This paper introduces the current development of basalt fiber, this paper expounds the made of basalt fiber composite reinforced by basalt fiber, used to advantage in the field of civil engineering, and process and the main use of present domestic and foreign research.

By finite element simulation of ABAQUS finite element method, the finite element model of the reinforced concrete beam and the basalt composite reinforcement beam is established, and the simulation analysis of the model is carried out by simulation. 1) Although there are errors in the simulation curve and test curve, the error range is 10% 15%, acceptable; 2) there is a need to improve technology, improve the process, to create a better non-stripping BFRP tendons. 3) under the same load, whether it is ABAQUS simulation results, or test the results obtained by the test, the beam deflection of the specimen are large With the continuous development of construction technology in recent years, the continuous development and utilization of building materials, people used in construction is not limited to the use of stone and wood, building construction for the eyes more and more focus on new materials. Prior to the early 20, in the field of structural construction is the most widely used reinforced concrete, the construction of the materials used are reinforced, cement and other common materials, these materials have been able to continue down, the most reason is that it of the durability, fire resistance.

This paper conducted all kinds of performance testing of different rubber particle size and different dosage of silica fume rubber modified cement concrete under the condition of 10% the silicon ash content, such as: analysis research of compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, flexural strength, and pull off the pressure ratio and pressure ratio. Experimental results show that silica fume can improve rubber concrete compressive strength, splitting, bending strength, the folding ratio, adding silica fume concrete fracture pressure ratio and compression ratio are improved; the silica fume can effectively improve large brittleness and lack toughness of concrete, and improve the compactness of concrete.

5-8 mesh rubber granules was mixed with an equal volume instead of fine aggregate, and the content of rubber was 5%, 10%, 15% and 20%. Compared with the influence of silane coupling agent, latex and silica fume to the mechanical properties of rubber concrete, it studied the mechanism of rubber-modified to the rubber concrete. The test results proved that the silane coupling agent, latex, and silica fume could improve the compressive strength, splitting and flexural strength. Latex could significantly improve the bond strength of cement-based materials and the integrity of the concrete. Coupling agent made rubber bond with cement-based materials to form a stable connection, and silica fume filled the pore in concrete, so it optimized the gradation. Latex was the best, silane coupling agents was second, and silica fume was the last about the improved effect of three kinds of modifiers.

Silane coupling agent can be built a "molecular bridge" between organic molecules and inorganic molecules on the rubber surface modification, the binding ability of rubber particles and cement based materials has increased, thus improving the mechanical properties of rubber concrete. Study on silane coupling agent dosage as cementations material quality of 0.5%, the modification effect of coupling agent on the rubber concrete, compared with changes in mechanical properties of unmodified rubber concrete, and analysis the test concrete fracture pressure ratio, using the ultrasonic detector to measure ultrasonic velocity in concrete, to calculate the dynamic modulus and study its road noise performance.

Rubber concrete acted as one kinds of building materials came from the traditional modification concrete, and it had the excellent thermal insulation properties, such as light, good toughness, good thermal insulation, so it had been initially used in civil engineering, such as railways, highways and so it’s like. It improved the large rigidity and insufficient toughness for the ordinary high strength concrete, and also offered a better choice for the treatment of waste rubber. This paper combined the rubber research institute of concrete for at home and abroad about 30 years, and summed up the way of modification, the mechanical properties, application status, and indicated the existing problems about the studies concrete to the rubber concrete.

The test is divided into a rubber content of 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20%，under the conditions that the SBR content 5% of cement mass, study the ratio of tension and pressure and fracture pressure performance of latex rubber modified concrete, and studies the noise reduction properties of concrete, test ultrasonic propagation velocity in the concrete. Tests show that rubber latex can improve the interface effect between rubbers and cement base material, improve the bonding strength between the two, improve the ratio of tension and pressure and fracture pressure ratio performance of concrete, and reduce the propagation velocity of ultrasonic in concrete, enhance the noise reduction performance of concrete.

The cementitiousness between rubber particles and cement-based material could be raised because of the surface modification of rubber,thus enhance the mechanical property of crumb rubber concrete and improve the interface effect of rubber particles.We had researched the change regulation about the ratio of bending-compressive strength of the crumb rubber concrete modified by latex,the concrete with various quantity of rubber,under the condition dosage of latex is 0.5% of cement quality.The result of experimental prove that,compressive strength, splitting tensile and flexural strength could be enhanced because of latex injecting,and the ratio of bending-compressive strength could be enhanced at the same time.

Through modification of the rubber surface, the adhesive ability of rubber particles and cement based materials has increased, thus improving the mechanical properties of rubber concrete. Dosage of styrene butadiene latex was studied under the condition of 5% cement quality, the change regularity of different amount of rubber latex rubber modified concrete compressive, splitting, flexural strength and other mechanical properties. The test results prove that the latex rubber mixing can improve compressive, splitting and flexural strength of concrete.

For researching the way of modified and mechanism of action of the Crumb Rubber Concrete,we had researched the change regulation of Mechanical Properties and compressive strengthsplitting tensile strengthflexural strength of the Crumb Rubber Concrete Modified By Silica Fume with various quantity of rubber,in the condition of 10% silica fume.the experimental result make it clear that silica fume is propitious to heighten compressive strengthsplitting tensile strengthflexural strength of the Crumb Rubber Concrete,and compressive strengthsplitting tensile strengthflexural strength would be cut down when mix the Crumb rubber in Concrete.

This article has carried on the silicon ash content under the condition of 10%, and different rubber particle size and different dosage of silica fume rubber modified cement concrete in all kinds of performance testing, such as: the experiment research on compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, flexural strength and strong noise reduction performance. Experimental results show that silica fume can help improve the compression, splitting and flexural strength of rubber concrete, ratio of fracture and pressure and ratio of tension and compression of concrete are improved greatly after adding silica fume;With the increase of rubber particles, dynamic modulus of concrete decreased, noise reduction effect of silica fume concrete is significantly modified .

This article aims to study the calculation for shear capacity of SRHC (Steel Reinforced High-Strength Concrete) members restrained with CFS (Carbon Fiber Sheet). Experimental study, theoretical analysis and calculation simulating are integrated in this article for the research of the shear failure characteristics and effect of various parameters on their behavior of SRHC members restrained with SFC on the basis of existed SRHC members tested results. The shear strength formula of steel reinforcement high-strength concrete short columns restrained with CFS is put forward, which based on the superposed strength method. This method on the basis of the load-deformation process of CFS is similar to hooping. The results indicate that the shear capacity of SRHC columns restrained with CFS is higher than SRHC columns. And, due to the axial compression ratio, shear span ratio and the amount of reinforcement influence the shear capacity of the FRP materials. So, these three kinds of factors are also the influencing factors of shear capacity of SRHC members restrained with CFS. The effect of the internal concrete restrained with CFS is good because of the function of CFS is equal to hooping and the strain of CFS is bigger than the strain of steel, so this simple calculation method is safe , which may be useful for further study and engineering design.

The mechanical properties of FRP steel-reinforced concrete columns are discussed. We study the constitutive relation of the concrete, based on the model and the experimental dates for the control the size of affecting parameters. When using the used model, the experimental dates can be reanalyzed and corrected for the intensity correct formula of FRP column. The ultimate bearing capacities of FRP constraint rectangular column use superposition principle to calculate the strength calculation. The ultimate bearing capacity of FRP column is divided into two parts: we conclude the big eccentric bearing capacity calculators formula by the columns bend. Through the study of the column, we concluded that the eccentric loading little eccentric calculation formula of bearing capacity. In order to improve the tensile strength and crack resistance of carbon fiber reinforced concrete, enhance the bond strength of carbon fiber and concrete, and improve the durability of concrete component, this article describes the basic methods and study progress of carbon fiber surface treatment. At the same time, the advantages and disadvantages of various methods are analyzed. The effect of oxidation is more obvious than its of non-oxidation, but the method of the oxidation require more complex conditions, and it is suitable for industrial production of sound equipment, and it need for strict control conditions; the method non-oxidation is used after the oxidation of carbon fiber, then the effect will be more better than the effect of without oxidation. Increasing the surface roughness of carbon fiber and improving the toughness of concrete lay a theoretical foundation for practical application of carbon fiber.

Based on Ježek method of computing the elastic-plastic buckling of the member under the axial compressive load and the bending moment, considering the initial imperfection, the analytical expressions of calculating the ultimate load of buckling about the neutral axis with the maximum moment of inertia for a square steel tube member are derived. Using the elastic-plastic finite element method and the theory of nonlinear buckling, the impact by initial geometric imperfections on the square steel tube member under the axial compressive load and the bending moment are analyzed and the numerical solutions of ultimate bearing capacity are obtained. By compared with the values of the finite element method (FEM), it shows that the analytical method in this paper is valid. The results of the example show that the presence of initial imperfections reduces the ultimate bearing capacity of the steel member to a great extent. It is also found that the influence of the initial geometric imperfection on the ultimate bearing capacity of member is smaller when the M increases.

In order to further investigate the stress-strain curve of carbon fiber reinforced concrete, the curve of stress-strain is used segmentation tabulators on the basis of the existing tests. Based on the axial compression experiments of 9 carbon fiber concrete reinforced samples filled with different carbon fiber admixture amounts, the theoretical calculating formula of the stress-strain curve with different admixture amounts was proposed, and the theoretical formula of calculation parameters and carbon fiber volume fraction was putted forward. The experimental results show that the calculation parameters of the stress-strain curve increases with the increase of the carbon fiber admixture amounts. The theoretical calculating formula of the peak strain and carbon fiber volume fraction, the compressive strength, and the calculated results agreed well with the experimental results.

Based on the cross-section bending of 5 carbon fiber concrete beams, the mechanism of deflection and strain of carbon fiber concrete beam were studied considering the variation of the length of carbon fiber and stirrup ratio. The experimental results show that the deflection of destruction increased with the increase of the length of the carbon fiber, and the effect of stirrup ratio on deflection and strain of beams is not obvious. The carbon fiber can effectively improve the brittle failure of concrete beam, and the stain of concrete accorded with that steel bar at the same height. According to the existing test model, the theoretical calculating formula of CFRC was proposed and applied for the cracking load calculation expression of CRFC beams, and theoretical calculated results agree well with experimental results.

The mechanical properties of concrete with composition of scrapped rubber tyre crumb replacing part of the fine aggregates were investigated. The testing method of the mechanical properties was executed according to . Many groups of crumb rubber concrete specimens are manufactured in different kinds of size and amount of rubber chips. The powder rubber and crumb rubber were mixed into C35 plain concrete, by the volume rations of 0%, 20%, 40 %, 60%, 80% and 100% of the fine aggregates, to investigate the influence of size and amount of rubber chips on the mechanical properties. The results of test indicate: the cubic compression strength, the tensile splitting strength and the strength of rupture decreased with the increase of rubber admixture. But there are some remarkable properties which is difficult to attain on ordinary concrete, such as better cracking resistance, better deformation property, minor density and so on.

This text introduced the research results of carbon fiber reinforced concrete beams and columns, and a brief description was presented about the influence of freeze-thaw cycles of carbon fiber reinforced concrete. Based on the experiment and related documents, studies the effects of the different dosage and different lengths of short carbon fiber on the compressive strength of concrete cube test. The results of experiment show the optimum dosage of carbon fiber is 0.24%.The improved compressive strength of carbon fiber reinforced concrete was particularly remarkable. The compressive strength could have a downward trend with the dosage increase. When the lengths of short carbon fiber is 10mm, compared to plain concrete, compressive strength increased 17.7%, and then the compressive strength could have a downward trend with the length increase. When the length of short carbon fiber is 50mm, compressive strength decreased 3%.

This paper introduces an overview of the study and application of rubberized portland cement concrete. Comparing to plain concrete, rubberized portland cement concrete, which is widely used in highway, bridge, railway，civil architecture and military building, has small quality and good performance of durability, shock absorption and sound insulation. At present, the research of rubberized portland cement concrete is mostly fastened on performance of application. Founding consummate system info and research method of experience will promote the usage of rubberized portland cement concrete.

This paper analyzes mainly that the CFRP reinforced concrete research and FRP cloth reinforced characteristics and advantages, and from the material aspects illustrate the CFRP cloth’s faults. For different components, materials, and the nonlinear programming and analysis, through the integral, combination, discrete type three calculation model of material and materials between, namely, concrete, steel, concrete and reinforced, GFRP cloth, concrete and CFRP cloth the constitutive relation analysis, this paper expounds the present research, points out the existing limitations of the present study and later the research direction. Finally, the paper draw the conclusion that the column and beam mechanical strength, toughness, and crack resistance, impact resistant properties and durability of these aspects to illustrate the superiority of the CFRP reinforced concrete. That fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) strengthening, repairing concrete has broad prospects for development.

The article is based on the rubber crumb modified asphalt’s fundamental characteristics, paving a practical road surface, doing rubber crumb modified asphalt concrete road surface in the Northern cold regions’ practical application and testing, summarizing relevant experience, providing reference for similar engineering application .

This test summers up the research situation of rubber powder modifier. According to tests of density, flexural strength, compressive strength and cleavage strength, this test analyzes the basic mechanical properties and the variation of rubberized portland cement concrete which is mixing the silica fume modifier. The results show that the flexural strength, compressive strength and cleavage strength of concrete may increase when silica fume concrete admixture modifiers is mixed in cement concrete. The workability, density, flexural strength, compressive strength, ratio of compressive strength and cleavage strength of rubberized portland cement concrete gradually reduced with the increase in dosage of rubber. The rubber particles mixed with concrete which can when the rubber particle size is not more than 30% of the dosage of coarse aggregate, the fine pavement of rubberized portland cement concrete can be got.

A design idea has been brought forward about SRC beams strengthened with CFRP, in order to solve flexural capacity shortage and need strengthening engineering problems. By analyzing loading process, failure mode and loading mechanism, flexural capacity was calculated by superposition method. According to different failure modes and neutral axis’ location in the steel, the computed formula of flexural capacity about SRC beams strengthened with CFRP was proposed, and it provided references for design of SRC beams strengthened with CFRP.

CFRP cloth strengthening concrete column is divided into constrained and unconstrained District area by the reasonable arch axis theory, then we obtain the effective confinement factor of reinforced columns, base on lateral stress formula of scholar XIAO Y and concrete compressive strength model of Karbhari, V. M, derive from the increasing coefficient of carrying capacity, according to the effective confinement factor and the increasing coefficient of carrying capacity, finally we obtain the bearing capacity formula of the modified compression column strengthened with CFRP sheets.
