Multi-robots are used in hospital for the delivery service. To increase the delivery efficiency, an appropriate multi-robots path planning algorithm is required. This study explains a mixed path planning algorithm for multi-robots in structured hospital environment which combines the ‘corridor path planning’ and ‘room path planning’, ‘corridor path planning’ uses graph search algorithm to plan the path in corridor for multiple hospital robots, and it uses the strongly connected digraph to describe corridor environment, so it could simplify the multi-robots path planning problem. While the ‘room path planning’ uses the artificial potential field method to plan the path in room for multiple hospital robots, it makes the hospital robot move flexibly in the room, so the robot could avoid the obstacle and other robots more flexibly. The algorithm is tested by simulation, and the result shows that mixed path planning algorithm makes the robot move fast in the corridor environment and move flexibly in the room environment.

The AFLP and SSR markers were used to estimate the genetic diversity of 25 Brassica napus hybrids attending Guizhou regional test. The fingerprints obtained with both the AFLP and SSR markers revealed high levels of heterozygosity. Nine AFLP primer combinations produced 16 loci, while 11 SSR primer pairs generated 22 loci. The mean of expected heterozygosity, Shannon’s information index, and genetic differentiation obtained by SSR were higher than those by AFLP, indicating that the SSR methodology evaluated genetic diversity among B. napus more efficiently than the AFLP approach. The higher level of genetic diversity detected by SSR markers was contributed to the lower genetic similarity estimates based on SSR markers (mean 0.69) as compared to AFLP markers (mean 0.73). While the AFLP technique was suitable for identification and DNA fingerprinting of B. napus germplasm. Based on AFLP and SSR analysis, it was concluded that B. napus hybrids had high level genetic diversity.

Phytopthora infestans, also known as potato late blight, is a serious and widespread disease of potato that causes significant yield losses in potato production every year. Controlling this destructive disease has become a great challenge for potato farmers. In order to minimize commercial losses and improve tuber quality, it is a smart way to build potato disease resistant capacity by the path of transgenic genetic improvement. In this present study, a gene encoding the hypersensitive response-assisting protein (hrap) originally isolated from sweet pepper induced with the harpin Pss -mediated hypersensitive response (HR) was introduced to the potato variety Burbank mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens . The rate of transgenic acquisitions was 61.15% positive detected by PCR, whereas 53.85% of the PCR positive plants were validated by southern blot assay. RT-PCR analysis showed that the hrap gene was integrated into the potato genome and expressed in the transgenic potatoes. The sequence of the hrap gene isolated from transgenic potato was 99.3% similarity identified with that of the hrap genes deposited in GenBan (GenBank: AF168415). The resistant assay was performed by artificially incubating the pathogens of P. infestans. The results showed that the transgenic potatoes exhibit the resistant enhancement.
