Knowledge-sharing behavior has always been the focus of knowledge management. With the development of technology and the promotion of open offices, work interruption has gradually become the norm at work, and its impact on knowledge-sharing behavior is worth paying attention to. Based on the theory of resource conservation, situational experiments (study 1 and study 2) and a questionnaire survey (study 3) were conducted to explore the impact of work interruption on individual knowledge-sharing behavior. The results show that the work interruption damages the individual's psychological benefits, thus hindering the knowledge-sharing behavior, and the individual's agreeableness moderates this process. Combining work interruption and knowledge-sharing behavior, a new perspective for the study of knowledge-sharing behavior is provided to remind enterprises to pay attention to common work interruptions in practice.

Recent studies show that liver X receptor (LXR) agonists exert significant antitumor effects in a variety of tumor cell lines including hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). But the molecular mechanisms underlying LXR antitumor activity are not fully understood. In this study we investigated the effect of LXR agonist T0901317 (T317) on HCC development and its relationship with RalA binding protein 1 (RALBP1)-associated EPS domain containing 2 (REPS2)/epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) signaling axis. We showed that T317 (0.1-0.5 μM) dose-dependently increased REPS2 expression in normal hepatocytes (BNLCL.2 and LO2) and HCC cells (HepG2 and Huh-7). Using promoter activity assay and chromatin immunoprecipitation (CHIP) assay we demonstrated that T317 enhanced REPS2 expression at the transcriptional level via promoting the binding of LXR protein to the LXR-response element (LXRE) in the REPS2 promoter region. We showed that the inhibitory effect of T317 on the proliferation and migration of HCC cells was closely related to REPS2. Moreover, we revealed that T317 (400 nM) increased expression of REPS2 in HepG2 cells, thus inhibiting epidermal growth factor (EGF)-mediated endocytosis of EGFR as well as the downstream activation of AKT/NF-κB, p38MAPK, and ERK1/2 signaling pathways. Clinical data analysis revealed that REPS2 expression levels were inversely correlated with the development of HCC and reduced REPS2 expression associated with poor prognosis, suggesting that REPS2 might be involved in the development of HCC. In conclusion, this study provides new insights into the potential mechanisms of LXR agonist-inhibited HCC.

Community structure detection is crucial attracted in field of study complex network. People have find vast detection algorithmic of community structure of network. However, most of methods mainly used in single static state network. And less community partition method apply to multi-slice network. In this paper, we first according to the time sequence of mobile social networks construct multi-slice network model, then investigate assortativity of MSNs by analyzing the assortativity coefficient over time. In the next instalment, we detect community partition in mobile social networks(MSNs) by optimizing multi-slice modularity function, since The advantages of modularity optimizing is that without prior knowledge of the communities. By optimizing multi-slice modularity and succedent method of diagnostics on the result of network partition. It is thereby maybe to find topology information about community structure of time-dependent MSNs.

Community structure is one of the important properties of complex networks, and many algorithms have been proposed to detected community based on optimization of Modularity Q. In this article, A more effective theoretic model based information gain ratio (IGA) that combines optimizing modularity and reduce the ratio of information entropy is proposed. IGA algorithms reaches better community detecting results than information entroy-based and FastGN algorithm on both computer generated by benchmark graphs and real mobile social networks. According to experimental result compared the others cluster methods in different datasets, our method tries to detecting community with low information entropy and keeping not far-off modularity.

The transport of pathogenic bacteria from wastewater treatment facilities in subsurface has attracted extensive concerns over recent decades, while the impact of effluent water chemistry remains unclear. The influence of retention time in effluent from a municipal wastewater treatment plant on bacterial surface properties and deposition ofEscherichia colistrains in saturated quartz sand packed-bed columns was investigated in this paper. Retentions in effluent significantly altered bacterial surface properties, such as zeta potential, surface charge and hydrophobicity, subsequently changed their deposition rate coefficients and attachment efficiencies in quartz sand packed-bed columns. Under low ionic strength conditions, bacterial deposition onto quartz sand grains was in agreement with the predictions of DLVO theory, in which the secondary energy minimum was demonstrated to be predominant.

This article determine the wheel load on the role of piezoelectric vibrator in the way as the low-frequency vibration force through analyzing the wheel load, and the loading frequency is 10Hz;in this paper, combining with asphalt roadbed structural response, we get that the piezoelectric conversion device that between the above layer and the middle layer generate optimal performance adopting the theoretical calculation, a single piezoelectric vibrator can generate the electricity by a 2.62 mJ, what provides a theoretical support for the pavement performance of the piezoelectric material.

Business-to-business (B2B) enterprises, as the foundation of the national economy, are facing real growth opportunities but in lack of good theoretical guidance on business model. Business model study is a new research hotspot in both business circles and academic domain. Focusing on Industrial market, this paper studies the effect of supplier’s market power on business model performance. After interviewing experts and distributing questionnaires, the author discovered that the supplier’s market power has a positive influence on business model performance. Through structural equation modelling (SEM), it is revealed that competition environment and market position are the key components of supplier’s market power, and both components have positive effect on business model performance. At the same time, competition environment and market position also have positive effect on each other. The main contributions of this research are summarized as follows: Firstly, the introduction of competition environment and market position sheds new light on the research into market power in B2B market; Secondly, the proposed model of the supplier’s market power on business model performance lays the basis for scientific measurement of market power and its effect on business model performance; Finally, this research provides a good reference for enterprises to update their business strategy and model at the right time when the market power changes.

Fractal and self similarity of complex networks have attracted much attention in recent years. The fractal dimension is a useful method to describe the fractal property of networks. However, the fractal features of mobile social networks (MSNs) are inadequately investigated. In this work, a box-covering method based on the ratio of excluded mass to closeness centrality is presented to investigate the fractal feature of MSNs. Using this method, we find that some MSNs are fractal at different time intervals. Our simulation results indicate that the proposed method is available for analyzing the fractal property of MSNs.

Lead sulfide (PbS) particulate films composed of highly oriented, equilateral-triangular crystals have been in situ generated by the exposure of arachidic acid (AA)-monolayer-coated aqueous lead nitrate [Pb(NO 3 ) 2 ] solutions to hydrogen sulfide (H 2 S). The AA-coated PbS particulate films, at different stage in their growth, were transferred to solid substrates and characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), and electron diffraction measurements

Cadmium selenide particulate semiconductor films were in situ generated at positively charged, dioctadecyldimethylammonium bromide monolayers floating on aqueous subphase which contained appropriate concentrations of sodium selenosulfate and cadmium nitriloacetate.

Slow infusion of H{sub 2}S onto cadmium arachidate, zinc arachidate, or metal-ion-coated monolayers resulted in the formation of metal sulfide particles which, when transferred to solid substrates in different stages of their growth, produced semiconductor particulate films. CdS and ZnS semiconductor particulate films were established to be predominantly hexagonal and cubic crystallites by X-ray diffraction. Transmission electron and scanning tunneling microscopies, as well as absorption spectroscopy, provided evidence for the initial formation of 30 {plus minus} 5 {angstrom}, three-dimensional, size-quantized particles. Longer exposure to H{sub 2}S resulted in the formation of 30-40-{angstrom}-thick, 30-80-{angstrom}-diameter CdS polyparticles which ultimately evolved into porous semiconductor films of different thicknesses. The optical-thickness-dependent, direct bandgap shifts and the recovery of bulk bandgaps upon heating the 150-300-{angstrom}-thick CdS and ZnS semiconductor particulate films were rationalized in terms of size quantization.

Three different systems of glyceryl monooleate (GMO), bilayer lipid membrane (BLM) supported semiconductor particles have been prepared and characterized. A single composition of particulate semiconductor deposited only on one side of the BLM constituted system A, two different compositions of particulate semiconductors sequentially deposited on the same side of the BLM represented system B, and two different compositions of particulate semiconductors deposited on the opposite sides of the BLM made up system C.

Cationic magnetic Fe{sub 3}O{sub 4} particles have been sandwiched between the polar headgroups of arachidate ion monolayers deposited on oxidized silicon substrates. Optical thicknesses of the SiO{sub 2} layer on the substrate, the arachidate ion monolayers (A{sup {minus}}), and the Fe{sub 3}O{sub 4} particles thereon have been characterized by incident-angle-dependent reflectance measurements, assuming stratified planar structures for these components.

Oriented PbS crystal particles have been prepared by the infusion of H2S onto Langmuir monolayers of arachidic acid (AA), [CH3(CH2)18COOH]. The morphology and crystallographic orientation of PbS crystals have been determined by transmission electron microscopy/electron diffraction (TEM/ED) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Two related morphological types of platelike crystals with narrow size distributions were observed: right‐angle and equilateral triangular particles with their [100] and [111] axes perpendicular to the monolayer surface, respectively. The crystallographic relations between PbS and their organic templates were elucidated. Optical spectra and AFM images provided evidence for the formation of one‐dimensional quantum‐confined semiconductor crystals at the early stages of growth.

Cadmium sulfide particulate films have been generated at monolayer interfaces. Controlled and slow infusion of hydrogen sulfide onto compressed monolayers prepared from cadmium arachidate resulted in the formation of covalent metal sulfide bonds at a large number of sites at the monolayer-aqueous interface. The initial nucleation resulted in the downward growth of well-separated, metal-sulfide microclusters which grew in height and width and coalesced into interconnected arrays of semiconductor particles.

Generation of size-quantized semiconductor particulate films (SQSPFs) from their precursors has been the subject of intense investigations in our laboratory during the past several years. Most recently, we have utilized monolayers as templates for SQSPFs. Semiconductor particles were generated in situ at the monolayer headgroup-aqueous subphase interface. An appropriate aqueous metal ion solution (1.0 × 10-3 M Pb(NO3)2, or CdCl2, or ZnCl2, or CuSO4, for example) constituted the subphase. Either a commercial Lauda Model P Langmuir film balance or a simple circular trough was used for monolayer formation and the subsequent generation of semiconductor particles. The Lauda film balance was enclosed in a plexiglass hood and placed on a Micro-g optical isolation table. The water surface was cleaned several times by sweeping with a teflon barrier prior to monolayer formation. The monolayer-forming surfactants were compressed at a rate of (2-5) 10-3 Å2 per molecule per second. Subsequent to five to 15 min of incubation at the desired surface pressure (typically 25 mN/m), H2S was slowly injected into the nitrogen-filled plexiglass hood covering the film balance. Semiconductor particle formation at the monolayer surface was visually observed and monitored by reflectivity measurements and Brewster-angle microscopy.

Infusion of H2S onto cadmium arachidate, zinc arachidate, or metal-ion-coated poly(styrenephosphonate diethyl ester) monolayers resulted in the formation of size-quantized semiconductor particles which could be transferred, essentially intact, to solid substrates at different stages of their growth; scanning tunnelling microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and absorption spectrophotometry established the initial formation of 25–30 A diameter particles which aligned themselves and grew laterally to linked, 50–100 A diameter, 20–30 A thick, disk-shaped polyparticles.

Microcrystalline cadmium, indium, copper, and zinc sulfides were generated in situ on the surface of bilayer lipid membranes (BLMs) prepared from bovine-brain phosphatidylserine (PS), glyceryl monooleate (GMO), and a synthetic, polymerizable surfactant (n-C/sub 15/H/sub 31/CO/sub 2/(CH/sub 2/)/sub 2/)/sub 2/N/sup +/(CH/sub 3/)CH/sub 2/C/sub 6/H/sub 4/CH double bond CH/sub 2/, Cl/sup -/ (STYRS). Semiconductor-containing BLMs remained stable for days. Semiconductor formation on the BLM surface was monitored by optical microscopy, voltage-dependent capacitance measurements, and absorption and intracavity-laser-absorption spectroscopy. Band gap excitation of GMO- BLM-incorporated CdS resulted in the development of photovoltage. Irradiation of CdS incorporated into BLMs formed from STYRS (using a 350-nm cutoff filter) led to absorption losses due to the styrene moiety in the surfactant. Apparently, CdS sensitized the photopolymerization of STRYS BLMs.

These BLMs were then used to provide matrices for the in situ generation of microcrystalline CdS, CuS, Cu/sub 2/S, PbS, ZnS, HgS, and In/sub 2/S/sub 3/. Semiconductors were formed by injecting appropriate metal ion precursors and H/sub 2/S into the bathing solutions on opposite sides of the BLM. Their presence was established by voltage-dependent capacitance measurements, absorption spectroscopy, and optical microscopy. Subsequent to the injection of H/sub 2/S, the first observable change was the appearance of fairly uniform white dots on the black film. These dots rapidly moved around and grew in size, forming islands that then merged with themselves and with a second generation of dots, which ultimately led to a continuous film that continued to grow in thickness. Film formation and growth were monitored by simultaneous optical thickness and capacitance measurements. These data were treated in terms of an equivalent R-C circuit and allowed for the assessment of the semiconductor penetration depth into the BLM. This value for a GMO-BLM-supported In/sub 2/S/sub 3/ film was determinedmore » to be 24 A. Bandgap excitation, by nanosecond-pulsed or continuous illumination of the BLM-supported semiconductor film, led to observable photoelectric effects.
