Amaç:Bu retrospektif çalışmanın amacı risk altındaki bebeklerde hipoglisemi insidansını belirlemek ve doğum sonrası 48 saate kadar sonuçlarını değerlendirmekti. Ayrıca hipoglisemi olan ve olmayan bebeklerin demografik özelliklerini karşılaştırmayı amaçladık. Yöntemler:Hipoglisemi ICD kodu ile taranan yenidoğanlar risk faktörleri açısından değerlendirildi ve hastalar risk faktörlerine göre gruplandırıldı. Risk altındaki tüm bebekler doğum sonrası 48 saate kadar tarandı. hipoglisemi, bebeğin yaşına bakılmaksızın kan şekeri konsantrasyonunun 47 mg / dl'nin altında olması olarak tanımlandı.Bulgular: 823 bebekte hipoglisemi ICD kodu ile doğumdan 48 saat sonra kan şekeri konsantrasyonu ölçüldü. Bu bebeklerin 251'inde (% 30,4) hipoglisemi saptandı. 823 bebekten 215'i (% 26) hipoglisemi için en az bir risk faktörüne sahip olduğu için tarandı. Bunların 149'unda (% 69,3) hipoglisemi saptandı. Diyabetik anne bebeği dışında risk altındaki tüm bebeklerde hipoglisemi insidansı artmıştır. Bununla birlikte, risk altındaki bebeklerin tamamına yakını ilk 24 saatte hipoglisemi geliştirmesine rağmen, 7'sinde (% 4,6) postnatal 24-48 saat içinde hipoglisemi tespit ettik. Abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB) is a frequent cause of visits to health care provider during adolescent period and is characterized by irregular, excessively heavy, prolonged and/or frequent bleeding of uterine origin. Although many etiologies cause AUB, the one most likely cause among adolescents are dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB). DUB describes any kind of abnormal bleeding pattern that is not attributable to any structural or systemic disease. Anovulation due to immaturity of the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian (HPO) axis is the leading cause in the first 2-3 postmenarchal years. The primary goal of treatment is prevention of hemodynamic instability. Therefore, assessing the severity and cause of bleeding is important. Therapeutic approach in the acute period should be established according to the degree of anemia and amount of flow. Treatment options for medical care of DUB generally include: oral contraceptives, progestins, non-steroidal anti inflammatory drugs, anti-fibrinolytic agents, GnRH analogues and levonorgestrel releasing intrauterine system (LNG-IUS). Additionally, long-term management with hormonal therapy in patients with severe uterine bleeding is known to be safe for developing HPO axis.

Osmanlı Devleti'nin (1299-1923) ilk başkenti olan Bursa, önemli bir ticaret ve kültür merkezi olmanın yanında, gerek coğrafi gerekse siyasi konumundan dolayı pek çok tarikatı kendine çekmiştir. 12. yüzyılın sonlarındaki Moğol istilası sonrasında Anadolu'ya gerçekleşen göçler neticesinde meydana gelen siyasi ve sosyal ortam, tasavvufi akımların Anadolu'da gelişip yayılmasını sağlamıştır. Gerçekleşen göçler sırasında birçok derviş zümresi Bursa'ya gelerek buraya yerleşmiş ve böylece Bursa, Anadolu'da gelişen tasavvufi hareket ve düşüncenin merkezi konumuna gelmiştir.Çalışmamızda Bursa Türk İslam Eserleri Müzesi'nde bulunan Bektaşi, Mevlevi, Mısri, Celveti, Rifai ve Nakşibendî tarikatlarına ait 16-20. yüzyıllara ait olduğunu savunduğumuz 34 eser ele alınmıştır. Kimler tarafından yapıldığını bilemediğimiz; fakat tekkelerde yetişen dervişlerin eseri olduğunu düşündüğümüz tarikat eşyaları maden, ahşap, dokuma gibi çeşitli malzemelerden üretilmiştir. Kullanım alanlarına göre farklı materyaller ile olasılıkla tekkelerde üretilen eserlerden bazılarının üzerinde tarikatların inanç ve öğretilerini yansıtan semboller bulunmaktadır. Tarikat ritüellerinin ve dervişlerin yaşamının vazgeçilmezi olan bu eşyalar birer obje olmanın dışında taşıdıkları özel anlamlarla tarikat dünyasının ayrılmaz birer parçası durumuna gelmiştir.Bu tez ile Bursa Türk İslam Eserleri Müzesin'de sergilenen tarikat eşyalarının ikonografisi çözümlenmeye çalışılmış ve tarikat kültürüyle biçimlenen bu eşyaların bezeme özelliklerinin kültür ve sanat tarihimizdeki yeri değerlendirilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler:Bursa, derviş, İslam sanatı, ritüel, sembolizm, tarikat eşyaları, tarikat sanatı, tasavvuf. Being the first capital of the Ottoman Empire (1299-1923), Bursa is not only an important a center of trade and culture, but it also attracts a lot of sects because of its geographical and political location. After the invasion of Mongols in the early 12.century, the political and social atmosphere, which was created by the immigration from The Middle Asia to Anatholia, has a great effect on the development and expansion of the sufi trends in Anatholia. During those immigrations, lots of dervish coteries come here and settle down. Therefore, Bursa is the focus of the sufi trends and thoughts in Anatholia.In our research, we studied on 34 works which belong to Bektashi, Mevlevi, Celveti, Rifai and Naqshibandi tariqa in Bursa Turkish and İslamic Arts Museum and which we think to be belonged to 16th-20th centuries. The stuff of sects, which we do not know the people who made but we think they are the works of the dervishes who grew up at the Islamic monasteries, were made of mine, rock, weaving, and leather. There are some symbols that reflect the beliefs and disciplines of the sects, on some of the works which were probably produced in the İslamic monasteries and on some materials which have different usage areas. Those things, which are the irreplace things of dervish lives and sect rituals, became very significant part of sect culture apart from being only an object.The thesis is an attempt to solve the iconagraphy of the sect belongings being exhibited in Bursa Turkish and İslamic Arts Museum. Amaç: Obez adölesanlarda total vücut yağ oranı ve serum ürik asit düzeyinin metabolik parametreler ile olan ilişkisini araştırmak.Gereç ve Yöntemler: Çalışmaya yaşları 10-16 yıl olan 124 adölesan alındı. Normal tartılılar (Kontrol grubu, n=40) ve obezler (Çalışma grubu, n=84) olmak üzere iki grup oluşturuldu. Obez çocuklarda Metabolik Sendrom (MS) olup olmamasına göre, Obez MS (-) (n=45) ve Obez MS (+) (n=39) olmak üzere 2 gruba ayrıldı.
