In order to solve the problem that the mechanical properties of containers and pipelines are difficult to evaluate during service, this paper focuses on the quantitative expression of hardness and mechanical properties. Taking the X70 pipeline steel as the research object, with 12 welds of the tensile test and 192 times the hardness of indentation test, the establishment of a mathematical application suitable for engineering applications. The results shows: The hardness, indentation parameters and mechanical properties of the weld, base metal and heat affected zone did not change significantly with the pipe wall thickness, it is reasonable to test the hardness of the outer wall of the pipeline at the scene; Vickers hardness distribution can effectively explain the fracture of the specimen, hardness and plastic work was inversely proportional.

Objective The aim of our study was to assess potential correlations between serum galectin‐3 concentrations and Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity (ASDAS) index in patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Methods A total of 112 patients with AS were included, and 130 healthy subjects were considered as controls. We collected the detailed medical history, and ASDAS index was used to assess the disease severity in patients with AS. Pressure pipelines have been applied widely in the chemical industry, the petroleum enterprises and the electrical power plants. Leakage and explosion accidents happened frequently owing to the weakness of the pressure pipeline. To monitoring the pressure pipeline weakness, a novel method is presented by using optical FBG (FBG: Fiber Bragg Grating) sensors to carry on the real-time monitoring of the pressure piping surface strains. A typical pressure pipeline was fabricated with weak position of L shaped, Tee shaped and U shaped joints. The strains of the weak position were analyzed by the ANSYS software, and then the same weak positions were monitored by experimental method of FBG sensor. The FBG sensor was verified a feasible means to monitoring the pressure pipeline by comparing the ANSYS software results with the experimental results of FBG sensors.

Hepatic fibrosis is one kind of common wound-healing response to chronic liver injury. Transforming growth factor (TGF)-β(3) performs an anti-fibrosis function under certain conditions such as pancreatic fibrosis and wound healing. This study aimed at investigating the effect of TGF-β(3) on the histology in the liver of rat with liver fibrosis.Recombinantadeno-associated virus (rAAV) 2-TGF-β(3) and rAAV2-EGFP were constructed. Rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, negative control group and TGF-β(3) treated group. The hepatic fibrosis model was induced by CCl(4) administration. We injected a single dose of either rAAV2-TGF-β(3) or rAAV2-EGFP into the TGF-β(3) group and the negative control group. The histopathologic changes of liver were determined by hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining and Masson staining. The expressions of type I collagen, MMP-9, MMP-2, and TIMP-1 in liver were detected by Immunohistochemical staining.With the treatment of TGF-β(3), the degree of fibrosis and the deposition of collagen fiber in liver were markedly reduced, and the expression of MMP-9 was obviously increased (P0.001), while type I collagen and TIMP-1 were decreased (P = 0.004, P = 0.001) compared with the model group, but the expressed difference of MMP-2 had no statistical significance (P = 0.180).rAAV2-TGF-β(3) reduces the histopathologic damage of liver fibrosis on rats, and it may suppress the synthesis and deposition of type I collagen by regulating the expressions of matrix metalloproteinases and their inhibitors. Potentially, our findings might help with the design of a new TGF-β(3)-based therapy for hepatic fibrosis.

To investgate the effects of TGFbeta3 on rat hepatic fibrosis.The TGFbeta3 cDNA was cloned into rAAV2 vector. Rats were randomly divided into four groups: normal control group, model group, negative control group and TGFbeta3 group. Hepatic fibrosis was induced by hypodermic injection of 40% CCl(4). Recombinant AAV2-TGFbeta3 viral particles were injected via the vena caudalis one week before CCl(4) treatment. Rats were executed 8 weeks after CCl(4) treatment, global histological change was observed after HE staining, the distribution of the collagen fibers was observed after masson staining, histochemistry was done to observe the expression of collagen I; The positive area rate of the collagen fibers and the average optical rate of collagen I were quantified.HE staining indicated that collagen fibers were reduced in the TGFbeta3 group. Masson staining shown that the collagen fibers were distributed around the blood vessel, in the portal area and disse space. Compared to the model group (13.2%+/-2.2%) and negative control group (12.3%+/-1.5%), the collagen fibers in liver tissues of TGFbeta3 group (7.7%+/-1.5%) were significantly decreased (q = 9.456, P0.01; q = 8.217, P0.01). Histochemistry indicated that the collagen fibers of liver tissues of TGFbeta3 group (0.185+/-0.033) were significantly higher than those in the model group (0.252+/-0.042) and the negative control group (0.230+/-0.029), (q = 6.228, P0.01; q = 4.346, P0.01).TGFbeta3 alleviates the damage to hepatic cell and the level of fibrosis in CCl(4) treated rats and inhibits the expression of collagen I.
