Objectives: Microneedling and injectable platelet-rich fibrin (i-PRF) have been proposed as relatively less invasive alternatives to surgical procedures for augmentation of thin periodontal phenotype. The present study was conducted to evaluate the effect of microneedling and i-PRF alone on gingival thickness in thin periodontal phenotype individuals. Method and materials: Systemically healthy individuals with thin periodontal phenotype in mandibular anterior teeth (n = 21) were treated with microneedling on one side and i-PRF on the contralateral side. Assessment of gingival thickness, keratinized tissue width, and periodontal parameters was done at baseline, and at 1, 3, and 6 months. Results: In intergroup comparison, a statistically significant increase in gingival thickness was observed with microneedling as compared to i-PRF at 6 months (P < .02). Intragroup comparison from baseline to 6 months showed a statistically significant increase in gingival thickness within both the groups: microneedling from 0.78 ± 0.12 mm to 1.00 ± 0.14 mm (P < .000), and i-PRF from 0.77 ± 0.10 mm to 0.93 ± 0.12 mm (P < .000). Intragroup comparison showed a statistically significant increase in keratinized tissue width in the microneedling group (P < .000). A statistically significant decrease in periodontal parameters was observed on intragroup comparison (P < .000). Conclusion: Considering the higher gain in gingival thickness and the added advantage of eliminating need for autologous blood withdrawal, microneedling is potentially better than i-PRF for phenotype modification in thin periodontal phenotype individuals. The halide perovskites have received extensive experimental and theoretical research interests for photovoltaic application. Most of the theoretical research is based on either material or device modeling approaches. However, literature is still deprived of studies based on the combination of these approaches, which are expected to yield predictions with superior accuracy. This report combines the first‐principles density functional theory (DFT) computations and device modeling to understand the impact of structural strain, generally induced during the crystallization phase of perovskite materials, on the photovoltaic performance of methyl ammonium lead halide (CH3NH3PbI3 or MAPbI3) based solar cell. The magnitude of strain varies in the range from +2% (tensile) to −2% (compressive). The impact of strain is analyzed in terms of the variations in band structure and values of optoelectronic parameters obtained using DFT calculations and further, their impact on performance metrics of solar cells is predicted using device simulations. The optimized cell efficiency under strain‐free conditions is 13% while it deteriorated to 1.6% under +2% tensile strain and improved to 22.3% under compressive strain. The simulation results underline the importance of engineering the structural strain during the crystallization of perovskite absorber material to achieve solar photovoltaic cells of high efficiency. ABSTRACT: Infertility presents multifaceted challenges that encompass both physical and emotional burdens. Yoga, as a comprehensive system of mind–body medicine, serves as an effective intervention for managing male factor infertility, a complex lifestyle disorder with significant psychosomatic elements. This review explores the transformative role of yoga in addressing both the emotional and physical dimensions of infertility. By incorporating physical postures, breath control and meditation, yoga promotes emotional well-being and enhances reproductive health by improving the integrity of nuclear and mitochondrial genomes as well as the epigenome. In addition, yoga contributes to maintaining sperm telomere length through the regulation of seminal free radical levels and increased telomerase activity, which are crucial for optimal embryo cleavage and the development of high-quality blastocysts. Integrating yoga as an adjunctive therapeutic approach fosters a supportive intrauterine environment and facilitates physiological homoeostasis, thereby increasing the likelihood of successful fertilisation and implantation. Gentle asanas and flowing sequences promote relaxation, alleviate tension and cultivate emotional stability, while meditation aids in emotional healing and resilience during the infertility journey. Specific asanas, such as Baddha Konasana (bound angle pose), Bhujangasana (cobra pose) and Sarvangasana (shoulder stand), stimulate reproductive organs, enhance blood circulation and regulate hormone production. Pranayama techniques further support endocrine balance and overall vitality. Moreover, yoga provides a non-invasive strategy for managing fertility-related conditions leading to improved reproductive health and overall well-being. This review aims to elucidate the comprehensive role of yoga in improving male infertility, focusing on its impact on sperm nuclear and mitochondrial genomes, the epigenome and telomere health. In addition, it underscores the importance of self-care, open communication and shared experiences with partners. Practicing yoga regularly supports psychosocial well-being, promotes holistic healing, enhances physical and mental health and probably helps in improving reproductive health, thereby fostering resilience and self-efficacy throughout the journey of fertility and reproduction. In graph theory, graph labeling is an essential area of study because labeled graphs offer useful mathematical models for coding theory, cryptography, astronomy, radar, database administration and communication networks. Consider a bijection for a graph G of order n, f : V (G) → {1, 2, ..., n}. The weight of a vertex z of G, expressed as w(z), is defined as the sum of labels assigned to all vertices adjacent to vertex z in G. If the weights are distinct for every unique pair of vertices y, z in V (G), then the labeling f is referred to as distance antimagic. A distance antimagic graph is any graph G that accepts such a labeling. Distance antimagic labeling on various basic graph products are discussed in this paper. We explore results on (a, d)-distance antimagic labeling for the lexicographic product G * H and distance antimagic labeling for the cartesian product G * H, tensor product G x H and strong product G x H in this work, where the graphs G and H are cycle related graphs, paths or complete graphs. Organometallic halide perovskites have shown significant promise for applications in optoelectronics and photovoltaics in recent years. This research looks into the performance of bulk heterojunction-based photodetectors (PDs) based on the active layer of a CH3NH3PbI3:PCBM bulk heterojunction (BHJ). We assessed the impact of PCBM concentration in CH3NH3PbI3:PCBM BHJ on the electrical performance of the PDs. We found that the BHJ PD with a 4% PCBM concentration had the strongest capability to reject noise, as demonstrated by its superior ratio of photocurrent to dark current. Moreover, the PD with a 4% PCBM concentration in the active layer outperforms pristine CH3NH3PbI3-based PDs in terms of optoelectronic performance, showing greater responsivity and detectivity. The improved optoelectronic performance of BHJ PD is due to increased interfacial area, higher electron extraction and a decrease in traps and defects. The analysis of dark current–voltage curves reveals a significant reduction in charge recombination for BHJ devices, supporting the elimination of traps and defects by the inclusion of PCBM. The PD’s impedance study unveils that the incorporation of PCBM enhances charge transfer and effectively suppresses charge recombination, leading to enhanced optoelectronic performance.
