Background. Recurrent painful ophthalmologic neuropathy (RPON), formerly known as ophthalmoplegicmigraine, is characterized by repeated attacks of one or more ocular cranial nerve palsies with an ipsilateralheadache. While steroid therapy has been reported to be beneficial for attacks, no clear consensus on prophylactictreatments exists. We present two cases emphasizing the diagnostic significance of the loss of enhancementduring the symptom-free period and valproate as a beneficial option in prophylaxis.Case 1. A 4-year-old girl presented with a one-week right frontal headache, vomiting and photophobia.Neurological examination revealed ptosis, oculomotor nerve paresis, and delay in light reflex in the right eye.Brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) revealed a 5.5 mm nodular enhancement in the cisternal part of the3rd cranial nerve in the right premesencephalic area. The enhancement regressed after a 6-month symptom-freeperiod. While propranolol, topiramate and flunarizine were inefficacious in prophylaxis, the patient respondedto valproate prophylaxis and benefited from the administration of steroids for one week during the attacks.Case 2. A 7-year-old girl presented with a ten-day right-sided, throbbing headache in the frontal region, oneday eye deviation and double vision. Neurological examination revealed inward gaze restriction and ptosis inthe ipsilateral eye to the headache. Brain MRI revealed a 4.5 mm, enhancing, nodular lesion in the 3rd cranialnerve lodge in the right perimesencephalic area. Her symptoms regressed in one week with dexamethasoneand she received prophylactic propranolol. Neuroimaging findings disappeared after a 3-month symptom-freeperiod. After valproate was added because of a relapse, she did not experience any further attacks.Conclusions. RPON is an uncommon disease in childhood with unknown etiology. On brain MRI with contrastduring the symptom-free period, regression of the enhancement or complete resolution of the lesion are guidingfeatures in the diagnosis. Valproate may have beneficial effects on RPON treatment.

Bu araştırmada; ilkokul öğretim programı kapsamında yer alan karar verme beceri durumlarının incelenmesi için çeşitli etkinlikler oluşturularak ilkokul ikinci sınıf öğrencilerinin karar verme beceri durumlarının ortaya konulması amaçlanmaktadır. Bu amaç kapsamında şu araştırma sorular belirlemiştir;1.Problemin kime ait olduğunu belirtebildi mi?2.Karar vermesini gerektirecek problemi fark edebildi mi? 3.Araştırmanın öncesi ve sonrasına göre karşılaştığı karar verme durumlarının çözümüne yönelik alternatif seçenekler oluşturabildi mi?4.Karar verme durumlarında oluşturduğu alternatif her bir seçeneğin sonuçlarını düşünebildi mi?5.Karar verme durumlarında oluşturduğu alternatif her bir seçeneğin içinden kendine en uygun olanını seçip neden belirtebildi mi?Bu çalışma, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden biri olan ve mevcut durum içerisinde yeni bir uygulama yapılarak etkilerini süreç içerisinde gözlemlemeye imkân sağlayan `Eylem Araştırması` olarak modellenmiştir. Araştırmaya, İstanbul ili Pendik İlçesi' deki bir devlet okulunun 2017/2018 yılında eğitim öğretim 2. sınıfında öğrenim gören 15' i kız 17'si erkek 32 öğrenci katılmıştır. Araştırmanın uygulama süresi 10 haftalık zaman dilimini kapsamıştır. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak; ön etkinlik ve son etkinlik karar verme senaryoları, karar verme senaryolarından oluşan öğrenci ürünleri, öğretmen günlüğü ve araştırmacı gözlem notu kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler içerik analizi ve betimsel analiz yöntemiyle çözümlenerek, ilgili araştırma sorusuna bağlı kalarak belirli kategoriler altında toplanmıştır. Sonuç olarak yapılan tüm etkinliklerde öğrencilerin araştırma öncesinde problem yaşadıkları görülmüştür. Etkinliklerin karar verme basamaklarına yönelik davranışlarında ve buna bağlı olarak karar verme de seçenek oluşturabilme de etkili olduğu araştırma sonunda katılımcı öğrencilerin karar verme basamaklarında özelikle de seçenek oluşturma basamağında gelişme gösterdikleri belirlenmiştir. Süreç içerisinde hem uygulayıcı olan araştırmacının hem de gözlemci olan sınıf öğretmeninin karşılaştığı sorunlara geliştirilen eylem planları ile çözüm aranmıştır. Grubun ilgi ve ihtiyaçlarına uygun olarak hazırlanan bu tür etkinlik örnekleri ile öğretmene kaynak sağlanabilir ve öğrenciler keyifli zaman geçirerek karar verme ve karar verme de seçenek oluşturma sürecini daha verimli geçirebilirler. In this study; it is aimed to present the decision-making states of primary school second-grade students by creating various activities for the analysis of decision-making skill states within the primary school curriculum. Within the scope of this study, the following questions have been determined;1.Could they determine who did the problem belong to?2.Could they notice the problem which may necessitate decision making?3.Compared to the before and after the study, could they come up with alternative options for the solution of the decision-making situation they faced?4.Could they envision the outcomes of each alternative options they created during decision-making situations?5.Out of all of the alternative options they created during decision-making situations, could they choose the most suitable one for them and explain why?This study is designed as an `Action Research,` which is one of the qualitative research methods, that enable the implementation of a method and observe its effects in the existing situation. 32 students, 15 girls, and 17 boys, who received education during the year 2017/2018 in 2nd grade at a public school in Pendik district of Istanbul province participated in the study. The period of implementation of the study encompassed 10 weeks. During the study, as a data collection tool; pre-activity and post-activity decision-making scenarios, student products consisting of decision-making scenarios, teacher's diary, and researcher's observation notes have been used. The collected data were analyzed using content and descriptive analysis methods and collected under certain categories by adhering to the relevant study question. As a result, all of the activities revealed that; the students had problems before the study, the activities were effective at behaviors aimed at decision making steps, and correspondingly decision making, and also creating options and at the end of the study the participating students had progressed in decision making steps and especially in option creating steps. During the process, with the help of action plans, solutions were sought for the problems the implementing researcher and the observing teacher came across. With this type of activity samples which are designed in accordance with the interest and needs of the students, can be sources for teachers and students can spend time more beneficially during the process of decision-making and creating alternatives for the decision-making process by spending a pleasant time. 163

Bu araştırmanın amacı; ilkokullarda görev yapan sınıf öğretmenlerinin düşünme becerileri öğretimine yönelik farkındalıklarını ortaya koymaktır. Temel yorumlamacı nitel araştırma deseninde yürütülen bu araştırmada İstanbul İli, Pendik İlçesi’ndeki ilkokullarda görev yapan sınıf öğretmenlerinin düşünmebecerileri öğretimine yönelik farkındalıklarını incelemek için açık uçlu form kullanılmıştır. Açık uçlu form toplam yedi sorudan oluşmaktadır. Çalışma grubu amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden biri olan ölçüt örnekleme tekniği kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. Ölçütlerden ilki araştırmaya katılan sınıf öğretmenlerinin en az beş yıllık kıdeme sahip olması, ikincisi ise en az dört düşünme becerisinin adını yazabilmesidir. Bu ölçütleri karşılayan 37 sınıf öğretmeni çalışma grubunu oluşturmuştur. Açık uçlu form ile elde edilen veriler betimsel analiz yapılarak çözümlenmiştir. Betimlemeler için kategoriler oluşturulmuş ve bulguların sınıf öğretmenlerinin becerilerin öğretimine, beceri öğretiminin gerekliliğine, öğretici yeterliliklerine ve becerilerin öğretimindeki sorunlara yönelik farkındalıkları olmak üzere dört ana kategori altında toplandığı görülmüştür. Araştırmanın önemli bulguları ise şunlardır: Sınıf öğretmenlerinin çoğunun düşünme becerilerinin öğretilebilir olduğu ve programdaki derslerde öğretilmesi gerektiği konusunda düşük;düşünme becerilerinin öğrencilerin çağa (küreselleşen dünyaya) uyum sağlamasında yardımcı olacağı konusunda yüksek farkındalığına sahip oldukları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca katılımcı öğretmenlerin düşünme becerilerinin öğretiminde çoğunlukla sorunla karşılaştıklarını ifade ettikleri görülmüştür. Katılımcı sınıf öğretmenleri düşünme becerileri ile ilgili hizmet içi eğitim alma isteğinde olduklarını da belirtmiştir.

Buğday çimi (Triticum aestivum) gelişmekte olan ülkelerde önemli bir enerji ve mikro besin kaynağıdır. Ancak, buğday çimi suyu çeşitli mikroorganizmalara sahip olabilir ve insanlarda önemli problemlere sebep olabilir. Buğday çimini biçmeden önce toprakla temasına bağlı olarak buğday çimi suyunda karşılaşılabilecek olan Salmonella spp. gibi patojenler çim suyunun tüketilmesiyle gıda zehirlenmesine neden olurlar. Şimdilerde bu enfeksiyonlarla etkin mücadele edebilmek için ısıl olmayan teknolojiler gıda endüstrisinde büyük önem kazanmıştır. Ultrasonikasyon buğday çimi suyunda bulunan antioksidan gibi sağlığa yararlı maddelerin yıkımına veya kısmi kaybına sebep olmamasıyla birlikte bu teknolojilere alternatif bir yoldur. Bu çalışmada, patojenik türleri inaktive edebilmek için yalnızca ultrasonikasyon, buğday çimi suyunu özel fonksiyonel gıda olarak geliştirebilmek için yalnızca probiyotikler (Lactobacillus acidophilus ve Lactobacillus reuteri) kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca probiyotik ve ultrasonikasyon bileşimi de incelenmiştir. Ultrasonikasyonun 24 kHz frekanstaki 90 dB'lik genliği ve probiyotiğin (Lactobacillus acidophilus) 1 mL dozunun bileşiminin, kontrole göre fiziksel ve kimyasal özelliklerini bozmadan toplam mezofilik aerobik bakteriler ve yukarıda sözü geçen patojenler üzerinde en etkili inhibisyona yol açtığı bulunmuştur. Wheatgrass (Triticum aestivum) is an important source of energy and micronutrients in the developing world. However, wheatgrass juice can have a variety of microorganisms and can cause important problems in human beings. Pathogens such as Salmonella spp. which may be encountered in wheatgrass juice due to the soil contact of wheatgrass before harvesting induce food poisoning owing to the consumption. Nowadays, in order to combat these infections effectively, non-thermal technologies have gained great importance in food industry. Ultrasonication is an alternative way for these technologies without destruction or partial loss of health promoting substances present in wheatgrass juice such as antioxidants etc. In this study, sole ultrasonication for inactivating these pathogenic species, sole probiotics (Lactobacillus acidophilus and Lactobacillus reuteri) for promoting the wheatgrass juice for being an extraordinary functional food was used. The combination of probiotics and ultrasonication was also studied. The combination of 90 dB amplitude at 24 kHz frequency of ultrasound and 1 mL L.acidophilus resulted the most effective inhibition to total mesophilic aerobic bacteria and pathogens mentioned above, as per to the control, without disrupting the main chemical and physical properties of the wheatgrass juices. 81

Bu tez çalışmasında, son yıllarda artan çevre bilinciyle konvansiyonel yönteme alternatif olarak geliştirilen sol-jel yöntemi kullanılarak, viskoz örme kumaşların kullanım ve görünüm özelliklerinin geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu yöntem ile konvansiyonel yönteme nazaran kullanılan kimyasal madde miktarı azaltılmış, konvansiyonel yöntemlerde kullanılan ve günümüzde kanserojen etkisi olduğu ispatlanan formaldehit salımı önlenmiştir. Viskoz örme kumaşlar, çeşitli silika bileşenleri içeren sol çözeltileri ile kaplanmış ve kaplanan kumaşların boncuklanma ve aşınma dayanımları, boyut değişimi özellikleri ve su tutma yetenekleri geliştirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bahsedilen bu özellikleri geliştirmek için proje ortağı firma tarafından kullanılan fibric proses ile üniversitede uygulanan sol-jel tekniği karşılaştırılmıştır. Ayrıca çoklu yıkama sonrası kumaşların görünüm ve kullanım özellikleri tekrar incelenmiş olup uygulanan tekniğin yıkama dayanımı araştırılmıştır. Sol-jel yönteminde kullanılan silika bileşenlerinin maliyetini azaltmak amacıyla çeşitli mol oranlarında denemeler yapılmış olup en iyi sonucu veren ve en düşük maliyetli reçete belirlenmiştir. Son olarak belirlenen optimum reçete, proje ortağı firmada işletme şartlarında uygulanmış olup, sol-jel metodunun sanayide uygulanabilirliği araştırılmıştır. In this thesis, appearance and usage properties of viscose knitted fabric is aimed to improve by sol-gel method as an alternative to conventional method along increasing consciousness of environment in recent years. With this method in small quantities of chemicals is used than conventional method and emission of formaldehyde, whose carcinogenic effect is demonstrated nowadays, is prevented.Viscose knitted fabrics are coated with sol solutions including various silica compounds and abrasion, pilling resistance, dimensional stability, water retention ability of coated fabrics are purposed to develop. In order to improve these properties at the project partner company is used fibric process as a conventional method. And so we compared sol-gel method, is applied at the university, with fibric process, is performed at the company. In addition appearance and usage properties of fabrics are investigated again after multiple washing so that washing resistance of applied method is studied. In order to reduce the cost of silica components is used in sol-gel method different mole ratios are studied. In this way the optimum recipe is determined in terms of cost and performance. Finally the optimum recipe is applied at the company under the operating conditions since therefore in the industry practicability of sol-gel method is researched. 70

Bu çalışma dört bölümden oluşmaktadır.Birinci bölümde; analitik yalınkat, analitik çok katlı, yön koruyan harmonik yalınkat ve yön koruyan harmonik çok katlı fonksiyon sınıfları ile ilgili temel tanım ve teoremler verilmiştir.İkinci bölümde; harmonik yalınkat fonksiyonların kompleks mertebeli üç sınıfı Salagean türev operatörü yardımı ile tanımlanmış ve bu sınıflar arasındaki ilişkiler incelenmiştir. Ayrıca, harmonik çok katlı fonksiyonların yeni bir sınıfı Salagean türev operatörü yardımı ile tanımlanmış ve bu sınıfın katsayı koşulları ile komşulukları araştırılmıştır.Üçüncü bölümde; harmonik yalınkat fonksiyonların iki farklı sınıfı, harmonik yalınkat fonksiyonların hipergeometrik fonksiyonlarla konvolüsyonu ile tanımlanmış ve katsayı koşulları ile komşulukları gibi çeşitli özellikleri incelenmiştir. Ayrıca, harmonik çok katlı fonksiyonların hipergeometrik fonksiyonlar ile konvolüsyonları ile elde edilen yeni bir operatör tanımlanmıştır. Bu tanımlanan operatör ile oluşturulan harmonik çok katlı fonksiyonların yeni bir sınıfı tanımlanmış ve katsayı koşulları, distorsiyon sınırları, ekstrem noktaları araştırılmıştır.Dördüncü bölümde; elde edilen tüm sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir. This study consists of four chapters.In the first chapter; basic definitions and theorems are given belong to the classes of analytic univalent, analytic p-valent, sense-preserving harmonic univalent, sense-preserving harmonic p-valent functions.In the second chapter; by using differential operator of Salagean, the classes of harmonic univalent functions with complex order are defined and relations between these classes are investigated. In addition, by using differential operator of Salagean, a new class of harmonic p-valent functions is defined and coefficient conditions and neighborhoods of the class in question are studied.In the third chapter; by using convolution of harmonic univalent functions and hypergeometric functions, two classes of harmonic univalent functions are defined and some properties, such as coefficient conditions and neighborhoods are investigated. In addition, a new operator which is obtained by using the convolution of harmonic p-valent functions and hypergeometric functions is defined. By using this operator, a new class of harmonic p-valent functions is defined and coefficient conditions, distortion bounds, extreme points are studied.In the fourth chapter; all obtained results are discussed. 112

Bu çalışmada, Karadeniz Bölgesi' ne ait yöresel bir yemek olan ?Hamsi Kaygana? üretilerek +4°C depolama koşullarında raf ömrü tayini yapılmıştır.Hamsi Kaygana üretiminde faklı kurutulmuş ot (ısırgan) ve baharatlar (kimyon, biberiye) kullanılmış, bu kurutulmuş ot ve baharatların raf ömrü üzerine etkilerinin saptanması amacıyla kontrol grubu olarak kabul edilen ürüne ise kurutulmuş ot ve baharat ilavesi yapılmamıştır.Ürünler mikrodalga fırında pişirildikten sonra dilimlenerek, kilitli buzdolabı poşetlerinde +4°C'de depolanarak kimyasal analizler ile kalite kriterleri belirlenmiştir.Kontrol, ısırgan, biberiye ve kimyon olmak üzere tüm gruplara, 1. gün, 4. gün, 6. gün, 8. Gün ve 12. gün olmak üzere, 3 paralelli, renk, pH, TVB-N, TBA ve TMA-N analizleri yapılmıştır.Analiz verileri değerlendirildiğinde, tüm gruplarda, renk, pH ve TVB-N değerlerinde önemli derecede fark gözlenmezken, TMA-N değerleri yorumlandığında ürünler depolama süresine paralel olarak bozulmanın kabul edildiği referans değerlere yaklaşmış, 12. günde ?tüketilemez? olarak değerlendirilmiştir.12. günde kontrol grubunda ölçülen 9,00 mg malonaldehit/kg TBA değeri, ısırgan grubunda 6,73 mg malonaldehit/kg, biberiye grubunda 5,85 mg malonaldehit/kg, kimyon grubunda ise 6,14 mg malonaldehit/kg olarak ölçülmüştür.Sonuç olarak, yapılan analiz verileri değerlendirildiğinde, TBA değerleri kontrol grubunda üst limit sınırını aşarken, üretiminde kurutulmuş ot ve baharat kullanılan gruplarında TBA değerleri, bu sınıra ulaşmamıştır.Ancak yapılan diğer analizlerde, TBA analizinde olduğu kadar farklı sonuçlar elde edilemediği için, deneme grupları ile kontrol grubunu arasında kesin nitelikte yorum yapabilmeye olanak tanımamaktadır.Bu çalışma kapsamında üretilen Hamsi Kaygana gruplarının raf ömrü tayini için yapılan kimyasal analizlerin, duyusal ve mikrobiyolojik analizlerle desteklenmesi ile daha bilimsel sonuçlar oluşturulacağı öngörülmektedir. In this study, the shelf life of ?Hamsi Kaygana? was determined under the conditions of storage at +4 °C, which is a local dish special to the Black Sea region.Dried herbs (stinging netle) or spices (cummin and rosemary) did not used in the production of the control group to investigate the effects of the dried herbs and spices on the shelf life of ?Hamsi Kaygana?. The products were cooked in microwave oven, sliced and packed with the locked refrigerater bags and storaged.The analysis of pH, TVB-N, TBA and TMA-N were done for the all groups of control, stinging netle, cummin and rosemary, at the 1 st day, 4 th day, 6 th day, 8 th day and the 12 th day of the storage.Regarding the results of the analysis, could not be found an important difference with the values and pH and TVB-N to determine the shelf life. But, the results of TBA and TMA-N counts were reached to the limit values of the referance accepting that the products ?can not be comsumed? at the 12 th day of the storage.The TBA value of the control group was found 9,00 mg malonaldehit/kg on the 12 th storage days when TBA values of stinging netle group 6,73 mg malonaldehit/kg, rosemary group 5,85 mg malonaldehit/kg, cummin group 6,14 mg malonaldehit/kg.As the results of these analyes, the TBA value of the control group passed the values of limits, TBA values were found as acceptable for the other groups which used dried herbs and spices for their production.But, the other analyses can not be helped with the comments as like the values of TBA.The chemical analyses which have been done to determine of the shelf life of Hamsi Kaygana groups must be supported with the sensual and mcrobiological analyses. 73

OKB Tanısı almış Psikiyatri Hastalarında Travmatik Yaşam Olayları Görülme SıklığıTravmatik yaşantılar, obsesif-kompulsif (OK) belirtilerin başlangıcında tetikleyici bir rolüstlenebilir. Bu çalışma OKB tanısı almış psikiyatri hastalarında OKB türleri ile travmatikyaşantılar arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bunun için; NPİstanbulNöropsikiaytri Hastanesine başvuran 30 ' u erkek 35 ' i kadın olmak üzere OKB tanısı almış 65psikiyatri hastası çalışmanın örneklemini oluşturmuştur. Verilerin elde edilmesi için katılımcılara,Sosyodemografik Bilgi Formu, Maudsley Obsesif Kompulsif Bozukluk Soru Listesi, TravmatikYaşam Olayları Listesi ,Travmatik Stres Belirti Ölçeği uygulanmıştır.Araştırmaya katılanlardan 10 `u (%15,4) hiç travmatik yaşantı belirtmemiştir, 13 kişi (%20.0 )insan elinden kasıtlı travmatik olaylar, 5'i (%7,7) doğal afet ve kazalar , 24'ü (%36,9) yakın kaybı,10'u (%15,4) çocukluk çağı travmaları ve 3'ü (%4,6) ekonomik kayıp gibi travmatik yaşantılarıbildirmişlerdir. Buna göre; cinsel saldırı durumu ve kuşku obsesyonları arasında p:.004 düzeyinde ,cinayet ve ölüm olaylarına şahit olma durumu ile kontrol kompülsiyonalrı arasında p: .005düzeyinde ve temizlik obsesyonları ? kompülsiyonları arasında p: .000 düzeyinde anlamlı bir ilişkibulunmakla birlikte yine cinayet ve ölüm olaylarına şahit olma durumu ile kontaminasyonobsesyonları arasında p: .009 düzeyinde sınırda anlamlı bir ilişki saptanmıştır. Yapılan bu çalşma,travmatik yaşantı bildiren OKB hastalarında, bazı travmatik yaşantılarla OKB türleri arasında ilişkiolduğunu göstermektedir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Obsesif- kompulsif bozukluk, Travmatik Yaşam Olayları, TSSB, The prevalance of traumatic life events in the psychatric patients diagnosed with OCDTraumatic experiences may have a triggering role in the genesis of obsessive?compulsive disorder.The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between the OCD types and the traumatic lifeevents in the patiens diagnosed with OCD. For this purpose, the examples of the case study researchincluded 30 male and 35 female, in total 65 psychiatric patients who had applied to NPİ İstanbulNeuropsychiatric Hospital, and had been diagnosed as having obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD). In order to reach the data, the patients were assessed with Sociodemografic InformationQuestionnaire, Maudsley Obsessive Compulsive Questionnaire, the Traumatic Life EventsQuestionnaire and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Scale.While the avarage age of the partcipants is 32,32, 10 cases were reported as they hadn?t had anytraumatic life experiences. Deliberate man-made traumatic events were present in 13 cases (20.0%), while natural disaster and accident experience were present in 5 cases (7,7%). 24(36,9%) of thecases were reported to experience the loss of relatives. Also, it was implied that 20 (15,4%) caseshad childhood trauma and trauma relating to money. According to this there was a statisticallysignificant correlation of p= .004 between sexual assault and kuşku compulsions, correlation ofp=.000 between cinayet ve ölüm şahitlik and cleaning compulsions. There was a statisticallysignificant correlation ofp= .009 between cinayet ve ölüm olayına şahitlik and contaminationobsessions.
