This paper summarized nursing measures for a patient with infertility caused by chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated with the Chinese herbal medicine ointment rubbing therapy. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing assessment, the Chinese herbal medicine rubbing therapy and comprehensive nursing interventions such as dietary care, emotional care and life support were carried out to relieve the pain and anxiety, and improve the absorption of pelvic inflammatory effusion. (本文总结1例中药膏摩治疗慢性盆腔炎所导致不孕患者的护理经验, 通过辨证分型和护理评估制定护理方案, 采取中药膏摩治疗, 同时做好饮食调护、情志护理和生活指导等护理措施, 减轻患者疼痛、缓解焦虑、促进盆腔积液吸收, 满足了患者的生育需求。)

This paper summarized the treatment effect of midnight-midday ebb flow Traditional Chinese Medicine enema in treating one case of infertility induced by fallopian tube obstruction. According to the effect evaluation and follow-up results, the midnight-midday ebb flow Traditional Chinese Medicine enema was a safe and effective treatment for infertility induced by fallopian tube obstruction. (运用子午流注理论指导的中药灌肠技术, 对1例输卵管阻塞引起的不孕症患者进行治疗, 分析治疗前后的疗效及治疗后随访的妊娠情况, 结果显示子午流注理论指导下的中药灌肠技术治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症安全有效。)

This paper reviewed the clinical data of a patient of postpartum constipation with Qi and blood deficiency treated by abdominal acupoint massage combined with auricular point sticking and pressing. Key issues of risk assessment before treatment, enhanced routine care, operation method of abdominal acupoint massage and auricular point sticking and pressing were summarized. The appropriate technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing based on syndrome differentiation is effective in relief of constipation symptoms and anxiety status of the patient with postpartum constipation with Qi and blood deficiency. (本文总结1例气血两虚型产后便秘患者采用腹部穴位按摩联合耳穴贴压治疗的临床效果, 总结护理经验, 包括护理评估、常规护理、腹部穴位按摩操作方法、耳穴贴压操作方法等。基于辨证施护开展中医护理适宜技术, 能有效改善患者便秘症状和焦虑情绪。)

Moxibustion has been widely used in primary dysmenorrhea, and has the advantages of quick effect, obvious pain relief, and few side effects and adverse reactions. This paper reviewed the clinical and experimental research literatures of moxibustion in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea, discussed the current research status of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea from the aspects of the law of point selection and the mechanism of action, and explored the clinical efficacy and further practice of moxibustion in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.
