Abstract Background Neoadjuvant chemotherapy may be considered for patients with ovarian cancer (OC) whose tumors are deemed unlikely to be completely cytoreduced to no gross residual disease (R0) or who are poor surgical candidates. This Ib/II study was designed to assess the efficacy and safety of nanoparticle albumin-bound paclitaxel (nab-paclitaxel) plus carboplatin as neoadjuvant chemotherapy for stages III–IV, unresectable OC. Methods Eligible patients with stage III–IV, unresectable OC were enrolled in this phase Ib/II study. All patients received neoadjuvant nab-paclitaxel (260 mg/m2, day 1, every 3 weeks) plus carboplatin (AUC 5, day 1, every 3 weeks) for 3 cycles before surgery, followed by 3–6 cycles of adjuvant chemotherapy. The phase Ib primary endpoint was safety; the phase II primary endpoint was the R0 resection rate. Secondary endpoints were progression-free survival (PFS), overall survival (OS), objective response rate (ORR), and safety (for all populations). Results Sixty-two patients were enrolled and were given neoadjuvant therapy treated between October 2019 and December 2020, of whom 9 were in the phase Ib portion and 53 in the phase II portion. A total of 53 patients underwent surgery with an R0 resection rate of 73.6% (95% CI, 59.7–84.7%). With a median follow-up of 17.5 (range 0.7–36.7) months, for all patients, the best ORR was 83.9% (95% CI, 71.7–92.4%) with 47 partial responses, the median PFS was 18.6 (95% CI, 13.8–23.3%) months, and median OS was not reached. During the neoadjuvant chemotherapy, treatment-related adverse events (TRAEs) of any grade occurred in 91.9% (57/62) of all patients. The most common hematologic TRAEs were neutropenia (55/62, 88.7%), and non-hematologic toxicity was alopecia (36/62, 58.1%). Forty-nine patients (79.0%) experienced at least one grade 3–4 TRAEs, with the most common was neutropenia (44/62, 71.0%). Besides, delays in neoadjuvant chemotherapy and surgery due to AEs were observed in 9 (1 in phase Ib; 8 in phase II) and 7 (phase II) patients, respectively. Conclusions The study demonstrated an encouraging efficacy and manageable safety profile of neoadjuvant chemotherapy nab-paclitaxel plus carboplatin in stage III-IV, unresectable OC. In addition, AEs resulting in chemotherapy and surgery delays should be cautiously considered in this clinical setting. Trial registration ClinicalTrials.gov, ChiCTR1900026893. Abstract The precise perception of the surrounding environment in traffic scenes is an important part of an intelligent transportation system. The event camera could provide complementary information to traditional frame‐based cameras, such as high dynamic range, and high time resolution, in the perception of traffic targets. To improve the precision and reliability of perception as well as facilitate lots of RGB camera‐based studies introduced to event cameras directly, a refined registration method for event‐based cameras and RGB cameras on the basis of pixel‐level region segmentation is proposed, to provide a fusion method at pixel level. A total of eight sequences and a dataset containing 260 typical traffic scenes are contained in the experiment dataset, both selected from DSEC, a traffic event‐based dataset. The registered event image shows a better spatial consistency with RGB images visually. Compared to the baseline, the evaluation indicators, such as the performance of the contrast, the proportion of overlapping pixels, and average registration accuracy have been improved. In the traffic object segmentation task, the average boundary displacement error of our method has decreased and the max decline value has reached 79.665%, compared to the boundary displacement error between ground truth and baseline. These results indicate prospective applications in the perception of intelligent transportation systems combined with event and RGB cameras. The performance of Aquatic Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (AquaUAV) has always been limited so far and far from practical applications, due to insufficient propulsion, large-resistance structure etc. Aerial-aquatic amphibians in nature may facilitate the development of AquaUAV since their excellent amphibious locomotion capabilities evolved under long-term natural selection. This article will take four typical aerial-aquatic amphibians as representatives, i.e., gannet, cormorant, flying fish and flying squid. We summarized the multi-mode locomotion process of common aerial-aquatic amphibians and the evolutionary trade-offs they have made to adapt to amphibious environments. The four typical propulsion mechanisms were investigated, which may further inspire the propulsion design of the AquaUAV. And their morphological models could guide the layout optimization. Finally, we reviewed the state of art in AquaUAV to validate the potential value of our bioinspiration, and discussed the future prospects.

Abstract Objectives The methods of reduction of depressed posterolateral fragments in tibial plateau fracture through anterolateral approaches remain controversial. This paper aimed to compare the intraarticular osteotomy technique and the “window” osteotomy technique for the reduction of depressed posterolateral fragments through anterolateral approach. Method From January 2015 to January 2022, we retrospectively reviewed the data on patients with tibial plateau fracture involving depressed posterolateral fragments treated with the intraarticular osteotomy or the “window” osteotomy. 40 patients underwent the intraarticular osteotomy were divided into group A, while 36 patients underwent the “window” osteotomy were divided into group B. The operative time, bone grafting volume, fracture healing time, complication, reduction quality and postoperative functional results were compared between the two groups. Results The average follow-up duration was 16.6 ± 3.7 months. The average bone grafting volume for all patients in group B was essential larger than group A (p = 0.001). Compared to group B, patients in groups A had significantly shorter fracture healing time (p = 0.011). The depth of depressed articular surface, PSA and the radiographic evaluation at 2 days and 6 months after surgery in group A were significantly lower than group B (p0.05). No significant difference was found in operation time and blood loss between the two groups (p>0.05). Conclusion The intraarticular osteotomy could obtain satisfactory clinical results in tibial plateau fracture involving posterolateral fragments.

Purposes Screw loosening is a common complication of iliosacral screw fixation, with subsequent loss of stability and fracture re‐displacement. This study aimed to investigate the incidence of and risk factors for screw loosening after iliosacral screw fixation for posterior pelvic ring injury. Methods A total of 135 patients with posterior pelvic ring injuries who were treated with iliosacral screw fixation in our department between July 2015 and April 2021 were selected for this retrospective analysis. The possible risk factors for screw loosening were investigated using univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses of patient demographics and trauma‐related and iatrogenic variables, including age, sex, body mass index, Osteoporosis Self‐Assessment Tool for Asians (OSTA) index, mechanism of injury, Young–Burgess classification, site of injury, type of injury, type of screw, mode of fixation, numbers of guidewire adjustments, accuracy of screw position, and quality of fracture reduction. Results The incidence of screw loosening was 15.6% (n = 21). The mean duration for screw loosening was 3.2 ± 1.5 months after operation. AbstractIntroduction Ovarian clear cell carcinoma (OCCC) has distinct clinical and molecular features and heterogeneous prognosis. Insights into the somatic genomic abnormalities of OCCC provide the basis for deeper understanding and potential therapeutic avenues. Herein, we performed extensive genomic profiling in Chinese patients to illustrate the mutation landscape and genetic prognostic biomarkers of OCCC.Patients and methods We used targeted DNA sequencing on 61 OCCC cases with a panel of 520 cancer-related genes. Correlations between clinicopathological features and survival were evaluated. Nomogram-based models were constructed to predict progress-free survival (PFS).Results We detected 763 somatic mutations spanning 286 genes. The most frequent genetic alterations, ARID1A (49%) and PIK3CA (48%), were concurrently mutated. Comprehensive copy number alterations (CNAs) were identified in chromosomes 20q13.2 and 8q. Most (73.7%) patients harboured potentially targetable driver mutations. The mean and median tumour mutational burden were 7.0 and 3.0 mutations/Mb, respectively. Microsatellite instability (high) was identified in 8.2% of patients. Mutation of the base-excision repair pathway was significantly higher in patients of stage II/III/IV. 3D printed porous titanium cage is believed with physiology mechanical properties and biocompatibility for orthopedic usage. Typical split cage design with a grafting window and infilled bone graft has raised a lot of questions. In this research, a modified hydrothermal approach, employing chelated calcium to enhance the medium stability and increase the generated amount, is proposed to construct bioactive hydroxyapatite coating inside the porous structure of 3D printed porous titanium cage. The in vitro and transcriptomic results indicated the hydroxyapatite enhanced the cells physical sensing system, therefore enhanced the osteogenesis inside titanium/hydroxyapatite cage. The in vivo goat spinal fusion experiment indicated the integrative titanium/hydroxyapatite cage, compared with typical split cage/graft cage, showed better bone tissue ingrowth and spinal fusion ability. This research provides a promising hydroxyapatite coating strategy for complex porous structure and revealed the potential advantage of integrative titanium/hydroxyapatite intervertebral cage design.

Objective The percutaneous IS screws and the minimally invasive percutaneous plate are the most popular internal methods for Zone II unstable sacral fractures. However, the choice of fixation remains controversial for orthopaedic surgeons. The purpose of study was to evaluate and compare the clinical results of percutaneous iliosacral (IS) screw fixation under three‐dimensional (3D) navigation and minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation in the treatment of Zone II unstable sacral fractures. Methods A retrospective study was performed, including 64 patients with Zone II unstable sacral fractures who underwent percutaneous IS screw fixation under 3D navigation (navigation group) and minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation (plate group) from January 2011 and March 2021 in our department. The age, gender, fracture type, mechanism of injury, injury severity score (ISS), time from admission to operation, operative time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay, incision length, follow‐up time, time to clinical healing, and complications were recorded and analyzed. Matta standard was used to assess fracture reduction outcomes. The Majeed function system assessed functional outcomes at the last follow‐up. Results The average follow‐up time was (14.42 ± 1.57) months in the navigation group and (14.79 ± 1.37) months in the plate group. In nature, many natural porous tissues of animals or plants follow heterogeneous structures pattern. Including turtle back pattern, leaf veins, wood porous fiber and porous cancellous bone are classic heterogeneous structures. In order to better design bionic microenvironment porous bone implants, herein, a bionic porous structure based on Voronoi-Thiessen diagram to create heterogeneous topology microenvironment promoting bone regeneration were proposed. Porous structures with tunable heterogeneity were built and achieved by selective laser melting (SLM). The topology analysis revealed the introduce of heterogeneity brought wide pore size distribution and irregular topology. The mechanical and hydrodynamics properties were predesigned and simulated by finite element analysis (FEA). The heterogeneity hardly influenced the overall strength, stiffness and permeability but the irregular stress and fluid shear rate distribution in FEA results indicated fluctuating local stiffness and permeability. In vitro and in vivo experimental results indicated that Quasi-homogeneous structure had irregular topology mimicking that of the natural bone structure and semi-heterogenous structure shown better osteogenesis. It is found that the scaffold heterogeneous microenvironment factors play important roles for bone regeneration, and which is crucial for the development of new orthopedic implants.

Abstract Background To investigate changes in peripheral lymphocyte subsets after splenectomy during cytoreductive surgery for advanced or recurrent ovarian cancers. Methods We enrolled 83 patients with advanced or recurrent ovarian cancer who underwent cytoreductive surgery. Twenty patients who also underwent splenectomy were assigned to the splenectomy cohort and the rest were assigned to the non-splenectomy cohort. Flow cytometry was used to measure peripheral lymphocyte subsets consisting of T cells, regulatory T cells, natural killer cells, B cells, and activation antigens before and after surgery. Results There was no difference in the number and distribution of peripheral lymphocyte subsets between the two cohorts before surgery. After surgery, we observed elevated levels of T cells (CD3+, CD3+CD8+) in the splenectomy cohort compared to those in the non-splenectomy cohort, and the difference was statistically significant. CD8+CD28+ T cells had a significant decreasing tendency (P = 0.011) while CD3+/HLA-DR+ T cells showed the opposite trend (P = 0.001) in the splenectomy cohort. Hoffa fracture is a general term for single condylar or double condylar coronal fractures of the distal femur. It is a rare intra-articular fracture. At present, there is no specific fixation method for such fractures. The traditional method to fix Hoffa fracture mainly includes cannulated screws, however, failures of this type of internal fixation have been reported from time to time. Therefore, many scholars have proposed a more solid internal fixation that used cannulated screws combined with a buttress plate or lateral plate to treat this type of fracture, which has been widely recognized. Currently, there is no specially designed anatomical plate for lateral fixation of comminuted Hoffa fractures. In this report, we demonstrate a comminuted Hoffa fracture fixed by cannulated screws combined with a calcaneal reticular plate. The patient was followed up for 14 months. The knee joint ROM was 0– 120°, and the KSS score was 90 at the last follow-up. The efficacy was excellent according to the evaluation of Letenneur function. There was no pain after the activity and recovered to the pre-injury movement and exercise ability.

Peritoneal implantation and lymph node metastasis have different driving mechanisms in ovarian cancer. Elucidating the underlying mechanism of lymph node metastasis is important for treatment outcomes. A new cell line, FDOVL, was established from a metastatic lymph node of a patient with primary platinum-resistant ovarian cancer and was then characterized. The effect of NOTCH1-p.C702fs mutation and NOTCH1 inhibitor on migration was evaluated in vitro and in vivo. Ten paired primary sites and metastatic lymph nodes were analyzed by RNA sequencing. The FDOVL cell line with serious karyotype abnormalities could be stably passaged and could be used to generated xenografts. NOTCH1-p.C702fs mutation was found exclusively in the FDOVL cell line and the metastatic lymph node. The mutation promoted migration and invasion in cell and animal models, and these effects were markedly repressed by the NOTCH inhibitor LY3039478. RNA sequencing confirmed CSF3 as the downstream effector of NOTCH1 mutation. Furthermore, the mutation was significantly more common in metastatic lymph nodes than in other peritoneal metastases in 10 paired samples (60% vs. 20%). The study revealed that NOTCH1 mutation is probably a driver of lymph node metastasis in ovarian cancer, which offers new ideas for the treatment of ovarian cancer lymph node metastasis with NOTCH inhibitors.

In recent years, despite the tremendous progresses of object detection, small object detection has always been a challenge in the field of remote sensing. The main reason is that small objects cover few features that are easily lost during down-sampling. In this article, we propose a cross-layer attention network aiming to obtain stronger features of small objects for better detection. Specifically, we designed an up-sampling and down-sampling feature pyramid to obtain richer context information by bidirectionally fusing deep and shallow features, as well as skipping connections. Moreover, a cross-layer attention module is designed to obtain the nonlocal association of small objects in each layer, and further strengthen its representation ability through cross-layer integration and balance. Extensive experiments on the publicly available datasets (DIOR dataset and NWPUVHR-10 dataset) and the self-assembled datasets (SDOTA dataset and SDD dataset) show the excellent performance of our method compared with other detectors. Moreover, our method achieved 74.3% mAP on the public DIOR dataset without any tricks.

Abstract Background Alterations in peripheral blood lymphocytes in cervical cancer have been reported, although conflicting views exist. The present study investigated the distributions of lymphocyte subsets in tumor tissue and peripheral blood samples from cervical cancer patients and precancerous lesion patients, and evaluated the correlations of lymphocyte subsets with clinicopathological and prognostic variables. Methods A total of 44 patients with stage IB1-IIA2 cervical cancer and 13 precancerous lesion patients were included. Lymphocytes were collected from the tumor tissue and the peripheral blood, and isolated by Lymphoprep density gradient centrifugation. The percentages of lymphocyte subsets were quantified by flow cytometry analysis, and the differences between lymphocyte subsets in the tumor tissue and peripheral blood were compared by SPSS. In addition, the relationships between lymphocyte subsets and clinicopathological and prognostic variables were analyzed. Results Our results revealed that the amount of total T lymphocytes, CD8+ T cells, granulocytes, pDCs, CD16+ monocytes and CD56high NK cells were significantly higher in the tumor tissue than in the peripheral blood in the cervical cancer patients, while those of CD4+ T cells, CD4+/CD8+ cell ratio, rdT cells, BDCA1+ mDCs, total monocytes, CD14+ monocytes, NK cells and CD56low NK cells exhibited the opposite trend (p

Object detection has always been a challenging task in the field of computer vision due to complex background, large scale variation and many small objects, which are especially pronounced for remote sensing imagery. In recent years, object detection in remote sensing with the development of deep learning has also made great breakthroughs. At present, almost all state-of-the-art object detectors rely on pre-defined anchor boxes for remote sensing imagery. However, too many anchor boxes will introduce a large number of hyper-parameters, which not only increase the memory footprint, but also increase the computational redundancy of the detection model. In contrast, we propose an anchor-free single-stage detector for remote sensing imagery object detection, avoiding a large number of hyper-parameters related to the anchor box, which usually affect the performance of the detection model. Specially, considering the large-scale differences in the objects and the characteristics of small objects in remote sensing imagery, we design a dense path aggregation feature pyramid network (DPAFPN), which can make full use of the high-level semantic information and low-level location information in remote sensing imagery, and to a certain extent, avoid information loss during shallow feature transfer. In our experiments, extensive experiments on two public remote sensing datasets DOTA, NWPU VHR-10 were conducted. The experimental results demonstrate that our detector has good performance and is meaningful for object detection in remote sensing imagery.

Abstract Background The study aims to present the effect of PIK3CA E542K and E545K mutations on glucose metabolism and proliferation and identify their underlying mechanisms in cervical cancer. Methods The maximum standard uptake value (SUVmax) of tumors was detected by18F-FDG PET/CT scan. In vitro, glycolysis analysis, extracellular acidification rate analysis, and ATP production were used to evaluate the impact of PIK3CA E542K and E545K mutations on glucose metabolism. The expression level of key glycolytic enzymes was evaluated by western blotting and immunohistochemical staining in cervical cancer cells and tumor tissues, respectively. Immunofluorescence analysis was used to observe the nuclear translocation of β-catenin. The target gene of β-catenin was analyzed by using luciferase reporter system. The glucose metabolic ability of the xenograft models was assessed by SUVmax from microPET/CT scanning. Results Cervical cancer patients with mutant PIK3CA (E542K and E545K) exhibited a higher SUVmax value than those with wild-type PIK3CA (P = 0.037), which was confirmed in xenograft models. In vitro, enhanced glucose metabolism and proliferation was observed in SiHa and MS751 cells with mutant PIK3CA. The mRNA and protein expression of key glycolytic enzymes was increased. AKT/GSK3β/β-catenin signaling was highly activated in SiHa and MS751 cells with mutant PIK3CA. Knocking down β-catenin expression decreased glucose uptake and lactate production. In addition, the nuclear accumulation of β-catenin was found in SiHa cells and tumors with mutant PIK3CA. Furthermore, β-catenin downregulated the expression of SIRT3 via suppressing the activity of the SIRT3 promotor, and the reduced glucose uptake and lactate production due to the downregulation of β-catenin can be reversed by the transfection of SIRT3 siRNA in SiHa cells with mutant PIK3CA. The negative correlation between β-catenin and SIRT3 was further confirmed in cervical cancer tissues. Conclusions These findings provide evidence that the PI3K E542K and E545K/β-catenin/SIRT3 signaling axis regulates glucose metabolism and proliferation in cervical cancers with PIK3CA mutations, suggesting therapeutic targets in the treatment of cervical cancers. Polylactic acid/Hydroxyapatite (PLA/HA) composite was widely studied and applied in the field of biomaterials for its good processability, bioactivity, and mechanical properties. In addition to traditional preparation methods, additive manufacturing has also been adopted to prepare PLA/HA composites with customized geometries. This work combined the comprehensive optimized PLLA (L-polylactic acid)/nano-HA (nHA) composite with the low-cost and stable Fused deposition modeling (FDM) technology to successfully prepare PLLA/nHA porous bone repair scaffolds. The results showed that PLLA/nHA composite ink satisfied the smoothness of printing, and the accuracy also met the requirements of personalized bone repair application. The high loaded nHA scaffold had suitable compressive strength was significantly higher than those of pure HA ceramic scaffold and cancellous bone. Besides, in vitro bone-like apatite formation on the surface in the degradation process and in vivo evaluations further verified its good osteogenic property. Compared with other complex and cutting-edge 3D printing technologies, this study provides a low-cost, stable, simple and fast way to realize personalized printing of bone repair scaffolds, which is undoubtedly conductive to the improvement and rapid deployment of personalized biomaterials in clinical applications.

Abstract Background Ovarian clear cell carcinoma is a distinct histologic subtype with grave survival. The underlying molecular mechanism is not fully elucidated. However, we don’t have many cell lines, which are useful experimental tools for research. We describe the establishment and characterization of a new ovarian clear cell carcinoma cell line from a Chinese patient. Results FDOV1 has been subcultured for more than 80 generations. Monolayer cultured cells are polygonal in shape, showing a transparent cytoplasm full of vacuoles. The number of chromosomes ranges from 45 to 90. FDOV1 cells produces CA-125, but not CA-199. The cells could be transplanted and produced tumors mimicking the donor tumor morphologically and immunohistochemically. Whole exome sequence showed both FDOV1 and tissue block harbored PIK3CA H1047R mutation and ARID1A frameshift mutations (p.L2106 fs, p.N201 fs). More interestingly, we observed SPOP mutation (p.D82H) and ZNF217 (chromosome 20q13) amplification in FDOV1, which are quite novel. Conclusions Only a few patient-derived ovarian clear cell carcinoma cell lines have been reported in the literature. FDOV1 is the very first one, to the best of our knowledge, from a Mainland Chinese patient. It showed infinite multiplication until now and tumorigenicity in vivo. FDOV1 has co-existing PIK3CA and ARID1A mutations. It also harbored SPOP mutation and ZNF217 amplification, which would probably be a good model for exploring the molecular mechanism of ovarian clear cell carcinoma.

Object detection in remote sensing images has been widely used in military and civilian fields and is a challenging task due to the complex background, large-scale variation, and dense arrangement in arbitrary orientations of objects. In addition, existing object detection methods rely on the increasingly deeper network, which increases a lot of computational overhead and parameters, and is unfavorable to deployment on the edge devices. In this paper, we proposed a lightweight keypoint-based oriented object detector for remote sensing images. First, we propose a semantic transfer block (STB) when merging shallow and deep features, which reduces noise and restores the semantic information. Then, the proposed adaptive Gaussian kernel (AGK) is adapted to objects of different scales, and further improves detection performance. Finally, we propose the distillation loss associated with object detection to obtain a lightweight student network. Experiments on the HRSC2016 and UCAS-AOD datasets show that the proposed method adapts to different scale objects, obtains accurate bounding boxes, and reduces the influence of complex backgrounds. The comparison with mainstream methods proves that our method has comparable performance under lightweight.

Object detection has made significant progress in many real-world scenes. Despite this remarkable progress, the common use case of detection in remote sensing images remains challenging even for leading object detectors, due to the complex background, objects with arbitrary orientation, and large difference in scale of objects. In this paper, we propose a novel rotation detector for remote sensing images, mainly inspired by Mask R-CNN, namely RADet. RADet can obtain the rotation bounding box of objects with shape mask predicted by the mask branch, which is a novel, simple and effective way to get the rotation bounding box of objects. Specifically, a refine feature pyramid network is devised with an improved building block constructing top-down feature maps, to solve the problem of large difference in scales. Meanwhile, the position attention network and the channel attention network are jointly explored by modeling the spatial position dependence between global pixels and highlighting the object feature, for detecting small object surrounded by complex background. Extensive experiments on two remote sensing public datasets, DOTA and NWPUVHR -10, show our method to outperform existing leading object detectors in remote sensing field.

Background. Calcification is commonly believed to be associated with cardiovascular disease burden. But whether or not the calcifications have a negative effect on plaque vulnerability is still under debate. Methods and Results. Fatigue rupture analysis and the fatigue life were used to evaluate the rupture risk. An idealized baseline model containing no calcification was first built. Based on the baseline model, we investigated the influence of calcification on rupture path and fatigue life by adding a circular calcification and changing its location within the fibrous cap area. Results show that 84.0% of calcified cases increase the fatigue life up to 11.4%. For rupture paths 10D far from the calcification, the life change is negligible. Calcifications close to lumen increase more fatigue life than those close to the lipid pool. Also, calcifications in the middle area of fibrous cap increase more fatigue life than those in the shoulder area. Conclusion. Calcifications may play a positive role in the plaque stability. The influence of the calcification only exists in a local area. Calcifications close to lumen may be influenced more than those close to lipid pool. Near-infrared (NIR) light, compared with ultraviolet (UV) light, has a stronger tissue penetration ability and is widely used in the medical field. However, few hydrogels can be triggered by NIR. Here, a modular polymer-nanosheet (metal disulfide) (PNS) hydrogel system was proposed, which can be photo-crosslinked through photothermal conversion under NIR light. MoS2, a transition-metal dichalcogenide, was used as a crosslink center in PNS hydrogels. Mo and S (from thiolated polymers), which are essential for gelation, were discovered to have new bonds. Furthermore, 3D printing of NIRtriggered PNS hydrogels was achieved conceptually with masked NIR. Moreover, multiple hydrogels and metal disulfides were applicable in this modular gelation system. This study indicated that these PNS hydrogels have great potential in many smart biomedical applications, including wearable sensors, noninvasive in vivo 3D bioprinting, and tissue repair substitutes.
