3. Research on Accurate Control of Gas Temperature in Cold Spraying Based on PID Control Strategy

Abstract

Gas temperature is one of the critical parameters that affects the velocity, temperature of particle and the consequent coating quality in cold spray additive manufacturing. The accurate control of the gas temperature is of great importance to the stability of the gas heating efficiency, deposition efficiency, and microstructure of coatings. Therefore, a numerical model was established using ANSYS-FLUENT to study the influence of PID strategy and traditional switch control strategy on the precise temperature of cold spraying gas. Results showed that both the stable time and the overshoot of gas temperature were significantly optimized when the PID strategy was applied. Moreover, the influences of the three factors (proportional, integral and derivative) in PID strategy on the stable time and the overshoot of gas temperature were investigated using an orthogonal experiment. The experimental results showed that the stable time and the overshoot were mainly affected by the proportional parameter and the integral parameter, respectively. With the increase of the proportional parameter and the integral parameter, the stable time and the overshoot rate reduced, and the control accuracy of the gas temperature increased.

10. Focus on Upper Urinary Tract Stones Combined with Parenchymal Infiltrative Renal Pelvis Cancer.

Abstract

Introduction: Upper urinary tract stones combined with parenchymal infiltrative renal pelvic cancer are challenging to detect on imaging and to evaluate the differential diagnosis. Case Presentation: The symptoms and diagnoses in three cases of parenchymal infiltrative renal pelvic cancer and upper urinary tract stones that occurred between June 2019 and June 2022 were reviewed. Primary symptoms of lumbar discomfort and hematuria were evident in all 3 patients. Preoperative computed tomography (CT) abdominal imaging revealed that all three cases had hydronephrosis along with renal stones, while the other two cases only had localized hypoenhancement of the renal parenchyma, which was only thought to be limited inflammatory changes in the renal cortex as a result of the combination of renal pelvis infection. After percutaneous nephrolithotomy or ureteroscopic lithotripsy, a combined renal pelvis tumor was discovered in all of these instances. Radical tumor surgery was later performed. One patient who had several tumor metastases passed away 6 months after surgery. A case with multiple metastases was discovered 15 months after surgery and survived with the help of the current chemotherapy. A case with a bladder tumor recurrence was discovered 16 months after surgery and had transurethral bladder tumor electrosurgery and routine bladder perfusion chemotherapy. Conclusion: Upper urinary tract stones and parenchymal infiltrative pyel carcinoma have atypical imaging, easily confused with infectious diseases. CT or computed tomography urography (CTU) must be considered by urologists. Patients who have a CT with local renal parenchyma density should be suspected of having parenchymal invasive renal pelvis carcinoma; a needle biopsy ought to be performed; and repeat biopsies may be performed if necessary. High-risk individuals need multiple, sufficient biopsies as needed and a comprehensive intraoperative assessment of the renal pelvic mucosa. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract

It is the key for the government to control the degree of information alienation to study the mechanism and control model of network public opinion information alienation for big data. This provides a theoretical basis for the government to deal with and manage the network public opinion. This paper uses qualitative analysis of the information alienation mechanism of network public opinion under the big data environment, and expands the evolution mechanism model of network public opinion to the information alienation control model. On this basis, the classification of government control information alienation is studied by numerical simulation. This paper takes the actual forum, blog, website with news comment function as the research object, and proposes a prediction platform construction scheme based on Java, which integrates a variety of prediction models. This provides useful exploration and ideas for quantitative research on the complex social phenomenon of network public opinion.

25. Seasonal landscape pattern changes in Bayanbulak swan lake alpine wetland

Abstract

In order to explore the changing trends in landscape patterns in wetlands, we analyzed the seasonal landscape pattern change and its relationship with climate factors in the alpine wetland of the Bayanbulak swan lake. From May to October 2015, we used six remote sensing images, including the operational land imager(OLI). Our results showed that the areas of wetland varied slightly, from 74.23% to 81.15% of total area before August. But after August, the wetland area decreased rapidly to 38.97%. At the landscape level, fragmentation and spatial heterogeneity increased from May to August and patch shapes tended to be complex. However, landscape fragmentation and spatial heterogeneity decreased from September to October and the patch shapes tended to be simple. At the class level, the fragmentation of wetland patches increased from May to October and the shape of patches tended to be complex. There were significant correlations between wetland area and monthly precipitation(r=0.745, P=0.045) and monthly mean temperature(r=0.859, P=0.014). In conclusion, monthly average temperature was a major factor in the stability of the alpine wetland landscape pattern in the Bayanbulak swan lake. The landscape pattern varied and the wetland environment tended to be unstable in autumn in the alpine wetlands of Bayanbulak swan lake. The landscape shows a pattern of "summer stability-autumn sharp decline" in the alpine wetlands of Bayanbulak swan lake.

36. Physicochemical Characteristics and Ecological Risk Assessment of Heavy Metals Contaminated Soils in Copper Mining of Nulasai, Xinjiang, China

Abstract

Taking the mining areas, tailings and surrounding farmland soil of the Nulasai copper mine in Xinjiang as the research object, the characteristics of soil physical and characteristics of heavy metal contents in this area were studied, and their ecological and environmental risks were preliminarily evaluated. The results showed that due to the long-term impact of mining wastewater, soil pH in the Nulasai mining area was relatively low. Soil conductivity and salt content were higher than those in the surrounding farmland, while soil organic matter, available nitrogen, available potassium and available phosphorus were lower than those in the surrounding farmland. The contents of heavy metals Cr, Cd, Pb, Cu, Ni and Zn in the mining area, tailing area and farmland soil were all lower than those in Xinjiang except for Cu. Overall, the heavy metal content of the soil manifested the area > tailing area > farmland. Single factor(Pi), Nemerow comprehensive pollution index(I) and potential ecological risk index(RI) indicated that the ecological risk of heavy metals in the soil around the mining area was manifested tailings > mining area > farmland. The potential ecological risk index of heavy metals in 0~30 cm topsoil was higher than that in 30~70 cm deep soil, but the overall ecological risk was lower in different land use types.
