間関係や地域差が与える影響について分析を行った。その結果，「歴史文化資産」，「経済インフラ資産」，「食文化資産」，「コミュニティ資産」，「自然資産」の５つの地域ブランド資産の回帰モデルの妥当性が統計的に示された。さらに地域住民の地域ブランド資産の評価には，個人の属性と個人を取り巻く人間関係や社会参加の程度が影響することが明らかになった。人間関係については，地域内の人間関係や地縁活動やボランティア活動，娯楽活動などの社会参加が地域ブランド資産の形成に影響する可能性が示唆された。また，個人属性や人間関係等の影響を除いてもなお，地域ブランド資産の評価に地区による差が残ることが明らかになった。特に地域差については地域外の交流の重要性が示唆されるものであった。

25. 地域ブランドの背景と諸相 : 「人口減少社会」と地方の課題をめぐって

Abstract

Japan’s regional areas are facing many problems today, and the possibilities offered by using the name of the area in the brand names of local products (so-called “regional branding”) has started to attract greater interest, as a potential solution to some of these problems. This paper discusses the increase in the average age of the population in Japan’s regional areas -- and even the possible disappearance of many of these areas -- with a focus on the declining birthrate as one reason for these concerns. It also discusses the population flow from these regions to the cities, including both the “U-Turn” (leaving when young and coming back many years later) and “I-Turn” (Moving to unfamiliar region) phenomena, as well as the real impact of tourism on some of these areas. Our results underlined the importance, for future research into the phenomenon of regional branding, of the existence of Actors deeply engaged in the long-term development of these regional areas. It was seen that the special role played in these regional areas by businesses will require further study, especially from a CSV (creating shared value) point of view.

[PT]O MM5 implementado, cobrindo três domínios de integração envolvendo Portugal e suas regiões vizinhas, é processado para dispor de análises da habilidade que ele disporia se fosse processado antes da ocorrência de algum evento de precipitação extrema do passado. A condição de ano úmido, que prevaleceu durante o ano de 1963 sobre Portugal, proporcionou períodos com alguns eventos de precipitação intensa escolhidos para análises e avaliações do MM5. Os critérios utilizados para caracterizar os eventos extremos, o sistema de préprocessamento como condições iniciais e de fronteiras laterais e os resultados das previsões de 48 horas, com diferentes parametrizações de nuvens cumulus, cobrindo três domínios de integração do MM5 são discutidos para algumas ocorrências particulares. [EN]The MM5, implemented covering three domains of integration evolving Portugal and its surrounding region, is processed to have the analysis of its skinless if processed before the occurrence of some extreme precipitation event of the past. The anomalous wet condition year, which prevailed during 1963 over Portugal, yield some heavy precipitation events periods chosen for analysis and test bedding of MM5. The criteria used to characterize the extreme events, the data pre-processing system used as initial and lateral boundary conditions and the results of the 48 hour forecasting, using different cumulus cloud parameterization, covering three MM5 sub-domains are discussed for some particular occurrences.

Abstract

Our aim was to examine the involvement of G1 cell-cycle regulators in cell growth dysregulation induced by HTLV-I. Compared to uninfected cells, higher expression levels of cyclin D1 and D2 mRNA were detected in HTLV-I–infected T-cell lines, which were at least in part mediated by the viral transforming protein Tax since Tax activated both cyclin D1 and D2 promoters in the human T-cell line Jurkat. A Tax mutant that did not activate NF-κB failed to activate cyclin D1 and D2 promoters. Inhibitors of NF-κB (dominant negative IκBs mutants) suppressed Tax-dependent activation of cyclin D1 and D2 promoters, indicating that Tax-induced activation was mediated by NF-κB. Wild-type and mutant Tax capable of activating NF-κB, but not Tax mutant incapable of activating NF-κB, converted cell growth of a T-cell line from being IL-2–dependent to being IL-2–independent; and this conversion was associated with IL-2–independent induction of cyclins D1 and D2. Our data suggest that induction of cyclins D1 and D2 by Tax is involved in IL-2–independent cell-cycle progression as well as IL-2–independent transformation of primary human T cells by HTLV-I. High expression levels of cyclin D1 and D2 mRNAs were also detected in some patients with ATL. Our findings link HTLV-I infection to changes in cellular D-type cyclin gene expression, transformation of T cells and subsequent development of T-cell leukemia. © 2002 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
