- Abstract
To design a dialogue model and standard artificial programming interface (API), this paper designs an intelligent dialogue support for medical service systems and improving hospital intelligent serviceability, which combines patient pre-diagnosis, diagnosis, and post-diagnosis services with artificial intelligence depth. This is done via an intelligent man–machine dialogue support platform (MMDSP) suitable for medical services based on a multi-dimensional disease model and outpatient knowledge base with artificial intelligence. As a result of the intelligent service capability of the hospital service systems and platforms, patients’ medical experiences have significantly improved. The platform standardizes the multi-channel service process, improves patient service efficiency, and reduces the cost of human resources and business knowledge learning. In addition, the integration of intelligent multi-system service information provides data support for hospitals to serve patients accurately and has good application and promotion value.
