In this paper, the application of auricular acupoint sticking in elderly patients with insomnia in the past 5 years was reviewed, for better understanding the status quo of auricular acupoint sticking in the treatment of insomnia in the elderly. The application of auricular acupoint sticking therapy was summarized, in order to provide some ideas and reference for elderly patients with insomnia in clinical application. To design an auricular acupoint probe with adjustable probe angle, in order to detect the positive points of special parts of auricle more accurately. The probe rod is composed of a hand-held handle, a connecting rod and a probe. The characteristics of the probe are as follows: a primary angle adjusting device is provided at the connection of the hand-held handle and the connecting rod, and a secondary angle adjusting device is provided at the connecting end of the connecting rod and the probe. The probe is convenient for the operator to fix the hole in the special part of the earlobe, and is more beneficial to the operator to save force. The probe is easy to operate and suitable for all kinds of patients. It has good clinical application prospect and is worth popularizing. In order to make the positioning of auricular acupoints more accurate, the three-dimensional human ear model library has been established by using modern scientific and technological three-dimensional scanning and other equipments, and the auricular acupuncture operator obtained the patient's ear mold acupuncture point identification map through three-dimensional scanning, which simplifies the original complex ear acupuncture positioning and facilitates the positioning and extraction of acupuncture points, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application. Objective To investigate the effect of the three-step auricular acupoint therapy in the treatment of chronic insomnia. Methods In this study, 30 patients with chronic insomnia were selected as the research objects. Based on the pre-treatment evaluation and health education, a three-step auricular acupoint therapy was carried out, in which auricular acupoint sticking and pressing therapy was performed followed by auricular acupoint massage and auricular acupoint scraping therapy. Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of three-step auricular acupoint therapy in the treatment of elderly patients with tinnitus and insomnia. Methods In this study, 25 elderly patients with tinnitus and insomnia were selected as the research objects. The patients were treated with a three-step auricular acupoint therapy, in which auricular acupoint pressing therapy was performed followed by auricular acupoint massage and auricular acupoint scraping therapy. Objective To investigate the effect of a three-step auricular acupoint therapy in the treatment of primary tinnitus. Methods The clinical data of 23 patients with primary tinnitus were retrospectively analyzed. Key issues in implementation of three-step auricular acupoint therapy and related nursing were summarized. Results The score of Tinnitus Evaluation Questionnaire(TEQ) was lower after treatment compared with that before treatment (P＜0. 05). The score of Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI) dropped form (32. 63±11. 67) before treatment to(32. 63±11. 67) after treatment, with a significant difference(P＜0. 05). The marked effective rate was 52. 17%(12/23) after 2 courses of treatment. Conclusion The three-step auricular acupoint therapy, consisting of auricular massage, auricular scraping therapy, and auricular acupoint sticking and pressing therapy by syndrome differentiation, is an easy-to-operate and effective therapy for primary tinnitus. It is able to tonify liver and kidney, dredging collaterals and relieving the symptoms of tinnitus. Auricular acupoint therapy, as an appropriate technique of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing operation, has a certain curative effect in preventing and treating common gynecological diseases. The paper reviewed the auricular acupoint therapy in prevention and treatment of common gynecological diseases from six aspects of menstrual disorders, chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, primary dysmenorrhea, perimenopausal syndrome, acute mastitis, and breast hyperplasia, in order to provide a certain reference for the treatment of gynecological diseases by external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine. Early osteoimmune microenvironment disorder at the interface between bone and implant can lead to implant loosening, which prolongs patient convalescence, exacerbates postoperative complications, and potentially results in implant failure. The timely regulation of macrophages primarily orchestrates the entire long‐term regeneration process. Here, it is proposed to precisely direct macrophage polarization using localized photoelectrical signals generated by an excitable surface in response to remote stimulation via near‐infrared light (NIR). The photocurrent generated from the n–n heterojunction between calcium titanate (CaTiO3) and defective titanium dioxide (TiO2‐Vo) on the excitable surface can accurately direct macrophage polarization, suppressing acute inflammation at the early stage of post‐implantation and establishing a favorable osteoimmune microenvironment that promotes bone‐to‐implant integration. Mechanistic study reveals that photoelectric signals initiate increased calcium influx via voltage‐gated calcium ion channels, subsequently modulating calcium/calmodulin‐dependent protein kinase kinase 2 (Camkk2) and calcium/calmodulin‐dependent protein kinase I (Camk1) expression to regulate macrophage polarization. This optimization of the osteoimmune microenvironment results in enhanced mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) recruitment and osteogenesis, ultimately accelerating bone‐to‐implant integration within 14 days post‐implantation. This article mainly reported a case of allergic rhinitis of spleen-Qi deficiency syndrome treated by the three-step auricular acupoint therapy. The three-step auricular acupoint therapy refers to a combination of auricular massage, auricular scraping therapy, and auricular acupoint sticking and pressing therapy which applied in a particular sequence. By stimulating correlated auricular acupoint, the three-step auricular acupoint therapy is effective to relieve the symptoms of allergic rhinitis and improve the immunity of the patient. With the increasing incidence of diabetes mellitus in China, the sleep problem of diabetic patients has become increasingly prominent, which greatly reduces the quality of life of patients, and has brought a great impact on the treatment and control of the disease. With the national attention to the traditional Chinese medicine therapy, auricular acupoint pressure bean therapy as one of the appropriate Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques, in the improvement of diabetes sleep quality clinical effect has been widely concerned. Bacterial infections are a serious public health issue that threatens the lives of patients because of their ability to induce other lethal complications without prompt treatment. Conventional antibiotic therapy can cause bacterial resistance and other adverse effects. It is highly desirable to develop effective and antibiotic‐independent therapeutic strategies to treat various kinds of bacterial infections. Herein, sonodynamic‐enhanced piezoelectric materials MoS2 and Cu2Oheterostructure that responds to exogenous ultrasound (US) and generates reactive oxygen for Staphylococcus aureus elimination are developed. It is shown in the results that the polariton charge induced by piezoelectric MoS2 nanosheets under US irradiation can accelerate the transfer of electric in Cu2O. Furthermore, US irradiation induces valence conversion from Cu(I) to Cu(II), which can accelerate glutathione oxidation significantly and destroy the bacterial antioxidant defense system. Hence, the as‐prepared piezoelectric‐enhanced sonosensitizer possesses a highly effective antibacterial efficacy of 99.85% against S. aureus under US irradiation for 20 min, with good biocompatibility. The spread of COVID-19 has caused an increasing demand for public medical rooms, especially in Chinese rural regions. Industrialized building techniques have been shown as capable of fulfilling this demand through the case of the Leishenshan Hospital. However, industrialized construction requires developed technologies and infrastructures, which are often non-existent in rural areas, thus making it difficult to replicate such a feat. Therefore, more suitable solutions for Chinese rural project delivery in the pandemic scenario are needed. Considering the constraints of pandemic prevention and rural applicability, the adaptive industrialized construction (AIC) method has potential as an alternative. This study evaluates the application of AIC by comparing simulated results using AIC and a conventional method, based on five evaluation indicators: construction speed, labourer distribution, material consumption, equipment utilization, and cost. Taking an actual project as the sample building, the results indicate that the AIC method has several advantages. These include a shorter construction period, less labourer gathering onsite, and a lower cost, suggesting it may be an effective solution for rural project delivery during the pandemic. Architects and contractors could employ the same evaluation method to explore more solutions and optimize the construction schedule for future rapid construction needs in rural areas in a pandemic.
