With the acceleration of urbanization, the high density and intensity of urban construction and expansion have led to an exacerbation of the urban heat island (UHI) effect, which, in turn, contributes to global climate warming and severely impacts urban ecological environments and human health. This study takes the Wanjiang urban agglomeration as a case study. Using land surface temperature data from 2010, 2016, and 2022, the study employs the Morphological Spatial Pattern Analysis (MSPA) model to quantitatively identify the types and spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of heat island patches in the Wanjiang urban agglomeration. Based on this analysis, this study constructed thermal environment sources and heat island corridors, and applied circuit theory (CIRCUIT) to identify the spatial network of the thermal environment in the urban agglomeration. The results show that (1) from 2010 to 2022, seven types of heat island patches in the Wanjiang urban belt were identified by consensus, mainly distributed in the northwest and southeast, and their areas increased significantly. The dominant type of heat island patches changed from island type in 2010 to core type in 2022. (2) From 2010 to 2022, the number and area of urban thermal environment sources in Wanjiang increased. According to the thermal environment source distribution and circuit theory, the number of heat island corridors increased from 2010 to 2022. The pinch points of the heat island network in the Wanjiang urban agglomeration increased from 2010 to 2022, indicating that the ecosystem connectivity of the urban agglomeration had improved during the study period. Based on the circuit theory, the heat island network barrier points of the urban agglomeration from 2010 to 2022 are identified. (3) During 2010–2022, α, β, and γ increased with time, the overall connectivity of the thermal environment network in the Wanjiang urban agglomeration was enhanced, the heat transmission efficiency between source areas was gradually improved, and the high temperature threat degree to urban and rural residents was on the rise. This study provides an identification and assessment of the spatial network of the thermal environment in the Wanjiang urban agglomeration, offering valuable insights for understanding the thermal environment network pattern and mitigating the urban heat island effect in the region. Abnormal levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and the hypoxic microenvironment within bone defects are important factors that impede bone repair processes. Herein, an innovative ultrasound‐modulatable hydrogel platform with selenoprotein‐mediated antioxidant effects to promote bone injury repair is presented. This hydrogel platform encapsulates oxygen‐enriched selene‐incorporated thin‐shell silicon within methacrylate gelatin (O2‐PSSG). The resultant construct orchestrates the modulation of the bone‐defect microenvironment, thereby expediting the course of bone regeneration. Ultrasound (US) is used to regulate the pore size of the hydrogel to release selenium‐containing nanoparticles and promote the in situ synthesis of efficient intracellular selenoproteins and hydrogen peroxide consumption. As expected, O2‐PSSG rapidly releases selenocystine ([Sec]2) under US control to scavenge reactive oxygen species and maintain the homeostasis of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs). Over time, the action of the system by selenoprotein increases the activation of Wnt/β‐catenin pathways and promotes the differentiation of BMSCs. Consequently, O2‐PSSG potentiates the antioxidant proficiency of BMSCs both in vitro and in vivo, alleviates hypoxic environments, promotes osteogenic differentiation, and expedites cranial bone repair in rat models. In summary, this study suggests that the designed and constructed US‐responsive antioxidant hydrogel is a promising prospective strategy for addressing bone defects and fostering bone regeneration. With the continuous development of China's industry, we improve the economy at the same time, also has a certain impact on the environment, and agriculture and the environment have a direct relationship. Therefore, it is necessary to develop low-carbon economy, which is an important way to promote agriculture forward. However, there are still some problems in the development of low-carbon agriculture in China, which need people to actively study, not only need to innovate technology, but also need to improve the system. This paper first describes the content of low-carbon agriculture, and then describes the development model of lowcarbon agriculture in China, understand the problems in the development, and finally explain the development strategy, to provide reference for relevant researchers.

An unprecedented phosphine-catalyzed [5+1] annulation of β′-acetoxy allenoates with 1,5-dinucleophiles has been developed, which provides novel and facile access to functionalized tetrahydroquinolines in good to high yields in the presence of PPh3 and K3PO4 under mild reaction conditions. Background: Schisandrin A (SchA) has multiple pharmacological features, and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) represents a common digestive system disease mainly characterized by inflammation. Objectives: To assess the anti-inflammatory effects and the mechanism of SchA in mice with enteritis and in MODE-K cells representing in vivo and in vitro models of inflammation. Materials and Methods: DSS-induced IBD mouse models and MODE-K cells (an in vitro model of the intestine) were used to assess the effects of SchA on IBD inflammation and to determine the related signaling pathways. Results: Our data showed that SchA exerted anti-inflammatory effects by reducing the general clinical symptoms and the pathological damage to the colonic mucosa in mice with IBD and by promoting the migration of H2O2-induced MODE-K cells, inhibiting apoptotic death, and reducing the release of inflammatory factors. Moreover, SchA downregulated Wnt/β-catenin in both enteritis mice and H2O2-induced cells. Conclusion: SchA inhibits inflammation in DSS-induced IBD mice and H2O2-induced MODE-K cells by repressing Wnt/β-catenin signaling. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
