In this paper, the application of auricular acupoint sticking in elderly patients with insomnia in the past 5 years was reviewed, for better understanding the status quo of auricular acupoint sticking in the treatment of insomnia in the elderly. The application of auricular acupoint sticking therapy was summarized, in order to provide some ideas and reference for elderly patients with insomnia in clinical application. Objective To investigate the demands of clinical teaching and perception of the theoretical knowledge and clinical practice among nursing undergraduates at school, and provide reference for establishment of a systematic teaching management system and improve the quality of clinical teaching. Methods Totally 161nursing undergraduates at school were recruited by a convenience sampling method, and an open-ended questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the nursing undergraduates’ demands of clinical teaching. Results The top-ranked demand for clinical teaching was the combination of theoretic knowledge and clinical practice (91. 93%), followed by the diversified teaching methods including video-assisted and real case teaching (85. 71%) and developing students' interest in clinical work(81. 99%). Most of students were satisfied with clinical teaching. Conclusion Clinical teachers should help students build clinical thinking ability by adopting the teaching method combining theory with practice. Clinical teachers should help students build conference and establish identity and self-worth in clinical practice. Thermoplastic composites exhibit high toughness and damage tolerance, as well as good impact resistance. Additive manufacturing offers an effective way for making high-performance complex thermoplastic composite components without molds, which has a broad application prospect in aerospace and other fields. This article introduces the research progress of additive manufacturing process of short-cut fibers/continuous fibers reinforced thermoplastic composites. The processes and mechanical properties of different resins and fibers are compared. For the additive manufactured PEEK reinforced with 10%(volume fraction, the same below) of shortcut carbon fibers, the tensile strength and modulus can reach 109 MPa and 7.4 GPa, respectively, which is 85% higher than the pure PEEK. For the additive manufactured ABS reinforced with 10% continuous carbon fibers, the tensile strength and modulus can reach 147 MPa and 4.185 GPa, respectively, which is 5 times and 2 times of pure ABS. According to different processing routes and material systems, the equipment for fabricating advanced thermoplastic composites becomes larger and more integrated. Finally, from the material, equipment, process and application perspectives, the challenges and opportunities of thermoplastic composites by additive manufacture are identified.

Objective To investigate the effect of modular teaching combined with progressive cases in clinical nursing teaching of anorectal surgery. Methods Totally 90 nursing students who participated in the internship in the Department of Anorectal Surgery were selected and divided into the control group and observation group according to the time of arrival, with 45 nursing students in each group. The control group received conventional clinical nursing teaching mode, while the observation group was given modular teaching combined with progressive cases teaching method. The outcomes of theoretical examination and practical skills assessment of two groups were compared. A questionnaire survey was adopted to evaluate the satisfaction with teaching method in the observation group. Results Scores of theoretical examination, practical skills and ward-round assessment of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0. 01). Students in the observation group believed that modular teaching combined with progressive cases were effective to enhance the knowledge level and practice skills of anorectal surgery nursing, improve nursing students’ learning initiative, clinical thinking, sense of teamwork and communication ability. Conclusion The application of modular teaching combined with progressive cases can effectively improve the performance and comprehensive ability of nursing students. (目的 研究模块化教学结合进展性案例在肛肠外科临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年医院肛肠外科实习护生90例, 根据实习时间先后分为对照组45例和观察组45例。对照组采取常规临床护理教学模式, 观察组选择模块化教学结合进展性案例临床护理教学模式。对比两组实习护生成绩, 评价观察组实习护生对模块化教学结合进展性案例的满意度。结果 观察组实习护生理论成绩、操作考核成绩、查房成绩均高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。观察组实习护生认为该种临床护理教学有助于理论知识、临床技能的掌握, 有助于提升学习积极性、临床思维能力、团队合作意识提升和沟通交流能力提升。结论 在肛肠外科临床护理教学中应用模块化教学结合进展性案例效果明确, 可以有效提升实习护士理论考核和实际操作成绩, 提升护生综合能力。)

The Drosophila larval neuromuscular junction (NMJ) is a well-known model system and is often used to study synapse development. Here, we show synaptic degeneration at NMJ boutons, primarily based on transmission electron microscopy (TEM) studies. When degeneration starts, the subsynaptic reticulum (SSR) swells, retracts and folds inward, and the residual SSR then degenerates into a disordered, thin or linear membrane. The axon terminal begins to degenerate from the central region, and the T-bar detaches from the presynaptic membrane with clustered synaptic vesicles to accelerate large-scale degeneration. There are two degeneration modes for clear synaptic vesicles. In the first mode, synaptic vesicles without actin filaments degenerate on the membrane with ultrafine spots and collapse and disperse to form an irregular profile with dark ultrafine particles. In the second mode, clear synaptic vesicles with actin filaments degenerate into dense synaptic vesicles, form irregular dark clumps without a membrane, and collapse and disperse to form an irregular profile with dark ultrafine particles. Last, all residual membranes in NMJ boutons degenerate into a linear shape, and all the residual elements in axon terminals degenerate and eventually form a cluster of dark ultrafine particles. Swelling and retraction of the SSR occurs prior to degradation of the axon terminal, which degenerates faster and with more intensity than the SSR. NMJ bouton degeneration occurs under normal physiological conditions but is accelerated in Drosophila neurexin (dnrx) dnrx273, Drosophila neuroligin (dnlg) dnlg1 and dnlg4 mutants and dnrx83;dnlg3 and dnlg2;dnlg3 double mutants, which suggests that both neurexin and neuroligins play a vital role in preventing synaptic degeneration.

The observation data procession of target about traditional naval gun is based on installation site,dues to factors such as swing and deformation datum change will cause observation data error and affect firing accuracy,this paper analyzes the naval gun firing accutacy caused by the state of platform and naval gun enchmark assumptions, new methods of data processing is put forward, the mathematical model for calculating the arameters of observation target is established, which provides a new way to process the observation data.

Objective To investigate the demands for clinical teaching and clinical teachers among nursing undergraduates who participated in their clinical internship, and provide reference for quality improvement of clinical teaching and practice. Methods Totally 179 nursing undergraduates were recruited by a convenience sampling method, and a open-ended questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate nursing undergraduates’ demands for clinical teaching. Results The most-demanded issue of clinical teaching was combination of theory and practice (95. 53%), followed by the clinical experience teaching (88. 27%). Nursing students preferred patience (88. 27%)and encouragement (82. 12%)as key issues in clinical teaching. Conclusion The clinical teaching of theory and practice, particularly in combination, was in high demand among nursing undergraduates. Clinical teachers should pay attention to the combination of theory and practice, and provide more opportunities of independent practice for cultivating students’ clinical thinking abilities. Moreover, clinical teacher should help students build self-confidence and self-esteem, further improving the quality of clinical teaching. (目的 调查临床护理实习生对临床带教老师的需求, 为提高临床护理教学质量提供参考。方法 采用便利抽样法选取某市三级甲等医院179名护理实习生, 对其进行临床教学需求问卷调查。结果 在临床教学中, 护生对理论与实践相结合的需求最高(95. 53%), 其次为临床经验教学(88. 27%), 同时护生更加倾向耐心教学(88. 27%)、和鼓励式教学(82. 12%)。结论 本科护理实习生临床教学总体需求较高, 特别是在理论与实践相结合方面。带教老师可以将现场理论教学和实操教学有机结合, 充分给予学生自主操作锻炼, 帮助学生培养临床思维。同时带教老师应多分享临床经验, 帮助学生建立自信心和实现自身价值, 从而提高护理教学质量。)

Nephrolithiasis is a highly prevalent disease worldwide that is associated with significant suffering, renal failure, and cost for the healthcare system. A patient with nephrolithiasis was found to have SLC6A20 variation. SLC6A20 gene in human is located on chromosome 3p21.3, which is a member of SLC6 family of membrane transporters and the product of this gene expression is transporter protein of sub-amino acid transporter system. The previous studies have reported that the mutation of SLC6A20 may cause hyperglycinuria or iminoglycinuria which may lead to nephrolithiasis. The object was to investigate the relationship between nephrolithiasis and SLC6A20 through pedigree genetic analysis. To explore whether the SLC6A20 mutation can cause hereditary nephrolithiasis, and provide evidence for further research. The urine and blood were collected from the patients for compositional analysis. DNA sequencing was applied to analyze the gene mutation. Labial gland and kidney biopsy were conducted for pathological analysis. As a result we reported a rare family case of nephrolithiasis accompanied by primary Sjogren’s syndrome and investigated it by examining the family members with whole exome gene sequencing technology and detecting 20 different amino acids and 132 kinds of organic acids in the urine with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. We discovered that the proband and her mother had hyperglycinuria and the proband (Ⅱ2), her sister (Ⅱ3), and mother (Ⅰ1) were found to carry the SLC6A20 gene exon NM_020208.3 sequence c.1072T > C heterozygous mutation, and the other family members (Ⅰ2, Ⅱ1, Ⅱ4, Ⅲ1, Ⅲ2) did not carry the genetic mutation. As a conclusion, the heterozygous mutation of SLC6A20 (c.1072T > C) might be contributed to hyperglycinuria and the formation of nephrolithiasis.

Aiming at the typical five-hole structure on the aircraft skin, combined with the failure criterion of multi crack structure and considering the random factors affecting the residual life distribution of multiple crack structure, this paper applies the branch and bound algorithm to the screening of the main failure modes of typical five-hole structure, and gives the specific screening steps. The residual life of the structure is predicted by Franc3D crack propagation software, and the life interference model is established. Finally, the residual life distribution curve of the five-hole structure is formed to complete the screening of its main failure modes. The results show that the efficiency of using the algorithm to screen the main failure modes of the structure has been improved by 77.2%, and the error between the corresponding median life and that before screening is about 12%, indicating that the result of screening the main failure modes of the structure by the algorithm is more accurate. Compared with the existing test results, the median life predicted by the life distribution is more conservative and has certain reliability and accuracy. This method has certain reference significance for the evaluation of the safe life of this multi-holes structure.

The dark channel prior has been successfully applied to solve the blind deblurring problem on different scene images. Since the dark channel of the blurry-noise image is similar to that of the corresponding clear image, the sparsity of the dark channel is less effective for image blind deblurring. Inspired by the fact that a fractional order calculation can inhibit the noise and preserve the texture information of the image, a fractional order dark channel prior is proposed for image deblurring in this paper. It is appropriate for kernel estimation where input images and intermediate images are processed by using a fractional order dark channel prior. Furthermore, the non-convex problem is solved by the half-quadratic splitting method, and some metrics are used for deblurring image quality assessment. Finally, quantitative and qualitative experimental results show that the proposed method achieves state-of-the-art results on synthetic and real blurry images.

Failure rate, average failure rate and average residual life determine the life distribution and reliability of structures, which play a very important role in the reliability research of mechanical products. Based on the basic in-dex of reliability measurement, the relationship between fatigue reliability coefficient and reliability is deduced when the life distribution is two parameter Weibull distribution. A method for calculating the structural failure rate and av-erage failure rate is proposed based on fatigue reliability coefficient, and the corresponding calculation process is de-rived. Based on the existing fatigue life test data of integral lap panel structure, the proposed method and the tradi-tional integral method are used to calculate the average failure rate and error analysis of integral lap panel structure.The results show that the derived calculation formula has a simple form, is easy to calculate, and has high accuracy.It is of great significance for FMECA (failure mode effects and criticality analysis) and maintenance decision-mak-ing of mechanical structure.

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of Chinese herbal medicine Shuanghuangdan dressing combined with silver ion dressing change in improving the healing of diabetic foot wounds. Methods Totally 45 patients with diabetic foot wounds were randomly divided into three groups: Shuanghuangdan group (n=15), silver ion group(n=15) and combined treatment group (n=15). Based on the symptomatic treatment, dressing change with different dressing materials was performed. The Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndrome integral and wound healing condition were evaluated and compared between three groups. Results The combined treatment group demonstrated the smallest wound remaining after a four-week intervention, and there was a significant different between combined treatment group and Shuanghuangdan group in wound remaining(P＜0. 05). The VEGF level in the combined treatment group was higher than that in the Shuanghuangdan group and silver ion group, respectively (P＜0. 05). The TCM syndrome integral in the combined treatment group was lower than that in the Shuanghuangdan group and silver ion group, respectively (P＜0. 05). Conclusion By promoting growth of granulation tissue and blood capillary, Chinese herbal medicine dressing combined with silver ion dressing change shows a positive effect in relief of inflammation and healing of diabetic foot wounds. It is a safe and effective treatment for patients with diabetic foot wounds (目的 观察中药制剂双黄丹敷料、银离子敷料联合换药促进糖尿病足创面愈合的临床疗效, 评价其有效性和安全性。方法 选择2021年3月—9月在贵州中医药大学第一附属医院就诊的糖尿病足患者45例, 按随机数字表法分组分为双黄丹组、银离子组和双黄丹联合银离子组(联合组), 各15例。在常规对症治疗的基础上, 三组分别给予自制中药双黄丹敷料换药、银离子敷料换药和中药双黄丹联合银离子敷料换药。比较三组中医证候积分, 评估创面愈合情况。结果 治疗后, 联合治疗组创面面积最低, 与双黄丹组比较, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。VEGF水平联合治疗组高于双黄丹组和银离子组, 中医证候积分联合治疗组低于双黄丹组和银离子组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 中药制剂双黄丹敷料联合银离子敷料换药能明显减轻患者的炎症反应, 促进肉芽组织和新生毛细血管生长, 促进伤口创面愈合, 且创面愈合效果明显优于单纯双黄丹敷料或银离子敷料换药。)

Objective To investigate the effect of the three-step auricular acupoint therapy in the treatment of chronic insomnia. Methods In this study, 30 patients with chronic insomnia were selected as the research objects. Based on the pre-treatment evaluation and health education, a three-step auricular acupoint therapy was carried out, in which auricular acupoint sticking and pressing therapy was performed followed by auricular acupoint massage and auricular acupoint scraping therapy. Objective To investigate the effect of a three-step auricular acupoint therapy in the treatment of primary tinnitus. Methods The clinical data of 23 patients with primary tinnitus were retrospectively analyzed. Key issues in implementation of three-step auricular acupoint therapy and related nursing were summarized. Results The score of Tinnitus Evaluation Questionnaire(TEQ) was lower after treatment compared with that before treatment (P＜0. 05). The score of Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI) dropped form (32. 63±11. 67) before treatment to(32. 63±11. 67) after treatment, with a significant difference(P＜0. 05). The marked effective rate was 52. 17%(12/23) after 2 courses of treatment. Conclusion The three-step auricular acupoint therapy, consisting of auricular massage, auricular scraping therapy, and auricular acupoint sticking and pressing therapy by syndrome differentiation, is an easy-to-operate and effective therapy for primary tinnitus. It is able to tonify liver and kidney, dredging collaterals and relieving the symptoms of tinnitus. This paper summarized the nursing experience of a patient with primary hyperhidrosis treated by the three-step auricular acupoint therapy. The three-step auricular acupoint therapy refers to a combination of auricular massage, auricular scraping therapy, and auricular acupoint sticking and pressing therapy which applied in a particular sequence. Based on the acupoint selection and nursing by syndrome differentiation, the three-step auricular acupoint therapy is effective to relieve the uncomfortable symptoms in patients with primary hyperhidrosis. Nocturia is one of the common clinical symptoms of lower urinary tract, with a high incidence, which not only seriously affects patients’ sleep quality and quality of life, but also increases risk of complications due to frequent night awakenings. This article reported a patient with nocturia treated by auricular acupoint sticking and pressing therapy. Experience of auricular acupoint selection by syndrome differentiation, operation method and basic nursing measures were summarized. auricular acupoint sticking and pressing therapy is an easy-to-operate, safe and effective therapy for nocturia. After stroke, patients are prone to suffer hemiplegia, aphasia, insomnia, depression, constipation and other sequelae, reducing the quality of life of patients. As a traditional external treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine, auricular acupuncture has the advantages of easy access to materials, easy operation, little pain, safety, effective and easy to accept, and has been gradually applied in the treatment of apoplexy sequelae. The paper summarized the related literature of auricular acupuncture therapy in the treatment of apoplexy sequelae in recent years, and summarized the origin, application and research of ear acupuncture, so as to provide reference for auricular acupuncture therapy in the treatment of apoplexy sequelae and provide a basis for auricular acupuncture therapy research. Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of auricular point sticking and pressing therapy in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum. Methods Use of computer to search Cochrane, PubMed, China Knowledge Network Full Text Database (CNKI), VIP Database and Wanfang Database, to collect Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs) about auricular point sticking and pressing therapy in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum were collected, and the quality of the included studies was evaluated according to the randomly hidden quality standard in Jadad scale. Meta analysis was performed by Rev man 5. 3 software. Results Five studies were included, including 359 patients with hyperemesis gravidarum. The results of meta-analysis showed that: ① The curative effect rate of auricular point sticking and pressing therapy was superior to the basic treatment group ［MD = 2. 42, 95% CI (2. 14, 5. 45), z = 5. 16, P < 0. 00001］. ② The total effective rate of auricular point sticking and pressing therapy group was superior to the basic treatment group ［MD = 5. 01, 95% CI (2. 495, - 10. 07), z = 4. 52, P < 0. 00001］. Conclusion Auricular point sticking and pressing therapy is better than basic therapy in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum. However, the mechanism of auricular plaster therapy is not clear and needs to be studied. (目的 评价耳穴贴压法治疗妊娠恶阻的临床效果。方法 通过计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方数据库(Wanfang Database)、PubMed及Cochrane library, 收集耳穴贴压法治疗妊娠恶阻的随机对照试验, 按照Jadad量表中随机隐藏的质量标准来评价所纳入研究的质量。采用Rev Man 5. 3软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入5篇研究, 包括359例妊娠恶阻患者。Meta分析结果显示: ①耳穴贴压组在治愈率上反应的疗效优于基础治疗组［MD=2. 42, 95%CI(2. 14, 5. 45), Z=5. 16, P＜0. 00001］。②耳穴贴压组在总有效率上反应的疗效优于基础治疗组［MD=5. 01, 95%CI(2. 495, -10. 07), Z=4. 52, P＜0. 00001］。结论 耳穴贴压法治疗妊娠恶阻优于单纯基础治疗, 但耳穴贴压法的起效机制尚未明确, 需有待研究。)

Objective To investigate the effect of auricular acupoint acupuncture therapy on postoperative pain in patients undergoing surgery for low anal fistula. Methods Totally 60 patients undergoing surgical treatment for low anal fistula were divided into the control group (n=30) and acupuncture group (n=30) by using the random number table method. In the control group, on the basis of conventional treatment, 20 mg of paracetamol and dihydrocodeine tartrate was taken orally 30 min before dressing change and going to bed in the evening every day. In the acupuncture group, after the patient returned to the ward after surgery, the acupuncture was applied to the four auricular acupoints of Zhichang, Gangmen, Jiaogan and Shenmen at 8 am every morning. The VAS scores of the two groups were observed after changing the dressing every day for five days after the operation, and the changes of β-EP and CRP concentration in the venous blood before and 5 days after the treatment were observed. Results VAS scores of patients in the acupuncture group were lower than those in the control group five days after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0. 05). Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in the levels of β-EP and CRP before treatment(P＞0. 05), and there was significant difference after 5 days of treatment(P＜0. 05). Conclusion Auricular acupoint acupuncture therapy can alleviate postoperative pain, promote the release of β-EP, inhibit the secretion of CRP, reduce inflammation, and improve the therapeutic effect of surgical treatment for low anal fistula. (目的 探讨耳穴揿针治疗对低位单纯性肛瘘患者术后疼痛的影响。方法 选取医院肛肠科2021年1月—6月收治的低位单纯性肛瘘术后患者60例, 采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=30)与揿针组(n=30)。对照组在常规治疗基础上, 于每日换药前30 min及晚上睡前口服氨酚双氢可待因20 mg; 揿针组在患者术毕安全返回病房后、术后每天上午8时使用揿针贴于耳穴直肠、肛门、交感、神门四穴。观察两组患者术后5 d内每天换药后疼痛评分情况, 以及治疗前、治疗5 d后静脉血血浆中β-内啡肽(β-EP)含量和C反应蛋白(CRP)浓度变化。结果 揿针组患者术后5 d换药后VAS评分均低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。揿针组与对照组相比, β-EP、CRP水平治疗前差异无统计学意义(P＞0. 05), 治疗5 d后差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 耳穴揿针治疗运用于肛瘘术后患者, 可以减轻患者疼痛感, 并促进β-EP的释放, 抑制CRP的分泌, 减轻炎症反应, 提高治疗效果。)

Objective To observe the effect of auricular acupoint sticking and pressing therapy on preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting in patients undergoing thoracolumbar surgery under general anesthesia. Methods To retrospectively analysis the clinical data of 126 patients who underwent posterior thoracolumbar surgery under general anesthesia, including 37 patients who underwent auricular point sticking and pressing 24 hours before surgery (group A), 48 patients who underwent auricular point sticking and pressing after surgery(group B) and 41 patients without auricular acupoint sticking and pressing therapy after operation (group C). Incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting and PONV scores were recorded at 8 h, 24 h and 48 h after operation. Results Among the three groups of patients, group A had the lowest incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting, and the lowest PONV score. The incidence of PONV at 48h after operation was 35. 13%, which was significantly lower than that in the group C(P

This paper summarized the experience of wound care for a patient with diabetic foot of Wagner grade 3. Based on the clinical evaluation of illness condition and risk assessment, targeted nursing interventions on wound dressing, pain control, nutrition support and psychological care were carried out, in order to improve the recovery of diabetic foot ulcers. Diabetic foot disease is a common and serious complication for diabetes and is characterized with impaired angiogenesis. Nurses are the primary providers of prevention and early diagnosis of diabetes and its complications. This paper summarized the role of clinical nurse specialist in prevention of diabetic foot disease, diabetic foot care and prevention of diabetic foot wounds. In terms of nursing, nurses are responsible for the observation of change in foot soft tissue and skin sensitivity, as well as foot care, dressing and use of the new technologies. This article reviews China’s agricultural development history and prospects China’s agricultural development by 2050 considering the implications of global agricultural development trends on China’s agriculture. The transformations of the overall economic structure and the rural economy should be combined to enhance agricultural labor productivity and promote the rapid development of agriculture. By 2050, the share of agriculture GDP in China’s total economy and the share of agricultural employment in China's total employment will reach convergency gradually. China’s food self-sufficiency rate will drop from the current 95% to about 90% in 2035 and will further drop by 2050. High-value agricultural products and multifunctional agriculture are the major driving forces for future agricultural growth and income raise of farmers. The strategic priorities for realizing China’s agricultural modernization by 2050 include: (1) improving agricultural productivity and ensuring national food security; (2) maximizing the comparative advantages of agricultural products; (3) promoting green, high-efficiency, and high-value agriculture; (4) guaranteeing sustainable utilization of agricultural water and soil resources; and (5) guiding modern agricultural development through institutional, policy, and investment reforms. Salient policy recommendations include: (1) increasing investment in technology and infrastructure to improve agricultural productivity; (2) enhancing the development of advantageous agriculture and agriculture with large demand potentials based on ensuring food security; (3) improving the market environment by rectifying market failures to support the development of high-value agriculture; (4) maintaining the sustainable development of agriculture; and (5) optimizing the allocation of land, labor, capital, and other agricultural production factors.

Objective To systematically review the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) prescription in the treatment of postpartum depression. Methods Use of computer to search Cochrane, PubMed, China Knowledge Network Full Text Database (CNKI), VIP Database and Wanfang Database, to collect Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs) about Traditional Chinese Medicine prescription in the treatment of postpartum depression. The methodological quality of included trials was assessed using the Jadad Scale, and data of included studies was statistically analyzed and processed by Revman 5. 3 software. Results A total of 8 articles were included in the literature, with a total of 683 patients. According to the meta-analysis, better outcomes of HMAD scale were found in patients received TCM prescription compared with those in patients received basic treatment or psychological interventions(MD=-6. 61, 95%CI［-7. 54, -4. 78］, Z=8. 74, P＜0. 00001); better outcomes of SAS scale were found in patients received TCM prescription compared with those in patients received basic treatment (MD=-9. 56 95%CI［-10. 31, -8. 819］, Z=35. 55, P＜0. 00001); better outcomes of MADRS scale were found in patients received TCM prescription compared with those in patients received basic treatment (MD=-0. 74, 95%CI［-0. 86, -0. 61］, Z=11. 47, P＜0. 00001); better outcomes of TCM syndrome integral were found in patients received TCM prescription compared with those in patients received basic treatment (MD=-0. 43, 95%CI［-0. 45, -0. 41］, Z=39. 25, P＜0. 00001); better improvement of serum sex hormone level was found in patients received TCM prescription compared with that in patients received basic treatment (MD=-11. 88, 95%CI［-12. 21, -11. 56］, Z=72. 44, P＜0. 00001); TCM prescription was associated a better effect on Inhibition of 5-HT and NE compared with basic treatment(MD=52. 12, 95%CI［47. 52, 56. 72］, Z=22. 22, P＜0. 00001). Conclusion The TCM prescription shows a superior effect in treatment of postpartum depression compared to the single therapy. The mechanism of specific prescriptions remains uncertain and more effort should be paid on the clinical research. This paper reviewed the clinical data of a patient with acne vulgaris treated with the three-step auricular acupoint therapy. The operation method of the three-step auricular acupoint therapy, including auricular massage, auricular scraping therapy and auricular acupoint sticking and pressing, was summarized. The three-step auricular acupoint therapy based on the syndrome differentiation is effective to relieve the symptoms of acne vulgaris. This article mainly reported a case of allergic rhinitis of spleen-Qi deficiency syndrome treated by the three-step auricular acupoint therapy. The three-step auricular acupoint therapy refers to a combination of auricular massage, auricular scraping therapy, and auricular acupoint sticking and pressing therapy which applied in a particular sequence. By stimulating correlated auricular acupoint, the three-step auricular acupoint therapy is effective to relieve the symptoms of allergic rhinitis and improve the immunity of the patient. Objective To observer the effect of Shubishu biocolloids combined with compound Huangbai Solution lotion in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer, and evaluate its efficacy and safety. Methods A Total of 24 patients with refractory diabetic foot ulcer were divided into the observation group and control group, with 12 cases in each group. All patients received routine treatment, and those in the observation group were given external application of Shubishu biocolloids combined with compound Huangbai Solution lotion. The wound healing condition, degree of pruritus, pain, granulation tissue at wound surface area and wound infection condition were assessed at 8 weeks after intervention. Results The overall response rate was 91. 67%(11/12)in the observation group, which was higher than 58. 33%(7/12)in the control group(P＜0. 05). The scores of assessment on pruritus, pain, granulation tissue decreased in both two group at 8 weeks after intervention(P＜0. 05), and scores of pruritus, pain, granulation tissue assessment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0. 05). There were 2 cases of wound infection reported in the control group. Conclusion The Shubishu biocolloids combined with compound Huangbai Solution lotion is effective and safe to improve the efficacy of treatment for diabetic foot ulcer, relieve general symptoms, reduce ulcer area. (目的 观察术毕舒生物胶体液联合复方黄柏液涂剂治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床效果, 评价其有效性和安全性。方法 选择2019年4月—2020年4月在贵州中医药大学第一附属医院就诊的难愈性糖尿病足溃疡患者24例, 分为观察组和对照组, 每组12例。2组均给予常规对症治疗, 观察组患者在常规治疗后给予术毕舒联合复方黄柏液涂剂。换药并观察记录8周后2组创面愈合率、创面瘙痒、疼痛、肉芽形态评分和创面感染情况。结果 观察组总有效率为91. 67%(11/12), 高于对照组的58. 33%(7/12), 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。与治疗前比较, 2组治疗后8周创面瘙痒评分、疼痛及肉芽形态评分均降低(P＜0. 05), 且观察组创面瘙痒评分、疼痛及肉芽形态评分较对照组降低, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。对照组发生感染2例, 观察组无患者发生感染。结论 术毕舒生物胶体液联合复方黄柏液涂剂能进一步提高糖尿病足溃疡的治愈率, 改善全身症状, 缩小溃疡面积, 并且安全有效。)

Objective To investigate the effect of sulforaphane (SFN) on the proliferation and self-renewal of lung cancer stem cells and its regulatory mechanism. Methods MTT method was used to detect the effect of SFN on the proliferation of lung adenocarcinoma cell lines H460 and A549; tumor sphere formation experiment was used to detect the ability of tumor sphere formation; Western blot was applied to explore the expression of stemness-related proteins (such as β-catenin, Klf4, c-myc) in lung adenocarcinoma cells before and after SFN treatment; NGS sequencing was used to analyze the effect of SFN on the expression profile of tumor cell miRNAs. qRT-PCR verified the changes in the transcription level of key miRNAs by SFN. Western blot was used to detect the effect of SFN on the expression of DNMTs in tumor cells. We constructed miR-200c promoter-GFP plasmid, and applied IF, methylation PCR and DNA sequencing methods to detect the effect of SFN on the methylation level of tumor spheres and miRNA promoter. Results The miRNAs expression profile of lung adenocarcinoma tumor spheres changed significantly after SFN (5.0μmol/L) treatment, and miRNA-200c increased the most. Compared with the control group, the expression of β-catenin, Klf4, c-myc and Vimentin genes in H460 and A549 cells of SFN-S group decreased, and the protein expression levels of DNMT1 and DNMT3a were also significantly decreased. Compared with the control group, H460 and A549 cells stably expressing pEGFP-R200c plasmid in SFN-S group significantly reduced tumor sphere diameter, while tumor sphere fluorescence intensity increased, and GFP protein expression was up-regulated. There were 9 CpG-rich regions in the miR-200c promoter region in the above-mentioned pEGFP-R200c plasmid cell line, and the methylation levels were 88.9%, 44.4% and 38.8% in the control group, SFN-S group and 5-Aza-dC group, respectively. Conclusion SFN may downregulate the expression of stem-related genes in lung cancer stem cells by epigenetically decreasing the methylation level of miR-200c promoter and promoting the transcription of miR-200c.

Planktonic larvae (meroplankton) plays an important role in both benthic and pelagic ecosystems. The meroplankton study of South China Sea (SCS) and Philippine Sea (PS) may be particularly important, where they could serve as vectors for the influx of Pacific species into the East Indies Triangle (global marine biodiversity center). Here, we employed a metabarcoding method to investigate the geographical distribution pattern of meroplankton among SCS and PS. Different primers and reference databases were tested, for a better and more reliable interpretation of the current results and improvement of the method. In this study, metabarcoding was efficient for meroplankton study with high taxonomic resolution and good accuracy. COI against NCBI NT database showed the best taxonomy annotation efficiency, followed by 18S V1-V2, then 18S V4. The SILVA database showed similar performance to the NCBI NT database for the two 18S primers. The meroplankton diversity of SCS is higher than that of PS, and both communities are dominated by Polychaeta, Mollusca, Arthropoda and Echinodermata. Meroplankton geographical patterns are significantly different between the two basins, possibly due to the different distribution of their benthic adult, as well as the influence of five key environmental factors (IC, SCM, SST, SSS and DO). Our results suggest that the unidirectional Kuroshio Current intrusion may play an important role in shaping the biogeographical pattern in the west Pacific, by facilitating planktonic-larvae flowing into the northern SCS from the Pacific, on the contrary, limiting planktonic-larvae spreading out.

There are many landslide deposits in the reservoir and bank areas of hydropower projects in southwest China. These deposits are easy to deform and fail along the existing sliding zone under hydrodynamic conditions, such as rainfall and reservoir water fluctuation. The slip soil in Dahua landslide deposits which are located at the Dahuaqiao Hydropower Plant in the Lancang river basin of southwest China, was studied as an example. The experimental study was carried out to explore the soil-water characteristic curve (SWCC) of slip soil. The permeability characteristics and the evolution in the unsaturated seepage process were analyzed, and the saturated permeability characteristics under different confining pressures and osmotic pressures were studied. The results indicated that the VG model could be used to describe the SWCC and the variation of relative permeability coefficient of Dahua slip zone soil. Through the saturated permeability test, it is found that under the same other conditions, the larger the confining pressure is, the weaker the saturated permeability of the slip soil is; while the larger the osmotic pressure is, the stronger the saturated permeability is. Furthermore, the saturated permeability characteristics of the slip zone soil manifested a strong non-Darcy flow behavior, and the relationship between permeability velocity and hydraulic gradient satisfied the Forchheimer binomial model. When the confining pressure was low, the linear term coefficient of velocity had a more significant effect on the permeability, whereas the quadratic term coefficient of velocity gradually dominated in the seepage process with the increase of confining pressure.

This paper reviewed literatures on the effect of auricular acupoint pressing bean therapy on improving sleep quality, aiming to provide theoretical basis of TCM treatment for improving sleep quality of patients with type 2 diabetes. Objective To explore the value of neutrophil lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in predicting the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy for esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). Methods Clinical data of 104 patients (92 males and 12 females) with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma undergoing preoperative neoadjuvant therapy in our center from January 2016 to June 2020 were collected and analyzed. Blood routine test was carried out in 3 d before neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy, including neutrophil count, lymphocyte count, monocyte count and platelet count. Then NLR, platelet lymphocyte ratio (PLR) and lymphocyte monocyte ratio (LMR) were calculated respectively. Iodine water radiography and chest enhanced CT scanning were carried out before and after neoadjuvant treatment, so as to determine the regression grade of tumor. The survival status of all patients was followed up for 4~53 months. Mann Whitney U test was used to analyze the difference of continuous variables between groups. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was applied to evaluate the predictive effect and the best cut-off value of NLR. Chi-square test was performed to analyze the correlation between NLR and clinical characteristics. Logistic regression and Cox regression analyses were adopted respectively to investigate the independent predictors of neoadjuvant remission as well as the independent prognostic factors of overall survival (OS). Results Among the 104 enrolled patients, there were 0, 38, 54 and 12 cases who achieved complete remission (CR), partial remission (PR), stable disease (SD) and progression disease (PD) criteria respectively after neoadjuvant therapy. NLR before treatment was revealed to be an independent predictor of neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy remission (OR=0.404, 95%CI: 0.208~0.787, P=0.008). ROC curve showed that NLR had a moderate predictive effect on neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy remission (AUC=0.737, 95% CI: 0.631~0.844, P < 0.001), and the optimal cut-off value was 2.77, with the corresponding sensitivity and specificity of 0.712 and 0.737, respectively. However, multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that only surgery following neoadjuvant therapy was an independent prognostic factor for OS (HR=0.258, 95% CI: 0.068~0.983, P=0.047). Conclusion NLR before treatment may be an independent predictor of clinical remission after neoadjuvant therapy for ESCC patients, but it may not be suitable for OS prediction.

The Cu-Cr-Ti and Cu-Cr-Ti-Si alloy ingots were melted in the atmosphere, and then treated with hot rolling-solid solution-aging-cold rolling process. Microstructure and properties of alloy after cold rolling with different deformation were studied. The microstructure of the alloy after cold rolling was analyzed by using OM,electron backscatter diffraction, X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that when the deformation ε is greater than 80%, the hardness of Cu-Cr-Ti-Si alloy is decreased. Such phenomenon does not occur in Cu-Cr-Ti alloy. With the increase of deformation, the proportion of low angle grain boundaries in Cu-Cr-Ti-Si alloy is decreased, and the increase of dislocation cells and sub-grains leads to slight decrease of dislocation density. Since no re-crystallization was observed, recovery is responsible for work softening. By analyzing the microstructure before cold rolling, it is found that Si can refine the alloy grains, resulting in smaller grains of Cu-Cr-Ti-Si alloy than Cu-Cr-Ti before deformation. More grain boundaries per unit area provide more energy storage at nucleation sites for recovery during deformation of the alloy.

BACKGROUND Available selenium is an important index to evaluate the supply capacity of selenium from soil to plants. However, there is no national standard method to test available selenium in China. The selection of extractants is very important for the accurate determination of available selenium. OBJECTIVES To determine the optimum extractant based on the correlation between available selenium and selenium species. METHODS Four extractants, sodium bicarbonate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, nitric acid and hydrochloric acid, were selected to extract the available selenium from vegetable and orchard soils in Tianjin. Atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used to determine the content of various forms of selenium, and the minimum, 25 percentile, median, 75 percentile, maximum value of the effective selenium and water-soluble+ion-exchange+carbonate-combined selenium were used for comparative analysis and the difference. RESULTS The average content of available selenium extracted from vegetable soils by sodium bicarbonate and potassium dihydrogen phosphate was 0.039mg/kg, which was higher than that of nitric acid and hydrochloric acid. The contents of available selenium extracted from orchard soils by sodium bicarbonate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, nitric acid and hydrochloric acid decreased in turn. The minimum, 25 percentile, median, 75 percentile, and maximum values of available selenium extracted by potassium dihydrogen phosphate in the two soils were closer to the content of sum of water-soluble, ion-exchange and carbonate combined selenium. CONCLUSIONS Potassium dihydrogen phosphate with a concentration of 0.1mol/L was the optimum extractant of available Se for vegetable and orchard soils in Tianjin.

Due to its unique optical and electrical properties, p-type metal oxide materials stannous oxide has been favored by more and more people in various fields such as catalysis, sensing and optoelectronic devices.This paper focuses on the research and application of stannous oxide in thin film transistors. As a core component of display driver panels, thin film transistors play an important role in the display.The research progress of p-type stannous oxide thin film transistors was summarized in this paper, which includes the analysis of the microcosmic properties of stannous oxide, the preparation of stannous oxide thin film materials and the fabrication methods of transistors. By introducing the crystal and electronic structure of stannous oxide in details, the microcosmic regul-ation mechanism of the properties of tin oxide was discussed. Through the preparation of stannous oxide materials and the research and application of the devices, the problems of low current-to-switch ratio faced by stannous oxide thin film transistors were analyzed and their prospects in the direction of the complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor devices were put forward, in order to provide a refere-nce for the preparation of p-type metal oxide thin film transistors which are stable and eco-friendly.

Notches can lead to serious stress concentration and reduce the service life of structures.Therefore, it is of great significance to study the low cycle fatigue life of notches.The elastic-plastic constitutive function of 30CrMnSiA steel is presented based on the total theory of plasticity, and the low cycle fatigue life of 30CrMnSiA notched specimens is predicted by damage mechanics and finite element method.The results are compared with the corresponding experimental results.The results show that the elastic-plastic constitutive relation method based on the total elastic-plastic theory is reasonable, and the fatigue life prediction results basically meet the engineering requirements.The low cycle fatigue life prediction of 30CrMnSiA notched specimens can be carried out based on the damage mechanics method.

In recent years, composite materials have been widely used in aerospace and other engineering fields. In actual use, the mechanical properties of composites will change significantly in different hydrothermal environments. There have been a large number of experimental studies at home and abroad in response to this problem, while less research has been conducted on the constitutive model theory of composites in different hydrothermal environments. The study of the thermal properties of composite materials is adopted to introduce the concept of hygroscopic expansion coefficient and thermal expansion coefficient on the basis of classical laminated plate theory. The functional relationship between the elastic constants and the thermal parameters of the materials is established through the definition of a dimensionless temperature, deriving the constitutive equations of the single layer of composite material under the coupling of moisture and heat. Meanwhile, the 3D Hashin failure criteria is used to simulate the damage evolution and failure mode of the composite laminates. The results show that the model can predict the elastic response of composite laminates in different moist and thermal environments, which provides an important reference for analyzing the mechanical behavior of composite material structure in hydrothermal environments.
