Objective To analyze the influencing factors and improvement paths of the service capacity of standardized township health centers in Guangxi under the background of "high-quality service at the grassroots level", providing useful reference for further deepening reform and promoting the healthy development of rural medical and health systems. Methods By the end of 2021, township health centers that have reached the recommended standard of "quality service primary line" service ability were selected as the research samples, and the coupled coordination degree model was combined with fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method to carry out empirical analysis. Results Single factors cannot constitute a necessary condition for improving or decreasing the service capacity of township health centers. There are a total of four configuration paths for improving the service capacity of township health centers in Guangxi, among which the core sufficient conditions for playing a leading role are the number of high-level practicing (assistant) physicians, the number of registered nurses, and coupling coordination scheduling. The overall consistency of the solution is 0.920 (≥0.8), and the model has strong explanatory power. Conclusion The improvement of service capacity in township health centers in Guangxi is facilitated by the synergistic effect of multiple factors both internally and externally. The optimization and expansion of grassroots talent teams is the core combination element for the improvement of service capacity in township health centers, and the coupling and coordinated development of medical resource allocation and economy is the key element for the improvement of service capacity. The summer precipitation in Northeast China (NEC) can usually be divided into two stages, namely the Northeast China cold vortex (NECV) influencing stage in early summer (May–June) and the monsoon influencing stage in midsummer (July–August). In this study, the influence of NECV on the precipitation at multi‐timescales during different summer periods is studied. The results show that even in midsummer, though the effect of the western Pacific subtropical high is strengthened, the NECV still has the major impact on the precipitation over NEC. High co‐variability could be found between the daily precipitation and the NECV index in each month. The running correlation with an 11‐day window between precipitation and the NECV index also proves that the NECV has large impact on the precipitation over NEC during the whole summer. Key linkage of NECVs and the precipitation in midsummer can still be detected in synoptic extreme rainfall events. The composite analysis shows that, for the heavy rainfall extremes in NEC, the dominant circulation is an obvious 'negative–positive–negative' vorticity pattern at high latitudes of Asia. The positive vorticity in the pattern corresponds to stronger and more active NECV. That means the NECV is still the most critical factor affecting the NEC precipitation in midsummer. After half a century's exploration, four types of commercial hydrocarbon flow-the conventional gas,tight gas,shale gas and tight oil are found from Sinian to Jurassic vertically in the Sichuan Basin.The conventional gas was found in Leikoupo Formation of Middle Triassic and the marine carbonate rock stratigraphy which is below Leikoupo Formation. To predict the future exploration direction of conventional gas, we summarize the geological conditions and concentration basically, then evaluate the conventional gas resource potential and analyze the residual resource distribution. The results indicate that: (1)Conventional-gas geological conditions have obvious tectonic division, and there are four sets of extensive hydrocarbon source beds and many sets of pore reservoirs in Sichuan Basin.(2)Conventional gas enrichment is mainly controlled by high quality source rocks, sedimentary facies of platform edge and high energy shoal inside the platform,paleo-tectonics and reservoir combination,etc., and is characterized by that near source distribution of large gas fields.Sedimentary facies zone controlled reservoirs, ancient erosion surfaces improved reservoir and permeability conditions, and inherited ancient uplift controlled oil and gas accumulation.Migration ascendant reservoir combination is favorable for the formation of large and middle scale gas fields. (3)The basic conventional gas geological conditions based on the “layer”,using the genetic method,statistical method,Delphi synthesis, reveal that conventional gas resources are 12.5×1012m3 in Sichuan Basin. Combined with the distribution characteristics of the residual resources, this paper points out the general exploration direction of Sichuan Basin in the future.The main exploration strata are Dengying Formation, Longwangmiao Formation and Middle Permian;the central and eastern areas of Sichuan Basin will be developed, the southern areas of Sichuan will be excavated,and the western and northern areas of Sichuan Basin will be explored. Organic compost application plays an important role in improving the fertility of Mollisol. However, the effects of different organic composts on carbon sequestration varies greatly and its internal mechanism are unclear. We conducted a field experiment to explore the residual proportion of different organic composts and their effects on carbon emissions in dryland Mollisol in Northeast China. There were a total of seven treatments, including chemical fertilizer control (SNF), organic composts from cattle excreta (CRH), sheep excreta (SHP), chicken excreta (CKN), residue after corn starch production (BCS), residue with crop straws (HRS) and mushroom residue (WMC). We monitored annual soil CO 2 flux by static chamber method, as well as the changes of environmental factors and soil dissolved carbon and nitrogen. The regulatory mechanism of organic component characteristics on carbon residual porprotion of organic composts were examined by neural network analysis. The results showed that compared with the SNF treatment, soil dissolved organic carbon (DOC) and extractable organic nitrogen increased by 26.3%-103.5% and 21.4%-150.0%, respectively. The aromaticity of soil DOC was significantly reduced. Heterotrophic respiration flux was mainly affected by soil temperature and DOC content, while its temperature sensitivity was significantly reduced in the CKN treatment. Annual accumulation of heterotrophic respiration increased from 203 g·C·m -2 of the control to 234-334 g·C·m -2 under treatments with organic composts applications, with the CKN and HRS treatments showing the strongest impact. The annual carbon residual proportion of different organic composts in Mollisol was in an order of CRH (91.2%)> WMC (82.9%)> BCS (82.6%)> SHP (78.1%)> CKN (70.2%)> HRS (69.3%). Hemicellulose content and C/N of organic composts were the key factors, which explained 58.8% and 32.9% of the total variations of carbon residual proportion. Organic compost from cattle excreta had higher residual proportion due to lower C/N, hemicellulose content and soluble polyphenol content, and thus did not significantly affect Mollisol heterotrophic respiration. Therefore, the application of organic compost from cattle excreta was more efficient to improve organic carbon in dryland Mollisol.
