Summary Root-lesion nematodes, Pratylenchus spp., are economically important pathogens because of their detrimental and economic impact on a wide range of crops. In August 2018, two samples of both roots and rhizosphere soil were collected from a corn field in Liangyuanqu of Shangqiu city, Henan Province, China. Root-lesion nematodes were recovered from the roots and soil samples using the modified Baermann funnel extraction method. Both the morphological characters and molecular analysis of the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) and D2-D3 expansion region of 28S ribosomal RNA sequences confirmed that the root-lesion nematode population collected from corn in this study was P. neglectus. Phylogenetic analyses showed that this isolate formed a highly supported clade with other P. neglectus isolates. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of P. neglectus on corn in Henan Province of China. This study reports the first partial sequences of 28S D2-D3 region of P. neglectus on corn in China. Due to the great harmfulness of root-lesion nematodes to corn, care should be taken to prevent the spread of P. neglectus to other regions in China. At the same time, further study on the biological characteristics of P. neglectus is needed, which will be helpful to develop corresponding management and control strategies.

The Molten Salt Reactor (MSR) is the most important system suggested by Generation IV for the future direction in the nuclear reactor field. For more development of the MSR reactor, the core system inside the tube is proposed by naturally circulating molten fuel salt. The nonlinear kinetic equations form a linearized function and are obtained in state-space form. Reactivity feedback and delayed neutrons are extremely important for reactor control. In this paper, a thermal-hydraulic system for the commercial computation dynamic model is proposed. Currently, there is no commercial software to simulate the natural circulation flow. The proposed method can be easily employed to detect faults and can provide a feasible overall system performance.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the effectiveness and feasibility of dexamethasone combined with oxybuprocaine hydrochloride gel on the prevention of postoperative sore throat after nasal endoscopy. METHODS: In the study, 60 patients with American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical statuses Ⅰ to Ⅱ, aged 18 to 72 years, scheduled for elective nasal endoscope surgery under general anesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation were randomly divided into dexamethasone combined with oxybuprocaine hydrochloride gel group (G group, n=30) and control group (C group, n=30). The patients in the G group received dexamethasone 0.1 mg/kg before induction and the oxybuprocaine gel was applied to the endotracheal catheter cuff and the front end within 15 cm. The patients in the C group received the same dose of saline and the saline was applied to the endotracheal catheter cuff and the front end within 15 cm. Then, all the patients in the two groups received the same induction and anesthesia maintainance. The operation time, anesthesia time, emergence time, extubation time and departure time were recorded. The intraoperative infusion volume, blood loss volume, propofol, remifentanil, rocuronium dosage were also recorded. The adverse reactions such as intraoperative hypotension, bradycardia and postoperative agitation were recorded. The postoperative sore throat score was recorded at the end of operation and 4 h, 8 h, 12 h, and 24 h after operation. RESULTS: Compared with the C group, the emergence time [(8.4±3.9) min vs. (10.8±4.7) min], extubation time [(8.8±3.7) min vs. (11.9±4.8) min], and departure time [(20.0±5.3) min vs. (23.0±5.8) min] were significantly shorter, and the propofol dosage [(11.8±1.8) mg/kg vs. (15.9±4.6) mg/kg], remifentanil dosage [(10.9±4.7) μg/kg vs. (14.1±3.6) μg/kg] were significantly less in the G group, and there was no difference of rocuronium dosage in the two groups. Compared with the C group the incidence of intraoperative hypotension [10%(3/30) vs. 30%(9/30)], bradycardia [16.7%(5/30) vs. 20%(6/30)] and postoperative agitation [6.7%(2/30) vs. 23.3%(7/30)] were significantly lower in the C group. The postoperative sore throat score at the end of operation, 4 h, 8 h, 12 h and 24 h after operation in the G group were significantly lower than in the C group respectively [0 (0, 1) vs. 1 (1, 2), 0 (0, 0) vs. 1 (1, 2), 0 (0, 0) vs. 1 (1, 2), 0 (0, 0) vs. 1 (0.75, 1), 0 (0, 0) vs. 1 (0, 1)]. CONCLUSION: Dexamethasone combined with oxybuprocaine hydrochloride gel was effective and feasible on the prevention of postoperative sore throat after nasal endoscopy.

According to a document issued by the General Office of National Health Commission, "one person, one diagnosis, and one room" is required in the process of outpatient consultation. However, the patient will need to go to another room for dressing change after the doctor checks the wound if sticking to the conventional layout of current wound repair specialist outpatient clinic in hospitals and following the regulation of "separation of diagnosis and treatment". To allow a patient walking back and forth with the exposed wounds to different clinics or going to another clinic for dressing change with the original dressing reapplied to the wound is against the regulation of nosocomial infection control and the principle of sterility. To ensure that the layout of the outpatient clinic in the wound repair outpatient department not only conforms to the principle of "one person, one diagnosis, and one room", but also meets the characteristics of the diagnosis and treatment process of chronic wounds, this paper proposes the layout of "large space and small partition" in the wound repair clinic.依据国家卫生健康委办公厅的文件规定，在门诊接诊过程中，需要做到“一人一诊一室”。 但是，如果按目前医院创面修复专科门诊的常规布局，当医师查看创面后，照 “诊疗要分离”的规定，患者需到另外一个空间换药。让患者裸露着创面来回于各个诊室，或采用原敷料再次覆盖创面后，患者至其他诊室换药，均不符合医院感染控制的规定和无菌原则。为让创面修复科的门诊诊室布局既遵守“一人一诊一室”的原则，又符合慢性创面诊疗流程的特点，本文提出创面修复门诊“大空间、小隔断”布局的建议。.

To determine the correlation between deoxyribonucleic acid methylation and gene expression of cytochrome P450 family 19 subfamily A polypeptide 1 cytochrome P450 family 19 subfamily a member 1, anti-Mullerian hormone and anti-Mullerian hormone receptor type 2, which regulate follicle development and androgen metabolism in polycystic ovary syndrome pathogenesis. The levels of cytochrome P450 family 19 subfamily a member 1, anti-Mullerian hormone and anti-Mullerian hormone receptor type 2 messenger ribonucleic acid and protein expression were evaluated by various techniques in polycystic ovary syndrome patients. Estradiol, androstenedione and anti-Mullerian hormone levels were also tested in follicular fluid. In order to quantify the connection between deoxyribonucleic acid methylation and gene expression, we conducted Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient analyses. The estradiol level did not alter, however the androstenedione level was increased. Polycystic ovary syndrome granulosa cells were hypermethylated cytochrome P450 family 19 subfamily a member 1, but hypomethylated anti- Mullerian hormone and anti-Mullerian hormone receptor type 2. In general, the greater the amount of deoxyribonucleic acid methylation, the lower the level of downstream messenger ribonucleic acid and protein expression. Aromatase enzyme activity is regulated by deoxyribonucleic acid methylation and a hormone called follicular estradiol/androstenedione ratio is linked with it. A prior study reported that anti- Mullerian hormone inhibits aromatase in granulosa cells and therefore the inverse connection between cytochrome P450 family 19 subfamily a member 1 and anti-Mullerian hormone confirms that finding. Our study suggests alterations in deoxyribonucleic acid methylation as the underlying mechanism of aberrant gene expression of cytochrome P450 family 19 subfamily a member 1, anti-Mullerian hormone and anti- Mullerian hormone receptor type 2 and polycystic ovary syndrome pathogenesis.

Statistics show that 76.74% (4 688) of 6 109 patients with chronic wounds are over 50 years of age; the proportion of patients with underlying diseases in all age groups above 50 years ranges from 78.25% to 100.00%. Among the underlying diseases of chronic wound patients, the top four diseases are diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hypertension, and respiratory diseases. The above underlying diseases and ages of patients are the susceptibility factors of coronavirus disease 2019 released by National Health Commission of China. It is an unavoidable fact that the patients with chronic wounds have to go to the hospital for treatment prescribed by the physician. At the same time, we found that quite a few patients preferred going far afield in choosing hospital for treatment due to various reasons. During the prevention and control of coronavirus epidemic, this " go far afield" style of seeking medical treatment may increase the exposure risk during travelling. Accordingly, we convened 36 wound care clinics in different regions in Shanghai to implement the " Five Measures" encouraging the patients with chronic wounds to seek medical treatment nearby. The principle of this operation is that when seeking medical treatment, patients with chronic wounds should try their best to reduce the travel distance as much as possible to minimize the exposure risk during the epidemic period, which will in turn support the campaign of epidemic prevention and control.统计显示，6 109例慢性创面患者中50岁以上患者占比达76.74%(4 688例)；50岁以上各年龄段慢性创面患者中，合并基础疾病的患者占比为78.25%～100.00%；在慢性创面患者合并的基础疾病中，占比排前4的疾病为糖尿病、心脑血管疾病、高血压和呼吸系统疾病。这些基础疾病以及患者的年龄都是国家卫生健康委员会公布的新型冠状病毒肺炎易感因素。慢性创面患者按医嘱赴医院治疗是一个不可回避的事实，同时因各种原因"舍近求远"赴医院治疗的患者不在少数。在疫情防控期间，这种"舍近求远"的就医方式有可能增加就医途中的暴露风险。为此，我们联合上海36家分布在不同区域的创面门诊，统一实施以鼓励慢性创面患者就近就医为目标的5项措施。本项行动秉持的原则是尽可能减少慢性创面患者就医交通路程，以降低疫情期间患者的暴露风险，力挺疫情防控攻坚战。.

The " exploration of treatment technology of chronic wound with sinus tract supported by endoscope and related auxiliary methods" study had been conducted by Wound Healing Center of Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. The feasibility and effectiveness of this technique have been confirmed, and good clinic results have been achieved. In order to further promote the new technology and its related research, the theoretical knowledge and technical experience accumulated in the early stage are summarized as上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院创面修复中心近期开展了"内镜支持下的窦道(腔)处理技术及其相关辅助方法的探索"的相关研究，该项技术的可行性和有效性在研究中得到证实，在临床上也取得了良好效果。为促进该项新技术进一步推广普及和相关研究深入开展，笔者团队将前期积累的理论认知和技术经验予以总结，并成文为《内镜技术治疗慢性窦道(腔)创面诊疗规范(试行版)》，包括内镜技术治疗创面适用对象、诊疗流程及分型标准、愈合标准、风险评估和预防措施4个部分，以利于内镜技术在创面修复领域的规范应用，充分发挥其技术优势、防范风险，并为将来正式版诊疗规范的形成提供参考。.

Objectives The cytotoxicity induced by cobalt ions (Co2+) and cobalt nanoparticles (Co-NPs) which released following the insertion of a total hip prosthesis, has been reported. However, little is known about the underlying mechanisms. In this study, we investigate the toxic effect of Co2+ and Co-NPs on liver cells, and explain further the potential mechanisms. Methods Co-NPs were characterised for size, shape, elemental analysis, and hydrodynamic diameter, and were assessed by Transmission Electron Microscope, Scanning Electron Microscope, Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy and Dynamic Light Scattering. BRL-3A cells were used in this study. Cytotoxicity was evaluated by MTT and lactate dehydrogenase release assay. In order to clarify the potential mechanisms, reactive oxygen species, Bax/Bcl-2 mRNA expression, IL-8 mRNA expression and DNA damage were assessed on BRL-3A cells after Co2+ or Co-NPs treatment. Results Results showed cytotoxic effects of Co2+ and Co-NPs were dependent upon time and dosage, and the cytotoxicity of Co-NPs was greater than that of Co2+. In addition, Co-NPs elicited a significant (p < 0.05) reduction in cell viability with a concomitant increase in lactic dehydrogenase release, reactive oxygen species generation, IL-8 mRNA expression, Bax/Bcl-2 mRNA expression and DNA damage after 24 hours of exposure. Conclusion Co-NPs induced greater cytotoxicity and genotoxicity in BRL-3A cells than Co2+. Cell membrane damage, oxidative stress, immune inflammation and DNA damage may play an important role in the effects of Co-NPs on liver cells. Cite this article: Y. K. Liu, X. X. Deng, H.L. Yang. The correct thoughts and principles of diagnosis and treatment of chronic refractory wounds need to be formulated. Through the relevant domestic and international consensus and based on clinical experience, the慢性难愈性创面疾病的诊疗需要树立正确的思路及原则。笔者通过相关国内、国际共识及基于临床经验总结，提出了《中国慢性难愈性创面诊疗思路及原则》。我们认为在慢性难愈性创面诊疗时，在充分了解患者病史的情况下，应按如下思路及原则顺序考虑。(1)注意创面经清洗后的清洁度。(2)合理清创，避免"过度"或"不彻底"。(3)合理进行致病原因的检查、诊断和鉴别诊断。(4)给予病因学治疗。(5)发现合并症并预防不良转归。(6)合理及时选择正确的创面治疗方法，考虑保守促愈时，注意体现病因学治疗理念，按安全性、时相性、选择性、有效性原则处理创面，在完成创面床准备后及时做出继续保守治疗或手术治疗的合理选择；考虑手术治疗时，注意选择合理手术方法、供区部位，注意观察手术创面愈合率和供区的转归，给予术后创面合理的保护。(7)给予创面愈合后的康复治疗及相关健康教育。.

Relativistic mirrors can be realized with strongly nonlinear Langmuir waves excited by intense laser pulses in underdense plasma. On reflection from the relativistic mirror, the incident light affects the mirror motion. The corresponding recoil effects are investigated analytically and using particle-in-cell simulations. It is found that if the fluence of the incident electromagnetic wave exceeds a certain threshold, the relativistic mirror undergoes a significant back reaction and splits into multiple electron layers. The reflection coefficient of the relativistic mirror and the factors of electric field amplification and frequency upshifty of the electromagnetic wave are obtained.

A photoluminescence (PL) technique is presented to measure the junction temperature of GaAs solar cells. The technique utilizes the pulse-width modulation of excitation laser and the temperature dependence of PL spectra. The apparent change of PL energy on duty cycle can be advantageously used for the determination of the junction temperature. Varying the duty cycle from 10% to 75% causes an increase of 2.9 K in the junction temperature of GaAs solar cells. The carrier temperature of the junction layer was studied to confirm the result obtained from the pulse-width modulation PL.

Large-scale synthesis of single-crystal CdSe nanoribbons is achieved by a modified thermal evaporation method, in which two-step-thermal-evaporation is used to control CdSe sources’ evaporation. The synthesized CdSe nanoribbons are usually several micrometers in width, 50 nm in thickness, and tens to several hundred micrometers in length. Studies have shown that high-quality CdSe nanoribbons with regular shapes can be obtained by this method. Room-temperature photoluminescence indicates that the lasing emission at 710 nm has been observed under optical pumping (266 nm) at power densities of 25–153 kW/cm2. The full width half maximum (FWHM) of the lasing mode is 0.67 nm

To observe the heart rate turbulence (HRT) in patients with masked hypertension (MH), and white-coat hypertension (WCH).Patients were classified on the basis of clinic and 24h ambulatory blood-pressure monitoring: essential hypertension (H, n = 32), masked hypertension (MH, n=26), white-coat hypertension (WCH, n = 29) and normotension (NT, n = 30). For each subject, we recorded 24 hours holter monitoring electrocardiogram, calculated the turbulence onset (TO) and turbulence slope (TS) and compared the differences.Compared with NT controls, the differences of TO and TS in the patients with EH, MH and WCH were statistically significant (p0.01). No significant differences were found between the EH, MH and WCH groups.The HRT in EH, MH and WCH patients is significantly lower, when their autonomic nerve function is damaged.

Copper-doped Cd1?xZnxS (x~0.16) nanoribbons were prepared by controlled thermal evaporation of CdS, ZnS, and CuS powders onto Au-coated silicon substrates. The nanoribbons had a hexagonal wurtzite structure, and lengths of several tens to hundreds of micrometres, widths of 0.6?15??m, and thicknesses of 30?60?nm. Cu doping and incorporation into the CdZnS lattice were identified and characterized by low-temperature photoluminescence (PL) and photoconductivity measurements. Temperature-dependent PL measurement showed that the PL spectra of both Cu-doped and undoped CdZnS nanoribbons have two emission peaks at 2.571 and 2.09?eV, which are assigned to band edge emission and deep trap levels, respectively. In addition, the Cu-doped nanoribbons present two extra peaks at 2.448 and 2.41?eV, which are attributed to delocalized and localized donor and acceptor states in the band gap of CdZnS resulting from Cu incorporation. Photoconductivity results showed the nanoribbons can be reversibly switched between low and high conductivity under pulsed illumination. The Cu-doped CdZnS nanoribbons showed four orders of magnitude larger photocurrent than the undoped ones. The current jumped from ~2 ? 10?12 to ~5.7 ? 10?7?A upon white light illumination with a power density of ~9?mW?cm?2. The present CdZnS:Cu nanoribbons may find applications in opto-electronic devices, such as solar cells, photoconductors, and chemical sensors.

Gas mixtures containing up to 40% nitrogen by volume and 1% CH 4 with the balance being argon have been used for the deposition of nitrogen doped nanocrystalline diamond (NCD) films by means of microwave plasma enhanced chemical vapour deposition (MPECVD). The CVD plasma was monitored by optical emission spectroscopy to reveal the plasma species, e.g., CN molecules, as a function of the nitrogen additive. Structural properties of the deposited NCD films were studied by FESEM and Raman spectroscopy. Effects of nitrogen doping on the electrical resistivity and electron field emission characteristics of the NCD films were measured. In this work, correlation between the structural and electrical properties of NCD films and the nitrogen additive to the CVD plasma will be presented and discussed.

Objectives We present a computer-aided diagnostic (CAD) system with textural features and image retrieval strategies for classifying benign and malignant breast tumors on various ultrasonic systems. Effective applications of CAD have used different types of texture analysis. Nevertheless, most approaches performed in a specific ultrasonic machine do not indicate whether the technique functions satisfactorily for other ultrasonic systems. This study evaluated a series of pathologically proven breast tumors using various ultrasonic systems. Methods Altogether, 600 ultrasound images of solid breast nodules comprising 230 malignant and 370 benign tumors were investigated. All ultrasound images were acquired from four diverse ultrasonic systems. The suspicious tumor area in the ultrasound image was manually chosen as the region-of-interest (ROI) subimage. Textural features extracted from the ROI subimage are supported in classifying the breast tumor as benign or malignant. However, the textural feature always behaves as a high-dimensional vector. In practice, high-dimensional vectors are unsatisfactory at differentiating breast tumors. This study applied the principal component analysis (PCA) to project the original textural features into a lower dimensional principal vector that summarized the original textural information. The image retrieval techniques were employed to differentiate breast tumors, according to the similarities of the principal vectors. The query ROI subimages were identified as malignant or benign tumors according to characteristics of retrieved images from the ultrasound image database. Results Using the proposed CAD system, historical cases could be directly added into the database without a retraining program. The area under the receiver–operating characteristics curve for the system was 0.970 ± 0.006. Conclusion The CAD system identified solid breast nodules with comparatively high accuracy in the different ultrasound systems investigated. Copyright © 2005 ISUOG. Selective growth of metals on semiconductors has recently raised considerable interest due to its possible application in the direct formation of conduction paths and contacts on semiconductors. We produced small structures by photoexcited electroless plating of Cu on p-type Si(001). The p-type substrate forms a Schottky barrier with the solution which inhibits the plating process. Local illumination creates minority carriers which become available to discharge metal ions. Illumination was done by converging a 1–5 mW laser beam to a 1–2 μm focus diameter on the substrate in the plating solution using an optical microscope. The dimensions of the dots are determined by the diffusion length of the excited minority carriers. We analyzed the diameter of the growing dots as a function of the laser light wavelength and intensity, illumination duration, composition of the solution and charge carrier lifetime in the substrate. The lateral dimensions of the structures produced are found to decrease with reduced laser wavelength or intensity but are independent of the duration of illumination. Shorter minority carrier lifetimes in the semiconductor substrate lead to a further reduction of structure dimensions. The effect of spontaneous background precipitation on the Si surface is studied as a function of the solution composition. The optical reflectivity can be related to the fractal surface roughness.

Purpose: To compare the prevalence and type of Y-microdeletions in Hong Kong and Shanghai men with severe male-factor infertility.

The internal transport barrier (ITB) has been obtained in ELMy H-mode plasmas by neutron beam injection and lower hybrid wave heating on the Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak (EAST). The ITB structure has been observed in profiles of ion temperature, electron temperature, and electron density within ρ < 0.5. It was also observed that the ITB formation is stepwise. Due to the ITB formation, the confinement quality H 98y2 increases from 1 to 1.1 and the normalized beta, β N, increases from 1.5 to near 2. The fishbone activity observed during the ITB phase suggests the central safety factor q(0) ~ 1. Transport coefficients are calculated by particle balance and power balance analysis, showing an obvious reduction after the ITB formation.

It has been pointed out that plasma anisotropy has a significant impact on the characteristics of magnetohydrodynamic equilibrium and instability. Recently, anisotropic pressure effects induced by 4.6 GHz lower hybrid wave (LHW) heating on the Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak (EAST) has been investigated. The mechanism is due to the high-energy electrons generated by LHW Landau damping effects in the direction parallel to the magnetic field line.

Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak (EAST) aims to demonstrate steady-state advanced high-performance H-mode plasmas with an ITER-like configuration, plasma control and heating schemes. The plasma-facing components in EAST are actively cooled, providing good conditions for researching long-pulse and high-energy discharges. A long-pulse high-performance plasma discharge (#59892 discharge) of up to 103 s with a core electron temperature of up to 4.5 keV was sustained with an injected energy exceeding 0.22 GJ in the 2015–2016 experimental campaign. A calorimetric measurement utilizing the temperature increment of cooling water is carried out to calculate the heat load on the strike point region of the lower divertor during long-pulse discharges in EAST. For the long-pulse and high-energy discharges, the comparison of the measurement results for the heat load measured by divertor Langmuir probes and the calorimetry diagnostic indicates that most of the heat load is delivered to the divertor panels as plasma, not radiation, and charge exchange neutrals. The ratio of the heat load on the strike point region of the lower divertor to the total injected energy is on average 42.5% per discharge with the lower single null divertor configuration. If the radiated energy loss measured by the fast bolometer diagnostic is taken into consideration, the ratio is found to be 61.6%. The experimental results and the analysis of the physics involved in these discharges are reported and discussed.

We demonstrate how epitaxial FM (Ni) films can be grown by ECD directly onto GaAs(001) without outdiffusion or surface segregation of As or Ga. The thickness dependence of electrical and magnetic properties (saturation magnetic moment) verify the good quality of the layers and indicate that electrochemical deposition is a suitable candidate for the growth of epitaxial Ni films with sharp interfaces on GaAs(001). X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis on electroplated (epitaxial) Ni films showed no interdiffusion for annealing up to 250 °C. Annealing at higher temperatures, up to 350 °C, significantly increases both the As outdiffusion and the Schottky barrier heights, which indicates the correlation between intermixing and the diode quality.

We report the epitaxial growth of high quality Fe thin films on both n-type GaAs(001) and GaAs(011) substrates using electrochemical deposition. X-ray diffraction shows Fe(001)[110]//GaAs(001)[110] and Fe(011)[100]//GaAs(011)[100] as the primary epitaxial relations similarly to Fe films grown by molecular-beam epitaxy. The structural quality depends on the composition of the plating solution. The Hc values of these films are around 30–100 Oe. The 4πMs value is about 20–21 kG. In-plane angular ferromagnetic resonance measurements showed crystalline anisotropy for both the Fe(001) and Fe(011) films which is superimposed by a substrate induced uniaxial anisotropy for the Fe(011) layers.

Conversion electron Mossbauer spectroscopy (CEMS) and x-ray diffraction were used to study a series of rf-reactively sputtered FeAlN thin films with the goal of gaining insight into the origins of their uniaxial magnetic anisotropy (UMA) and the effect of sputtering conditions on its thermal stability. At N/Fe=4.6%(±0.5%), N goes into interstitial vacancies without significant reductions in the hyperfine field (Bhf) of the Fe but causing lattice expansions, leading to an increased linewidth in the CEMS spectra of the film while the sample has an in-plane UMA. Reducing the target-to-substrate spacing used in the deposition process does not affect the nitrogen content of the films but yields an increased CEMS linewidth reflecting larger disorder in the local Fe environment.
