European identity exists within nationalist identities. This fact came into existence especially after European Union (EU) came together and evolved. European identity, especially in post-truth era where emotions are being used by politicians to justify their policies, identity politics is useful more than ever. But using populist policies might cause a shift in identity. In this paper concept of post-truth will be examined and a connection with post-truth politics and populism will be linked. After that, European political identity evaluation and acknowledged European values of EU will be examined. Conclusion on a shift occurring in Eastern European identity will be reached due to the evaluation in which Eastern European countries has stronger tendency towards populism., Avrupa kimliği ulusal kimliklerle birlikte var olmaktadır. Bu gerçek, özellikle Avrupa Birliği (AB) kurulduktan ve geliştikten sonra varolmuştur. Avrupa kimliği özellikle politikacıların duyguları kendi politikalarını meşrulaştırmak için kullandıkları hakikat-ötesi (post-truth) döneminde daha da kullanılışlı hale gelmiştir. Ancak popülist politikalar kimlikte bir değişime sebep olabilir. Bu çalışmada hakikat-ötesi konsepti incelenecek ve post-truth politikaları ile popülizm arasında bağlantı kurulacaktır. Sonrasında, Avrupa politik kimlik gelişimi ve AB’nin kabul edilmiş Avrupa değerleri incelenecektir. Doğu Avrupa ülkelerinin popülizme daha kuvvetli bir meyili olduğu gerekçesiyle Doğu Avrupa kimliğinde bir değişim olduğu üzerine bir sonuca varılacaktır.

Çalışma; Karasu Çayı'nda (Türkiye'nin Karadeniz Bölgesi, Sinop İli) yürütülmüştür. Bu çalışmanın amacı, akarsuyun bentik makroomurgasız tür kompozisyonunu belirlemek, bazı çevresel özellikleri (su sıcaklığı, pH ve çözünmüş oksijen) ile birlikte akarsuyun trofik seviyesini değerlendirmektir. Makrobentik omurgasızların ve çevresel değişkenlerin örneklemesi, Şubat 2013 - Ocak 2014 tarihleri arasında 10 istasyonda aylık olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, 18260 örnek incelenmiş ve 175 takson belirlenmiştir. Tür zenginliği açısından Chironomidae ve Oligochaeta sırasıyla 48 ve 38 takson ile en yüksek gruplardır. BMWP ve ASPT endeksleri, tüm istasyonların “hafif kirli (Sınıf II)” veya “kirlenmemiş (Sınıf I)” su kalitesi seviyelerine ait olduğunu göstermektedir., The study was conducted in Karasu Stream (Sinop Province, Black Sea Region of Turkey). The purpose of this study is, to determine the benthic macroinvertebrate composition of the stream, together with some of its environmental characteristics (water temperature, pH and dissolved oxygen) to evaluate the trophic level of the stream. Samplings of benthic macroinvertebrates and environmental variables were performed monthly at ten stations between February 2013 and January 2014. As a result, 18260 specimens were investigated and 175 taxa were determined. Chironomidae and Oligochaeta were the higher groups in terms of species richness with 48 and 38 taxa, respectively. The BMWP and ASPT indices indicate that all the stations belong to “slightly polluted (Class II)” or “unpolluted (Class I)” water quality levels.

Gönen Stream, selectedas the study area, is one of the most important rivers in theÇanakkale-Balıkesir part of the Marmara Basin. Its approximate length is 134km. Especially in recent years, it is adversely affected by intensiveagriculture, farming and mining activities and is exposed to various pollutanteffects. This study was aimed todetermine Trichoptera fauna of Gönen Stream. Field studies were carried outbetween September 2010 and July 2012 and samples were taken from 12 selectedstations in seasonal periods (8 field studies).At the end of the study, it was determined thatTrichoptera (Insecta) fauna of Gönen Stream was represented by 28 speciesbelonging to 16 genera and 9 families. Among the identified families,Hydropsychidae has the highest species diversity (9 species), followed byPolycentropodidae and Psychomyiidae (5 species each), Glossossomatidae (3species) and Limnephilidae (2 species) respectively. Goeridae,Lepidostomatidae, Rhyacophilidae and Odontoceridae families were represented bya taxon respectively., Çalışma alanı olarakseçilen Gönen Çayı, Marmara Havzası’nın Çanakkale-Balıkesir kesimindeki enönemli akarsulardan biridir. Yaklaşık uzunluğu 134 km’dir. Özellikle sonyıllarda yoğun tarım, hayvancılık ve madencilik faaliyetlerinden olumsuz olaraketkilenmekte ve çeşitli kirletici etkilere maruz kalmaktadır. Bu çalışmada Gönen Çayı’nın Trichoptera faunasınınbelirlenmesi amaçlanmış, Eylül 2010 ve Temmuz 2012 tarihleri arasında araziçalışmaları gerçekleştirilmiş ve seçilen 12 istasyondan mevsimsel periyotlarla(8 arazi çalışması) örnekler alınmıştır. Çalışmasonunda, Gönen Çayı’nın Trichoptera (Insecta) faunasının 9 familya ve 16 cinseait 28 tür tarafından temsil edildiği belirlenmiştir. Belirlenen familyalardanHydropsychidae en fazla tür çeşitliliğine sahipken (9 tür), bunu sırasıylaPolycentropodidae ve Psychomyiidae (5’ertür), Glossossomatidae (3 tür) ve Limnephilidae (2 tür) izlemiştir. Goeridae,Lepidostomatidae, Rhyacophilidae ve Odontoceridae familyaları ise birertaksonla temsil edilmiştir.

WOS: 000445999900001, The study was conducted in Nif Stream (Izmir) and the aims of the study are (a) to determine the benthic macro-invertebrate composition of the stream, (b) to determine environmental features of the stream, (c) to investigate the relations between the determined species and the environmental variables and (d) to assess the trophic level of the stream which was under the pressure of industry, agriculture and settlement. Samplings of macrobenthic invertebrates were performed seasonally at eight stations between October 2013 and September 2014 in addition to measuring environmental variables of the localities. 11571 specimens were investigated and totally 77 taxa were determined. Chironomidae and Oligochaeta were the higher groups in terms of species richness with 25 and 17 species, respectively. Multivariate analyses indicate that pH, Ca2+ and NO3-N were the most effective variables and explained 48.6% of the variance in the distribution and abundance of benthic macroinvertebrates in Nif Stream. Along the measured physicochemical characteristics and scores of biological indices, the upper branches of the stream have good quality water while the middle and lower parts are heavily polluted., E.U. In order to determine habitat preferences of aquatic Oligochaeta in the Lake District area of Turkey, quantitative sampling and measurements of some of the selected physicochemical variables were done seasonally from June 1999 to November 2000. Total of 45 Oligochaeta species were collected from 75 different habitats. Canonical Correspondence Analysis (CCA) explained 81% of the correlation among species and environmental variables with about % 32.5 of variance. Influential variables on the species distribution from most to least affective follow as water depth, Secchi depth, pH, dissolved oxygen, elevation, temperature, CaCO3=, electrical conductivity and salinity. Species were clustered into six groups with Unweighted Pair Group Mean Averages (UPGMA) analyses based on species occurrence. Overall, results suggest that each Oligochaeta species has species-specific habitat preferences although some of them overlap in their requirements.

Göller Bölgesi (Türkiye) içsularının Oligochaeta (Annelida) faunası. Göller Bölgesi içsularında dağılım gösteren Oligochaeta faunasının belirlenmesi amacıyla Haziran 1999-Kasım 2000 tarihleri arasında 75 istasyondan (30 kaynak, 21 göl, bir gölet, 12 baraj gölü, 7 akarsu, 3 kanal, bir mağara) toplam 237 bentik örnek alınmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, 24’ü Tubificidae, 14’ü Naididae, 3’ü Enchytraeidae, 2’si Lumbriculidae, 1’i Lumbricidae, 1’i Haplotaxidae ve 1’i Glossoscolecidae familyalarına ait olmak üzere toplam 46 tür tespit edilmiştir. Tespit edilen türlerden, Henlea nasuta, Tubifex tubifex f. bergi, Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri f. parvus, Ilyodrilus frantzi ve Spirosperma nikolskyi Türkiye Oligochaeta Faunası için ilk kayıt niteliğindedir

As a result of sampling made in the Dicle (Tigris) River, southeastern Anatolia, Turkey, between March 2008 and April 2009, Nais stolci is reported as a new species for the Turkish fauna.

The specimens were collected from 16 stations between February 1998 and May 1999 with the aim of seasonally determining the Oligochaeta and Aphanoneura fauna of the Gediz Delta. The specimens obtained by collection of mud samples with an Ekman grab and elimination with a fine 500 µm sieve were preserved in 4% formaldehyde solution. A total of 47 species were determined, comprising 25 species from Tubificidae, 17 species from Naididae, 3 species from Enchytraeidae and 2 species from Aeolosomatidae. Seventeen of the species determined are new records for the inland water fauna of Turkey.

In order to determine the macrobenthic invertebrate fauna of Lake Eğrigöl, located at 2000 m in the central Taurus Mountains, 4 field studies were conducted between June and September, 2000, and June and September, 2001. The specimens were obtained by collection of mud samples using an Ekman-Birge grab and by sifting with a fine 500 µm sieve, and were preserved in 4% formaldehyde solution. Additional samplings were also performed from the shore with hand nets with a mesh size of 180 µm. On average, 1036 benthic invertebrate specimens were found per square meter in Lake Eğrigöl; 939 of these specimens were oligochaets, 95 were chironomid larvae and 2 were chaoborid larvae. With regard to the rational distribution of these groups, oligochaets were the predominant group with 90.64%, followed by chironomid larvae (9.17%) and chaoborid larvae (0.19%). With regard to the rational distribution of these groups by station, Station 4 (25.90%) was the richest and Station 3 (15.05%) the poorest. Since all, the mollusk specimens from the mud samples were already dead and their shells were decalcified, mollusk species are not included in the averages. Amphipod specimens were sampled from a spring just beyond the lake, and Decapoda specimens sampled from the shore are also not included in the averages. As a result of samplings performed from each meter from the shore to 9 m in depth in the first station, the maximum number of specimens was found at the seventh meter. It was also noticed that oligochaets were abundant at the seventh and eighth meters, whereas chironomids were abundant at the second and sixth meters. The abundances of the groups in respect of months were analyzed using the chi-square test and differences between distributions of the groups according to depths were analyzed using 2-way variance analysis. All of the determined taxa were first records from the lake. Furthermore, Potamothrix moldaviensis (Oligochaeta) is reported from Turkey for the first time.

Doğu Menteşe Dağlan'nın (Ege Bölgesi-Türkiye) Kuzey-Batı eteklerinde bulunan Topçam Baraj Gölü'nün oligoket faunasının belirlenmesi amacıyla Haziran 1999-Haziran 2000 yılları arasında aylık olmak üzere 13 örnekleme yapılmıştır. Bu çalışma ile, şimdiye kadar hiçbir faunistik çalışma yapılmamış olan baraj gölünün bazı fiziko kimyasal özellikleri ile oligoket faunası belirlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, 9'u Tubificidae, 2'si Naididae familyasından olmak üzere toplam 11 oligoket türü tespit edilmiştir. Tubificid Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri dominant tür olup, göldeki oligoket komünitesinin % 64,64'ünü oluşturmuştur. Topçam Baraj Gölü'nde şimdiye kadar oligoket faunasının belirlenmesine yönelik bir çalışma yapılmadığından, tespit edilen türler göl için yeni kayıt niteliğindedir., With the aim of identifying the oligochaeta fauna of Topçam Dam-Lake, located on the north-western slopes of the East Menteşe Mountains (Aegean region, Turkey), a number of samples were collected monthly between June 1999 and June 2000. Having no previous faunistic studies, some physico-chemical features and oligochaeta fauna of the dam-lake were determined for the first time in this research. Consequently, 11 species were determined, 9 species from Tubificidae, and 2 species from Naididae. Tubificid Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri was the dominant Oligochaeta species and represented 64.64% of the total Oligochaeta community in the dam-lake. There are almost no data on the Oligochaeta fauna of this region so far. Hence, all the determined taxa from the localities are recorded for the first time.

Birlik ülkelerinin üretim artışlarında görülen yavaşlamalar, buna karşın taleplerinde görülen artışlar, su ürünlerinin AB ülkeleri açısından önemini belirgin duruma getirmiştir. Bu çalışmada, 1983 yılından itibaren tüm AB ülkelerinde geçerli olmaya başlayan ve en yeni politikalardan birisi olan Ortak Balıkçılık Politikası ve Türkiye Su Ürünleri Politikası ana hatlarıyla açıklanmış ve sektöre uygulanan koruma yöntemleri ve değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır
