The development of sorbents for flue gas desulfurization in a dry mode is essential to control emission of sulfur dioxide.

This study presents a 3D metal–organic framework (MOF) material [Co2(atrz)2(bdc)]·(DMF)(H2O)2 based on Co(II) ions as the metal nodes. A three-substituted 1,2,4-triazole (Hatrz) was utilized as the functional unit in the reaction of 1,4-benzenedicarboxylate (H2bdc), Hatrz, and Co(NO3)2·6H2O in a mixed solvent of DMF and water. The high density of amino groups and abundant micropores (pore volume of 0.32 cm3/g and BET surface area of 764.5 m2/g) in solvent-free complex displayed good catalytic performance and substrate selectivity towards CO2 conversion under mild conditions due to the synergistic effects of the coordinatively unsaturated Co(II) sites. Furthermore, the protective function of the complex on chronic enteritis was assessed. ELISA assay was performed to detect the IL-18 and IL-1β released from human intestinal epithelial cells (HIEC) after compound treatment. Western blot was conducted to evaluate the activation of NLPR3–caspase-1 pathway in HIEC.

According to active defining methods in national military performance test standard on fire arms, the whole lifetime shooting method is usually used in firearms life test, with a long time and consumes plenty of ammunitions. In order to reduce amount of test bullets and innovate life test methods, a lot of life tests research and data analysis on fire arms were conducted, and the main factors that influence on machinegun lifetime were decided, the research scheme of accelerating life test and of life parameters testing scheme were designed, equality between life in normal temperature and comprehensive life in normal, high and low temperature was verified, the accelerated life test specification, modeling scheme, life predicting and evaluating method on machinegun were proposed. The research shows that the amount of ammunitions using can be reduced about 70 percent in a life test on machine guns, life test cycle can be cut down drastically and the precision predicting life can be up to 90 percent above.

In the current fields of research, methods for appraising scientific and technical personnel rely excessively on experts' or leaders' opinion, which easily leads to injustice in the evaluation results. Considering the characteristics of research work in our department, a method for appraising the scientific and technical personnel's professional quality is discussed by utilizing systems engineering and other methods in the paper. The purpose of writing this paper is to establish an evaluation and management methodology, which is scientific, rational and effective in practice, and thereby providing method and basis for comprehensively assessing scientific and technical personnel's professional quality.

Network functions virtualisation NFV has become a novel network technology, which installs various virtual network functions VNF into commodity servers. And the control planes of VNFs in the same controller share bandwidth resource. So it needs a scheduling mechanism to ensure the fairness of link bandwidth among control planes. Unfortunately, research communities do not pay any attention for the challenge above. Thus, this paper proposes a historical overhead-based flow isolation mechanism HOB-FIM to ensure that each control plane occupies a fixed amount of bandwidth resources. It can determine the scheduling priority of control plane by calculating the historical overhead of each control plane. Our experimental results prove that our proposed mechanism has superiority over FIFO algorithm in terms of the fairness of shared link bandwidth in NFV controller. Lastly, it also can provide support for the delay-sensitive control plane in VNFs.
