Çalışmanın amacı, kişisel sağlık verilerinin dijitalleşmesi sonucu oluşan büyük veri kavramının önemini ortaya koymaktır. Bu anlamda; kişisel sağlık verileri, elektronik sağlık kayıtları ve büyük veri kavramları ile ilgili literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Ayrıca büyük veri ile kişisel sağlık verileri arasındaki ilişki ele alınmıştır. Yapılan literatür taramasında, bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerinin gelişmesi sonucu, kişisel sağlık verilerini işleme, depolama ve aktarma aşamalarında değişiklik ve elektronik sağlık kayıtlarının oluşturulduğu tespit edilmiştir. Elektronik sağlık kayıtlarının depolanması için fiziki arşivlerin yerine, büyük veri depolama alanlarının kullanıldığı belirlenmiştir. Böylece geliştirilen büyük veri sayesinde; klinik karar verme, kaliteli hizmet sunumu gibi birçok alanda sağlık hizmetlerine katkı sağladığı tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmada, kişisel sağlık verileri ile büyük veri arasındaki ilişkinin, sağlık hizmetlerini geliştirdiği ve insan kaynaklı hataları azalttığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Diğer bir yandan, büyük veri kavramının gelişiminde; siber saldırılar, kötü niyetli yazılım şirketleri veya kullanıcı olarak bireylerin sağlık bilgi sistemlerine karşı olası güvensizlik kaygısına yönelik olumsuz tutum ve davranışlar gibi, önemli zorlukları oluşturduğu değerlendirilmiştir., The aim of the study is to reveal the importance of big data formed as a result of digitization of personal health data. In this direction, a literature review was conducted on personal health data, electronic health records and big data concepts. In addition, the relationship between big data and personal health data is discussed., In the literature review, as a result of the development of information and communication technologies, it was determined that changes and electronic health records have been created in the stages of processing, storing and transferring personal health data. It was determined that large data storage areas are used instead of physical archives for the storage of electronic health records. Thus, thanks to the big data developed; It has been determined that it contributes to health services in many areas such as clinical decision making, quality service delivery. In this study, it was concluded that the relationship between personal health data and big data improves health services and reduces human-induced errors. On the other hand, in the development of the big data concept; cyber attacks, malicious software companies or individuals as users have been evaluated to pose significant challenges, such as negative attitudes and behaviours towards possible insecurity anxiety towards health information systems.

Being comfortable is something desired from birth onward and a goal to beachieved. A baby’s or a child’s stoppingcrying when taken on the lap or kissed when he/she hurts his/her knee, or an elderly person's expressing his/herrelaxation when his/her hand is touched or when someone else sits next to himare examples of being comfortable. Comfort, a significant need throughout life,is not a new concept in nursing; it is a basic requirement. Agingis a condition affecting the whole life of the elderly physically,psychologically, socially and economically. According to the comfort theory which deals with allthe physical, psycho-spiritual, sociocultural and environmental factorsholistically, the aim of the nursing care is to meet the comfort requirementsof the elderly. The basic elements of comforttheory form the basis for the conceptualization of nursing interventions aimingto provide comfort for the elderly. Identifying the needs of the elderly and planning andimplementing appropriate nursing interventions to meet the elderly’s unmet needsshould be among nursing cares a nurse is expected to provide. The nurse should identify the concept of comfortcorrectly in an older person and provide comfort both in the indoor or outdoorenvironment when the older person has pain, is at rest, and is at home, in anursing home or in the hospital, or. In this sense, encouraging, strengtheningand supporting of the elderly individuals, which brings about therapeuticresults makes the provision of mental comfort easier. An elderlyperson who is relaxed, trouble-free and comfortable will recover faster, willbe better rehabilitated or will pass away in a more peaceful atmosphere ifhe/she is able to better deal with the stress caused by the disease., Konforlu olma doğumdan itibaren aranan bir durum veulaşılmak istenen bir hedeftir. Fiziksel, psikosprituel,sosyokültürel ve çevresel tüm faktörleri bütüncül olarak ele alan konforkuramına göre verilen hemşirelik bakımının hedefi yaşlı bireyler için konforgereksinimlerinin karşılanmasıdır. Konforkuramının temel öğeleri yaşlı bireyde konforun sağlanmasına yönelik hemşirelikgirişimlerinin kavramsallaştırılmasına da temel oluşturur. Yaşlıbireylerin gereksinimlerinin tanımlanması ve karşılanamayan gereksinimlerineyönelik uygun hemşirelik girişimlerini planlayarak uygulaması ve değerlendirilmesihemşirenin temel hemşirelik bakımı arasında yer almalıdır. Hemşire yaşlı bireyde konforu doğru olaraktanımlamalı, ağrılı durumlarda da, dinlenme sırasında da, evde, huzurevinde yada hastanedeki koşullarda iç ve dış çevrede konforu sağlamalıdır. Bu anlamda teröpatik sonuçlarla yaşlıbireylerin cesaretlendirilmesi, güçlendirilmesi, desteklenmesi, fiziksel olarakrahatlatılması ile zihinsel konforun sağlanması kolaylaşır. Rahat,sıkıntısız, konforlu yaşlı daha çabuk iyileşecek, hastalık stresi ile daha iyibaş ederek, daha iyi rehabilite olacak veya daha huzurlu ölecektir.

Purpose: This study is a cross-sectional study whosepurpose was to investigate the level of knowledge ofnursing students regarding Therapeutic Touch (TT).Materials and methods: The study population wascomprised of nursing students (N: 1200) in the 2017-2018 academic year. The sample group included 235students. A questionnaire created by the conductorsof the study was used to collect data.Results: It was found that the average age of nursingstudents participating in the study was 22.37, 86% ofthem were female, and 68.9% of nursing studentswho agreed to participate in the study had previouslyheard of TT. 40.4% of students stated that TT wasincluded in the Alternative Medicine Systems,almost half (53.2%) stated that the first practitionerof TT was a nurse. The majority (35.7%) stated thatIndia was the first country to practice. 62% of thestudents stated that TT was effective in reducinganxiety, 68.5% was ineffective in treating infectionsand diagnosing cancer. Although, according to themajority of nursing students (62.6%) thatparticipated in the study, the main purpose of theapplication is to ensure energy balance by regulatingthe body's energy flow, almost half of the studentsthat participated in the study (51.5%) concluded thatthey think skin contact is necessary during TT.Conclusions: It was found that more than half of thenursing students had heard about TT before butcould not identify it accurately and less than half ofthe students were willing to learn this practice.Keywords: Therapeutic touch, nursing student,knowledge level______________________________________________________

Amaç: Bu araştırma, intörn hemşirelerin bireyselleştirilmiş bakım (BB) hakkında görüşlerini değerlendirmek amacıyla tanımlayıcı tipte yapılmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Bu araştırmanın evrenini, bir hemşirelik fakültesinde 2015-2016 eğitim-öğretim yılında dördüncü sınıf öğrencileri (N:180), örneklemini ise araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 130 intörn öğrenci oluşturdu. Araştırmada veriler, intörn hemşirelerin sosyo-demografik özelliklerini içeren ‘Birey Tanıtım Formu’ ve ‘Bireyselleştirilmiş Bakım Skalası- Hemşire Ölçeği’ kullanılarak araştırmacılar tarafından sınıf ortamında grup tipi anket yöntemiyle toplanmıştır. Bulgular: İntörn hemşirelerin %66.2’sinin hemşirelik mesleğini kendilerine uygun bulduğu, %71.5’inin bireyselleştirilmiş bakımı doğru tanımladığı, %96.9’unun bireyselleştirilmiş bakımın gerekliliğine inandığı belirlenmiştir. Öğrencilerin, Bireyselleştirilmiş Bakım Skalası A ortalaması 3.72±0.98 iken, Bireyselleştirilmiş Bakım Skalası B ortalaması 3.83±0.94 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Sonuç: Araştırma sonucunda, intörn hemşirelerin hemşirelik uygulamaları sırasında hastaların bireyselliğini destekleme ve hastanın bakımını bireyselleştirme algılarının yüksek olduğu belirlendi., Objective: This study was conducted as a descriptivestudy in order to assess their views on individualized care of intern nurses.Materials and Methods: The universe of this research, School of Nursing in the 2013-2014academic year, students studying in fourth grade (N = 180), the sample of the130 interns who agreed to participate in the research nurse created. The datain the study, intern nurses containing sociodemographic characteristics'individual Description Form' and 'Individualized Care Skalası- Nurse Scale'use by researchers in the classroom group type is collected by a questionnaire.Results: 66.2's%of the nurses themselves of nursing interns as appropriate, individualized careof the correctly identify 71.5%, it was determined that 96.9% believe in thenecessity of individualized care. Students with Individualized Care Scale while average 3.72 ± 0.98,Individualized Care Scale B average has been calculated as 3.83 ± 0.94.Conclusion:In conclusion, intern nurses in nursing actions supporting the individuality ofthe patient while they practice and the patient's perception was determined tomaintain a good level of customization.
