A method based on graph transformation and transfer learning is proposed to further enhance the accuracy of household-transformer relationships and phase identification in low-voltage distribution networks. Firstly， a graph transformation method based on Gramian angular field （GAF） is introduced to convert electricity consumption data into a two-dimensional representation， facilitating the identification of differences in one-dimensional time-series electricity consumption data. Next， to address challenges such as sparse user data in low-voltage distribution networks， limited data acquisition methods， and a scarcity of samples， a deep learning model suitable for household-transformer relationship and phase identification is constructed using transfer learning and leveraging pre-trained parameter weights. Experimental validation demonstrates that the proposed model outperforms mainstream methods in both household-transformer relationship and phase identification， exhibiting improved accuracy and stability.

ABSTRACT Pentatricopeptide repeat (PPR) gene family constitutes one of the largest gene families in plants, which mainly participate in RNA editing and RNA splicing of organellar RNAs, thereby affecting the organellar development. Recently, some evidence elucidated the important roles of PPR proteins in the albino process of plant leaves. However, the functions of PPR genes in the woody mangrove species have not been investigated. In this study, using a typical true mangrove Kandelia obovata, we systematically identified 298 PPR genes and characterized their general features and physicochemical properties, including evolutionary relationships, the subcellular localization, PPR motif type, the number of introns and PPR motifs, and isoelectric point, and so forth. Furthermore, we combined genome‐wide association studies (GWAS) and transcriptome analysis to identify the genetic architecture and potential PPR genes associated with propagule leaves colour variations of K. obovata. As a result, we prioritized 16 PPR genes related to the albino phenotype using different strategies, including differentially expressed genes analysis and genetic diversity analysis. Further analysis discovered two genes of interest, namely Maker00002998 (PLS‐type) and Maker00003187 (P‐type), which were differentially expressed genes and causal genes detected by GWAS analysis. Moreover, we successfully predicted downstream target chloroplast genes (rps14, rpoC1 and rpoC2) bound by Maker00002998 PPR proteins. The experimental verification of RNA editing sites of rps14, rpoC1, and rpoC2 in our previous study and the verification of interaction between Maker00002998 and rps14 transcript using in vitro RNA pull‐down assays revealed that Maker00002998 PPR protein might be involved in the post‐transcriptional process of chloroplast genes. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the tilt and decentration of one‐piece anti‐vaulting haptic intraocular lenses (IOL) and three‐piece C‐loop haptic IOLs in paediatric eyes undergoing secondary IOL implantation into the ciliary sulcus. Methods: Paediatric aphakic patients receiving either one‐piece anti‐vaulting haptic or three‐piece C‐loop haptic IOL implants into the ciliary sulcus were enrolled in this prospective non‐randomized interventional study and followed up for 3 years. IOL decentration and tilt were measured using Scheimpflug images. Preoperative and postoperative information, including demographic data and ocular biometric parameters and complications, were collected and analysed. Results: Among 123 eyes of 79 paediatric patients, there were 72 eyes (58.54%) in the anti‐vaulting haptic IOL group and 51 eyes (41.46%) in the C‐loop haptic group. The anti‐vaulting haptic IOL group had a lower incidence of clinically significant vertical IOL decentration than the C‐loop haptic IOL group (23.88% vs. 43.14%, p = 0.037). No intergroup differences were observed in vertical or horizontal tilt or in horizontal decentration (all p > 0.05). One‐piece anti‐vaulting haptic IOL implantation was associated with a lower risk of clinically significant vertical decentration than three‐piece C‐loop haptic IOL implantation (odds ratio: 0.42, p = 0.037). There was a higher incidence of IOL dislocation in the C‐loop haptic IOL group (15.22% vs. 4.17%, p = 0.046). Conclusions: In paediatric aphakic eyes undergoing secondary IOL implantation into the ciliary sulcus, one‐piece anti‐vaulting haptic IOLs can reduce the risk of clinically significant vertical IOL decentration compared with three‐piece C‐loop haptic IOLs and may favour long‐term IOL positional stability. Fluorescent chitin nanofibers (FChN), as a new type of promising fluorescent nanomaterials, exhibit the characteristics of low toxicity, biocompatibility, biodegradability, sustainability, and high crystallinity and mechanical modulus. However, there is a tradeoff between fluorescence and nanosizing efficiency in processing and conversion of chitin into FChN, because amino groups in chitin are easily converted into fluorescent groups during the first modification process; therefore, FChN are usually prepared with low efficiency via nanosizing first and then modification. Herein, FChN with excellent fluorescence properties were efficiently prepared via a modification-first strategy assisted by a mild and facile click chemistry of partially deacetylated chitins (DEChs). Enough amino groups (22%–30%) were retained in fluorescent DEChs by precise adjustment of reaction activity of amino–yne/hydroxy–yne click chemistry of DEChs, which was the key for the successful preparation of FChN with high efficiency of almost 98%. The first click modification process was mild and had no negative effect on the morphology of FChN, which was similar to that of unmodified chitin nanofibers. In addition, FChN dispersion showed excellent fluorescence and could be used as fluorescent inks for anti-counterfeit printing; FChN films not only showed high fluorescent stability in water, ethanol, DMF, DMSO and 8 wt% NaOH aqueous solution for 30 days, but also exhibited high stress of 200.12 ± 1.70 MPa, excellent UV-blocking properties and controlled biodegradability. This facile and efficient method provides a more sustainable strategy for preparation of functional chitin nanofibers which has high potential for application to anti-counterfeiting, biosensing and smart packaging materials.
