Using a flexible bis (triazole) ligand BBPTZ, where BBPTZ = 4,4'- bis (1,2,4-triazol-1-ylmethyl) biphenyl, a novel compound of [Ni2(BBPTZ)4][β-Mo8O26] (1) based on [NiN4O2]2+ secondary building unit (SBU) and [β-Mo8O26]4– cluster was synthesized by hydrothermal method. In compound 1, the [NiN4O2]2+ SBUs serving as 2-connected joints were directly connected [β-Mo8O26]4– clusters forming 1D inorganic strips. The adjacent strips were assembled through two types of BBPTZ ligands along the c axis, giving rise to 2D layers. It exhibits not only good thermal stability but also bifunctional electrocatalytic activity. When using it as the electrocatalyst for the electrochemical sensing for bromate, it shows a broad sensor range (1.35–4.75 mM) and comparable sensitivity of 62.39 µA cm−2 mM−1. Moreover, it also exhibits a remarkable activity towards the hydrogen evolution reaction, with a 248 mV onset potential, a Tafel slope of 131 mV dec−1, and a η10 of 386 mV. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Molecular complexes with active metal centers exhibit high activity and selectivity for electrochemical CO2 reduction reaction (CO2RR), which represents a promising method for transforming greenhouse gas into valuable chemicals and feedstock. Using metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) to load the active molecular complexes then employing the combination with the carbonic conducting material may exhibit a beneficial effect for CO2RR. Herein, we obtained a composite catalyst named PCN-222(Fe)/CNTs, which was in situ synthesized through the solvothermal method that loads iron porphyrin-centered PCN-222(Fe) molecules onto CNTs. The catalyst PCN-222(Fe)/CNTs exhibits excellent electrocatalytic performance for CO2RR with a FECO of 95.5% (m(Fe-TCPP):m(CNTs) = 1:30, written as PCN-222(Fe)/CNTs-30) and an overpotential (η) of 494 mV. In addition, the turnover frequency (TOF) is high as 448.76 h−1 (3.011 site−1 s−1) and the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) is indistinctive. After long-term electrocatalysis of 10 h at −0.6 V vs. RHE, PCN-222(Fe)/CNTs-30 remained its high catalytic performance with average FECO = 90%. Objective: To analyze the coagulation function and relevant factors of adults patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia treated with pegasparase (PEG-ASP) or L-asaraginase (L-ASP)., Methods: The clinical features of 153 patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) received L-ASP or PEG-ASP in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2015 year were analyzed retrospectively. Among 153 patients, 108 patients received L-ASP treatment and 45 patients received PEG-ASP treatment. The change of coagulation function and the incidence of complications of 2 treated groups were compared, and the influence of differenent using time of L-ASP on above mentioned factors were analyzed., Results: The age, sex, white blood cell count (WBC) at diagnosis, subtype and risk factors of disease, total effective rate and complication rates showed no significant difference in the 2 groups (P > 0.05). The total infusion of fresh frozen plasma (FFP), cryoprecipitate and fibrinogen (FIB) also showed no significant difference (P = 0.12, 0.65, 0.09). FIB levels decreased slower after treatment of PEG-ASP (9.49 vs 6.90) (P = 0.000) than that after treatment of L-ASP. When L-ASP used at interval, FIB level decreased slower than that of continuous use. However, the risk of bleeding is higher when used at interval early (P = 0.01, 0.013)., Conclusion: Using PEG-ASP can better monitor the coagulation function than L-ASP. L-ASP used at interval can monitor the coagulation function easily, but its early use may cause an increased incidence of complications.
