Purpose Endometrial cancer(EC) is an estrogen-dependent tumor, the occurrence of which is closely related to an imbalance of estrogen homeostasis. Our previous studies explored the effects of resveratrol on estrogen metabolism.However, systematic research on the exact mechanism of action of resveratrol is still lacking.Based on network pharmacology, molecular docking and animal experiments, the effects and molecular mechanisms of resveratrol on endometrial cancer were investigated. Methods The target of resveratrol was obtained from HERB and ECTM databases, and the target of endometrial cancer was obtained by using Genecards database.Use of Veeny map to obtain the intersection target of resveratrol in the treatment of EC, and the protein interaction network of the intersection target was constructed by importing the STRING database,then construct the drug-disease-target interaction network based on Cytoscape 3.9.1 software.GO and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis were performed for intersection targets using OmicShare cloud platform. Resveratrol and core target were analyzed by molecular docking. EC mice model induced by MNNG were randomly divided into Control group, Res group, MNNG group, and MNNG + Res group. MNNG + Res + MAPK/ERKi group.The protein expression levels of ERK and p-ERK in mouse uterus were detected by Western blot.The contents of E1, E2, E3, 16-epiE3, 17-epiE3, 2-MeOE1, 4-MeOE1, 2-MeOE2, 4-MeOE2, 3-MeOE1, 2-OHE1, 4-OHE1, 2-OHE2, 4-OHE2, 16α-OHE1 in serum and endometrial tissue of mice were detected by LC-MS/MS. Results A total of 174 intersection targets of resveratrol anti EC were obtained. Signaling pathways analyzed by KEGG enrichment included AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications, PI3K-Akt signaling pathway and MAPK signaling pathway.The top 10 core targets were MAPK3, JUN, TP53, CASP3, TNF, IL1B, AKT1, FOS, VEGFA and INS.Molecular docking showed that except TNF, other targets had good affinity with resveratrol, and the binding activity with MAPK3 was stable.Western blot results showed that resveratrol increased the phosphorylation level of ERK, and MAPK/ERKi decreased the activation of ERK.Using LC-MS/MS analysis,the contents of 2-MeOE1,2-MeOE2 and 4-MeOE1 in serum and uterine tissue were showed significantly decreasing trend in MNNG group, while the content of 4-OHE2 was increased (P༜0.05).The concentration levels of 4-MeOE1 in serum and 2-MeOE1 and 2-MeOE2 in endometrial tissue of mice were significantly increased after resveratrol treatment,the content of 4-OHE2 in serum and uterus of mice was significantly decreased (P༜0.05). Meanwhile, MAPK/ERKi intervention group showed that the effect of resveratrol on the reversal of estrogen homeostasis imbalance was obviously weakened. Conclusion Resveratrol has the characteristics of multiple targets and multiple approaches in the treatment of endometrial cancer. In this study, it was found that resveratrol regulates estrogen metabolism by activating MAPK pathway, which provides a new perspective for subsequent research on the treatment of endometrial cancer.

To analyze the latent heat thermoregulation effect of the microencapsulated phase change material (Micro-PCM) on the pavement asphalt mixture, 300 mm × 300 mm × 300 mm outdoor cubic specimen made up of asphalt mixture with the Micro-PCM was prepared. By arranging a sufficient number of temperature sensors inside the specimen, a real-time monitoring system was established to record the temperature variations of the specimen. Two indices, the latent heat accumulated temperature value (LHATV) and latent heat thermoregulation index (LHTI) were proposed to evaluate the latent heat thermoregulation performance of the Micro-PCM under heating and cooling processes. The results showed that the solar radiation and air flow conditions were the important factors affecting the latent heat effect of the Micro-PCM. The responses of the heat transfer process of the Micro-PCM varied at different locations inside the specimen, which caused a difference in the latent heat efficiency. Meanwhile, under the conditions where the ambient temperature changed rapidly, the phase change response inside the specimen would be relatively lagged, the process of latent heat storage was hindered, and the heat couldn’t be completely converted to the latent form. It can be conclude that the excessive heating and cooling rates will affect the process of latent heat, the thermoregulation efficiency of the Micro-PCM can be maintained at a high level under the appropriate variable temperature conditions, a medium temperature range and time span. Under these conditions, the Micro-PCM can exert an effective latent heat thermoregulation function to asphalt mixture.

Phase change materials (PCMs) can effectively adjust the temperature of asphalt pavement and have broad application prospects. Microencapsulated phase change materials (micro-PCMs) can solve the leaking problem of PCMs, which easily occurs during the heating process of the asphalt mineral mixture. This paper is intended to provide two indices to evaluate the temperature regulation effect of micro-PCMs: the latent heat accumulated temperature value (LHATV) and latent heat thermoregulation index (LHTI). The LHATV reflects the thermal regulation capability of micro-PCMs and the accumulation in temperature difference in a certain time range. The LHTI represents the completion degree of latent heat in unit time and unit temperature, and it reflects the efficiency of latent heat thermoregulation. The outdoor cube model test was conducted on two cube models with dimensions of 30 cm × 30 cm × 30 cm. Each cube model consisted of three asphalt specimens with dimensions of 30 cm × 30 cm × 10 cm. The first cube model, which was mixed with 0.3% wt of micro-PCMs, served as the experimental group, and the other cube model without micro-PCMs addition served as the control group. Inside the two cube models, sufficient temperature sensors were placed to monitor the temperature. The analysis results show that there is a transformable relationship between the latent heat time domain and the temperature domain. In the moderate temperature range and time span, the latent heat thermal stabilization of micro-PCMs can be efficient.

Temperature changes of pavement structure have significant influence on the internal stress, strain, and deformation characteristics of the pavement structure. For example, rutting occurs in high temperature range and pavement cracks when its temperature is low. This yields failure and reduces the service life of the pavement structure. Phase change material, PCM, which is a new type of additive for pavement engineering, has been studied for regulating the working temperature of pavement structure. By storing or releasing thermal energy via phase change process, the PCM is able to maintain the temperature of pavement structure in a relatively narrow range. In the present study, outdoor asphalt mixture model constructed with and without PCM were established. The outdoor model was directly exposed to the environment and the temperature distribution inside the outdoor model was measured by using temperature sensors. The specific heat capacities of asphalt mixture mixed with and without PCM were determined by calorimetric method, which is simple and reliable. Based on the outdoor asphalt mixture model, the corresponding finite element model was established by using ANSYS, and the temperature distribution inside the finite element model was determined according to the measured specific heat capacity, density, thermal conductivity of the asphalt mixture, and the meteorological data which were used for determining the boundary conditions. Comparison between the calculated and actual measured temperature values was made. The results show that the calculated temperature values had good agreement with the measure ones, based on which the accuracy of material parameters and boundary conditions were validated. The results of the present study can lay the foundation for calculating the temperature field of pavement structure constructed with PCM and investigating the application of PCM in road engineering.

Based on the principle of the interfacial polymerization method and the mechanism of polypropylene glycol diglycidyl ether (JH-230), which can be used to adjust the molecular structure of the polymer, four kinds of hydrogenated bisphenol A epoxy resin (AL-3040) particles were prepared by the hydrogenated bisphenol A epoxy resin (AL-3040), polypropylene glycol diglycidyl ether (JH-230), isophorone diamine (IPDA), gum acacia powder and distilled water with different molar ratios between the AL-3040 and the JH-230. The curing process and molecular structures of the AL-3040 particles were measured by the fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), the thermal property and glass-transition temperature (Tg) of the cured AL-3040 particles were studied by the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and the corresponding particle size distribution and the microscopic structure were observed by the laser particle size analyzer and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The needle penetration, softening point and recovery performance of asphalt with and without the cured AL-3040 particles (Tg = 14.8 °C) were tested by the asphalt penetration test, asphalt softening point test and elasticity recovery test, respectively. Results show that the complete curing time of the AL-3040 particles were extended and the Tg of the cured AL-3040 particles decreased with increased JH-230 content. The AL-3040 particles are smooth regular balls and homogeneous in distribution. It is suggested that the complete curing time and the Tg of cured AL-3040 particles can be controlled by adjusting the JH-230 content. It has proven that the AL-3040 particles are beneficial to improving the recovery performance of the asphalt. The results lead to a solution to the asphalt pavement distress problems caused by the temperature variations.

Thermally induced shape memory polymers (SMPs) are stimulated by a temperature change, and in response to that change, can be restored to their initial state by adjusting the mechanical parameters, which is known as shape memory property. Thermally induced SMPs may reduce the high-temperature rutting of asphalt mixtures. Herein, a suitable shape was produced by adding a shape memory epoxy resin (SMER) by into an asphalt mixture. Four different kinds of SMERs were prepared in this study, and a fibrous shape memory epoxy resin (F-SMER) was chosen for application in asphalt mixtures. The molecular structures, thermostability, and thermal properties of the F-SMER were measured by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The high-temperature performance, low-temperature crack resistance and water stability of the asphalt mixture were measured by a rutting test, bending test, immersion Marshall test and freeze–thaw splitting test. The results show that the thermostability of the F-SMER met the requirements for use in asphalt mixtures. The dynamic stability first increased and then decreased with increasing F-SMER proportion. The low-temperature performance of the asphalt mixture mixed with F-SMER met all specification requirements. The incorporation of F-SMER was also advantageous to the water stability of the asphalt mixtures.

Phase change material, PCM, which is a new type of additive for pavement engineering, has been studied for regulating the working temperature of pavement structure. By storing and releasing thermal energy via phase change, PCM is able to maintain the temperature of pavement structure in a relatively narrow range. Current researches on PCM mainly focus on its preparation, mechanism, and testing, while few researches have been conducted on the evaluation of PCM’s temperature regulation effect. This research however, established an asphalt pavement model with and without PCM respectively by applying finite element method (FEM), and compared the two patterns’ thermal regulation ability in a detailed way. Influence factors of asphalt pavement temperature field were classified into external and internal factors. The boundary conditions were determined based on in-situ meteorological data. The effects of PCM on temperature of asphalt pavement were evaluated. Latent heat accumulated temperature value (LHATV) and latent heat thermoregulation index (LHTI) were selected to evaluate the latent heat effect. Results showed that different layers of surface course constructed with PCM had different thermal regulation ability. Other factors like temperature difference in a day and whether to add PCM can also make a difference. The proposed LHATV and LHTI were good indices and assessment for PCM’s function. The results of the present study can lay the foundation for calculating the temperature field of pavement structure constructed with PCM and for investigating the application of PCM in pavement engineering.

Considered the temperature distress forms and the impacts of temperature on asphalt pavement, three temperature thermoregulations were proposed to solve the asphalt pavement temperature problems initiatively. Based on the properties of phase change thermoregulation agent, thermoregulation types of composite phase change materials (CPCMS) were studied and the values of appropriate phase change temperature were determined by differential scanning calorimetric (DSC) test. Results show that for high temperature thermoregulation, the phase change temperature range is 35–50 °C, in which with the 58# paraffin proportion increasing, the phase change enthalpy increases linearly and the phase change temperature grows exponentially. As for the low temperature thermoregulation, the phase change temperature range is −5 °C to 5 °C, in which with the Tetradecane proportion increasing, the phase change enthalpy grows linearly, while phase change temperature increases exponentially. In terms of the mixing temperature thermoregulation, the phase change temperature range is 5–35 °C, in which when Tetradecane mass ratio are fixed as 30%, 40%, and 50%, with the 58# paraffin proportion increasing, high temperature enthalpy grows and phase change temperature increases linearly; when 58# paraffin mass ratio are fixed as 30%, 40%, and 50%, with the Tetradecane proportion increasing, low temperature enthalpy grows approximate linearly, exothermic (endothermic) high phase change temperature decreases (grows) slight linearly. Finally, this paper recommends composites mass proportion to different thermoregulations types and the corresponding enthalpy values, which intends to solve the worldwide problem of temperature distresses in asphalt pavement in the future.

Asphalt concrete is one type of the temperature sensitive mixtures, which is the most and broadest used pavement material in the world. Asphalt pavement suffers from the impact of temperature due to the temperature variation in different districts and environments. Facing temperature sensitivity, this paper uses Indirect Tensile Test (IDT) to analyze the tensile characters of asphalt mixture under different temperatures (−20°C, −10°C, 0°C, 15°C, 20°C, 45°C, and 60°C). The influence factors of temperature, loading rate, asphalt content, asphalt types, and mixtures gradation are evaluated. Piecewise linear model, logarithm linear model and S-logistic nonlinear model are applied to simulate the variation of flexural tensile characters with temperature change. Results show that temperature has significant influence on flexural tensile properties. Loading rates also has obvious influence on flexural tensile characteristics. With temperature changes, asphalt types have evident influence on mixture’s tensile characteristics, SBR modified asphalt has better performance at the lower temperature environment. Mixtures’ gradation has important effect on tensile strength and tensile strain as well, while due the similarity between two gradations, it is hard to precisely recommend which one is better. Asphalt content has evident influence on mixtures properties at the same temperature condition. Research results provide suggestions and applications for construction and performance of asphalt pavement. The results also indicate that IDT would be a practical option to evaluate the properties of asphalt mixture in all temperature ranges.

For purpose of improving the quality of multi-source fusion images, this paper introduces a fusion method of infrared and visible images based on the combination of the non-subsampled contourlet transform (NSCT) and the improved pulse coupled neural network model (PCNN). To begin with, registered images are decomposed by NSCT, the low frequency and high frequency sub-bands are also obtained. Then, the energy of Laplacian (SML) is used for the link intensity of PCNN, computing spatial frequency (SF) with a low frequency sub-band, and the gradient energy (EOG) with a high frequency sub-band. By means of treating them as external input of PCNN. Then fused coefficients are selected by sum of ignition output amplitude maximum, a fused image is finally obtained by inverse NSCT. Experimental results show that the fusion image has a high definition and effectively preserves information of the source image.

Permafrostregions have harsh climate conditions, continuous low temperature, abrupt cooling, large temperature difference, winds, etc. It has an extremely obvious influencetoasphalt pavement structures and materials. Take Lhasa-Gongga airport highway as an example to analyze the low temperature cracking problem of asphalt pavement caused by the climatic conditions. Using finite element method to contrast and analyze the thermal stresses variation of different asphalt layer, and recommend suitable asphalt pavement structure for Qinghai-Tibet plateau permafrost regions.The results indicate that the thermal stresses of asphalt layer gradually reduce along with the thickness direction of structure, moment of maximum and minimum value also been delayed and thermal stresses of base cause is fairly few. It can reduce thermal stresses of base cause and asphalt layer effectively while using the AC-25, and 4cmAC13 + 6cmAC20 + 8cmAC25 is recommended for Lhasa-Gonggaairport highway pavement structure type.

In order to study the effect of epoxy resin particles on the low temperature performance and high temperature performance of asphalt mixture, the epoxy resin particles were prepared and the glass transition temperature of epoxy resin particles was measured. The bending test and rutting test were used to study the low temperature and high temperature performance of asphalt mixture mixed with and without the epoxy resin particles. The results show that the increasing of epoxy resin particles content is beneficial to enhance the thickness of the effective asphalt film. With the increasing of the epoxy resin particle content, the low temperature bending stiffness modulus of the asphalt mixture increased firstly and then decreased, while the dynamic stability reduced. It is indicating that the epoxy resin particles can significantly improve the low temperature cracking resistance of asphalt mixture, and is not conducive to the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture.

Temperature plays an important role in the long-term performance and service life of pavement. With the large-scale use of asphalt pavement, the paving industry is now more interested in the related pavement distress generated by temperature. Against this background, this paper presents the test results for pure microencapsulated phase change materials (micro-PCMs), as well as asphalt mixtures containing micro-PCMs, with the aim of reducing the temperature difference. The latent heat storage capacity of pure micro-PCMs was evaluated by the T-history method, and Ch was proposed to characterize their latent heat storage capacity. Outdoor experiments were performed to observe the temperature change behavior of seven asphalt mixture specimens manufactured by the wheel-grind method. Two specimens were mixed with −5°C micro-PCMs, with micro-PCM contents of 0.3% and 0.5% respectively, substituting the equivalent amount of mineral filler. Another two specimens were mixed with 0 °C micro-PCMs, with micro-PCM contents of 0.3% and 0.5%. Two other specimens were mixed with 5 °C micro-PCMs, with micro-PCM contents of 0.3% and 0.5%. The results show that the thermoregulation ranges of different micro-PCMs differ. As the micro-PCM content increases, the temperature difference between the ordinary AC-13 asphalt mixture and AC-13 mixed with micro-PCMs increases. The use of 5 °C micro-PCMs in an asphalt mixture can significantly improve its thermal behavior.

Based on the principle of sol–gel method and the mechanism of silane coupling agent can be used to adjust the gel structure, four different kinds of composite phase change materials (CPCMs) were prepared by using pure phase change material (PCM), silica powder adsorbed PCM, floating bead adsorbed PCM and activated carbon adsorbed PCM as raw materials via sol–gel process, the four CPCMs were named as PCPCM, SCPCM, FCPCM and ACPCM, respectively. Their coating effectiveness and the latter two CPCMs’ latent heat storage capacities were studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results show: silane coupling agent can improve particle distribution of CPCMs positively, its proper mixing amount is 10% of the mass of tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS); compared to PCPCM and SCPCM, FCPCM and ACPCM have better coating effectiveness; compared to FCPCM, ACPCM has larger latent heat storage capacity and proper phase change temperature, it also has better high temperature stability and can meet the demand of being used in asphalt mixture.

Currently, considering the layout effect, the linear programming method based on column generation is generally proposed to solve the large-scale TDGCS layout problem, but layout scheme which is obtained by this method is the need to get multiple layout, a large number of calculations and a lot of time. However, there must be a balance between the material utilization ratio and computing time in the actual production process. Therefore, in this paper, a new linear programming method, which is based on two aspects of the minimum and maximum of objective function about the layout problem, is proposed. Firstly, a preliminary layout is finished from the aspect of the minimum optimization, then, a precise layout based on the preliminary layout is achieved from the aspect of maximum optimization. Compared with the original algorithm, theoretically speaking, this method can significantly reduce the amount of calculation through the calculation process, guaranteeing the material utilization.

Adequate maintenance and taking active preventive measures can effectively prevent the early disease of asphalt pavements before significant damage occurs. By developing a light screening preventive maintenance agent (LS pre-maintenance agent) for strong ultraviolet (UV) radiation areas, based on the asphalt aging and regeneration mechanism, we analyzed the function and basic components and determined the optimum components ratio based on the best proportion of penetrant and solvent oil for solubility. The optimum ratio for quick-drying and long-term storage ability is the mass ratio of rock asphalt, reducing agent, penetrant, and solvent oil, which is 30:20:20:30. The light-shield agent is 5% of the total mass of the rock asphalt, reducing agent, penetrant, and solvent oil, and the dispersant is 0.4%. Digital image technology was used to provide an accurate measurement of the LS pre-maintenance agent penetration depth, evaluate its permeability and reasonable amount. We then used the rolling thin film oven test (RTFOT) to analyze its effect on aged asphalt and evaluated the restoration performance. Using the strong UV radiation aging test, we analyzed its anti-light aging performance. The results showed that pavement must be closed at least 2 h after the brushing LS pre-maintenance agent has been applied and this can be extended to upwards of 8 h time permitting. A dosage of 0.5 kg/m2 can ensure sufficient penetration depth and curing effect. Furthermore, the agent shows excellent restorative and anti-light aging abilities, which can effectively improve the low-temperature performance of aged asphalt and meet the pre-maintenance requirements for asphalt pavement, especially in strong UV radiation areas.

The objective of this investigation is to prepare the shape memory hydrogenated epoxy resin used for asphalt mixtures (SM-HEP-AM) and study its properties. The shape memory hydrogenated epoxy resin (SM-HEP) is prepared using hydrogenated bisphenol A epoxy resin (AL-3040), polypropylene glycol diglycidylether diacrylate (JH-230), and isophorone diamine (IPDA). The formulations of the SM-HEP-AM are obtained by the linearly fitted method. The thermo-mechanical property, molecular structure, and shape-memory performance of the SM-HEP-AM are studied. The glass-transition temperature (Tg) is determined using the differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The results proved that the Tg level increased when the JH-230 content decreased. The thermo-mechanical property of the SM-HEP-AM is measured by dynamical mechanical analysis (DMA). The storage modulus of the SM-HEP-AM decreased with the increase in the JH-230 content. The above phenomena are attributed to the change in the JH-230 content. The shape memory performance results of the SM-HEP-AM indicate that specimen deformation can completely recover after only several minutes at Tg + 10 °C and Tg + 20 °C. The shape recovery time of the SM-HEP-AM increases with increased JH-230 content, and the change between the shape recovery time and JH-230 content gradually decreased as the temperature increased. The deformation recovery performance of asphalt mixture with and without the SM-HEP-AM (Tg = 40 °C) was tested by the deformation recovery test. This was used to prove that the SM-HEP-AM helps to improve the deformation recovery performance of the asphalt mixture.

Farnesoid X receptor (FXR) is a ligand-activated transcriptional factor belonged to the superfamily of nuclear receptors. In the past decades, FXR has been found with important roles in the regulation of metabolic homeostasis of bile acids, cholesterol, lipids and carbohydrates. Recent studies further demonstrate the potential protective effect of FXR against metabolic diseases, such as hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia, as well as inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD). In addition, FXR plays an essential role in liver regeneration, tumor cell proliferation and apoptosis. However, the role of FXR in the development of tumor is still obscure and even with discrepancy. This article reviews the function of FXR in metabolic regulation and recent progress in basic, clinical and pharmacological researches related to tumor cell proliferation involving FXR.

Previous research has shown that composite shape-stabilized phase change material (CPCM) has a remarkable capacity for thermal storage and stabilization, and it can be directly applied to highway construction without leakage. However, recent studies on temperature changing behaviors of CPCM and asphalt mixture cannot intuitively reflect the thermoregulation mechanism and efficiency of CPCM on asphalt mixture. The objective of this paper is to determine the specific heat capacity of CPCM and asphalt mixtures mixed with CPCM using the heat exchange system and the data acquisition system. Studies have shown that the temperature-rise curve of 5 °C CPCM has an obvious temperature plateau, while an asphalt mixture mixed with 5 °C CPCM does not; with increasing temperature, the specific heat capacities of both 5 °C CPCM and asphalt mixture first increase and then decrease, while the variation rate of 5 °C CPCM is larger than that of the asphalt mixture, and the maximum specific heat capacity of 5 °C CPCM appears around the initial phase change temperature. It is concluded that the temperature intervals of 5 °C CPCM are −18 °C–7 °C, 7 °C–25 °C and 25 °C–44 °C, respectively, and that of the asphalt mixture are −18 °C~10 °C, −10 °C~5 °C and 5 °C~28 °C. A low dosage of 5 °C CPCM has little influence on the specific heat capacity of asphalt mixture. Finally, the functions of specific heat capacities and temperature for CPCM and asphalt mixture mixed with CPCM were recommended by the sectional regression method.

That is to say, the mode is designed to cultivate IT talents of Application-oriented undergraduate universities in different ways through business-education partnership, aiming at keeping research quality of undergraduate talents as well as highlighting their applied characters, three years teaching practice proves the mode to be feasible and scientific. It's an important measure and effective way to cultivate applied undergraduates.
