A 14‐year‐old girl presented with a facial‐pigmented lesion suspicious of melanoma clinically and dermoscopically. In vivo, reflectance confocal microscopy (RCM) findings excluded melanoma by revealing typical epidermal honeycomb and cobblestone patterns. Well‐defined follicular contours were seen at the dermal–epidermal junction; there were no elongated, “medusa head‐like” follicular protrusions or folliculotropism, which are classical findings seen in lentigo maligna. Background: Xeroderma pigmentosum (XP) is a rare inherited disorder with a high incidence of malignant tumours. Literature data on dermoscopic and in vivo reflectance confocal microscopy (RCM) findings in patients with XP are very limited. Methods: Dermoscopic findings in 32 biopsy-proven BCCs and RCM findings in 10 biopsy-proven BCCs developed in seven XP patients were reviewed. Results: Of 32 BCCs, 28 were pigmented. On dermoscopy, BCCs exhibited multiple grey-blue globules/dots (81, 3%), short-fine telangiectasias/fine arborising vessels (65, 6%), multiple grey-blue ovoid nests (53, 1%), white structures (white-red structureless areas/shiny white areas/lines/strands) (56, 3%), arborising vessels (37, 5%), brown nests/globules/dots (28, 1%), spoke-wheel structures (9, 4%), leaf-like areas (9, 4%), ulceration (28, 1%), peripheral network (21, 9%), and multiple aggregated yellow-white globules (3, 1%). In 10 lesions in which further imaging with RCM was performed, RCM findings differentiated BCC from other tumours, including primary melanoma. Conclusions: Although the dominancy of pigmented structures may imitate melanoma clinically, dermoscopy is a valuable tool in the early diagnosis of BCCs in patients with XP. This article discusses a case of a 28-year-old woman with childhood-onset progressive skin fibrosis and joint immobility. The patient had been diagnosed with localized scleroderma and had tried various treatments without success. The diagnosis was eventually determined to be stiff skin syndrome (SSS), a rare disorder characterized by noninflammatory and progressive fibrosis of the skin. A 53-year-old woman presented with two slowly growing nodular lesions on her right leg. The physical examination revealed ulcerated and bluish nodules. Dermoscopy showed blue clods, ulceration, haemorrhage, and blue-white homogeneous areas. The histopathological examination revealed a large circumscribed nonencapsulated multilobular dermal tumor composed of predominantly cuboidal cells with eosinophilic cytoplasm. The diagnosis was nodular hidradenoma, a benign tumor of the distal portion of the sweat glands. Hidradenomas are usually asymptomatic and can resemble other malignant tumors, but the risk of malignancy is low. Surgical excision is recommended, although recurrence may occur in some cases. Small cell lung carcinoma (SCLC) is a neuroendocrine tumor with high probability of early disseminated disease and paraneoplastic syndromes. Choroid is the most common uveal tissue affected by metastatic disease followed by iris and ciliary body. Herein, we present a 46-year-old male with bilateral multiple iris metastasis. Orbital rhabdomyosarcoma is the most common malignant orbital tumor of child-hood originating from mesenchymal cells. The presenting symptom is usually acute onset unilateral proptosis. The rapidly progressive course of the findings may resemble infectious and inflammatory orbital diseases. Radiological imaging and histopathological examinations are crucial for differential diagnosis. The main goal of treatment with a multidisciplinary approach is to control both local and distant spread of the tumor and to prevent further damage. With the introduction of chemotherapy and radiotherapy in the treatment, the overall survival rate has in-creased.
