Abstract Aging is classically associated with a decline of cognitive abilities, especially in relation to memory. While the development of potential treatments for neurodegenerative diseases has been in sharp focus, mild cognitive impairment (MCI), a form of age‐related memory loss, in the absence of severe functional impairment, a condition experienced by many healthy adults, has received relatively little attention. Advances in this space would make significant contributions to the goal of healthy aging and may also help promote cognitive performance across the wider population. The individual action of either fructooligosaccharide (FOS) or L‐theanine, both natural plant‐derived molecules, has been tentatively linked with improvements in cognition, but our understanding remains far from complete. We therefore determined the effect of different dose combinations of FOS and L‐theanine (termed MT‐01/GBL‐Memory1) in mice against FOS and L‐theanine monotherapy. FOS and L‐theanine were found to synergistically enhance murine memory in our animal tests at a dose of 100 mg/kg (coefficient of drug interaction (CDI)

To overcome the issues of simple strategy and easy fall into local optimum when solving UAV 3D path planning problem, we propose an improved Levy Pelican Optimization Algorithm (LPOA) that incorporates the hunter-prey algorithm and solves the UAV 3D path planning problem based on the improved LPOA. Based on the original algorithm, on the one hand, we introduce Levy flight and adaptive parameters to update the pelican position, balance the algorithm development phase and exploration phase, and effectively avoid the problem of falling into local optimum at the early stage of the algorithm. On the other hand, we use chaotic mapping to initialize the population, integrate the prey generation strategy to enhance the prey generation formula and improve algorithm orientation and convergence speed. The test results are compared and analyzed with those of classical, current mainstream, and recently released swarm intelligence optimization algorithms. Using 3D mountain range model experiments, the algorithm is compared before and after optimization, and the improved optimization algorithm is then applied to the actual problem of UAV 3D path planning. Research has found that the improved LPOA optimizes the total target cost of the algorithm by 9.75% and optimizes the planned average shortest path by 20.30%.

As graphene-related technology advances, the benefits of graphene metamaterials become more apparent. In this study, a surface-isolated exciton-based absorber is built by running relevant simulations on graphene, which can achieve more than 98% perfect absorption at multiple frequencies in the MWIR (MediumWavelength Infra-Red (MWIR) band as compared to the typical absorber. The absorber consists of three layers: the bottom layer is gold, the middle layer is dielectric, and the top layer is patterned with graphene. Tunability was achieved by electrically altering graphene’s Fermi energy, hence the position of the absorption peak. The influence of graphene’s relaxation time on the sensor is discussed. Due to the symmetry of its structure, different angles of light source incidence have little effect on the absorption rate, leading to polarization insensitivity, especially for TE waves, and this absorber has polarization insensitivity at ultra-wide-angle degrees. The sensor is characterized by its tunability, polarisation insensitivity, and high sensitivity, with a sensitivity of up to 21.60 THz/refractive index unit (RIU). This paper demonstrates the feasibility of the multi-frequency sensor and provides a theoretical basis for the realization of the multi-frequency sensor. This makes it possible to apply it to high-sensitivity sensors.

Objective： Optimize the preparation process of salt-soluble porcine liver protein and improve the utilization rate of porcine liver by-products. Methods： Taking the extraction rate as the index, the effects of NaCl concentration, pH, extraction time and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction rate of SSLP were analyzed, and the optimal preparation process was determined by orthogonal rotation optimization test. Taking water soluble liver proteins （WSLP） as the control, the functional characteristics （solubility, foaming, foam stability, emulsification, emulsification stability, etc.） of SSLP were compared and analyzed, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy （FT-IR） was used, the structural changes were analyzed by low field nuclear magnetic resonance （LF-NMR） and differential scanning calorimetry （DSC）. Results： The optimum extraction process of SSLP was NaCl concentration 0.4 mol/L, pH 8, extraction time 12.95 h, solid-liquid ratio 1∶4.6 (g/mL), and the extraction rate was 10.60%. FT-IR analysis showed that the absorption peak of characteristic functional groups of SSLP was obvious and in the secondary structure β-The relative content of corner was 39.91%, α-The relative content of helix was 13.55%, β-The relative content of folding was 21.32%, and the relative content of random curl was 25.23%; LF-NMR analysis showed that SSLP had higher bound water and higher water retention; DSC results showed that the denaturation temperature of SSLP was 78.68 ℃. Conclusion： SSLP prepared under optimal process conditions has better solubility, foaming, emulsification and emulsification stability than WSLP, which is a high-quality source for the development of pig liver protein products.

"Foamed conductive silicone rubber was prepared by dehydrogenation foaming method using coupling agent, conductive powder filler and Pt catalyst with vinyl silicone oil and hydroxyl silicone oil as matrix and silicone oil containing hydrogen as cross-linking agent, and the synchronization of foa-ming and cross-linking, conductivity and mechanical properties of foamed conductive silicone rubbers were characterized by rubber processing analyzer, scanning electron microscope, broadband dielectric impedance spectrometer, and electronic universal testing machine, respectively. Furthermore, the effect of foaming and cross-linking temperature, addition amount of cross-linking agent and addition amount of conductive powder filler on the properties of foaming conductive silicone rubbers were investigated. The results showed that when the foaming and cross-lin-king temperature was 115 ℃, the synchronization of foaming and cross-linking was the best and the foaming silicone rubber prepared had a uniform cell structure and the optimum mechanical properties. When the addition amount of cross-linking agent was 0.45 phr (mass, similarly hereinafter), apparent density of foamed conductive silicone rubber was 0.69 g/cm3 and compressive strength was 1.17 kPa, which indicated the addition amount of cross-linking agent was the optimal at this time. When the addition amount of conductive powder filler was 10 phr, conductivity of foamed conductive silicone rubber could be up to 1.5 S/cm, which demonstrated the electrical conductivity of foamed conductive silicone rubber was very excellent. "

Reversible lanes play an important role in alleviating urban traffic congestion and improving the utilization of road resources. However, most of the reversible lanes currently implemented are timed and fixed, and there is little research on the safety of reversible lanes without isolation facilities. In view of the existing problems of reversible lanes, this paper proposed a real-time dynamic reversible lane safety control model. The influencing factors of reversible lane safety control are analyzed first, and then determine model parameters of the no-entry zone and the buffer zone in the conflict area. Moreover, model parameters of emptying, exit, and recovery zones in the operation process were determined as well. Additionally, this paper discussed the length of reversible lanes and the timing of signals. The surrogate safety assessment model (SSAM) is adopted to analyze vehicle trajectory data for traffic simulation under different traffic flows. The experiment results show that the proposed reversible lane safety control scheme can keep the vehicle’s traffic conflict rate below 5%, which can effectively ensure the safe operation of the reversible lane.

New insight into the effect on the alkali cations of Li+, Na+, and K+ pre-intercalated between adjacent layers of Mn3(PO4)2·3H2O towards the charge storage mechanism and their electrochemical kinetics of intercalation/deintercalation in three alkali electrolytes is demonstrated. The electrochemical performance of the designed LiMn3(PO4)2·3H2O material outperforms that most of Mn-based pseudocapacitive electrode materials. The designed unique stratified structure is attractive for quick charge migration, which confirms that the appropriate pre-intercalation of alkali cation between layers is an efficient strategy to improve kinetics for the high-power density pseudocapacitive supercapacitor energy storage application.

The role of cell transplantation therapy and gene therapy in the treatment of Parkinson's disease (PD) has attracted more and more attention. It has developed from laboratory research tools to clinical products for patients. The purpose of cell transplantation therapy in PD is to replace degenerated midbrain dopamine neurons and restore dopamine neurotransmission in the denervation of the nigrostriatal pathway. Gene therapy works by introducing genetic material to slow down the degeneration of dopamine neurons and restore dopaminergic signaling transduction. Using neurotrophic factor and delivery methods for neurotrophic factor have entered clinical trials. It can also intervene in the pathological process of α⁃synuclein (α⁃Syn) mediated neurodegeneration. This paper reviews the latest progress of cell transplantation therapy and gene therapy for PD, and looks forward to the future treatment strategies.

Abstract Myocardial infarction (MI) is a fatal heart disease that affects millions of lives worldwide each year. This study investigated the roles of HIF-1α/lncRNA-TUG1 in mitochondrial dysfunction and pyroptosis in MI. CCK-8, DHE, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) assays, and JC-1 staining were performed to measure proliferation, reactive oxygen species (ROS), LDH leakage, and mitochondrial damage in hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R)-treated cardiomyocytes. Enzyme-linked immunoassay (ELISA) and flow cytometry were used to detect LDH, creatine kinase (CK), and its isoenzyme (CK-MB) levels and caspase-1 activity. Chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP), luciferase assay, and RNA-immunoprecipitation (RIP) were used to assess the interaction between HIF-1α, TUG1, and FUS. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR), Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry were used to measure HIF-1α, TUG1 and pyroptosis-related molecules. Hematoxylin and eosin (HE), 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride (TTC), and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase dUTP risk end labelling (TUNEL) staining were employed to examine the morphology, infarction area, and myocardial injury in the MI mouse model. Mitochondrial dysfunction and pyroptosis were induced in H/R-treated cardiomyocytes, accompanied by an increase in the expression of HIF-α and TUG1. HIF-1α promoted TUG1 expression by directly binding to the TUG1 promoter. TUG1 silencing inhibited H/R-induced ROS production, mitochondrial injury and the expression of the pyroptosis-related proteins NLRP3, caspase-1 and GSDMD. Additionally, H/R elevated FUS levels in cardiomyocytes, which were directly inhibited by TUG1 silencing. Fused in sarcoma (FUS) overexpression reversed the effect of TUG1 silencing on mitochondrial damage and caspase-1 activation. However, the ROS inhibitor N-acetylcysteine (NAC) promoted the protective effect of TUG1 knockdown on H/R-induced cardiomyocyte damage. The in vivo MI model showed increased infarction, myocardial injury, ROS levels and pyroptosis, which were inhibited by TUG1 silencing. HIF-1α targeting upregulated TUG1 promotes mitochondrial damage and cardiomyocyte pyroptosis by combining with FUS, thereby promoting the occurrence of MI. HIF-1α/TUG1/FUS may serve as a potential treatment target for MI.

Objective: To reveal the effect of drying processes on the quality of Gansu purple-spoted peonycorolla tea, and to explain the drying mechanism of different drying processes. Methods: Vacuum freezing-hot air combined drying （FHCD）, variable temperature hot air drying （VHD） and vacuum freeze drying （VFD） were used to dry the flowers of peony. The active ingredient （anthocyanin content） and quality attributes （moisture content, shrinkage rate and rehydration） of the purple-spotted peony corolla tea processed by three drying processes were determined, and the energy consumption of the drying processes and sensory characteristics （appearance, tea color, taste, etc.） of corolla tea were compared with three drying processes. Results: the anthocyanin content of the purple-spotted peony corolla tea processed by the above three drying processes were 8.63%, 4.68% and 12.26%, and the rehydration of them were 491.52%, 433.28% and 531.75%, respectively. Compared with VHD, anthocyanin content of the purple-spot peony corolla tea processed by FHCD increased by 3.95%, rehydration of it increased by 58.24%, and shrinkage of it reduced by 13.82%; Compared with VFD, the efficiency of FHCD process doubled, and it's energy consumption reduced by 51.79%. The anthocyanin content of corolla tea was significantly positively correlated with shrinkage rate, rehydration and water content, and the correlation coefficients were 0.749, 0.741 and 0.738, respectively. The color of purple-spotted peony was related to the anthocyanin content. The anthocyanin content rule was: rose red corolla tea＞pink corolla tea＞white corolla tea. Conclusion: The purple-spot peony corolla tea processed by FHCD has high quality, high efficiency and energy saving. The anthocyanin content, moisture content, shrinkage rate and rehydration rate of corolla tea processed by this process were 8.63%, 9.46%, 52.85% and 492.40%, respectively. The test results provide a reference for improving the comprehensive quality and drying process of purple-spotted peony corolla tea.

This paper presents a new methodology for designing a broadband three-way Doherty power amplifier (DPA), which utilizes a reactance compensation generated by parallel peaking amplifiers to extend the bandwidth and improve the back-off efficiency. By analyzing the load impedance and efficiency of the reactance-compensated DPA, the optimal reactance at the output of the peaking amplifier required for bandwidth extension can be obtained. Then, a structure using two parallel peaking amplifiers is proposed to reduce the output reactance for the desired distribution. Using a $\lambda _{0}$ /4 transmission line, a sufficiently large output reactance of the peaking branch can be realized at the combining point over a wider frequency band, which can compensate the effective load impedance of the carrier amplifier and improve its efficiency and bandwidth. A wideband three-way DPA is designed and fabricated to verify the proposed method. Measurement results indicate that an efficiency of 50–53% at 10 dB output power back-off and a saturated efficiency of 54–68% can be achieved over the frequency range from 1.6 to 2.7 GHz.

With the growing number of tunnels in high-latitude and high-altitude areas, freezing damage is all the more obvious. In traditional insulation layer method, insulation layer is laid in the tunnel to prevent invasion of cold air by taking advantage of its low thermal conductivity. However, due to its narrow temperature adaptation range and high construction and maintenance costs, this method cannot completely solve the problem of tunnel freezing damage. To solve this problem, this paper proposes tunnel air curtain insulation system which can generate electricity using solar energy. Based on parameters such as indoor air temperature and wind velocity in the thermal insulation room, on the one hand, it intelligently controls running sets of air curtain, jet flow angle, and velocity, prevents invasion of the external cold temperature into the tunnel, so that the tunnel maintains an interior temperature above 0°C. On the other hand, it intelligently diagnoses air curtain machine to provide system fault warning, so that the system keeps safe and reliable operation. The results show that air curtain technology can effectively solve the problem of tunnel freezing damage in cold areas; multiple air curtains in series connection provide better barrier efficiency. From the measured data and calculation results of Lafashan tunnel, it can be seen that an air curtain is installed at the tunnel portal with jet speed of 22.7 m/s and temperature of 35.24°C, which can meet the tunnel without freezing damage when the external temperature is −10°C, and the external wind speed is 2 m/s, providing a new method for tunnel insulation technology in cold area.

As a candidate wireless communication technology in future, visible light communication (VLC) not only provides the green illumination, but also transmits data at high speed without occupying the existing radio frequency (RF) spectrum resources, hence it can offload the data traffic from the crowded RF network. However, achieving satisfying traffic service with probability almost approaching one inside an indoor scenario is not an effortless task in VLC networks. Several factors such as transmitted power, number of user equipments (UEs), and multiple access schemes affect the coverage probability. In this paper, we utilize the user quality of experience (QoE) as the system performance metric, and the QoE probability coverage model is proposed which the LED coverage area projecting on the ground, we attempt to achieve a satisfying QoE with a certain probability on UEs. We investigate how the factors including non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) scheme, user pairing scheme, UE density, power allocation methods etc. affect the reliable QoE probability coverage area which contributes to a VLC network deployment, multiple access protocols and handover schemes.

Functionalization of carbon radicals formed via 1,5-hydrogen atom transfer of amidyl radicals is an underdeveloped protocol for remote C–H functionalization. Here, the authors report a Cu-catalyzed γ-azidation and oxidative δ-trifluoromethylation of benzohydrazides for the synthesis of more functionalized amides.

Abstract Visible light communication (VLC), not only provides indoor illumination, but also offers broadband connection. It has the benefits of huge bandwidth, high security, low cost, and health safety. However, duplex communication, user mobility, and seamless coverage are becoming challenging tasks in VLC networks. A VLC heterogeneous network (VLC-HetNet) that combines VLC and existing radio networks, in which a good vertical handover (VHO) scheme is critical to guarantee continuous transmission, has been proposed to solve these problems. In this paper, we propose a new VHO scheme to maximize the quality of experience (QoE) of a user. When a user makes a handover between VLC and the RF network, the influence on the user’s QoE may be positive (defined as the QoE profit) or negative (the reduced QoE value is defined as the handover cost). The handover decision is made in order to enhance the QoE and reduce the handover cost of the user, by formulating the problem as a Markov decision process (MDP). The simulation results show that the proposed VHO scheme is adaptive to user movement and achieves a relatively high average QoE, low handover failure probability, and few handover times.

Abstract The coexistence of visible light communication (VLC) and WiFi elevates indoor wireless communications beyond 4G, by utilizing VLC for high-rate transmission and ensuring reliable mobile connectivity through WiFi. Nevertheless, the high susceptibility of VLC-line-of-sight (VLC-LoS) channel to blocking can result in excessive number of handovers between VLC and WiFi networks leading to huge signaling cost and degradation in overall system performance. Therefore, an efficient inter-system handover scheme is required for a successful integration of the two access technologies. To this end, a channel adaptive dwell vertical handover (CAD-VHO) scheme is presented, in this article, as an improvement on static D-VHO scheme. The width of the dwell timer employed in our scheme is altered based on the rate of blocking and recovery of VLC-LoS channel. As a result, the proposed CAD-VHO scheme is adaptive to the rate and extent of obstruction of VLC-LoS link due to user mobility and surrounding objects. Simulation scenario was set up as a dynamic network environment in an indoor setting with restless and stationary mobile terminals and surrounding mobile object. Based on the simulation results obtained, the CAD-VHO scheme can reduce the number of VHOs by as much as 80% whiles achieving a higher average data rate in most cases. Consequently, the proposed CAD-VHO scheme is highly efficient in minimizing VHO signaling cost and enabling a superior broadband service.

The real-time dynamic control of reversible lanes is an effective measure to alleviate the traffic congestion caused by the directional imbalance of the traffic flow and improve the utilization rate of urban road resources. This paper proposes a dynamic allocation model for reversible lanes for road sections and intersections in the intelligent vehicle infrastructure cooperative system (IVICS). The dynamic lane allocation model for the road sections is constructed based on the Bureau of Public Road (BPR) function, in which the 24 hours of the day are divided into stages, the traffic volume and road impedance of each stage are obtained, and their product is integrated over time. Finally, the plan with the least delay in each stage is selected as the optimal solution. The dynamic lane control model for intersections is built according to the Highway Capacity Manual 2000 (HCM2000) delay model. With the minimum average delay of vehicles at the intersection as the objective function, the average delay of different lane combinations under different traffic conditions is analyzed to find the optimal combination of reversible lanes and ordinary lanes. The model is verified by case analysis and MATLAB calculations. The results show that the reversible lane dynamic control model can effectively allocate road resources and reduce driving delays.

In this study, a hybrid method combining extreme learning machine (ELM) and particle swarm optimization (PSO) is proposed to forecast train arrival delays that can be used for later delay management and timetable optimization. First, nine characteristics (e.g., buffer time, the train number, and station code) associated with train arrival delays are chosen and analyzed using extra trees classifier. Next, an ELM with one hidden layer is developed to predict train arrival delays by considering these characteristics mentioned before as input features. Furthermore, the PSO algorithm is chosen to optimize the hyperparameter of the ELM compared to Bayesian optimization and genetic algorithm solving the arduousness problem of manual regulating. Finally, a case is studied to confirm the advantage of the proposed model. Contrasted to four baseline models (k-nearest neighbor, categorical boosting, Lasso, and gradient boosting decision tree) across different metrics, the proposed model is demonstrated to be proficient and achieve the highest prediction accuracy. In addition, through a detailed analysis of the prediction error, it is found that our model possesses good robustness and correctness.

Transition metal phosphide composite materials have become an excellent choice for use in supercapacitor electrodes due to their excellent conductivity and good catalytic activity. In our study, a series of nickel phosphide heterostructure composites was prepared using a temperature-programmed phosphating method, and their electrochemical performance was tested in 2 mol L−1 KOH electrolyte. Because the interface effect can increase the catalytic active sites and improve the ion transmission, the prepared Ni2P/Ni3P/Ni (Ni/P = 7:3) had a specific capacity of 321 mAh g−1 under 1 A g−1 and the prepared Ni2P/Ni5P4 (Ni/P = 5:4) had a specific capacity of 218 mAh g−1 under 1 A g−1. After the current density was increased from 0.5 A g−1 to 5 A g−1, 76% of the specific capacity was maintained. After 7000 cycles, the capacity retention rate was above 82%. Due to the phase recombination effect, the electrochemical performance of Ni2P/Ni3P/Ni and Ni2P/Ni5P4 was much better than that of single-phase N2P. After assembling the prepared composite and activated carbon into a supercapacitor, the Ni2P/Ni3P/Ni//AC had an energy density of 22 W h kg−1 and a power density of 800 W kg−1 and the Ni2P/Ni5P4//AC had an energy density of 27 W h kg−1 and a power density of 800 W kg−1.

Growing evidence has demonstrated the influence of internal nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) on harmful algae blooms in eutrophic freshwater ecosystems. However, the main controlling factors for internal N and P release risks, and whether these factors vary as environmental conditions change, remains poorly understood. We evaluated potential release risks of N and P from sediments in two freshwater reservoirs in Beihai City, southern China, by evaluating apparent nutrient fluxes during simulated static incubation experiments at two temperatures (15 °C and 25 °C). Sediments were analyzed to determine their basic properties as well as N and P fractions. Results showed that the main controlling factors of the apparent fluxes in dissolved total P, soluble reactive P, total N, and ammonium were related to sediment adsorption properties, redox properties, and microbial-mediated properties (e.g., water-extractable P, total inorganic N, redox-sensitive P, total organic carbon, organic P). The primary controlling factors for apparent N and P fluxes were dependent on the form of N and P and changed with temperature. The results suggest that care should be taken when simply using total N and P contents in sediments to evaluate their internal nutrient release risks.

The optimization of high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) lane management can better improve the efficiency of road resources. This paper first summarized the current research on HOV lane implementation and analyzed and identifies the threshold of setting road HOV lane dynamic control under the connected vehicle environment. Then, the HOV lane priority dynamic control process was determined, and the operating efficiency and energy consumption evaluation method was proposed. Moreover, a case study in Wuxi City, China, was carried out. The results showed that, after implementing the HOV lane priority dynamic control, the total mileage of road network vehicles was saved by 4.93%, the average travel time per capita was reduced by 4.27%, and the total energy-saving rate of road network travel was 21.96%.

Based on the Intelligent Vehicle Infrastructure Cooperative System (IVICS), the paper firstly analyzes the operating characteristics of the intersection group under real-time reversible lanes from the capacity; secondly, the signal phase sequence and signal timing parameters of the intersection are designed, and the green wave control is designed based on the phase difference model. The scheme provides traffic flowing in this section with a continuous green light signal. Finally, taking the intersection of Yongle East Road in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province as an example, it optimizes and controls the green wave of the intersection group and verifies the effectiveness of the phase difference model using the evaluation indicators of the number of stops, green wave speed, traffic capacity, and saturation flow. The results show that the optimization of the number of stops is 9.5% and the vehicle speed is optimized by 5.3%. The intersection capacity and saturation flow are greatly improved.

While the trifluoromethylative difunctionalization of unactivated alkenes has been largely explored, methylative difunctionalization remains underinvestigated. Here, the authors report copper-catalyzed alkoxy- and azido-methylation reactions of alkenes leading to important synthetic building blocks and valuable O- and N-heterocycles.

Abstract For indoor visible light communication (VLC), much work has been done when the noise is independent of the input signal. However, less effort is made when the VLC system suffers from the input-dependent noise. Considering the input-dependent noise, this paper focuses on the performance analysis and optimization for indoor VLC system. The Lambertian emission-based channel model and on-off keying modulation are employed. According to the system model, the bit error rate (BER) with a closed-form expression is derived. To enhance the system performance, an optimization problem that minimizes the BER by tilting the receiver plane is formulated. By solving the problem, the optimal tilting angle of the receiver is obtained. Simulation results verify the derived expression of BER. It is also shown that the BER is strongly affected by the input-dependent noise. Moreover, the optimal tilting angles for the receiver at any position are obtained, which can provide some insights for practical system design.

Through theoretical analysis, this paper preliminarily puts forward the optimization design method of a mix proportion large stone permeable mixture based on target voidage. The optimized large stone permeable mixture is abbreviated as OLSPM (optimization large stone permeable mixture). On this basis, the asphalt content was verified by leakage analysis experiment, and the molding method was determined by comparing the volume parameter changes and the appearance of the specimen in the molding process of both a Marshall compaction test and rotary compaction test. The final experimental analysis results show that the asphalt content calculated by this method can meet the technical requirements of leakage loss. The rotary compaction method is the suitable molding method for indoor cylindrical specimens of OLSPM, and the voidage is used as the index to control the compac-tion times of OLSPM. Under the same voidage, OLSPM-25 has more fine aggregates and thus leads to a relatively large amount of asphalt. In addition, the content of 4.75–19 mm coarse aggregate in its coarse aggregate is also higher than that of LSPM-25.

At present, the regeneration agent with mineral oil as the main component is widely used. However, its strong volatility, nonrenewability, and other shortcomings restrict the development of regeneration technology. In this study, waste vegetable oil was used as the main component of the regeneration agent to prepare regenerated aging asphalt. The change in microstructure of aging asphalt was explored with the change in waste vegetable oil content and regeneration time. The results showed that the addition of waste vegetable oil could effectively supplement the contents of saturates and aromatics, and inhibit the oxidation of saturates and aromatics into asphaltene and resin. When the regeneration time was 60 min and the regeneration content was 7.0%, the effect was best. The correlation between the component composition of regenerated aging asphalt and the micro-morphological characteristics was in the order of saturates, asphaltene, resin, and aromatics.

It was studied that the rearrangement of oxygen isotopes and carbon isotopes in CO molecular caused by thermodynamic equilibrium in the presence of catalyst. The appropriate reaction conditions was obtained by analyzing the reactants of 12C18O and 13C16O as well as the reaction products 12C16O and 13C18O. The effects of temperature, pressure and space velocity on the conversion of 12C18O were studied in the experiments. It shows that the conversion of 12C18O can reach 80% at the conditions of 260 Torr, 400 ℃ and space velocity of 0.5 mL/（g•min）.

The far upstream element (FUSE)-binding protein 1 (FUBP1) is a transactivator of human c-myc proto-oncogene transcription, with important roles in carcinogenesis. However, the expression pattern and potential biological function of FUBP1 in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) is yet to be established.FUBP1 expression was detected in ccRCC tissues and cell lines by real-time RT-PCR, Western blot analysis, and immunohistochemistry. The correlations of FUBP1 mRNA expression levels with clinicopathological factors were evaluated. The biological function of FUBP1 during tumor cell proliferation was studied by MTS, colony formation, and soft-agar colony formation. The effects of FUBP1 on cell cycle distribution and apoptosis were analyzed by flow cytometry. Western blot analysis was used to identify the potential mechanism of FUBP1 regulating cell cycle and apoptosis.The levels of FUBP1 mRNA and protein expression were upregulated in human ccRCC tissues compared with adjacent noncancerous tissues. High levels of FUBP1 mRNA expression were associated with higher tumor stage and tumor size. FUBP1 knockdown inhibited cell proliferation and induced cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. Meanwhile, the expression levels of c-myc and p21 mRNA were correlated with that of FUBP1 mRNA.FUBP1 acts as a potential oncogene in ccRCC and may be considered as a novel biomarker or an attractive treatment target of ccRCC.

Sidelobe Suppression (SS) can be found on almost every Linear Frequency Modulated (LFM) pulse radar receiver|Shift-Frequency Jamming (SFJ) is an important method to realize deception jamming using the inherent coupling property between time-delay and frequency-shift of this LFM signal. So, the inter-ambiguity function (IAF) of LFM with SS using normalized parameters including time-delay rate and shift-frequency rate is analyzed. Then the 3:1 cone than weighted, Hamming weighted and cosine square weighted are focused and some parameters related to detection are analyzed. Compared with the none SS, the weighted shift-frequency signal to Jamming loss and the weighted shift-frequency jamming to noise loss are present like M function having the max shift-frequency rate point equal to ±0.29. And the impact of weighted shift-frequency pulse-width loss are decide by none shift-frequency.
