With the advancement of the concept of smart cities, research on urban and rural planning is also developing rapidly. How to make the spatial relationship description model in the context of smart cities more in line with the actual situation of urban development is still a problem to be solved. This article focuses on the spatial relationship description model and algorithm of urban and rural planning results in the context of smart cities, studies the impact of urban industrial structure under the action of the spatial relationship description model, and evaluates the impact of policy as well as the impact of smart city construction on urban green innovation efficiency. Its dynamic effects and urban heterogeneity are expanded and analyzed. The research results show that compared with the traditional ordinary least squares (OLS) technology, geographically weighted regression (GWR) has significantly improved the solution results of the model, the R value is reduced by 0.3–0.4, the residual sum of squares value is significantly reduced, and the Akaike information criterion value is significantly improved. For the same training samples and test data, compared with the OLS technology, the mean-squared error reduction rate of the prediction results obtained by the GWR technology basically reached more than 50%, especially in Experiment 4; it reached 57.9%, which shows a very obvious advantage in prediction accuracy. Smart city policies have a significant role in promoting green innovation efficiency in pilot areas, and over time, innovation efficiency has increased year by year, and the policy effects are particularly prominent in the eastern coastal areas with a good development foundation. Therefore, the construction of smart cities is based on the characteristics of the region, and it is necessary to seek a sustainable development path based on the conditions of the region.

ObjectiveAiming at the problem of the autonomous berthing control of tugboats, this study focuses on the application of a target tracking control strategy based on virtual leadership. MethodsFirst, the autonomous berthing process of the tugboat is transformed into the target tracking control process of the virtual tugboat and actual tugboat. A kinematics model of the berthing system is then designed. Considering special environmental interference in the berthing scenario, the backstepping method and sliding mode control method are used to design an autonomous berthing controller for an azimuth stern drive tugboat. Three different sliding mode surfaces are provided and the stability is verified by the Lyapunov function. Finally, a simulation test is used to verify the control effect through the berthing trajectory, speed error and distance error. ResultsThe simulation results show that the designed tugboat autonomous berthing control strategy and controller have a good effect in the tugboat autonomous berthing scenario and good performance in the face of uncertain disturbances of the system. ConclusionsThe control strategy and berthing controller designed in this paper have good applicability and robustness. The autonomous berthing control of tugboats is realized from a new angle, providing a new direction for subsequent research on the berthing control of tugboats.

Abstract Schizophrenia (SCZ) is a chronic, highly relapsing, severe mental disorder with an unclear etiology. Cytokine-mediated neuroimmune abnormalities have been repeatedly revealed. IL-1β was reported to play a vital role in expanding the inflammatory response. However, the underlying molecular mechanism is poorly understood. In this study, we found that miR-3653-3p with the NLRP3 binding site in Targetscan was differentially expressed in miRNA high-throughput sequencing in schizophrenia (SCZ), and indeed, its downregulation in SCZ peripheral blood was also verified by RT-qPCR (P-value = 0.015). Furthermore, we found that the mRNAs of caspase 1 and IL-1β are elevated in people who suffer from SCZ (P = 0.044 and P = 0.001, respectively). Moreover, the interaction of NLRP3, Caspase1, and IL-1β was found in the peripheral blood of patients with SCZ. The expression level of miR-3653-3p was negatively correlated with NLRP3 and IL-1β mRNA contents (r = 0.487, P = 0.04 and r = 0.508, P = 0.037, respectively). NLRP3 mRNA was positively correlated with caspase1 mRNA. Meanwhile, the expression of miR-3653-3p was also negatively correlated with negative symptom subscores of PANSS (r = 0.450, P = 0.046). IL-1β mRNA is positively correlated with the total scores of PANSS (r = 0.690, P = 0.002) and the sub-scores of general psychopathology of PANSS (r = 0.583, P = 0.014). Additionally, a significant positive relationship exists between IL-1β and the total duration (r = 0.638, P = 0.006). We found that the combination of miR-3653-3p, caspase 1, and IL-1β have better diagnostic values. The results indicate that miR-3653-3p, caspase 1, and IL-1β can potentially be biomarkers of SCZ, identifying negative symptoms or a chronic course. A further understanding of the involvement of IL-1β in SCZ may be a crucial molecular effector for the chronic course to intervene.

The use of non–precious metals for electrocatalytic hydrogen reaction (HER) is particularly important for energy conservation and environmental protection. In this work, three new cobalt corroles containing o−, m−, and p−nitrobenzyl (1, 2, 3) at the meso 10−position of the corrole macrocycle were synthesized, and their electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction in organic and neutral aqueous systems was also investigated. The results show that these three cobalt corroles have significant catalytic HER activity in both systems, and the catalytic efficiency follows 1 > 3 > 2, which indicates that the position of the nitro group can affect the catalytic property of the complexes. In the organic phase, when using trifluoroacetic acid or p−toluenesulfonic acid as the proton source, the electrocatalytic HER may undergo an EECC (E: electron transfer, C: proton coupling) pathway. In a neutral aqueous system, the HER turnover frequency value of 1 is up to 137.4 h−1 at 938 mV overpotential.

Panax notoginseng is a highly valued perennial medicinal herb in China and is widely used in clinical treatments. The main purpose of this study was to elucidate the changes in the composition of P. notoginseng saponins (PNSs), which are the main bioactive substances, triggered by arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) via ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography–electrospray ionization–tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC–ESI–MS/MS). A total of 202 putative terpenoid metabolites were detected, of which 150 triterpene glycosides were identified, accounting for 74.26% of the total. Correlation analysis, principal component analysis (PCA) and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis (OPLS–DA) of the metabolites revealed that the samples treated with AMF (group Ce) could be clearly separated from the CK samples. In total, 49 differential terpene metabolites were identified between the Ce and CK groups, of which 38 and 11 metabolites were upregulated and downregulated, respectively, and most of the upregulated differentially abundant metabolites were mainly triterpene glycosides. The relative abundances of the two major notoginsenosides (MNs), ginsenosides Rd and Re, and 13 rare notoginsenosides (RNs), significantly increased. The differential saponins, especially RNs, were more easily clustered into one branch and had a high positive correlation. It could be concluded that the biosynthesis and accumulation of some RNs share the same pathways as those triggered by AMF. This study provides a new way to obtain more notoginsenoside resources, particularly RNs, and sheds new light on the scientization and rationalization of the use of AMF agents in the ecological planting of medicinal plants.

Abstract Background Circular RNA (circRNA) circ_0072088 has been reported to be associated with NSCLC cell growth, migration, and invasion. However, the role and mechanism of circ_0072088 on NSCLC development have not yet been determined. Methods Circ_0072088, microRNA‐1225 (miR‐1225‐5p), and Wilms' tumor (WT1) suppressor gene level was detected by reverse transcription‐quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT‐qPCR). Migration, invasion, and apoptosis were detected using transwell and flow cytometry assays. Matrix metallopeptidase 9 (MMP9), hexokinase 2 (HK2), and WT1 were examined using western blot assay. The biological role of circ_0072088 on NSCLC tumor growth was examined by the xenograft tumor model in vivo. Circular RNA Interactome and TargetScan were used to predict the binding between miR‐1225‐5p and circ_0072088 or WT1, followed by confirmation using a dual‐luciferase reporter. Results Circ_0072088 and WT1 were highly expressed in NSCLC tissues and cells, and miR‐1225‐5p was decreased. Knockdown of circ_0072088 might repress migration, invasion, and glycolysis, and facilitate apoptosis of NSCLC cells in vitro. Circ_0072088 silencing also blocked NSCLC tumor growth in vivo. Mechanistically, circ_0072088 acted as a sponge of miR‐1225‐5p to regulate WT1 expression. Conclusion Circ_0072088 knockdown could inhibit cell growth, migration, invasion, and glycolysis partially by regulating the miR‐1225‐5p/WT1 axis, thus providing a promising therapeutic target for NSCLC treatment.

In order to study the effect of surfactant compound on droplet size characteristics in fog field, an experimental platform was independently built in this paper. Anionic surfactant AES, amphoteric surfactant LAB-35 and non-ionic surfactant AEO-9 were selected for binary monomer re-combination, and different ratios of surfactant compound solution were used for experiments. The droplet sizes D10 , D50 , D90 , Dv and Δs were analyzed under different pressures. The results show that when the nozzle diameter is constant, the droplet size of surfactant compound solution decreases with the increase of spray pressure, and the droplet size distribution is more uniform with the increase of spray pressure. In the range of 5∶1-1∶5 ratio of AES and AEO-9 compound solution, the spray droplet particle size is smaller than that of AES and AEO-9 monomer solution. AES and LAB-35, AEO-9 and LAB-35 compounds are all easy to reduce the spray droplet size of LAB-35 monomer solution.
