Abstract

Abstract Cartilage damage caused by injuries or degenerative diseases remains a major challenge in the field of regenerative medicine. In this study, we developed a composite hydrogel system for the delivery of melatonin and menstrual blood stem cells (MenSCs) to treat a rat model of cartilage defect. The composite delivery system was produced by incorporation of melatonin into the gelatin fibers and dispersing these fibers into calcium alginate hydrogels. Various characterization methods including cell viability assay, microstructure studies, degradation rate measurement, drug release, anti-inflammatory assay, and radical scavenging assay were used to characterize the hydrogel system. MenSCs were encapsulated within the nanocomposite hydrogel and implanted into a rat model of full-thickness cartilage defect. A 1.3 mm diameter drilled in the femoral trochlea and used for the in vivo study. Results showed that the healing potential of nanocomposite hydrogels containing melatonin and MenSCs was significantly higher than polymer-only hydrogels. Our study introduces a novel composite hydrogel system, combining melatonin and MenSCs, demonstrating enhanced cartilage repair efficacy, offering a promising avenue for regenerative medicine. Abstract

The natural, fast, stable and reliable interaction between human and machine is the ideal interaction mode pursued by human beings. Speech recognition is a process of pattern matching recognition. Effective speech detection technology can not only reduce the processing time of the system, improve the real-time and accuracy of the system processing, but also eliminate the noise interference of the silent segment, so as to improve the subsequent recognition performance. Through speech recognition, the machine can understand human language, complete the corresponding calculation tasks according to these instructions, and meet the needs of people. The traditional speech recognition method uses acoustic features to describe the model. No matter using model compensation method or normalization method, it can not solve the influence of speaker difference on the performance of recognition system. In this paper, we study a speech recognition detection system based on almost interactive reconstruction model, and analyze the continuous speech signal. The experimental results show that the proposed method has a high recognition rate and a shorter time. Compared with the state-of-the-art methodologies, the proposed model can achieve the better performance.

Abstract

Small files are files that are much smaller than configured HDFS block size (by default 64MB or 128 MB on most up-to-date Hadoop installation). HDFS is meant for storing large files, but due to input source and ingestion methods large number of small files need to be stored in HDFS, and HDFS cannot handle small files in an effective and efficient way as it is designed to read large chunks of data in a sequential way. This paper describes one algorithm of merging small files into one container file than can resolve the issue.

It focuses on data transmission between iOS client and server, JSON technology is used to achieve data interaction; Data storage in iOS client is also discussed, Sqlite3 and FMDB Frame are used to store data.
