Objective The maximum operating pressure for underground gas storage facilities designed for oil and gas reservoirs, both constructed and under construction in China, is currently set at the original formation pressure. There have yet to be successful cases of overpressure operation, which significantly impacts the economic benefits of converting depleted oil and gas reservoirs into underground gas storage facilities. This article aims to evaluate the maximum operating pressure and storage capacity of the Nanpu 1-29 gas storage facility from the perspective of the ultimate bearing capacity of cap layers and faults, with the goal of effectively enhancing the construction benefits of the facility. Methods The evaluation of the maximum operating pressure for the Nanpu 1-29 gas storage facility in eastern Hebei is based on the minimum principal stress measured in situ in the mining wells. Different effective porosity calculation methods are employed to quantitatively evaluate the effective storage capacity of gas and oil reservoirs, as well as the incremental capacity after pressure boosting operation, based on their development differences. Results The evaluation of the maximum operating pressure for the Nanpu 1-29 gas storage facility indicates that the minimum principal stress of the cap layers determined by the in-situ measurements in the mining wells is 34.00 MPa. Based on the tensile failure criteria determined by the minimum principal stress, the maximum operating pressure for the tensile failure of the cap layer is 27.20 MPa. Combined with the maximum safe injection pressure corresponding to shear failure of the cap layer (30.60 MPa) and the maximum safe injection pressure corresponding to unstable slip of the fault (27.60 MPa), the final maximum operating pressure for the Nanpu 1-29 gas storage facility is determined to be 27.20 MPa. Based on the effective storage capacity calculation model, considering factors such as the water content of the gas reservoir, residual water and edge porosity as well as the coefficient of influence, the efficiency of gas-driven fluid, and the utilization rate of oil-containing space, the maximum operating pressure increased from the original formation pressure of 22.50 MPa to 27.20 MPa. The practical storage capacity of the gas storage facility increased from 15.46×108 m3 to 18.14×108 m3, an increase of approximately 17.3%. Conclusion (1) The construction of gas storage facilities can be re-evaluated for the maximum operating pressure based on the minimum principal stress measured in situ in the mining wells, and overpressure design can be conducted under appropriate conditions. (2) Overpressure design can effectively increase storage capacity and improve the economic benefits of reservoir construction. Significance The research results have a certain reference value for the quantitative evaluation of the maximum operating pressure and storage capacity of other underground gas storage facilities, and are expected to significantly improve the economic benefits of overpressure-designed reservoir-type gas storage facilities in China.

Genomics and bioinformatics methods were used to screen genes and molecular markers correlated with colorectal cancer incidence and progression, and their biological functions were analyzed. Differentially expressed genes were obtained using the GEO2R program following colorectal cancer chip data GSE44076 retrieval from the Gene Expression Omnibus gene expression comprehensive database. An online database (David) that combines annotation, visualization, and gene discovery was utilized for investigating genes. Pathway and protein analyses were performed via resources from the Gene Ontology (GO) and the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG). Visual analysis of the KEGG pathway was carried out according to ClueGO and CluePedia to establish the PPI network of gene interaction between pathways; the genes with the highest connectivity were screened by the molecular complex detection analysis method as Hub genes in this study; gene expression was verified by GEPIA online analysis tool, and Kaplan–Meier survival curve was drawn for prognosis analysis. By analyzing GSE44076 microarray data, 86 genes were selected, and colorectal cancer tissues’ upregulation was observed in 27 genes and downregulation in 59 ones. GO assessment revealed that the differentially expressed genes were basically correlated with retinol dehydrogenase activity, carbon dehydrogenase activity, collagen-containing extracellular matrix, anchored component of memory, and cellular hormone metabolic process. Moreover, the KEGG assessment revealed that the differential genes contained various signal pathways such as retinol metabolism, chemical carotenogenesis, and nitrogen metabolism. Through further analysis of the PPI protein network, 4 clusters were obtained, and 16 Hub genes were screened out by combining the degree of each gene. Through the analysis of each gene on the prognosis of colon cancer through the GEPIA online analysis website, it was found that the expression levels of AQP8, CXCL8, and ZG16 genes were remarkably associated with colon cancer prognosis (P < 0.05). Genomics and bioinformatics methods can effectively analyze the genes and molecular markers correlated with colorectal cancer incidence and progression, help to systematically clarify the molecular mechanism of 16 key genes in colorectal cancer development and progression, and provide a theoretically valid insight for the screening of diagnostic markers of colorectal cancer and the selection of accurate targets for drug therapy.

The power grid is an important connection between power sources and users, responsible for supplying and distributing electric energy to users. Modern power grids are widely distributed and large in scale, and their security faces new problems and challenges. Information entropy theory is an objective weighting method that compares the information order of each evaluation index to judge the weight value. With the wide application of entropy theory in various disciplines, the subject of introducing entropy into the power system has been gradually concerned. This article aims to study the smart terminal security technology of the power grid perception layer based on information entropy data mining. This article analyzes its related methods and designs a smart terminal for the power grid. On this basis, a data analysis platform is built and a safety plan is designed. The result is that the average absolute error, root mean square error, average absolute percentage error, and mean square error of the platform's power load forecast are 1.58, 1.96, 8.2%, and 3.93, respectively. These error values are within the ideal range, and the data processing ability is strong. The packet loss rate of the adversary's eavesdropping was tested, and the average packet loss rates at locations a, b, c, and d were 1.05, 1.2, 1.81, and 2.2%, respectively. Data packets will be definitely lost, so the platform is highly secure.

This paper analyzes the strain stability during mining, which often causes a water inrush. Mining couses costant stress on the fault zone, which is a loading process on the system composed of fault material and surrounding medium. A cusp catastrophe model is presented and the necessary and sufficient conditions leading to fault systems are discussed. The fault zone is assumed to be planar and is a combination of two media: medium-1 is elastic-brittle or strain-hardening and medium-2 is strain-softening. The shear stress-strain constitutive model for the strain-softening medium is described by the Weibull’s distribution law. It was found that the instability of a fault system mainly relies on the ratio between the stiffness of medium1 to the post-peak stiffness of the strain-softening medium, and the homogeneity index of strain-softening medium and the bifurcation point, k ≤ 1, which is the turning point of the fault system from stability to potential instability. One can judge the occurrence of fault instability from this feature and regard the index D as a parameter, which reflects the precursory abnormality of a fault.

Colorectal cancer(CRC) is one of the most common malignant tumors, and its incidence is increasing year by year. Intestinal tract is the highest organ of microbial colonization in human body, and the imbalance of intestinal flora plays an important role in the development of CRC. Bacterial biofilm(BF) is the matrix informed by the orderly growth of a variety of intestinal bacteria. Biofilm formation has greatly increased the resistance of intestinal bacteria to fungicides such as antibiotics and host immune defenses. The latest view shows that the formation of bacterial biofilms is a crucial intermediate link in the process that intestinal microbiota induces carcinogenesis in colorectal epithelial cells. In this paper, combining with recent research status at home and abroad, we review the bacterial biofilm promoting carcinogenesis of intestinal epithelial cells.

Additive processing is proven to be an effective method to improve the efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells; however, its intrinsic role in directing the crystallization pathway and thus morphology formation remains unknown. In situ grazing-incidence wide-angle x-ray scattering (GIWAXS) is applied to study the function of a 1,8-diiodooctane (DIO) additive in manipulating the crystallization behavior of perovskite thin films. It is seen that the DIO additive could induce multi-stage intermediate crystallization phases and increases the activation energy for nucleation and growth, which postpones the perovskite phase transformation time and broadens the transition zone. The elongated crystallization process affords improved perovskite thin film crystallinity and reduces defect density, which enables a longer carrier diffusion length. As a result, improved device efficiency, moisture, and thermal stability can be achieved. The current study provides a new prospective in understanding the additive function in perovskite thin film morphology control from fundamental parameters, indicating the importance of minor processing conditions in global property management toward high device performance.
