The field of education has witnessed an increasing trend of inter-organizational and inter-departmental collaborations and forming of networks. Collaborative educational programs have been implemented in a variety of ways. This paper proposes to understand and study collaborative educational programs through the lens of complexity theory and to utilize nonlinear research methods. This paper also proposes to connect the dots in the literature among complexity theory, collaborative educational programs, program evaluation, and alternative nonlinear research methods.

The Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) system was first proposed by Robert Monarch, a machine learning expert. It adopted a “hybrid” strategy combining human intelligence and machine intelligence, aiming to improve the accuracy of machine learning models and assist human learning. At present, there have been a number ethical design attempts based on the HITL system, and some progress has been made in the ethical choices of disaster rescue robots and nursing robots. However, there is no analysis of why the HITL system can serve as an effective path in constructing ethical AI and how it can implement the efficiency of AI in ethical scenarios. This paper draws on the feasibility of the HITL system and analyzes how ethical AIs are possible when using the HITL system. We advocate for its application to the entire process of ethical AI design.

4. Immigrant-owned small businesses' participation in diaspora philanthropy: a case study during the COVID-19 outbreak

Purpose – The concept of diaspora philanthropy contains the following two components: diasporas, who are individuals who live outside of their homelands but maintain a sense of identity with their home countries, and charitable giving provided by these diasporas to causes related to their hometowns. Often diaspora philanthropy happens through intermediary organizations such as hometown associations, internet-based philanthropic platforms and faith-based groups. Little research explores immigrant-owned small businesses as intermediary organizations for diaspora philanthropy. In the literature of social entrepreneurship, the theory of opportunity recognition provides insights on how do businesses identify opportunities for fulfilling social missions. However, it is uncertain whether this major theory can be applied to a specific context such as immigrant-owned small businesses. In this research, I aim to understand immigrant-owned small businesses' participation in social entrepreneurship through diaspora philanthropy, especially in responding to natural disasters. Specifically, three research questions were proposed: What role do small businesses play? What mechanisms do they use to partake in diaspora philanthropy? Moreover, what motivates them to participate? Design/methodology/approach – This research uses an in-depth case study that focuses on a specific diaspora philanthropy behavior in responding to a natural disaster in the diaspora's hometown. The subject of this work is a small business owned by an immigrant in New York City, the US. To collect data on this case, the author utilized a mixed-methods design, which involves two types of qualitative data: document analysis and interview. Giving the purpose of this study, the author used thematic coding for both newspaper article data and interview data following a deductive approach. Findings – The result shows that small businesses have an inherent advantage in building close interpersonal relationships with their customers and serve as the connector between their customers and larger philanthropic organizations. Because of their limitations on resources, small businesses collaborate with larger nonprofit organizations to do complicated philanthropic work for improved capacity. When diaspora philanthropy happens due to natural disasters in homelands, diasporas experience some level of guilt since they are not there with the people of their homeland in solidarity facing the difficulties. This guilt, which is related to cultural influences, is one of the motivations that make diasporas give to their homelands. The findings also show that the opportunity recognition theory fits well into explaining the altruistic behaviors of small businesses owned by immigrants. Originality/value – A lot remains unknown about immigrant-owned small businesses, including their altruistic behaviors and participation in social entrepreneurship. This research expands the current knowledge on diaspora philanthropy by identifying the roles of small businesses, the mechanisms used by small businesses and the motivations of giving during natural disasters. This research also validates the opportunity recognition theory of social entrepreneurship in a specific context.

5. Diagnosis and treatment of MN1 C‐terminal truncation syndrome

Abstract Background MN1 C‐terminal truncation (MCTT) is a rare syndrome; only 27 cases have been reported. We report the first case of an 8‐year‐old girl with MCTT syndrome complicated with moderate obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Methods MCTT syndrome was diagnosed by whole‐exome sequencing (WES) and validated by Sanger sequencing. The patient received 2 years of treatment with continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) to relieve sleep apnea and hypoxia, and a reverse sector fan‐shaped expander for maxillary expansion. Results WES revealed a de novo MN1 variant, c.3760C>T (p.[Q1254*]). An arachnoid cyst was found in the right occipital brain. The patient presented mild symptoms of classic MCTT syndrome. The patient did not experience hearing loss and only mild intellectual disability. Radiological examinations showed cleft secondary palate, narrow upper arch, narrow upper airway, and mandibular skeletal retrusion. Polysomnography indicated moderate OSA, with an apnea/hypopnea index of 6.8, which decreased to 1 after CPAP during the night. Two‐year maxillary expansion widened the upper arch, and the cleft secondary palate became visible. The mandible moved forward spontaneously, resulting in the improvement of profile and upper airway widening. General physical conditions, such as motor delay, muscle weakness, and developmental delay, were significantly improved two years later. Conclusion In conclusion, we discovered a MN1 variant [NM_002430.2: c.3760C>T, p.Q1254*] that causes mild MCTT symptoms compared to other MN1 variants. For patients with MCTT complicated with OSA, multidisciplinary combination therapy can improve maxillofacial development, widen the upper airway and relieve sleep apnea, improving the general physical condition.

Nanocarriers have been recognized as an effective strategy for developing novel boron-containing delivery agents for boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT) of refractory tumors. Herein, a chitosan-lactobionic acid-thioctic acid-modified hollow mesoporous silica composite loaded with carborane was prepared to achieve effective treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma by BNCT. Notably, the composite remained stable under physiological conditions and exhibited high selective uptake in liver cancer cells. In the tumor microenvironment, the composite could effectively release carborane into the tumor tissue under the dual stimulation of pH and redox. The composite showed excellent efficacy in BNCT treatment of liver cancer cells. Meanwhile, the composite could exert antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects to reduce the toxic side effects during BNCT. In tumor-bearing mice, the composite could accumulate in tumor tissue with high selectivity. In addition, the composite could be effectively cleared from the normal tissues and could overcome the inflammatory response generated in vivo by the materials in biological applications. Overall, the composite is a promising boron-containing delivery agent in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma by BNCT, and can facilitate the biological applications of the silica-like materials in BNCT.

7. Research on the influence mechanism of university-enterprise collaboration: Evidence From five southern coastal provinces in China

Taking university-enterprise collaborative innovation in five southern coastal provinces of China as subjects, empirical research is implemented by constructing a theoretical model of the effects of interface resource integration, interface conflict management, interface connection mechanisms, and enterprise absorptive capacity on the university-enterprise collaborative innovation performance with the partial least squares structural equation modeling and fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis. A total of 245 valid questionnaires were collected from five coastal provinces in south China. The research results show that the interface resource integration, interface connection mechanisms, and enterprise absorptive capacity has direct significant positive impacts on the collaborative innovation performance. Interface conflict management has no significant impact on school-enterprise collaborative innovation performance. Moreover, the interface connection mechanism acts as an intermediary. Therefore, it is suggested that university-enterprise should integrate resources with complementing, interacting, and sharing resources; construct the profit and risk-sharing mechanism, communication and trust mechanism, and organizational learning mechanism.

Individual entrepreneurial behaviors will be affected by their attitudes and environmental factors. Therefore, entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial environment interpret the entrepreneurial behavior mechanism of farmers from the perspectives of internal and external factors. This manuscript is based on a survey data of farmers in five western provinces in China. Using structural equation modeling, the mechanism of the effects of farmers’ entrepreneurial attitudes and entrepreneurial environment on entrepreneurial behavior was analyzed empirically. The research results show that individual entrepreneurial attitudes and the external entrepreneurial environment cannot directly affect entrepreneurial behavior, and both will be through entrepreneurial self-efficacy. The sense of entrepreneurship indirectly affects entrepreneurial behavior, and entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays an intermediary role. The “entrepreneurial behavior structure” model proposed in this manuscript points out that cultivating entrepreneurial attitudes and creating an entrepreneurial environment cannot directly promote entrepreneurial behavior of farmers, but must stimulate farmers’ entrepreneurial behavior. The sense of self-efficacy provides a direction for the promotion of policy formulation and practical guidance for farmers’ entrepreneurship.

Smart wearable systems for health monitoring are highly desired in personal wisdom medicine and telemedicine. These systems make the detecting, monitoring, and recording of biosignals portable, long-term, and comfortable. The development and optimization of wearable health-monitoring systems have focused on advanced materials and system integration, and the number of high-performance wearable systems has been gradually increasing in recent years. However, there are still many challenges in these fields, such as balancing the trade-off between flexibility/stretchability, sensing performance, and the robustness of systems. For this reason, more evolution is required to promote the development of wearable health-monitoring systems. In this regard, this review summarizes some representative achievements and recent progress of wearable systems for health monitoring. Meanwhile, a strategy overview is presented about selecting materials, integrating systems, and monitoring biosignals. The next generation of wearable systems for accurate, portable, continuous, and long-term health monitoring will offer more opportunities for disease diagnosis and treatment.

10. 2D vertical heterostructure membranes for lanthanide separation

Summary: The design and synthesis of separation materials for lanthanides with extremely similar properties have always been a significant challenge. Here, a two-dimensional (2D) metal–organic framework (MOF) with crystal faces similar to the [002] of ZIF-8, which theory suggests should not be stable, is predicted and synthesized by solvent evaporation between graphene layers to prepare a 2D vertical heterostructure membrane. Theoretically, the pristine cluster of 2D MOFs contains one small and 1/4 large crown pores, and the small pores can selectively adsorb lanthanide elements, causing the selective penetration of lanthanide ions. Experimentally, the selectivity of lanthanide is obtained through the membrane with La3+/Yb3+ ≈55.79 and La3+/Ce3+ ≈6.02. The interlayer entrapment of graphene stabilizes the structure of the 2D MOF, and the intercalation of the 2D MOF expands and fixes the interlayer spacing of graphene oxide, improving the stability in strong acids, the selectivity, and the ion transmittance of the membrane.

11. Novel Potential Diagnostic Serum Biomarkers of Metabolomics in Osteoarticular Tuberculosis Patients: A Preliminary Study

Osteoarticular tuberculosis is one of the extrapulmonary tuberculosis, which is mainly caused by direct infection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis or secondary infection of tuberculosis in other parts. Due to the low specificity of the current detection method, it is leading to a high misdiagnosis rate and subsequently affecting the follow-up treatment and prognosis. Metabolomics is mainly used to study the changes of the body’s metabolites in different states, so it can serve as an important means in the discovery of disease-related metabolic biomarkers and the corresponding mechanism research. Liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) was used to detect and analyze metabolites in the serum with osteoarticular tuberculosis patients, disease controls, and healthy controls to find novel metabolic biomarkers that could be used in the diagnosis of osteoarticular tuberculosis. Our results showed that 68 differential metabolites (p1.0) were obtained in osteoarticular tuberculosis serum after statistical analysis. Then, through the evaluation of diagnostic efficacy, PC[o-16:1(9Z)/18:0], PC[20:4(8Z,11Z,14Z,17Z)/18:0], PC[18:0/22:5(4Z,7Z,10Z,13Z,16Z)], SM(d18:1/20:0), and SM[d18:1/18:1(11Z)] were found as potential biomarkers with high diagnostic efficacy. Using bioinformatics analysis, we further found that these metabolites share many lipid metabolic signaling pathways, such as choline metabolism, sphingolipid signaling, retrograde endocannabinoid signaling, and sphingolipid and glycerophospholipid metabolism; these results suggest that lipid metabolism plays an important role in the pathological process of tuberculosis. This study can provide certain reference value for the study of metabolic biomarkers of osteoarticular tuberculosis and the mechanism of lipid metabolism in osteoarticular tuberculosis and even other tuberculosis diseases.

In this manuscript, we present our calculations of detailed electron-impact single ionization cross-sections for tungsten ions, spanning charge states W38+− W45+. The level-to-level distorted-wave method implemented in the flexible atomic code (FAC) was used for calculation. Comparison between the present level-to-level distorted wave treatment and previous configuration-averaged calculations has been performed for the W45+ ion, and we explore the possible reason for the difference observed between two calculations. We demonstrate the importance of radiative damping on the total electron-impact ionization cross-section for the W43+ ion. Present calculations provide missing cross-sections for W38+− W45+. The data obtained are expected to be useful for modeling plasmas for fusion applications, especially for the ITER community.

13. A Novel Cryptocurrency Wallet Management Scheme Based on Decentralized Multi-Constrained Derangement

Secure and stable cryptocurrency key management is important in modern cryptocurrency because the keys are the only way to access digital assets. Although many cryptocurrency wallet schemes have been proposed, some application limitations and inherent security risks still exist. In this paper, we propose a novel cryptocurrency wallet management scheme based on Decentralized Multi-Constrained Derangement (DMCD) to store the keys securely and stably in a decentralized network. Serving as the data distribution strategy, DMCD has high data dispersion and a better balance between the rate of storage space utilization and contribution, which can guarantee the security and stability of the key storage and recovery. In our scheme, to cope with the problem that nodes are frequently online and offline in the decentralized network, we employ a Shamir-Kademlia-Neighbor (SKN) redundancy strategy to ensure the high availability of stored key. Meanwhile, for achieving anonymous communication during DMCD data distribution, based on the Kademlia protocol, we change the Client/Server (C/S) mode of Hordes protocol to a decentralized version. All the proposed technologies can ensure that our scheme works well in a decentralized mode. The experiments and evaluations demonstrate that our scheme is efficient, stable, and secure in the decentralized network.

14. Serological Investigation and Genetic Characteristics of Pseudorabies Virus between 2019 and 2021 in Henan Province of China

In late 2011, severe pseudorabies (PR) outbreaks occurred among swine herds vaccinated with the Bartha-K61 vaccine in many provinces of China, causing enormous economic losses for the pork industry. To understand the epidemic profile and genetic characteristics of the pseudorabies virus (PRV), a total of 35,796 serum samples were collected from 1090 pig farms of different breeding scales between 2019 and 2021 in the Henan province where swine had been immunized with the Bartha-K61 vaccine, and PRV glycoprotein E (gE)-specific antibodies were detected using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The results reveal that the overall positive rate for PRV gE antibodies was 20.33% (7276/35,796), which decreased from 25.00% (2596/10,385) in 2019 to 16.69% (2222/13,315) in 2021, demonstrating that PR still existed widely in pig herds in the Henan province but displayed a decreasing trend. Further analysis suggested that the PRV-seropositive rate may be associated with farm size, farm category, quarter, region and the cross-regional transportation of livestock. Moreover, the gE gene complete sequences of 18 PRV isolates were obtained, and they shared a high identity (97.1–100.0%) with reference strains at the nucleotide level. Interestingly, the phylogenetic analysis based on the gE complete sequences found that there were both classical strains and variant strains in pig herds. The deduced amino acid sequence analysis of the gE gene showed that there were unique amino acids in the classical strains, the variant strains and genotype Ⅱ strains. This study provides epidemiological data that could be useful in the prevention of pseudorabies in Henan, China, and this finding contributed to our understanding of the epidemiology and evolution of PRV.

The model of three-body Borromean halo nuclei breakup was described by using standard phase space distributions and the Monte Carlo simulation method was established to resolve the detection problem of two neutrons produced from breakup reaction on the neutron wall detector. For $^{6}$He case, overall resolution $\sigma_{E_{k}}$ for the Gaussian part of the detector response and the detection efficiency including solid angle acceptance with regard to the excitation energy $E_{k}$ are obtained by the simulation of two neutrons from $^{6}$He breakup into the neutron wall. Backgroud:In order to analyze the therapeutic effect of holmium laser intervention on patients with complicated kidney stones and the relationship between serum LncRNA TapSAKI, MCP-1,IL-6 and prognosis of patients, the clinical efficacy of holmium laser interventional Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy (mPCNL) for patients with complicated kidney stones is investigated.Methods:A total of 116 patients with complicated kidney stones admitted to the Department of Urology of our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 for surgical intervention are selected. Holmium laser combined with mPCNL and open nephrolithotomy group are established according to different surgical intervention methods, and the differences of serum LncRNA TapSAKI, MCP-1 and IL-6 indexes are observed.Results:Pearson correlation coefficient is used to analyze the correlation between serum LncRNA TapSAKI and MCP-1 and IL-6 in patients with complicated kidney stones. Pearson correlation coefficient analysis shows that serum LncRNA TapSAKI is significantly positively correlated with MCP-1 and IL-6 in patients with complicated kidney stones.Conclusion:It is clearly evident thatHolmium laser combined with mPCNL in the treatment of complicated kidney stones has advantages of high stone clearance rate, reduced risk of complications, and high safety in clinical application.

The adsorption characteristics of Eu(III) on colloidal bentonite particles were investigated by batch experiments as functions of colloid concentration, pH, foreign ions, and temperature. Bentonite colloids displayed remarkable adsorption ability to Eu(III), the Eu(III) adsorption was significantly affected by solution chemistry. The Eu(III) adsorption increased with colloids concentration and pH increasing. Divalent cations (Ca2+, Mg2+ and Sr2+) and anions (Cl− and SO42−) inhibited Eu(III) adsorption, whereas PO43− greatly enhanced Eu(III) adsorption. High temperature was beneficial for Eu(III) adsorption, the adsorption process was a spontaneous endothermic process. The results suggested that colloids could acted as an efficient carrier for Eu(III) transport.

Background: Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 is a highly contagious viral infection, without any available targeted therapies. The high mortality rate of COVID-19 is speculated to be related to immune damage. Methods: In this study, clinical bioinformatics analysis was conducted on transcriptome data of coronavirus infection. Results: Bioinformatics analysis revealed that the complex immune injury induced by coronavirus infection provoked dysfunction of numerous immune-related molecules and signaling pathways, including immune cells and toll-like receptor cascades. Production of numerous cytokines through the Th17 signaling pathway led to elevation in plasma levels of cytokines (including IL6, NF-κB, and TNF-α) followed by concurrent inflammatory storm, which mediates the autoimmune response. Several novel medications seemed to display therapeutic effects on immune damage associated with coronavirus infection. Conclusions: This study provided insights for further large-scale studies on the target therapy on reconciliation of immunological damage associated with COVID-19.

MN1 C-terminal truncation (MCTT) is a rare syndrome; only 27 cases have been reported. We report the first case of an 8-year-old girl with MCTT syndrome complicated with moderate obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).MCTT syndrome was diagnosed by whole-exome sequencing (WES) and validated by Sanger sequencing. The patient received 2 years of treatment with continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) to relieve sleep apnea and hypoxia, and a reverse sector fan-shaped expander for maxillary expansion.WES revealed a de novo MN1 variant, c.3760CT (p.[Q1254*]). An arachnoid cyst was found in the right occipital brain. The patient presented mild symptoms of classic MCTT syndrome. The patient did not experience hearing loss and only mild intellectual disability. Radiological examinations showed cleft secondary palate, narrow upper arch, narrow upper airway, and mandibular skeletal retrusion. Polysomnography indicated moderate OSA, with an apnea/hypopnea index of 6.8, which decreased to 1 after CPAP during the night. Two-year maxillary expansion widened the upper arch, and the cleft secondary palate became visible. The mandible moved forward spontaneously, resulting in the improvement of profile and upper airway widening. General physical conditions, such as motor delay, muscle weakness, and developmental delay, were significantly improved two years later.In conclusion, we discovered a MN1 variant [NM_002430.2: c.3760CT, p.Q1254*] that causes mild MCTT symptoms compared to other MN1 variants. For patients with MCTT complicated with OSA, multidisciplinary combination therapy can improve maxillofacial development, widen the upper airway and relieve sleep apnea, improving the general physical condition.

Electron-impact single-ionization (EISI) cross sections for W q+ (q = 9, 10) ions have been calculated by using the level-to-level distorted-wave (LLDW) method with emphasis on the contribution of metastable states to the total ionization cross sections. Contributions from direct-ionization (DI) and excitation-autoionization (EA) processes are taken into account. The calculated cross sections include the contributions from both the ground configuration and the long-lived metastable states with lifetimes exceeding 10−6 s. Calculated cross sections are in good agreement with experimental measurements when the influence of metastable states on the total ionization cross section are well considered.

An experimental study of 8.5-22.5 keV-energy C-, O-, and F- ion scattering from an HOPG surface has been performed at a grazing scattering angle. For a given incident angle or impact velocity, the F- fraction is the highest and the C- fraction is the smallest among these three projectiles, which is explained with the order of the electron affinity level of the projectile. Moreover, the unexpected observations are that the F- ion fraction increases monotonically with impact velocity and that the negative-ion fraction increases with the decrease in exit angle. It can be explained by the influence of the effective high work function of HOPG and the production of positive ions at short distances from the surface.

keV-energy Na+ ions are scattered from clean and water covered Cu(1 1 0) surfaces in grazing incidence. For both surfaces the pronounced Na° fractions decrease with incident energy. In particular, the lower Na° fraction has been observed for the water covered Cu(1 1 0) surface. The simple calculations using rate equation are presented to compare with the experimental data. The calculation is in agreement with the experimental data. It indicates that the water covered Cu(1 1 0) surface has the slightly higher work function due to water molecules dissociation and forming hydroxyl groups, so that the neutral fraction on water covered Cu(1 1 0) is lower than that on the clean surface.

Aluminum hydride (AlH3), an attractive hydrogen storage material, plays an important role in rocket and aerospace industry. The impurities in aluminum hydride may seriously cause the deterioration in its properties and stability. Mixing AlH3 sample with the known content of silicon, we distinguish the elements in AlH3 and determine their concentration by using PIXE, XPS and elemental analyzer. Al, Si, Cl, Ca and Fe were identified by PIXE. XPS technique was used to measure the oxidized product of the mixed silicon. C, H content were obtain from the elemental analyzer. The results of the impurity concentration show the effectiveness of the synergy among these techniques except carbon. The XPS result from the pristine sample shows the concentration of carbon is 6 times larger than the major element Al while the result from the elemental analyzer is only 0.620 wt%. It suggests that the XPS technique is surface-sensitive and not well suited to the determination of the bulk concentration of carbon. The mass fraction ratio of Al to H is μ Al / H = 8.718 27 3 , which indicates that the product partly decomposes.

The optical properties and performance of the two-dimensional photonic crystal (2D PhC) filters at normal incidence were simulated, and the best geometric parameters were obtained with the help of a global optimization program. The honeycomb structure has better performance, including high in-band transmittance, high out-band reflectance, and low parasitic absorption. The power density performance and conversion efficiency can reach 80.6% and 62.5%. Furthermore, the deeper cavity structure and multi-layer structure were designed to improve the performance of the filter. The deeper one can reduce the influence of transmission diffraction, increases the power density performance and conversion efficiency. The multi-layer structure reduces the parasitic absorption significantly and increases the conversion efficiency to 65.5%. These filters have both high efficiency and high power density, avoid the challenge of high-temperature stability faced by emitters, also easier and cheaper to fabricate compared to the 2D PhC emitters. These results suggest that the 2D PhC filters can be used in thermophotovoltaic systems for long-duration missions to improve the conversion efficiency.

We present a theoretical description of negative ion conversion of the grazing scattering of neutral hydrogen atoms on LiF(100) surface. Here, in addition to the capture of a valence band electron near a surface F− site by an incident H atom, the Coulomb repulsive barrier tunneling behavior is also considered to treat the detachment of the affinity electron from the formed H− ion to vacuum through its interaction with the surface F− site. With incorporation of the image-attraction-induced increase on the vertical component of the projectile energy and the collective dielectric screening effect of surrounding anions and cations on the charge of surface F− site which participates in the electron detachment, the image attractive interaction was revealed to obviously increase the electron detachment probability, in turn obviously decreasing the final negative ion yield. Moreover, the sub-eV order of the energy defect between the H− affinity level and the unoccupied image state induced by the potential field of the H− image charge in LiF leads to an additional H− destruction channel in which H− affinity electron transfers to the unoccupied image state without electron emission by a nearly resonant charge transfer manner. A clear picture of this electron loss process is also presented. Our present results well reproduce the experimental observation in the whole velocity range and the high fraction of H− ion yield as an alternative solution can be used on the implantation of ITER device.

Graphene bubbles (GBs) are of significant interest owing to their distinguished electrical, optical, and magnetic properties. GBs can also serve as high-pressure reaction vessels to numerous chemical reactions. However, previous strategies to produce GBs are relatively elaborate and random. Therefore, their potential applications are severely restricted. Here, a facile and effective protocol is proposed to construct position-controllable GBs in liquid nitrogen (LN) with the assistance of laser and graphene wrinkles. Specifically, a film of graphene mounted on a SiO2 substrate (G@SiO2) is subjected to irradiation by a low-power laser in LN and then many GBs emerge from the surface of G@SiO2. Most impressively, the domain where GBs arise is the position of the laser beam spot. Hence, we demonstrated that the high collimation of laser facilitates the position definition of GBs. The microscopic results indicate that some GBs split into three parts when they were subjected to irradiation by an electron. Meanwhile, some GBs degenerate into pores with a diameter of 500 nm when they are exposed to air. To grasp the properties of GBs in depth, the molecular dynamics (MD) simulations are performed, and the corresponding results indicate that temperature has very little impact on the GBs' shape. A phase transition process of the substance inside GBs is also revealed. Moreover, a two-dimensional (2D) solid nitrogen is discovered by MD simulations. The simplicity of our protocol paves the way to engineer high-pressure microreaction vessels and fabricate porous graphene membranes.

Jellium model is well known and used to understand the neutralization of alkali-metal ions on metal surfacesbut we find it cannot explain our experiments for the neutralization of 0.4 keV and 0.8 keV Na+ ions on Al(1 1 1) and Cu(1 1 0) surfaces in grazing incidence. As the exit angle increases neutral fractions on Cu(1 1 0) surface decreases first and then increases which is similar to our previous results at large scattering angles. While for the Al(1 1 1) surface we observe opposite characteristics. This anomalous bell-shaped feature cannot be explained by the Jellium model. One possible explanation is the inner 2p electron promotion at smaller exit angles this may cause the Na* excited states to be generated and produce excess Na+ ions while the similar electronic excitation process is inefficient for the Cu(1 1 0) surface in the present energy range.

It is well known that vacancy (Vac) can trap multiple hydrogen (H) atoms, and many Vac-rhenium (Re) and Vac-osmium (Os) clusters can be formed in tungsten (W) under fusion neutron irradiation, but the behaviors of H in Vac-Re/Os clusters are still unclear. Therefore, in this work, first-principles calculations are used to investigate the effects of transmutation elements of Re and Os on the H trapping ability of vacancy in W. We find that the presence of multiple Re/Os atoms around vacancy can significantly decrease the trapping energy of vacancy on H and the number of H atoms trapped in vacancy in W, thus Re/Os has an inhibiting effect on the growth of H bubble. Furthermore, Os has more prominent influence than Re for H trapping ability of vacancy in W. In addition, compared with VacHm in pure W, the presence of 8 Re atoms around vacancy in W would increase the stability of VacHm for m ≤ 4, but reduce the stability of VacHm for m > 4. Based on those results, we can qualitatively explain the recent experimental phenomenon.

PCV2 is one of the most economically important viral agents in swine worldwide. Recently, PCV3 has been frequently reported, and the co-infection of PCV2 and PCV3 is common in China. In order to explore the distribution, epidemiology and genetic diversity of PCV2 and PCV3, a total of 1,760 clinical tissue samples were randomly collected from 18 different regions in Henan province of China from October 2018 to September 2019 and screened for the presence of PCV2 and PCV3 by a duplex real-time PCR assay. The results showed that the positive rates of PCV2 and PCV3 were 72.90% and 5.17% respectively, and the co-infection rate of the two viruses was 3.64%. PCV2 and PCV3 are prevalent all year round. The prevalence of PCV2 in diseased pigs was 83.98%, higher than that in slaughterhouse pigs, while the prevalence of PCV3 in diseased pigs was 2.16%, slightly lower than that in slaughterhouse pigs. Furthermore, the complete genomes of 14 PCV2 and 3 PCV3 strains were obtained, among which 1 belonged to PCV2a, 5 belonged to PCV2b and 8 belonged to PCV2d. A new variant strain (XX2) might escape the host immune system. The phylogenetic analysis of PCV3 showed high nucleotide identity (98%) between sequences obtained in this study and reference sequences. The results of this study might enrich the epidemiological data of PCV2 and PCV3 in Henan province and provide reference information for the comprehensive prevention and control of PCVAD.

46. A Preliminary Research on Energy Expenditure Assessment with 24-hour Life Observation Method and Activity Recorder Method

Objective—To understand the daily energy expenditure of military personnel with different measurement method, so as to provide scientific basis for guiding the military personnel’ reasonable energy intake and dietary supply. Methods—67 male military personnel were included in the study. The total energy expenditure (TEE) was assessed by 24-hour life observation method and activity recorder (ActiGraph GT3X+) method. The results of these two different energy expenditure assessment methods were compared by paired t-test. Results—With the 24-hour life observation method the average energy consumption of various actions(ECVA) and TEE-24 were (3672.42 ± 829.78)kcal and (3839.26 ± 834.75) kcal respectively. Using Actigraph GT3X+ to measure their average energy consumption of physical activity(PA) and TEE-Actigraph were (1416.47 ± 615.17) kcal and (3251.68 ± 680.98) kcal respectively, and the mean difference between TEE-24 and TEE-Actigraph was (587.58 ± 540.16) kcal. There is a strong correlation between the measurement results of the two methods(r = 0.764, p < 0.001). Conclusions—The measurement result of activity recorder (ActiGraph GT3X+) method and 24-hour life observation method is highly related. The activity recorder (ActiGraph GT3X+) method is more objective and easier to be implemented for the military personnel. Further comparative studies should be performed to find more objective, accurate, reproducible, and maneuverable methods.

In this study, four mixed juice beverages were evaluated using a fuzzy mathematical approach. The dimensions evaluated included color, aroma, taste and composition. Subjects scored each of these four dimensions. Using the obtained scores, a fuzzy mathematical comprehensive sensory evaluation model was developed. The results showed that the mixture of lemon and grapefruit juice scored the highest, followed by the mixture of pineapple and apple juice, and the mixture of strawberry and guava juice. The mixed juices of cherries and cranberries scored the lowest.

Objective—To study the sensory quality of four kinds of sticky soup food by fuzzy mathematics method. Methods—Adopted the method of fuzzy mathematics with color, status, smell, texture and taste as evaluation factors, and carried out fuzzy mathematics judgment of the sensory quality of four kinds of sticky soup food: cheese purple potato soup, guggen pumpkin soup, cocoa black bean soup and matcha wheat soup. Results—The fuzzy comprehensive sensory evaluation scores of four kinds of sticky soup food from high to low were cheese purple potato soup, guggen pumpkin soup, cocoa black bean soup, matcha wheat soup. Conclusions—The fuzzy mathematics method can reflect the sensory quality of sticky soup food objectively, which provided a reference method for the comprehensive sensory quality evaluation of sticky soup food.

Conclusions—The fuzzy mathematics method can reflect the sensory quality more objectively and accurately, which provided a reference method for the comprehensive sensory quality evaluation of military ready-to-eat meat sticks.

Objective-To study the dietary changes of Chinese flight personnel in the past 60 years, and to provide a basis for formulating reasonable nutritional intervention measures. Methods-The changes of dietary structure of Chinese pilots from 1963 to 2018 were analyzed by retrospective statistical classification and analysis according to each 10-year-period. It involved a total of 10,327 flight personnel, 68 civil aviation personnel, 10,259 military aviation personnel. Results- The average carbohydrate energy intake ratio is 50.21%, decreasing year by year, and the fat is 34.89%, increasing yearly. The intakes of vitamin B1 and vitamin PP decreased while Vitamin B2 increased. Conclusions-The aircrew have been in a high-fat, low-carbohydrate diet for in the past 60 years, and their total energy intake was high. Therefore, attention should be paid to the long-term potential negative effects of these results on flight occupations. Attention should be paid to the intake of vitamin B1 and PP.
