14. Correlation analysis between tensile fracture morphology and tensile temperature of non-oriented acrylic sheet

Abstract

In order to explore the quantitative characterization method of non-oriented acrylic sheet fracture and the correlation between the fracture morphology of acrylic sheet and tensile temperature. The non-oriented acrylic sheet for aircraft was used as the research object. Firstly, the size and surface roughness of the mist region were measured by stereo microscope and 3D Laster Scanner(LEXT). Secondly, the fracture was measured by box counting method. Finally, the energy consumed by the rupture of the acrylic sheet to form the mist zone was estimated by two hypotheses and was related to the fractal dimension of the fractured mist zone. The results show that when the stretching rate is constant, the stretching temperature is raised from -55 ℃ to 60 ℃, the size of the fractured mist zone I3 is increased from 1.257 mm to 4.978 mm, and the surface roughness Raa is reduced from 0.517 μm to 0.330 μm, the fractal dimension D is increased from 1.357 to 1.579. The fitting degree factors of the fitting curves of the tensile temperature and the size, surface roughness and fractal dimension of the fracture foggy area are higher than 0.9, and there fitting degree of these curves are higher. Therefore, the morphological parameters of the tensile fracture of the acrylic sheet have a certain correlation with the fracture conditions, and the energy consumed in the formation of the mist region of the acrylic sheet is positively correlated with its fractal dimension.

The effect of compounds alone or in combination on cell migration was detected using the wound healing assay, and the invasion was evaluated by transwell assays, respectively. Cell apoptosis was quantified by flow cytometry and the changed expressions of proteins were detected by Western blotting.Results: The results showed that LIG and NBP significantly inhibited the growth of U251 cells at concentrations of 4– 10 μg/mL and 1.5– 6 μg/mL in a dose-dependent manner (p< 0.05, p< 0.01). The combination of 20 μg/mL TMZ with LIG in the concentration range of 4– 10 μg/mL or with NBP of 0.5– 6 μg/mlachieved synergistic effect towardsU251 cells. LIG and NBP, alone or in combination with TMZ, markedly inhibited cell invasion (p< 0.001) and enhanced apoptosis (p< 0.05). Abstract

Despite great strides in their control throughout the People's Republic of China, helminth infections remain an important public health problem. The Institute of Parasitic Diseases of the Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine, under the guidance of the Chinese Ministry of Health, completed a nationwide survey of more than 1 million people that showed the high prevalence and intensity of intestinal nematode infections; prevalence can sometimes exceed 50% in the Yangtze River valley provinces. Schistosoma japonicum is also a major cause of illness in this region. Attempts to control Chinese helminthic diseases with conventional anthelminthic drugs have been partially thwarted by high posttreatment rates of reinfection. Recently, several new human trematode pathogens have been identified. Novel approaches to chemoprophylaxis and vaccination may alleviate the public health problem caused by Chinese helminths. However, recombinant helminth vaccine development will depend on first cataloguing the extensive genetic diversity of Chinese helminths and candidate vaccine antigens. Evidence from biogeography, genetics, and systematics suggests that the genetic diversification of Chinese helminths and their vectors is an ongoing evolutionary process that began 12 million years ago near the convergence of major Asian river systems. Construction of the Three Gorges Super Dam on the Yangtze River may promote the emergence and reemergence of new helminths and their snail vectors.
