PURPOSE: To establish the digital model about sagittal split ramus osteotomy and discuss the stress and displacement of 3 different fixation methods. METHODS: Three -dimensional reconstruction software Mimics and Geomagic were used to establish the three -dimensional entity model of mandible, and simulated sagittal split ramus osteotomy and fixation. Three-dimensional finite element model was established by mesh generation through ANSYS. After boundary constraint the occlusal load of 132N on the bilateral lower first molars was applied. RESULTS: Three -dimensional finite element models of sagittal split ramus osteotomy and 3 different fixation methods were established, and the biomechanical character of stress and displacement after occlusal load preoperatively and after splitting mandibles were found. CONCLUSIONS: As the stress distribution tends to uniformity and the displacement at split area is the least one, the fixation by bicortical screws in inverted -L position after sagittal split ramus osteotomy is the stablest of the 3 fixation methods. PURPOSE: To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor in oral and maxillofacial region. METHODS: The clinical protocols and treatment outcomes of 8 patients treated during 2007 to 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS: IMT in oral and maxillofacial region appeared as a mass without margins. Two basic histologic patterns were observed: compact spindle cells with intermingled inflammatory cells (lymphocytes, plasma cells, and eosinophils) resembling fibrous histiocytoma; myxoid, vascular, and inflammatory areas resembling nodular fasciitis. Patients were followed up for 1-3 years except one lost follow-up, and has no tumor recurrence or distant metastases. CONCLUSION: Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor is an uncommon lesion, preferentially occurring in children and young adults. IMT is rarely encountered in the head and neck, and has a variable natural course from benign with spontaneous regression to mimicking malignant tumors. Using combing woollen equipment the blended yarn of wool, polyester and bamboo fiber was produced it. The production practice results show that wool and polyester and bamboo fiber should be washed separately and re-staining and then mixed in the mixing ratio of mixed section machine( bamboo fiber content should be generally control about 40% ) , bamboo fiber dyeing with low temperature to ensure the color fastness, staining can not use ordinary silicone softener, dyeing hydrophilic softener should be used to enhance the permeability of dye liquor. In order to prevent the spinning process of bamboo fiber damage, easy to play deterioration of electrostatic and yarn evenness and reduced hairiness and improve yarn quality, production is necessary to strictly control the blending ratio of bamboo fiber, yarn moisture content, oil content, as well as shop temperature and humidity. The paper mainly expounds the MS elasticity fiber in the development and application of worsted fabrics. According to the fabric development and production process, it introduced the use of raw materials, top dyeing, carding process, spinning technology, weaving parameters, finishing machining process. Finally from the finished product test data, the fabric washing resistance experiment analysis concluded that MS elasticity fiber used fully meet the demand of taking elasticity in worsted fabrics, and the technological process without high temperature to finalize the design and excellent dimensional stability. The paper introduced the main techniques and the major factors of the worsted fabric blended with hemp and metal wire from top making, spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing. When setting the techniques and process route, it should consider the performance of the hemp and wool, in order to protect the fibers and reflect the style of soft wool and bright Han hemp. By choosing the raw materials, process of spinning, weaving and finshing in detail, the paper expounded the key points of devolopment of three fold yarn warp and weft stretch ladies cloth. The innovation of the yarns was that the three fold yarn made from 2 nonnal yarns and 1 merge lycra yarn, which can save dosage of lycra and ensure the bounce of yarns. In order to obtain the theoretical mass transfer model in the process of extracting effective ingredients from natural plant by Supercritical Fluid, the mass transfer mechanism was analyzed and the analytical solution of the dynamic model of Supercritical Fluid Extraction was deduced through rational simplifying the differential mass balance equations. The complete extraction time, extraction yield as a function of time and the influence of the diameter of solid material on the extraction yield were calculated by the model and the results of computation fit well with the experimental data of literature. This model can be used to analyze, predict, design and optimize the process of extracting effective ingredients from natural plant by Supercritical Fluid.

Background & Objective: The up-regulation of mucin MUC1 expression or down-regulation of mucin MUC2 expression may be involved in carcinogenesis of some neoplasms, but there was few report about the relationship between mucin MUC1 and MUC2 expression and Chinese colorectal carcinoma. The aim of this study was to explore relationship between expression of mucin MUC1 and MUC2 in colorectal carcinoma and clinicopathological parameters and their clinical significance., Methods: The expression of mucin MUC1 and MUC2 in 126 cases of colorectal carcinoma were detected by S-P immunohistochemical technique., Results: The positive expression rates of mucin MUC1 and MUC2 in normal colorectal mucosa were 0 and 100%, respectively, but the positive expression rates of mucin MUC1 and MUC2 in 126 cases of colorectal carcinoma were 42.1% and 36.5%, respectively (P < 0.01); the expression of mucin MUC1 was positive correlated to the depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, and Dukes staging (P < 0.05), but negative correlated to the degree of differentiation (P < 0.05); mucin MUC2 expression was related to invasion, lymph node metastasis, and Dukes staging (P < 0.05), but unrelated to differentiation (P > 0.05)., Conclusions: The up-regulation of mucin MUC1 expression or down-regulation of mucin MUC2 expression may be involved in carcinogenesis and progression in colorectal carcinoma, and the detecting of mucin MUC1 and MUC2 may be predicting its prognosis in colorectal carcinoma.
