Producing stable nitrite is a necessity for anaerobic ammonium oxidation (anammox) but remains a huge challenge. BACKGROUND Although smartphone application (app) for smoking cessation was considered as a promising strategy, the results of studies about apps were inconsistent, and there were few studies on combinations of usual interventions and apps in smoking cessation. OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy of the Cigarette-Burning application combined with medication intervention for smoking cessation. METHODS A parallel, open-label randomized clinical trial was conducted with a ratio of 1:1 allocation into the bupropion plus app group and bupropion group. All participants received bupropion intervention. Besides, participants in the bupropion plus app group were required to download and use the Cigarette-Burning app, which developed based on smoking cessation guidelines. Follow-up visits were conducted at weeks 1, 2, 4, 9, 12, and 24 after initiation of treatment. RESULTS 400 participants were included in the intention-to-treat analysis from July 2019 to June 2021. The median (IQR) age was 48.0 (38.0-59.0) years, and 374(93.5%) were men. The continuous abstinence rate at 9-12 weeks was significantly higher in the bupropion plus app group (39.5%) than in the bupropion group (27.5%) (OR=1.64, 95%CI 1.04-2.60, P < 0.05). The similar result was found for 24-week sustained abstinence rate. The results of subgroup analysis expressed that the 9-12w continuous abstinence rate was significantly higher in the bupropion plus app group when smokers were at older age, higher education level, higher degree of tobacco dependence or younger age at starting smoking (P < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS This trial provides evidence that the Cigarette-Burning smartphone application significantly increased smoking abstinence when combined with medications and could be an accessible complement to smoking cessation support. The oral cavity is the second largest microbial bank in humans after the intestinal canal, colonizing a large number of microorganisms including viruses, bacteria, archaea, fungi and protozoa. The great number of microbial cells, good DNA stability, and individual has a unique microbial community, these characteristics make the human microbiome expected to become a new biomarker for forensic individual identification. Most of the ONOO- fluorescent probes have restricted applications because of their aggregation-caused quenching (ACQ) effect, long response time and low fluorescence enhancement. Herein, we developed a novel AIEgen fluorescent probe (PE-XY) based on a benzothiazole and quinolin scaffold with high sensitivity and selectivity for imaging of ONOO-. The adapted physical education (APE) field is developing vigorously in China, and an increasing number of students with physical education (PE) as their major will encounter students with disabilities in their future teaching careers. This study thus surveyed PE major students from eight Chinese sports colleges and universities in order to explore how perceived social support could affect the self-efficacy of PE major students who are expected to face students with different types of disabilities; furthermore, it aimed to demonstrate the regulating effect of APE studies and internships. The survey found that (1) perceived social support positively affected self-efficacy among Chinese PE majors who would be facing students with different types of disabilities; (2) APE studies and internships positively affected self-efficacy among Chinese PE majors who would be facing students with different types of disabilities, and; (3) APE studies and internships strengthened perceived social support’s effects on self-efficacy among Chinese PE majors who would be facing students with different types of disabilities.

Using geographic information system (GIS) and the remote sensing techniques (RS), we developed a schistosomiasis database and geographic distribution map in Zhongxiang city,Hubei province in order to display and analyze the endemic situation longitudinally after the water conservancy project is completed.Epidemiological data of schistosomiasis and the correlated climate and hydrology data for the last 30 years were collected and the relevant GIS databases were established under Artificial Neural Networks(ANN) and network training of Landsat TM images.GIS database of schistosomiasis in Zhongxiang city, Hubei province and its vicinity areas were developed including 1 maps regarding the epidemic situation of schistosomiasis. The areas of snail distributing were 4.4 hm2, 8.2 hm2, 24 hm2, 130.4 hm2, 8.13 hm2 and 7.53 hm2, respectively.The maps created by GIS database and RS techniques supported the complicated query on space and property, providing a new way in keeping,updating and analyzing available data. The techniques used should be able to provide evidence for the control of schistosomiasis to this water conservancy project.
