Background: Regarding the multi-attribute decision making where the decision information is the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy number and the attribute weight information is not completely determined. Methods: Intuitionistic fuzzy set theory introduces non-membership function, as an extension of the fuzzy set theory, it has certain advantages in solving complex decision-making problems. A projection model based interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making scheme was proposed in this study. The objective weight of the attribute was obtained using improved intervalvalued intuitionistic fuzzy entropy, and thus the comprehensive weight of the attribute was obtained according to the preference information. Results: In the aspect of the decision-making matrix processing, the concept of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy ideal point and its related concepts were defined, the score vector of each scheme was calculated, the projection model was constructed to measure the similarity between each scheme and the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy ideal point, and the scheme was sorted according to the projection value. Conclusion: The efficiency and usability of the proposed approach are considered in the case study.

This article describes a decision analysis method with attribute correlation and attribute values of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (IVIFN). This considers the correlation between attributes and undetermined attribute weight information was put forward against the case where solution attribute values are interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. To achieve a comprehensive consideration of the undetermined evaluation attribute weight information, experts' positive and negative ideal solutions against each attribute are taken as reference points, attribute weight is obtained via decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) method according to the direct relation matrix provided by experts against attribute sets. On this basis, evaluation information is aggregated by using weighted arithmetic average operators. Then, the closeness degree formula of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers relative to the maximum IVIFN is provided by combining the Euclidean distance of IVIFN, thus determining closeness degree and making an ordering of all solutions. Finally, the feasibility and validity of the method proposed in this study are verified via a case analysis of the best information system decision-making.

Focusing on risky decision-making problems taking the interval number of normal distribution as the information environment, this paper proposes a decision-making method based on the interval number of normal distribution. Firstly, the normalized matrix based on the decision maker&rsquo, s attitude is obtained through analysis and calculation. Secondly, according to the existing properties of standard normal distribution, the risk preference factors of the decision makers are considered to confirm the possibility degree of each scheme. The possibility degree is then used for establishing a possibility degree matrix and, consequently, sequencing of all schemes is conducted according to existing theories of possibility degree meaning and the value size of possibility degree. Finally, the feasibility and validity of this method is verified through calculation example analysis.

There is no incremental learning ability for the traditional support vector machine (SVM) and there are all kind of merits and flaws for usually used incremental learning method. Normal SVM is unable to train in large-scale samples, while the computer’s memory is limited. In order to resolve this problem and improve training speed of the SVM, we analyze essential characteristic of SVM and bring up the incremental learning algorithm of SVM based on regression of SVM related to SV (support vectors). The algorithm increases the speed of training and can be able to learning with large-scale samples while its regressive precision loses fewer. The experiments show that SVM performs effectively and practically. Its application to prediction of the transition temperature (Tg) for high molecular polymers show that this model (R2=0.9427) proved to be considerably more accurate compared to a ANNs regression model (R2=0.9269).

During the design and modeling process of instant messenger system, the UML and method of object-oriented analysis and design are used. Furthermore, the modeling tool of Rose is included. Based on the system j2se1.5, j2ee1.4, the Eclipse development tool in the development process, and refactoring development method, the system design is optimized. Due to these factors, the system is safe, efficient and practical in different operating system platforms.

Simulating and researching for characteristics of channel is essential when designing a wireless communications system. Based on the research of existed simulating methods, this paper proposed the Rayleigh-Normal simulating model which looks received signal as the linear combination of Rayleigh stochastic process and Normal stochastic process. This method was used to simulate the first-order statistical characteristics of Rayleigh model, Ricean model, Nakagami model, Lognormal model and so on, the simulating results prove that Rayleigh-Normal simulating model is a correct and valid simulating model for wireless channel.

On the basis of the ability of service providers, by Algorithm Prim, this method succeded in calculating a set of balanced expectation values of QoS. Selection of service based on these QoS values would be beneficial to optimization of system resources and protection of the users of those services. An example with analysis has been provided to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.

The non-linear diffusion techniques were proposed for overcome the linear diffusion defaults. The linear diffusion was a homogeneous diffusivity with a constant conductivity. In this diffusion process, the noise and the edges were smoothed in the image. In order to prevent the edge from being smoothed during the denoising, the nonlinear diffusion was proposed by Pereona and Malik. In this method, noise was smoothed Simultaneously with the edges blurred. In diffusion processes, the conductivity is dependent on the image local information. We analyzed the ineffectiveness of isotropic and extended the work into the tensor-based anisotropic diffusion. It would be desirable to rotate the flux towards the orientation of interesting features. We compare the difference of isotroic linear and non-linear anisotropic diffusivity, and considere how to design non-linear anisotropic conductivity based on the different requires of the image filtering.

As the introduction of δX sources from mold designers’ estimating error on plastic and rubber contracting ratio or the uncertainty of contracting ratio fluctuation, know that the actual contracting ratio of plastic and rubber fluctuates around the average plastic and rubber contracting ratio. Therefore, the remained measure of repairing mold is the function of plastic and rubber products dimension error δS’ and δS, caused by plastic and rubber contracting ratio estimating error and contracting ratio fluctuation respectively. Based on the probability theory, a comparatively scientific method in calculating the remained measure of repairing mold is proposed. This paper focuses on the research of the de-noising of the passive sonar based on the Gabor. Based on the modeling and simulating of the underwater robot about ship radiated noise, this paper analyzes and compares the effect of de-noising of the passive sonar of ship radiated noise. It is shown that better de-noising effect are achieved by using the Gabor method. This method have a significant foreground in de-noising of passive sonar.

In order to research the effect of different cutting orders on breaking mechanism of TBM cutters for the rock without joints, this paper established the simulation models of breaking rock three TBM cutters in simultaneous and sequential orders, which is based on the 2D discrete element method. A series of numerical experiments were designed and the whole process of production and propagation of crack and rock breaking was successfully simulated. The simulation results showed that the cutter order determines the breaking mode, which is carefully analyzed: The chipping stress under the sequential order is higher than simultaneous way. The chips are formed by the side cracks under the two loading modes, while the shape of the rock chip are different. The distribution of the principal stress contour is almost symmetrical in different cutting order. Finally, conclusions and future work are summarized.

For the sake of improving the third dimension of 3D scenes, we analyze the existent real-time shadow generating algorithms, and improve the Chan’s smoothie soft shadow algorithm, make it based on shadow map, and treat with both the inner and outer penumbra. It not only effectively resolves the problems such as some algorithms can not cast shadow on itself and some are too complex, it also solves the aliasing problems of shadow mapping, and it meet the requirements of real-time in more complex scene. At last, the algorithm is emulated with DirectX, and the experimental results show the feasibility of the algorithm.

this paper introduces the design and implementation of JPEG image compression based on the high speed DSP TMS320VC5416 available from Texas Instruments. Especially, the realization and optimization of DCT transform is discussed and the image Lena is compressed with different way. Experiments show that the reconstructed images have PSNR above 34dB . JPEG algorithm is a digital image compression algorithm with high compression ratio, little distortion characteristics, and has been identified as international standards. This standard has been widely used in digital cameras, surveillance systems, mobile phones, video phones, and many other aspects. It is important to research and realize a real-time image compress system Using JPEG. DSP is used in real-time processing and portable applications with special hardware structure. DSP with high processing speed and excellent operation performance is particularly adapted to image processing. This article introduces DSP-based implementation of JPEG[1].

Poly(phenol red) (denoted as PPR) films were electrochemically synthesized on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) by cyclic voltammetry to obtain a chemically modified electrode (denoted as PPR-GCE). The growth mechanism of PPR films was studied by attenuated total reflection spectroscopy. This PPR-GCE was used to develop a novel and reliable method for the determination of trace Pb2+ by anodic stripping differential pulse voltammetry. At optimum conditions, the anodic peak exhibits a good linear concentration dependence in the range from 5.0 × 10−9 to 5.0 × 10−7 mol L−1 (r = 0.9989). The detection limit is 2.0 × 10−9 mol L−1 (S/N = 3). The method was employed to determine trace levels of Pb2+ in industrial waste water samples.

Glassy carbon electrode modified by hydrophobic gold nanoparticles was prepared by simply and rapidly attaching octadecylamine-capped gold nanoparticles onto the glassy carbon electrode surface (denoted as C18NH2-Nano-Au/GCE), which was characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and attenuated total reflection (ATR)-FTIR. The electrocatalytic oxidation of ethamsylate on the C18NH2-Nano-Au/GCE was investigated by means of cyclic voltammetry. The experimental results showed that the octadecylamine-capped gold nanoparticles exhibited a better electrocatalytic activity to ethamsylate, which reduced the oxidation overpotential about 66 mV with obviously increased current response. Under the optimal conditions, there was a good linear relationship between anodic peak current and ethamsylate concentration in the range of 1.0 × 10−8 to 1.0 × 10−5 M with the detection limit of 3.5 × 10−9 M (S/N = 3) in the presence of cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) by differential pulse voltammetry. The anodic peak current of successive 20 measurements on the identical surface and the renewed ones (n = 10) of C18NH2-Nano-Au/GCE were examined with the relative standard deviation of 3.1% and 3.9%, respectively. It indicated that the chemically modified electrode showed good stability and reproducibility. The proposed method has been used to determine the ethamsylate concentration in biological fluids with satisfactory results.

Network poly(bromophenol blue) (denoted as PBPB) films were electrochemically synthesized on the surface of glassy carbon electrode (GCE) by cyclic voltammetry and then the chemically modified electrode (denoted as PBPB-GCE) was fabricated. The characterization and growth mechanism of electrochemically synthesized PBPB films were firstly investigated by attenuated total reflection (ATR)-FTIR spectroscopy, in situ electron spin resonance (ESR) spectroelectrochemistry, qualitative analysis and electrochemical methods. This PBPB-GCE was successfully used to develop a novel and reliable electrochemical method for the determination of trace Cu 2+ by anodic stripping voltammetry. Based on the results from cyclic voltammograms or differential pulse voltammograms, the modified electrode showed excellent sensitivity toward the determination of Cu 2+ in H 2 SO 4 solution (pH 2.0). Under the optimized working conditions, there was a good linear relationship between anodic peak current and Cu 2+ concentration in the range of 1.0 × 10 −8 –1.0 × 10 −5 M with the detection limit of 3.5 × 10 −9 M (S/N = 3) in H 2 SO 4 solution (pH 2.0). The current responses of successive measurements at the identical surface ( n = 30) and at the renewed ones ( n = 10) of PBPB-GCE were examined with relative standard deviation of 2.8% and 4.1%, respectively. It indicated that the chemically modified electrode showed good stability and reproducibility. The interference studies showed that the modified electrode exhibited excellent selectivity in the presence of other metal ions with a concentration much higher than that of Cu 2+ . In the end, this proposed method was successfully applied to determine the concentration of Cu 2+ in water samples.

A novel developed spectrofluorimetric method for the determination of trazodone hydrochloride in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) surfactant micelles was described. Under optimal conditions, there was a good linear relationship between fluorescence intensity and trazodone hydrochloride concentration in the range of 4.0×10−9 to 8.0×10−6 mol · l−1with the detection limit of 1.3×10−9 mol · l−1 (S/N=3). This method has been used to determine trazodone hydrochloride in biological fluids.

A high-speed image data compression system Based on high-speed TMS320VC5416DSP is presented; Hardware constitutes and working principle of the digital image processing is introduced. The basic principal of image encoding algorithm of JPEG is summarized and the realization of JPEG on DSP is expounded, especially the realization and optimization of DCT transform is discussed.

The method of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with UV-vis detection was used and validated for the simultaneous determination of six flavonoids (puerarin, rutin, morin, luteolin, quercetin, kaempferol) and troxerutin in rat urine and chicken plasma. Chromatographic separation was performed using a VP-ODS column (150 mm x 4.6 mm, 5.0 microm) maintained at 35.0 degrees C. The mobile phase was a mixture of water, methanol and acetic acid (57:43:1, v/v/v, pH 3.0) at the flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. Six flavonoids and troxerutin were analyzed simultaneously with good separation. On optimum conditions, calibration curves were found to be linear with the ranges of 0.10-70.00 microg/mL (puerarin, rutin, morin, luteolin, quercetin, kaempferol) and 0.50-350.00 microg/mL (troxerutin). The detection limits were 0.010-0.050 microg/mL. The method was validated for accuracy and precision, and it was successfully applied to determine drug concentrations in rat urine and chicken plasma samples from rat and chicken that had been orally administered with six flavonoids and troxerutin.

It was found that in buffer solution of pH 7.0, the addition of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) to the solution of phenothiazine drugs, such as chlorpromazine, promethazine and trifluoperazine, showed a remarkable enhancement of their fluorescence intensity. A further study proved that the phenothiazine drugs can be determined by fluorophotometric method in micellar system. Under optimal conditions, there was a good linear relationship between fluorescence intensity and phenothiazine compounds concentration, and the detection limit of 3.0 x 10(-8) M chlorpromazine, 3.0 x 10(-8) M promethazine and 1.5 x 10(-8) M trifluoperazine (S/N=3) were also obtained. This method has been used to determine phenothiazine drugs in tablets with satisfactory results.

Compared with traditional optical fiber lasers, double-clad photonic crystal fiber (PCF) lasers have larger surface-area-to-volume ratios. With an increase of output power, thermal effects may severely restrict output power and deteriorate beam quality of fiber lasers. We utilize the heat-conduction equations to estimate the maximum output power of a double-clad PCF laser under natural-convection, air-cooling, and water-cooling conditions in terms of a certain surface-volume heat ratio of the PCF. The thermal effects hence define an upper power limit of double-clad PCF lasers when scaling output power.
