Abstract

Le système de classification des fractures, est un système de classification intégrale de toutes les fractures, hiérarchisé selon la gravité de la lésion osseuse et directement lié au pronostic et aux possibilités thérapeutiques actuelles. Le système ternaire, choisi pour son organigramme, obéit à une logique anatomique et lésionnelle qui facilite considérablement sa compréhension, son apprentissage et son enseignement, d’où son grand intérêt pédagogique. L’indice alphanumérique affecté à chaque lésion est un code informatique nécessaire au traitement des données. Il ne remplace en aucune façon la nomenclature traditionnelle des fractures. Toutefois, la diversité des nomenclatures traditionnelles justifie l’utilisation d’un tel code, véritable langage commun universel facilitant les échanges scientifiques internationaux. Le système de classification proposé ici n’est pas un simple catalogue des lésions osseuses, mais un système interactif d’identification lésionnelle et de décision thérapeutique adaptée.

Abstract

Renal transplantation is the best therapeutic approach for end-stage kidney disease. Renal transplantation can be performed using living donors or brain-dead donors. Vaccination in recipients poses a real problem with the transplantation process because it is responsible for particular difficulties in choosing a donor and above all exposes to the risk of transplant rejection. We here report two cases of husband to wife renal transplantation. The recipients had low levels of antibodies against HLA antigens of donors but sex-associated differences in post-transplant results were found. Indeed, HLA immunization after pregnancy is a real obstacle to husband to wife renal transplantation. Despite the low husband-wife HLA matching (unrelated donor), renal transplantation is a good alternative for renal transplantation from brain-dead donors, who are lacking in Morocco., Competing Interests: Les auteurs ne déclarent aucun conflit d'intérêts., (Copyright: Asmaa Drissi Bourhanbour et al.)
