The long non-coding RNA MIR503 host gene (MIR503HG) plays a role in suppressing or promoting cancer in many types of human malignant tumors. The role of MIR503HG in cervical cancer is still unknown.The expression level of MIR503HG in cervical cancer tissues and cell lines was accessed using quantitative Real Time-Polymerase Chain Reaction (qRT-PCR) assay. The Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) assay and flow cytometric analysis were performed to assess cell proliferation and apoptosis in cervical cancer. The nude mouse xenograft experiment was used to examine the ability of MIR503HG in tumor formation. In our study, we found that the expression of MIR503HG was significantly reduced in cervical cancer tissues and cell lines. In vitro studies have shown that MIR503HG inhibited cell proliferation and invasion, and enhanced cell apoptosis in cervical cancer through the miR-191/CEBPB axis. MIR503HG regulated the expression of miR-191 via directly binding to miR-191.The expression of MIR503HG had a negative correlation with miR-191 expression in cervical cancer tissues. MiR-191 regulated the expression of CEBPB by directly targeting 3'-UTR of CEBPB mRNA. Overexpression of MIR503HG inhibited cell proliferation, invasion and apoptosis in vitro, and inhibited tumor growth in vivo.MIR503HG plays a role in suppressing tumors in cervical cancer and is a long-term non-coding RNA.

(Ultra) high‐pressure (HP) rocks can be exhumed rapidly by subduction reversal or divergent plate motion. Recent studies show that subduction reversal can in particular occur in a divergent double subduction zone when the slab pull of one slab exceeds that of the other, shorter one, which then experiences a net upward pull. This recent hypothesis, first proposed for Triassic HP‐rocks exposed in the central Qiangtang mélange belt in central Tibet, can explain the exhumation of (ultra) HP rocks through upward slab movement. However, this model lacks the support of kinematic evidence. In this study, based on the recognition of multiple deformational phases, we analyze the kinematics of the HP‐bearing mélange in central Qiangtang. Based on new 40Ar‐39Ar geochronology data and those collected from the literature, we present a temporal framework for the new observations. We recognize a switch in sense of shear between the prograde (D1) and exhumation (D2‐3) paths. The change of shear sense reflects the reversal from downward to upward movement of the oceanic slab below. Early D2 represents the early exhumation stage that caused retrograde metamorphism from eclogite to blueschist facies. No magmatism occurred during this period. Continued exhumation from blueschist facies to greenschist facies resulted in D2‐D3 structures. Voluminous igneous activity occurred during this stage. We suggest that subduction reversal in a divergent double subduction zone can best explain the kinematic evolution and temporal framework above. 无创产前检测（NIPT）是相对于侵入性产前诊断而言，无穿刺相关流产、感染等风险的产前筛查技术，很多学者及专业杂志均呼吁用游离DNA（cf-DNA）检测来描述通过母体血清中cf-DNA测序或比较基因组杂交技术筛查胎儿常见染色体非整倍体的检测。应强调在孕妇充分知情同意的前提下，可以有指征地选用cf-DNA检测进行产前筛查；在明确合理的成本-效益比前，不推荐在低风险孕妇中常规开展cf-DNA检测，并规范cf-DNA检测的临床服务流程。.

随着产前诊断技术的飞速发展，影像学检查可以检出越来越多的胎儿结构异常，遗传学检测技术的发展又揭示了胎儿结构异常与遗传变异的密切关系。传统的细胞遗传学检测和染色体微阵列分析技术已用于产前诊断，成为产前遗传学检测的主要手段，为产前咨询提供了可靠的依据。然而，大部分结构异常的胎儿仍未获得明确的病因学解释。近年，研究者将全外显子组测序或全基因组测序技术在产前诊断中进行了尝试，检测出了更多的病因学变异。随着初期探索的成功和测序成本的下降，基因组测序技术在产前诊断的应用成为又一波技术进步的潮流。然而，海量的测序信息和胎儿表型的特殊性也对医患双方提出了更高的要求。使用好这一技术，需要严格遵从规范。本文根据2018年由国际产前诊断学会（ISPD）、母胎医学会（SMFM）和围产期质量基金会（PQF）共同发表的联合立场声明，结合近年国内的发展和应用经验，就全基因组测序临床应用的关键点、应用指征、结果和咨询进行了解读。.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the mid-to-long-term efficacy of patients with chronic ankle instability combined with posterior impingement syndrome after 3-9 years of follow-up, and to analyze the influencing factors. METHODS: From February 2010 to December 2015, 46 patients underwent concurrent lateral ankle ligament repair with posterior ankle arthroscopic surgery at the Institute of Sports Medicine, Peking University Third Hospital. The patient was first placed in a prone position and underwent arthroscopic debridement for the posterior impingement. After finishing the posterior arthroscopy, the surgeon and assistants first translated the patient to the affected side, then turned to the healthy side, and changed the position to the supine position. During the turning over, another assistant held the arthroscope and the instrument to ensure that it was sterile and could be used without replacement. The anterior ankle arthroscopy was operated if necessary and the lateral ankle ligament repair was anatomic repaired with anchors. The 42 patients were followed up, including 26 males and 16 females. The average age was (28.9±10.0) years. The patient’s clinical symptoms, joint stability, mobility and motor function were compared by questionnaire and physical examination. The preoperative and postoperative visual analogue scale (VAS) scores, American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) scores, Tegner scores were compared, and the clinical scores and the patient age, gender, height and weight were compared. The correlations between body mass index (BMI), preoperative duration, surgery duration, and cartilage injury were analyzed. RESULTS: The mean follow-up time was (71.8±22.8) months. Ionospheric anomalies before earthquakes have become the subject of one of the most intensive studies in the area of ionospheric variation. The ionosphere has a large class of disturbances under quiet geomagnetic conditions, i.e., quiet time disturbances (Q disturbances). Hence, the characteristics of seismo-ionospheric anomalies obtained by statistical analysis should be compared with those of Q-disturbance events. Using the data of foF2 (F2-layer critical frequency) during the whole interval of 1978–2008 (~3 solar cycles), the local time (LT) variation in Q disturbances is investigated. The results showed that a well-pronounced nighttime peak took place for positive disturbances induced by Q-disturbance events, while positive disturbances related to earthquakes predominately occurred in the daytime, especially in the afternoon LT sector. This remarkable difference in local time variation in foF2 between the earthquake-triggered and Q-disturbance events is of great significance for the identification of ionospheric precursors.

To explore the relationship between microRNA-23a-3p expression and perihematomal edema (PHE) in patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) and its underlying mechanism.Clinical data and blood samples on the 3rd day after ICH onset were collected. Head CT was performed in each subject when admitted. Serum expressions of microRNAs were detected by quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR). The relationship between hematoma volume and perihematomal edema was analyzed by correlation analysis. The direct binding of microRNA-23a-3p and zonula occludens-1 (ZO-1) was verified by luciferase activity assay and Western blot, respectively. Moreover, in vitro experiments were carried out by flow cytometry and CCK-8 assay, respectively.Serum levels of microRNA-23a-3p and microRNA-130a in ICH patients were remarkably higher than those in the control group, microRNA-26a and microRNA-146a, however, were significantly decreased. A positive correlation was observed between the microRNA-23a-3p expression and the volume of relative perihematomal edema (rPHE) on the 3rd day after ICH (r2=0.3985; p=0.0002). Up-regulation of microRNA-23a-3p significantly decreased ZO-1 expression in hCMEC/D3 cells. Results of luciferase activity assay further indicated that microRNA-23a-3p directly targets the wild-type of ZO-1. In vitro results suggested that microRNA-23a-3p expression markedly affects the proliferation and apoptosis of hCMEC/D3 cells. Similar results were obtained after overexpression or knockdown of ZO-1.Up-regulated microRNA-23a-3p in ICH patients promotes the apoptosis of cerebral vascular endothelial cells by down-regulatingZO-1, thus participating in the perihematomal edema formation after intracerebral hematoma.

We investigated the significance of IL-1 and ICAM-1 in rat's subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) cerebral vasospasm (CVS) model.A total of 30 Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into the SAH group and the Sham group. Cisterna magna auto blood injection was used to prepare the CVS models. We studied and compared changes in the basilar arteries diameters before and after SAH. We measured the cerebrovascular inner diameter before and after SAH modeling using the ultrasound. ELISA method was used to measure the expression of IL-1 and ICAM-1 in peripheral blood. The expression of MAPK and P38 in the brain was tested using Western blot. Brain cells apoptosis was studied using TUNEL method.Cerebrovascular inner diameter reduced significantly in the SAH group as compared to the control group. The expression of IL-1 and ICAM-1 increased significantly after 48 hours. Compared to the Sham group, p-38 and p-MAPK expression levels in the SAH group increased significantly after 48 hours. Results showed that 48 hours after the operation, the level of apoptosis was significantly higher in the SAH group. IL-1 and ICAM-1 expression levels were associated with a P38-MAPK signal pathway in the brain. p38 and MAPK activation were closely related to apoptosis in the cortex.We suggest that the cerebral basilar vasospasm was occurred in rats 48 hours after ASH onset, with an increase in IL-1 and ICAM-1 expression and brain cells apoptosis.

To investigate the effect of a high-fat diet and aerobic exercise intervention and its related mechanism on rat germ cell apoptosis. Forty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group, high-fat diet group, control exercise group and high-fat exercise group. Rats were fed with high-fat diet or were given weight-free swimming. The levels of TG, TC, HDL, LDL and IL-6 in serum of rats were measured. The body weight, body length and inguinal fat weight were measured to calculate the Lee's index and lipid/body weight ratio. The expression of IL-6 mRNA in inguinal fat and IL-6R,Bcl-2 and Bax mRNA in testis was detected by RT-PCR. The morphological structure of testis was observed, and the Johnsen's ten-point score was calculated by HE staining, and the germ cell apoptosis was detected by TUNEL method. We got from the experimental results: a high-fat diet induces obesity and lipid metabolism disorder, alters testis morphological structure and increases germ cell apoptosis in rats. Aerobic exercise improves the lipid metabolism disorder and interferes with germ cell apoptosis by reducing interleukin-6 and interleukin-6 receptor expression.

As a major pillar industry of the national industrial economy, the automobile industry has been greatly affected by the increasingly strict requirements of environmental protection in recent years. With the constant promotion of new energy vehicles, further compression of costs and improved performance will enable enterprises to occupy a place in international competition. In terms of the belt material of automobile engines, HNBR and EPDM, which are better in performance, are gradually replacing the traditional CR to adapt to the more demanding working environment. Compared with HNBR, EPDM is cheaper. In this paper, the effects of carbon black N330 and nylon staple fiber and their dosage on the properties of EPDM wedge rubber were studied by orthogonal test method to find the best formula. Studies have shown that the nylon fiber content has a great influence on the physical properties of EPDM wedge rubber, and comes to the influence of carbon black N330 content. The interaction between them is not obvious. When the content of the nylon fiber is 5phr and the content of the carbon black is 65 phr, the rubber wear rate after vulcanization is 15.5%, and the storage modulus at 120°C is about 60% at room temperature, its strength, heat resistance and aging resistance are excellent.

Polyamide 6 (PA6) is one of the principal thermoplastics used in the plastics engineering and textile industries. However, PA6 with low limiting oxygen index (LOI) burns easily and its melt drips will lead to spread of flames, which restricts its wider application in several areas. PA6/melamine cyanurate (MCA) composite was prepared via in situ polymerisation. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis were used to characterise the chemical structure, thermal transitions and crystallinity and thermogravimetric behaviour of this synthetic flame retardant composite. The results showed that MCA/PA6 had higher crystallisation temperature than PA6 alone; the decomposition rate of MCA/PA6 was obviously lower than that of PA6. The UL-94 flammability test and LOI test revealed that the composite reached a UL-94 V-0 rating at 3·2 mm thickness and had a LOI value of 31·8% at a loading level of 8%MCA.

To evaluate the diagnostic values of using autoantibodies in sera to a panel of eight tumor-associated antigens (TAAs) of P53, Koc, P62, C-myc, IMP1, Survivn, P16 and Cyclin B1 full-length recombinant proteins for early detection of patients with gastric cardia adenocarcinoma (GCA) and high-risk subjects screening. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect autoantibodies against the eight selected TAAs in 383 sera samples from four groups, including 140 subjects with normal gastric cardia epithelia (NOR), 76 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG), 79 patients with gastric cardia dysplasia (DYS) and 88 patients with GCA. In addition, the expression of the eight antigens was analyzed in gastric cardia tissues by immunohistochemical method. The individual autoantibodies to six TAAs (P53, P62, IMP1, Survivn P16 and Cyclin B1) were significantly higher in sera from patients with GCA than that in normal subjects (P < 0.05). When autoantibody assay successively accumulated to seven TAAs (P53, Koc, P62, C-myc, IMP1, Survivn and P16), a stepwise increased detection frequency of autoantibodies was found in the four sera groups (13% in NOR, 39% in CAG, 46% in DYS, and 64% in GCA, respectively), the risks to CAG, DYS and GCA steadily increased about 4.4-, 5.7- and 12.0-fold. The sensitivity and the specificity for autoantibodies against the seven TAAs in diagnosing GCA reached up to 64% and 87%, respectively. The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve for the seven anti-TAA autoantibodies was 0.73 (95%CI: 0.68-0.78) No more increase in sensitivity was found with the addition of new anti-TAA autoantibodies. A combination detection of autoantibodies to TAAs might be helpful to distinguish GCA patients from normal subjects and the patients with gastric cardia precancerous lesions. In addition, further studies in patients with GCA and precancerous lesions using enlarged TAA panels might improve the sensitivity and specificity of cancer detection and high-risk subjects screening.

The existing image block compression method does not reduce the amount of data after the image block processing. For the image with large amount of raw data, such as high-resolution remote sensing images, the image compression will consume more hardware resources and cause great pressure on the compression performance. Aiming at this situation, a method for block compressed of images based on data-hiding is proposed. The reference image block and similar image blocks are judged by the similarity of image blocks. The number of similar image blocks is hidden in the reference image block by data-hiding, and only the reference image blocks are subjected to JPEG2000 compression. The experimental results show that the method reduces the amount of data before image compression by 1/3 and increase the compression ratio of image compression by 1.5 times.

This paper proposes a high efficient FEMD-based data hiding method suitable for various complexity images. The method uses FEMD's extraction function to map a cover pixel (8 bits) and a randomizable auxiliary pixel (log2 n+1 bits) into a data of n 2-ary notational system, which can significantly improve the data hiding efficiency. When n=2, the embedding efficiency of FEMD is 1/8, and that of our method is 1/5, which is increased by 60% and the image quality of the two methods is almost the same. In other words, our method will have higher image quality when the embedding rate of the two methods is same. When n=4 or 8 and the dada embedding efficiency is equal, the PSNR of this method is increased by 1.3 dB or 1.1 dB compared with FEMD. In addition, the auxiliary pixel as a key can improve the security of our data hiding algorithm.

To validate the analysis capability of RapidHIT™ 200 system for four kinds of routine forensic samples and the recyclable capability of template, template DNA and PCR products in the process of twice duplicate detection.The buccal swabs underwent the test twice by RapidHIT™ 200 system, and the template DNA and PCR products that arose in the system were also tested for two times. After four kinds of routine forensic samples were detected by RapidHIT™ 200 system, the follow-up tests of the template, template DNA and PCR products that arose in the system were performed.The STR loci could be detected in the buccal swabs by the system for the first time. However, part of the STR loci lost during the second test. And the peak value obtained in the second test was significantly reduced than the one in the first time. The average STR loci detection rates of the template DNA and PCR products were both less than 50% in the second test, which were significantly reduced than that in the first test. In addition, the analysis capability of the system for the tissues and buccal swabs was better than that for the blood and cigarette butts. Compared with the first test, the STR loci detection rate of the tested items, template DNA and PCR products decreased with the numbers of tests.RapidHIT™ 200 system is more effective in retesting buccal swabs than other samples, whereas the items, DNA template, PCR products obtained in the first and second time cannot be directly used for the further application and study of forensic medicine.

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a systemic autoimmune disease that is known to be associated with polyclonal B-cell hyper-reactivity. B-cell receptor (BCR) has a central role in B-cell development, activation, survival and apoptosis, and thus is a critical component of the regulation of both protective and autoreactive B cells. In this study, we applied multiplex PCR and Illumina high-throughput sequencing to study the composition and variation of the BCRs in peripheral blood mononuclear cells from SLE patients and healthy donors (NC). We found that SLE group displayed significantly shorter CDR3 average length (14.86±0.76aa vs 15.70±0.43aa), more arginine percentage of CDR3 amino acids (7.57±0.20% vs 7.32±0.19%) and poorer immunological diversity than the healthy ones. CDR3 sequence YGMDV present in all SLE samples may provide more information in generating more effective B-cell targeted diagnosis/therapies strategies.

SUMMARYInformation about the changing epidemiology of drug-resistant tuberculosis (TB) in hospitals in China over the past decade remains largely unknown. This study examined the susceptibility patterns and trends of drug-resistant TB cases in the 309 Hospital in Beijing, China. Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolates were retrospectively identified, drug susceptibility test (DST) results and clinical data were analysed for the period 1997–2009. Of the 5523 culture-positive TB patients, 47·1% had resistance to any anti-TB drug, 14·8% had mono-resistant TB, 19·8% had poly-resistant TB, 19·4% had multidrug-resistant TB (MDR-TB), and 1·3% had extensively drug-resistant TB (XDR-TB).
