To compare safety and efficacy of centanafadine versus methylphenidate hydrochloride extended release (ER; Concerta) in adults with ADHD. Without head-to-head trials, anchored matching-adjusted indirect comparisons (MAIC) of adverse event rates reported across trials and mean change from baseline in Adult ADHD Investigator Symptom Rating Scale (AISRS) score between centanafadine and methylphenidate hydrochloride ER were conducted. Pooled patient-level data from two centanafadine trials (NCT03605680/NCT03605836) and aggregate data from one published methylphenidate hydrochloride ER trial (NCT00937040) were used. Characteristics of individual patients from the centanafadine trials were matched to aggregate baseline characteristics from the methylphenidate hydrochloride ER trial using propensity score weighting. A sensitivity analysis assessed the robustness of the results to the capping of extreme weights (i.e. >99th percentile). Compared with methylphenidate hydrochloride ER, centanafadine was associated with significantly lower risk of dry mouth (risk difference [RD] in percentage points: −11.95), initial insomnia (−11.10), decreased appetite (−8.05), anxiety (−5.39), palpitations (−5.25), and feeling jittery (−4.73) though a significantly smaller reduction in AISRS score (4.16-point). In the sensitivity analysis, the safety results were consistent with the primary analysis but there was no significant difference in efficacy between centanafadine and methylphenidate hydrochloride ER. In this MAIC, centanafadine had better safety and possibly lower efficacy than methylphenidate hydrochloride ER. While safety results were robust across analyses, there was no efficacy difference between centanafadine and methylphenidate hydrochloride ER in the sensitivity analysis. Lithium ion micro capacitors (LIMCs) demonstrate competitive advantages of simultaneously high energy/power densities and long cycle life over many other micro supercapacitors and micro batteries. However, these performances are significantly determined by the carbon anode with fast Li+ storage kinetics. Herein, a design strategy at the precursor side of a typical porous aromatic framework‐5 (PAF‐5) from the carbon bonding levels is proposed, and coupling with the post pyrolysis, the sp2/sp3 domains ratio, interlayer spacing, and pore structure of derived carbons can be synergistically balanced. The inherited sp2 domains and porous structure from PAF‐5 endow the derived carbon with high electron transport capability and fast Li+ adsorption capacity. Meanwhile, the developed sp3 domains and enlarged interlayer spacing also enable abundant and fast Li+ intercalation contribution, giving rise to a superior rate capability (141.9 mAh g−1 at 4 A g−1) that is 13 times better than a commercial graphite anode. A flexible LIMCs based on this carbon anode are fabricated, and simultaneously high energy/power densities (71.1 mWh cm−3/1.9 W cm−3), long cycle life (94.7% after 6,000 cycles), and flexibility are achieved, demonstrating a great feasibility of designed PAFs as the trimmed carbon anode precursors for high performance Li+ storage. In order to solve a series of problems such as high production cost and complex production technology of autoclaved aerated concrete wallboard in China, the paper puts forward the fabricated fiber grid ALC block wall board, and carries on the bending test to it and verifies the feasibility of the wall board in the actual project. The four-point loading method is used to test the bending resistance of two plain wall panels and two wall panels with fiber grid. By changing the splicing form and distributing fiber grid area to optimize the wall board, the influence of the corresponding optimization form on the failure form, deflection and flexural bearing capacity of the wall board is studied. The ultimate failure load is 1.5 times of the wall weight, and the larger the fiber grid area, the greater the flexural bearing capacity and the smaller the deflection, the better the flexural performance of the wall board. The wall board with two fiber grid wrapped around is selected as the optimization type of block wallboard, which meets the requirements of standard JG/T 169-2016 "General technical requirements of lightweight panel used for building partition".
