In current coal mine data acquisition, fusion, and sharing, there are problems of lack of standardization and semantic inconsistency in device attributes, inability to cross operating systems in data acquisition protocols, poor real-time data access, and low data sharing efficiency. In order to solve the above problems, a coal mine data acquisition, fusion, and sharing system based on object model is designed. On the basis of the coding standard for coal mine data based on tag numbers, a device object model is designed to overcome the problems of lack of standardization of device attributes and semantic inconsistency in device attributes. By using industrial protocol acquisition, Restful API Q&A acquisition, and file data acquisition methods for data access, it can support domestic operating systems and provide convenient message monitoring tools to accurately determine the cause of communication abnormalities. The model implements data fusion through device object model mapping, introduces data governance mechanisms to ensure data accuracy and consistency, and stores data in the form of object models to save storage space and improve storage efficiency. The model stores all device object data in one table. The object-oriented data sharing interface can be simplified into real-time data sharing interface and historical data sharing interface, reducing redundant interfaces and thus reducing data access times. The application results show that the system reduces the difficulty of semantic parsing during data usage after standardizing device data. The system improves the performance of data computation, storage, and access, providing guarantees for big data analysis.

Surface property modification of catalyst support is a straightforward approach to optimize the performance of supported noble metal catalysts. In particular, oxygen vacancies and hydroxyl groups play significant roles in promoting noble metal dispersion on catalysts as well as catalytic stability. In this study, we developed a nanoflower-like TiO2-supported Pd catalyst that has a higher concentration of oxygen vacancies and surface hydroxyl groups compared to that of commercial anatase and P25 support. Notably, due to the distinctive structure of the nanoflower-like TiO2, our catalyst exhibited improved dispersion and stabilization of Pd species and the formation of abundant reactive oxygen species, thereby facilitating the activation of CO and O2 molecules. As a result, the catalyst showed remarkable efficiency in catalyzing the low-temperature CO oxidation reaction with a complete CO conversion at 80 °C and stability for over 100 h. Aiming at the problem of data island in the process of coal mine information construction, this paper proposed the architecture of coal mine collaborative scheduling platform based on multi-source heterogeneous data. Through the research of data standard system and key technologies of multi-source heterogeneous data acquisition, we developed the coal mine collaborative scheduling platform of Ningxia Coal Industry Company, and established multi-system data fusion and sharing pattern. The results show that the application of the platform can effectively achieve the goal of eliminating data islands, improve the information management ability of coal mine operation coordination and command business, and improve the intensive management level of coal mine integrated management and control.

Aiming at the problems of information chimney, subsystem and data fragmentation in the process of coal mine construction, combined with the acceptance requirements of the comprehensive management and control platform in the Acceptance Management Measures for Intelligent Demonstration Coal Mines(Trial) issued by National Energy Administration, this paper proposes forward the overall architecture design of the intelligent mine integrated management and control platform based on industrial Internet; this paper discusses and studies the key technologies involved in the construction of intelligent mine integrated management and control platform, such as unified data center, centralized monitoring based on three-dimensional and one map, visual configuration centralized control, multi-system and multi-data fusion and linkage. Finally, on the basis of summarizing the architecture design and key technical contents of intelligent mine integrated management and control platform, this paper points out some key problems and research directions to be solved in the construction of intelligent mine integrated management and control platform in the future.

Aiming at the problems of how to improve the accuracy of simulation animation and rendering time efficiency in the production of video animation of coalbed methane mining mode, this paper analyzes and summarizes the production process of 3D animation simulation of coalbed methane exploitation, and expounds three-dimensional simulation technology, IK skeleton animation technology, custom rope editing technology, special effect technology of extraction animation, dynamic deduction technology of split shot and GPU of Vray rendering device rendering technology, these key technologies have been applied in the dynamic simulation deduction of coalbed methane coordinated mining mode in Jincheng Mining Area, and achieved good results. It helps users understand coal and CBM mining technology more intuitively and efficiently.

Compressed natural gas (CNG) taxis represent the most ubiquitous and dynamically active passenger vehicles in urban settings. The pollutant emission characteristics of in-use CNG taxis driving on a typical mountain city before and after three-way catalyst (TWC) replacement was examined using a modular on-board portable emissions measurement system (PEMS), the OBS-ONE developed by Horiba. The results showed that the exhaust NO of CNG taxis equipped with deactivation TWC exceeded the emission limits, even higher than gasoline vehicles. The high emission rate of CNG taxis is mainly concentrated on road slopes between a 2% and 6% gradient and a deceleration rate in the interval of [0.5, 4], respectively, which results in higher emissions from CNG taxis traveling in the mountain city of Chongqing than other cities and vehicles. Moreover, the pollutant emission rates of the in-use CNG taxis were highly correlated with the velocity and the vehicle specific power (VSP). After a new TWC replacement, the emission factors of carbon monoxide (CO), total hydrocarbons (THC), nitrogen oxides (NOx), and particle number (PN) decreased by 85.21–89.11%, 68.71–85.49%, 60.91–81.11%, and 62.26–68.39%, respectively. Our results will provide guidance for urban environments to carry out the comprehensive management of in-use vehicles and emphasize the importance of TWC replacement for CNG taxis. Aiming at the problems of switchable matrix, discrete lens image and poor correlation of traditional video monitoring in coal mine, this paper proposes a 3D video fusion method, which realizes the fusion and splicing of adjacent two-dimensional video images and three-dimensional scene models. At the same time, combined with multi-source information augmented reality technology, a set of real-time monitoring system of 3D video fusion for the whole mine is independently developed, which makes the original fragmented split shot image achieve space and time integrated monitoring in the real three-dimensional scene, and realizes the “one map” dynamic management of the whole mine video monitoring, provides a new technical means for the daily dispatching management and emergency command of mining enterprises.

In view of problem that traditional methods is difficult to show coordinated development process of coalbed methane and coal, a new 3D dynamic simulation idea was proposed. The coordinated development model of coalbed methane and coal is demonstrated using technologies of 3D visualization and animation deduction. With 'Jincheng Mode' as the background, based on the digital mine 3D platform MineSystem, key technologies of 3D integrated rapid modeling of up and down well, 3D visual dynamic editing for coordinated development, animation deduction of three-region linked 3D drainage are used to complete dynamic simulation of three-region linked coalbed methane development model of overall drainage up and down well. The 3D integrated display of the production planning area, development preparation area, and coal production area are realized, which provides technical support for the promotion and application of the coordinated development and utilization process of coalbed methane and coal.

China implemented the China VI emission standard in 2020. The China VI emission standard has added requirements for the RDE (real-world driving emission) test. To evaluate vehicle CO2 emission for different vehicles, 10 conventional gasoline vehicles were tested under the RDE procedure using the PEMS (portable emission testing system) method. All vehicles tested meet the sixth emission regulation with a displacement of 1.4 L~2.0 L. Among the vehicles tested, the highest CO2 emission factor was 281 g/km and the lowest was 189 g/km, while the acceleration of RDE gets a wider distribution, varying from −2.5 m/s2 to 2.5 m/s2. The instantaneous mass emission rate could reach around 16 g/s. The amounts of total CO2 emission in the positive region and the negative region make up 82~89% and 11~18% of the overall CO2 emission during the entire RDE driving period, respectively. The same vehicle has a wide range of CO2 emission factors at different VSP (vehicle specific power) intervals. Different RDE test conditions can lead to large differences in CO2 emissions. In order to solve the problems that the existing static path planning method cannot meet the dynamic change demand of underground coal mine water inrush disaster, and the operation efficiency of the traditional shortest path algorithm needs to be improved, a strategy-based dynamic path planning method and system for mine flood disaster avoidance was proposed. The method considers the influence of water flow on personnel escape. Firstly, the influence degree of roadway environmental factors on disaster avoidance path is quantified as the equivalent length of roadway distance. Then, based on the principle of the shortest time, the escape speed was introduced to calculate the escape time through each roadway, and a mathematical model was constructed with the escape time as the adjacency matrix. Combined with safety monitoring and hydrological monitoring system linkage strategy, according to the real-time monitoring of downhole environment situation, the roadway node properties were dynamically changed for mine flood disaster avoidance path based on 3D GIS figure was developed and a three-dimensional dynamic programming system. Finally, combined with the test analysis of mine examples, the effectiveness of the algorithm design is verified, which can guide the safety evacuation of underground personnel and improve the ability of mine safety control.
