Freeway logistics plays a pivotal role in economic development. Although the rapid development in big data and artificial intelligence motivates long-haul freeway logistics towards informatization and intellectualization, the transportation of bulk commodities still faces serious challenges arisen from dispersed freight demands and the lack of co-ordination among different operators. The present study thereby proposed intelligent algorithms for truck dispatching for freeway logistics. Specifically, our contributions include the establishment of mathematical models for full-truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) transportation modes, respectively, and the introduction of reinforcement learning with deep Q-networks tailored for each transportation mode to improve the decision-making in order acceptance and truck repositioning. Simulation experiments based on the real-world freeway logistics data collected in Guiyang, China show that our algorithms improved operational profitability substantially with a 76% and 30% revenue increase for FTL and LTL modes, respectively, compared with single-stage optimization. These results demonstrate the potential of reinforcement learning in revolutionizing freeway logistics and should lay a foundation for future research in intelligent logistics systems.

ABSTRACTThe Medium Resolution Spectral Image (MERSI) is a MODIS-like sensor aboard Fengyun-3 satellite. The first version of MERSI aerosol algorithm has been developed based on MODIS dark target (DT) algorithm, with modified models for estimating surface reflectance and an adjusted inland water masking method to release haze aerosols. This study applies MERSI DT algorithm to the global observations from the upgraded MERSI sensor (MERSI-II) on Fengyun-3D. And then, the Aerosol Optical Depth (AOD) results from the year of 2019–2020 are validated against the Aerosol Robotic Network (AERONET) data. In addition, analyses of the spatial distribution and error characteristics of MODIS and MERSI-II retrievals are presented. The overall validation demonstrates that MERSI-II retrievals perform well globally, with a correlation coefficient of 0.877 and 67.1% of matchups within the Expected Error envelope of ± (0.05 + 0.2τ), which are close to the statistic metrics of MODIS products. In addition, MERSI-II and MODIS AODs exhibit similar error trends and error dependence. Moreover, the similar global distribution characteristics of the two AODs are revealed in the retrieval performance at site and regional scales, as well as in the analysis of monthly averages. These findings indicate the success of the ported MERSI algorithm.

Using first principles, a systematic investigation of interface bonding nature and tensile behaviour of Ti2AlC(0001)/TiC(111) interface has been carried out at the atomic scale. The results show that Ti(Al)-on-top-C2 has the largest work of adhesion (13.1160 J/m2), the smallest interface energy (−2.6161 J/m2), and the largest interface fracture toughness (3.9660–4.9372 MPa⋅m1/2). Its interfacial bond is Ti–C covalent bond. And its tensile properties (critical strain of 12% and ideal tensile strength of 26.32 GPa) are second only to the best tensile properties (13% and 28.73 GPa). Except for Ti(Al)-fcc-hollow-Ti3, the fracture locations of seven interface models in the tensile simulation correspond to Griffith theory and work of interface separation. The inconsistency arises from the mutual repulsion of two Ti atoms in the Ti2–Ti3 bond in Ti(Al)-fcc-hollow-Ti3. And movement of C atoms on Ti2AlC bulk of C1–C2 bond changes stacking site from “hcp-hollow” to “on-top”, which leads to a decrease in stress of C-hcp-hollow-C2 before inflection point. The fracture process of the interface is summarized as follows: tiny electron holes form at lower strains, followed by electron microcrack as strain increases, and finally fracture failure due to the breakage of the chemical bond allowing the charge depletion region to form.

Abstract RNA methylation is an important regulatory process to determine immune cell function but how it affects the anti-tumor activity of CD8 T cells is not fully understood. Here we show that the N 6-methyladenosine (m6A) RNA reader YTHDF2 is highly expressed in early effector or effector-like CD8 T cells. We find that YTHDF2 facilitates nascent RNA synthesis, and m6A recognition is fundamental for this distinctively nuclear function of the protein, which also reinforces its autoregulation at the RNA level. Loss of YTHDF2 in T cells exacerbates tumor progression and confers unresponsiveness to PD-1 blockade in mice and in humans. In addition to initiating RNA decay that is necessary for mitochondrial fitness, YTHDF2 orchestrates chromatin changes that promote T cell polyfunctionality. YTHDF2 interacts with IKZF1/3, which is important for sustained transcription of their target genes. Accordingly, immunotherapy-induced efficacy could be largely restored in YTHDF2-deficient T cells through combinational use of IKZF1/3 inhibitor lenalidomide in a mouse model. Thus, YTHDF2 coordinates epi-transcriptional and transcriptional networks to potentiate T cell immunity, which could inform therapeutic intervention.

Abstract Collisions of the transcription and replication machineries on the same DNA strand can pose a significant threat to genomic stability. These collisions occur in part due to the formation of RNA-DNA hybrids termed R-loops, in which a newly transcribed RNA molecule hybridizes with the DNA template strand. This study investigated the role of RAD52, a known DNA repair factor, in preventing collisions by directing R-loop formation and resolution. We show that RAD52 deficiency increases R-loop accumulation, exacerbating collisions and resulting in elevated DNA damage. Furthermore, RAD52’s ability to interact with the transcription machinery, coupled with its capacity to facilitate R-loop dissolution, highlights its role in preventing collisions. Lastly, we provide evidence of an increased mutational burden from double-strand breaks at conserved R-loop sites in human tumor samples, which is increased in tumors with low RAD52 expression. In summary, this study underscores the importance of RAD52 in orchestrating the balance between replication and transcription processes to prevent collisions and maintain genome stability.

Abstract Background Pathogenic BRCA1 or BRCA2 germline mutations contribute to hereditary breast, ovarian, prostate, and pancreatic cancer. Paradoxically, bi-allelic inactivation of BRCA1 or BRCA2 (bBRCA1/2) is embryonically lethal and decreases cellular proliferation. The compensatory mechanisms that facilitate oncogenesis in bBRCA1/2 tumors remain unclear. Methods We identified recurrent genetic alterations enriched in human bBRCA1/2 tumors and experimentally validated if these improved proliferation in cellular models. We analyzed mutations and copy number alterations (CNAs) in bBRCA1/2 breast and ovarian cancer from the TCGA and ICGC. We used Fisher’s exact test to identify CNAs enriched in bBRCA1/2 tumors compared to control tumors that lacked evidence of homologous recombination deficiency. Genes located in CNA regions enriched in bBRCA1/2 tumors were further screened by gene expression and their effects on proliferation in genome-wide CRISPR/Cas9 screens. A set of candidate genes was functionally validated with in vitro clonogenic survival and functional assays to validate their influence on proliferation in the setting of bBRCA1/2 mutations. Results We found that bBRCA1/2 tumors harbor recurrent large-scale genomic deletions significantly more frequently than histologically matched controls (n = 238 cytobands in breast and ovarian cancers). Within the deleted regions, we identified 277 BRCA1-related genes and 218 BRCA2-related genes that had reduced expression and increased proliferation in bBRCA1/2 but not in wild-type cells in genome-wide CRISPR screens. In vitro validation of 20 candidate genes with clonogenic proliferation assays validated 9 genes, including RIC8A and ATMIN (ATM-Interacting protein). We identified loss of RIC8A, which occurs frequently in both bBRCA1/2 tumors and is synthetically viable with loss of both BRCA1 and BRCA2. Furthermore, we found that metastatic homologous recombination deficient cancers acquire loss-of-function mutations in RIC8A. Lastly, we identified that RIC8A does not rescue homologous recombination deficiency but may influence mitosis in bBRCA1/2 tumors, potentially leading to increased micronuclei formation. Conclusions This study provides a means to solve the tumor suppressor paradox by identifying synthetic viability interactions and causal driver genes affected by large-scale CNAs in human cancers.

The presence of soil-borne disease obstacles and antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) in soil leads to serious economic losses and health risks to humans. One area in need of attention is the evolution of ARGs as pathogenic soil gradually develops, which introduces uncertainty to the dynamic ability of conventional farming models to predict ARGs. Here, we investigated variations in tomato bacterial wilt disease accompanied by the resistome by metagenomic analysis in soils over 13 seasons of monoculture. The results showed that the abundance and diversity of ARGs and mobile genetic elements (MGEs) exhibited a significant and positive correlation with R. solanacearum. Furthermore, the binning approach indicated that fluoroquinolone (qepA), tetracycline (tetA), multidrug resistance genes (MDR, mdtA, acrB, mexB, mexE), and β-lactamases (ampC, blaGOB) carried by the pathogen itself were responsible for the increase in overall soil ARGs. The relationships between pathogens and related ARGs that might underlie the breakdown of soil ARGs were further studied in R. solanacearum invasion pot experiments. This study revealed the dynamics of soil ARGs as soil-borne diseases develop, indicating that these ecological trends can be anticipated. Overall, this study enhances our understanding of the factors driving ARGs in disease-causing soils.

The rational design of green chemical, low-cost, and highly efficient solid-state electrolytes for Li-metal anode is a promising but still challenging strategy for preventing Li dendrite growth and developing safe and ultralong cycle life Li-metal batteries. Herein, a homogeneous composite solid polymer electrolyte (CSPE) is fabricated with water as the ideal dispersion medium, hectorite (Ht) as nanofiller, and poly (ethylene oxide) (PEO) as the matrix, to guide uniform Li plating/stripping. Benefiting from the merit of Ht can form uniformly dispersed nanosheets in water, the obtained CSPE inheres to a low melting point, robust mechanical property, and high Li+ transference number. Moreover, the fabricated Li symmetric battery using PEO-Ht-LiClO4 CSPE keeps cycling steadily for 4 000 h. The well demonstrated water-based CSPE paves the way for developing low-cost, environmentally friendly, and safe solid-state electrolytes for Li-metal batteries.

In this paper, with the method of epidemic dynamics, we assess the spread and prevalence of COVID-19 after the policy adjustment of prevention and control measure in December 2022 in Taiyuan City in China, and estimate the excess population deaths caused by COVID-19. Based on the transmission mechanism of COVID-19 among individuals, a dynamic model with heterogeneous contacts is established to describe the change of control measures and the population's social behavior in Taiyuan city. The model is verified and simulated by basing on reported case data from November 8th to December 5th, 2022 in Taiyuan city and the statistical data of the questionnaire survey from December 1st to 23rd, 2022 in Neijiang city. Combining with reported numbers of permanent residents and deaths from 2017 to 2021 in Taiyuan city, we apply the dynamic model to estimate theoretical population of 2022 under the assumption that there is no effect of COVID-19. In addition, we carry out sensitivity analysis to determine the propagation character of the Omicron strain and the effect of the control measures. As a result of the study, it is concluded that after adjusting the epidemic policy on December 6th, 2022, three peaks of infection in Taiyuan are estimated to be from December 22nd to 31st, 2022, from May 10th to June 1st, 2023, and from September 5th to October 13th, 2023, and the corresponding daily peaks of new cases can reach 400 000, 44 000 and 22 000, respectively. By the end of 2022, excess deaths can range from 887 to 4887, and excess mortality rate can range from 3.06% to 14.82%. The threshold of the infectivity of the COVID-19 variant is estimated 0.0353, that is if the strain infectivity is above it, the epidemic cannot be control with the previous normalization measures.

Abstract It is meaningful to study the real‐time state monitoring and identification of integrated energy system and grasp its state in time for stable operation. A state identification method based on multi‐class data equalisation and extreme gradient boost (XGBoost) is proposed for integrated energy systems. First, Latin hypercube sampling is used to simulate the load at different moments. Different system states are set up and combined with the simulative load at different moments to determine the system operation state at different moments. Then, the energy flow model is used to calculate the system power flow under different states, and the feature indexes are obtained to form the original data set. Aiming at the unbalanced data, the oversampling technology is used to preprocess data to achieve the balance of data sets. The pre‐processed data is utilised to train the XGBoost, and the optimal hyperparameters of the model are obtained based on the K‐fold cross‐validation and grid search. Finally, the pre‐processed data set is used to verify the proposed method. The calculation results show the accuracy of the identification model reaches 87.79%. Compared with traditional methods, the model can accurately identify the operating state of the electricity–heat energy system at any time section.

A combination of three methods, Griffith theory, work of interface separation, and first-principles tensile simulations, has been applied to uncover the Ti2AlC/TiAl interface's tensile properties and fracture mechanisms. The results show that the three methods give consistent fracture locations when considering the interface elastic energy for work of interface separation, i.e., C-hcp-hollow-BCA fractures inside the TiAl bulk, while Al-fcc-hollow-ACB, Ti(C)-hcp-hollow-ABC, and Ti(Al)-hcp-hollow-BAC all fracture at the interface; Ti(C)-hcp-hollow-ABC has a maximum critical strain (20 %) and the strongest ideal tensile strength (29.32 GPa), because it has a greater deformation energy at the inflection point and it doesn't fracture when Ti(Al)-hcp-hollow-BAC is fully fractured, and the PDOS shape of the interface's Ti atoms exhibits a higher degree of consistency during the tensile process, and the C atoms of the Ti2AlC-2 layer in the Ti(C)-hcp-hollow-ABC exert a strong influence on the Ti atoms at the interface; the fracture mechanism of the Ti2AlC/TiAl interface structure includes the formation of electron holes, the holes increasing, the formation of microcracks, microcracks increasing, the formation of electron depletion region due to a sharp increase in the bond length and the interlayer spacing, followed by a complete fracture.

Summary: The acidic metabolic byproducts within the tumor microenvironment (TME) hinder T cell effector functions. However, their effects on T cell infiltration remain largely unexplored. Leveraging the comprehensive The Cancer Genome Atlas dataset, we pinpoint 16 genes that correlate with extracellular acidification and establish a metric known as the “tumor acidity (TuAci) score” for individual patients. We consistently observe a negative association between the TuAci score and T lymphocyte score (T score) across various human cancer types. Mechanistically, extracellular acidification significantly impedes T cell motility by suppressing podosome formation. This phenomenon can be attributed to the reduced expression of methyltransferase-like 3 (METTL3) and the modification of RNA N6-methyladenosine (m6A), resulting in a subsequent decrease in the expression of integrin β1 (ITGB1). Importantly, enforced ITGB1 expression leads to enhanced T cell infiltration and improved antitumor activity. Our study suggests that modulating METTL3 activity or boosting ITGB1 expression could augment T cell infiltration within the acidic TME, thereby improving the efficacy of cell therapy.

The contact resistance formed between MoS2 and metal electrodes plays a key role in MoS2-based electronic devices. The Schottky barrier height (SBH) is a crucial parameter for determining the contact resistance. However, the SBH is difficult to modulate because of the strong Fermi-level pinning (FLP) at MoS2-metal interfaces. Here, we investigate the FLP effect and the contact types of monolayer and multilayer MoS2-metal van der Waals (vdW) interfaces using density functional theory (DFT) calculations based on Perdew–Burke–Ernzerhof (PBE) level. It has been demonstrated that, compared with monolayer MoS2-metal close interfaces, the FLP effect can be significantly reduced in monolayer MoS2-metal vdW interfaces. Furthermore, as the layer number of MoS2 increases from 1L to 4L, the FLP effect is first weakened and then increased, which can be attributed to the charge redistribution at the MoS2-metal and MoS2-MoS2 interfaces. In addition, the p-type Schottky contact can be achieved in 1L–4L MoS2-Pt, 3L MoS2-Au, and 2L–3L MoS2-Pd vdW interfaces, which is useful for realizing complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) logic circuits. These findings indicated that the FLP and contact types can be effectively modulated at MoS2-metal vdW interfaces by selecting the layer number of MoS2.

With the merits of both solid polymer electrolytes (SPEs) and inorganic ceramic electrolytes (ICEs), composite polymer electrolytes (CPEs) prepared by coupling polymer matrix with inorganic fillers are broadly utilized in solid lithium metal batteries (SLMBs). However, CPEs fabricated by a single filler with polymer matrix often exhibit unsatisfactory performance. Here, prepared by coupling poly (ethylene oxide) (PEO) matrix with a natural additive carboxymethyl cellulose lithium (CMC-Li) and an inorganic filler mineral hectorite (Ht), an efficient CPE is reported. Detailedly, CMC-Li is considered to act as a “bridge”, which connects the Ht nanosheets distributed in PEO, thus establishing continuous Li+ transmission channels. Ht with a nanolayers structure vividly acts as “bricks”, pave the way for ion transference. In addition, oxygen atoms in CMC-Li contribute to adequately dissociating lithium salts, hydrogen bonding generated by hydroxyl groups is propitious to anchor anions to increase the Li+ transference number. Under the synergistic effect brought by CMC-Li and Ht, the electrolyte membrane PEO-10%Ht-4%CMC-Li (PHCL, in mass fraction) displays a high Li+ transfer number (0.73) and exceptional Li+ conductivity at 25 °C (2.5 × 10−4 S/cm). Our work demonstrates a powerful mean to fabricate the efficient electrolyte membrane for SLMBs.

Rabies is an acute zoonotic infectious disease caused by rabies virus. In 2015, the World Health Organization proposed the goal of eliminating dog-induced human rabies by 2030. In response to this goal positively, China has been dedicated to the control and elimination of rabies mainly caused by dogs, for nearly 10 years. By applying infectious disease dynamics, in this paper, we establish a dog-human rabies transmission model to forecast future epidemic trends of rabies, assess whether the goal of eliminating dog-induced human rabies cases in China can be achieved in 2030, and further evaluate and suggest the follow-up sustained preventive measures after the elimination of human rabies. By analyzing and simulating above dynamic model, it is concluded that rabies has been well controlled in China in recent years, but dog-induced human rabies cannot be eliminated by 2030 according to current situation. In addition, we propose to improve rabies control efforts by increasing the immunization coverage rate of rural domestic dogs, controlling the number of stray dogs and preventing the import of rabies virus in wild animals. Immunization coverage rate of rural domestic dogs which is currently less than 10% is far from requirement, and it needs to reach 50%–60% to meet the goal of 2030. Since it is difficult to immunize stray dogs, we suggest to control the number of stray dogs below 15.27 million to achieve the goal. If the goal of eliminating human rabies is reached in 2030, the essential immunization coverage needs to be maintained for 18 years to reduce the number of canine rabies cases to zero. Lastly, to prevent transmission of rabies virus from wild animals to dogs, the thresholds of the number of dogs and the immunization coverage rate of dogs after eliminating canine rabies cases are also discussed.

The road is one of the most important civil infrastructures for serving society, where its service quality and life have direct impacts on the safety and comfort of users. Therefore, road construction, condition detection and monitoring, and timely maintenance are particularly important for engineers. Many engineering applications of industrial informatics approaches, like image processing technology, widely used computer-based algorithms, and advanced sensors, have been initially and gradually applied to roads. This state-of-the-art review first summarized the research on industrial applications of advanced information technologies in recent years, while analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each technology. Especially, five topics were focused on road construction, road maintenance with decision strategy, road structure evaluation, smart sensing in the road, and cooperative vehicle infrastructure system. It is expected that advanced industrial informatics can help engineers promote the development of smart, safe, and sustainable roads.

Normalized interventions were implemented in different cities in China to contain the outbreak of COVID-19 before December 2022. However, the differences in the intensity and timeliness of the implementations lead to differences in final size of the infections. Taking the outbreak of COVID-19 in three representative cities Xi'an, Zhengzhou and Yuzhou in January 2022, as examples, we develop a compartmental model to describe the spread of novel coronavirus and implementation of interventions to assess concretely the effectiveness of Chinese interventions and explore their impact on epidemic patterns. After applying reported human confirmed cases to verify the rationality of the model, we apply the model to speculate transmission trend and length of concealed period at the initial spread phase of the epidemic (they are estimated as 10.5, 7.8, 8.2 days, respectively), to estimate the range of basic reproduction number (2.9, 0.7, 1.6), and to define two indexes (transmission rate vt and controlled rate vc) to evaluate the overall effect of the interventions. It is shown that for Zhengzhou, vc is always more than vt with regular interventions, and Xi'an take 8 days to achieve vc > vt twice as long as Yuzhou, which can interpret the fact that the epidemic situation in Xi'an was more severe. By carrying out parameter values, it is concluded that in the early stage, strengthening the precision of close contact tracking and frequency of large-scale nucleic acid testing of non-quarantined population are the most effective on controlling the outbreaks and reducing final size. And, if the close contact tracking strategy is sufficiently implemented, at the late stage large-scale nucleic acid testing of non-quarantined population is not essential.

BACKGROUND Recurrent and/or metastatic (R/M) head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) is generally an incurable disease, with patients experiencing median survival of under 10 months and significant morbidity. While immune checkpoint blockade (ICB) drugs are effective in approximately 20% of patients, the remaining experience limited clinical benefit and are exposed to potential adverse effects and financial costs. Clinically approved biomarkers, such as tumor mutational burden (TMB), have a modest predictive value in HNSCC.METHODS We analyzed clinical and genomic features, generated using whole-exome sequencing, in 133 ICB-treated patients with R/M HNSCC, of whom 69 had virus-associated and 64 had non-virus-associated tumors.RESULTS Hierarchical clustering of genomic data revealed 6 molecular subtypes characterized by a wide range of objective response rates and survival after ICB therapy. The prognostic importance of these 6 subtypes was validated in an external cohort. A random forest-based predictive model, using several clinical and genomic features, predicted progression-free survival (PFS), overall survival (OS), and response with greater accuracy than did a model based on TMB alone. Recursive partitioning analysis identified 3 features (systemic inflammatory response index, TMB, and smoking signature) that classified patients into risk groups with accurate discrimination of PFS and OS.CONCLUSION These findings shed light on the immunogenomic characteristics of HNSCC tumors that drive differential responses to ICB and identify a clinical-genomic classifier that outperformed the current clinically approved biomarker of TMB. A new type of multiphase nanoparticle-reinforced TiAl matrix composites ((Ti2AlC + Al2O3)p/TiAl composites) was successfully prepared by vacuum hot-pressing sintering using Ti powder and Al powder, which were ball-milled with different contents of stearic acid (CH3(CH2)16COOH). The component, microstructure, reaction mechanism, and mechanical properties were studied. The results indicated that the composites prepared by adding stearic acid as a process control agent during the ball-milling process not only contained γ-TiAl and α2-Ti3Al phases but also Ti2AlC and Al2O3 phases. The results of SEM and TEM showed that the composites were composed of equiaxed TiAl and Ti3Al grains, and the Ti2AlC and Al2O3 particles were mainly distributed along the TiAl grain boundary in chain form, which can effectively reduce the TiAl grain size. Through the room-temperature compression test, the maximum compression stress was significantly improved in those composites that added the stearic acid, due to the reinforcement particles. The maximum compression stress was 1590 MPa with a 24.3% fracture strain. In addition, the generated crack deflection and Ti2AlC and Al2O3 particles could also enhance the toughness of the TiAl alloy. (Ti2AlC + Al2O3)p/TiAl composites generated by adding stearic acid played a key role in improving the mechanical properties of the TiAl matrix.

For the planning of the QiTai radio Telescope ultrawide bandwidth low-frequency pulsar receiving system, we designed and implemented a Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA)+CPU/GPU hybrid architecture digital backend system based on the Polyphase FilterBank (PFB) channeling algorithm. We used the FPGA signal acquisition and processing platform to implement ultrawide bandwidth signal sampling and designed the PFB algorithm to realize the digital channelization of multiple analog bandwidth signals. We also developed data encapsulation and multichannel parallel distribution firmware algorithms and realized the real-time parallel transmission of high-speed astronomical data streams based on the VLBI Data Interchange Format. We developed the Ultra Wide bandwidth Low-frequency pulsar data process PIPEline, which realized the real-time processing and data packaging of massive pulsar signals. Using the L -band (964–1732 MHz bandwidth) receiving system of the Nanshan 26 m radio telescope, we conducted a systematic test on the designed digital backend system and obtained high-quality observation data. By using the professional pulsar data processing software DSPSR to process the observation data, we obtained high signal-to-noise ratio pulse profiles.

Brucellosis is a zoonotic disease caused by Brucella, and it is an important infectious disease all over the world. The prevalence of brucellosis in the Chinese mainland has some spatial characteristics besides the temporal trend in recent years. Due to the large-scale breeding of sheep and the frequent transportation of sheep in various regions, brucellosis spreads wantonly in pastoral areas, and human brucellosis spreads from traditional pastoral areas and semi-pastoral areas in the north to non-pastoral areas with low incidence in the south. In order to study the influence of sheep immigration on the epidemic transmission, a patch dynamics model was established. In each patch, the sub-model was composed of humans, sheep and Brucella. The basic reproduction number, disease-free equilibrium and positive equilibrium of the model were discussed. On the other hand, taking Shanxi Province and Hebei Province as examples, we carried out numerical simulations. The results show that the basic reproduction numbers of Shanxi Province and Hebei Province are 0.7497 and 0.5022, respectively, which indicates that the current brucellosis in the two regions has been effectively controlled. To reduce brucellosis faster in the two provinces, there should be a certain degree of sheep immigration from high-infection area to low-infection areas, and reduce the immigration of sheep from low-infection areas to high-infection areas.

Classical epidemiological models assume mass action. However, this assumption is violated when interactions are not random. With the recent COVID-19 pandemic, and resulting shelter in place social distancing directives, mass action models must be modified to account for limited social interactions. In this paper we apply a pairwise network model with moment closure to study the early transmission of COVID-19 in New York and San Francisco and to investigate the factors determining the severity and duration of outbreak in these two cities. In particular, we consider the role of population density, transmission rates and social distancing on the disease dynamics and outcomes. Sensitivity analysis shows that there is a strongly negative correlation between the clustering coefficient in the pairwise model and the basic reproduction number and the effective reproduction number. The shelter in place policy makes the clustering coefficient increase thereby reducing the basic reproduction number and the effective reproduction number. By switching population densities in New York and San Francisco we demonstrate how the outbreak would progress if New York had the same density as San Francisco and vice-versa. The results underscore the crucial role that population density has in the epidemic outcomes. We also show that under the assumption of no further changes in policy or transmission dynamics not lifting the shelter in place policy would have little effect on final outbreak size in New York, but would reduce the final size in San Francisco by 97%.

Abstract Foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) is an acute, highly infectious and pathogenic animal disease. In recent years, with the rapid development of the swine breeding industry in China, pig farms have shown a trend of larger-scale development. Large-scale pig farms employ standardized management, a high level of automation, and a strict system. However, these farms have a large trading volume, and increased transmission intensity of FMD is noted inside the farm. At present, the main control measure against FMD is pig vaccination. However, a standard for immunization procedures is not available, and currently adopted immunization procedures have not been effectively and systematically evaluated. Taking a typical large-scale pig farm in China as the research subject and considering the breeding pattern, piggery structure, age structure and immunization procedures, an individual-based state probability model is established to evaluate the effectiveness of the immune procedure. Based on numerical simulation, it is concluded that the optimal immunization program involves primary immunization at 40 days of age and secondary immunization at 80 days of age for commercial pigs. Breeding boars and breeding sows are immunized 4 times a year, and reserve pigs are immunized at 169 and 259 days of age. According to the theoretical analysis, the average control reproduction number of individuals under the optimal immunization procedure in the farm is 0.4927. In the absence of immunization, the average is 1.7498, indicating that the epidemic cannot be controlled without immunization procedures.

Abstract Sorbus pohuashanensis (Hance) Hedl. is a Chinese native alpine tree species, but the problem of introducing S. pohuashanensis to low altitude areas has not been solved. In this study, we aimed to explore the molecular regulatory network of S. pohuashanensis in response to high-temperature stress using RNA-Sequencing technology and physiological and biochemical determination. Based on transcriptomic data, we obtained 1221 genes (752 up-regulated and 469 down-regulated) that were differentially expressed during 8 h 43℃ treatment and candidate genes were related to calcium signaling pathway, plant hormone signal transduction, heat shock factors, chaperones, ubiquitin mediated proteolysis, cell wall modification, ROS scavenging enzymes, detoxification and energy metabolism. The analysis of high temperature response at the physiological level and biochemical level were performed. The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of leaf cells decreased, the content of osmotic regulators increased, and the activity of ROS scavenging enzymes decreased. The molecular regulatory network of S. pohuashanensis in response to high-temperature stress was preliminarily revealed in this study, which provides fundamental information improving introducing methods and discovering heat-tolerant genes involved in high-temperature stress in this species and provides a reference for other plants of the genus Sorbus.

Abstract Inherited mutations in BRCA1, BRCA2, and PALB2 cause a high risk of breast cancer. Here, we conducted parallel conditional knockout (CKO) of Brca1, Palb2, and Brca2, individually and in combination, along with one copy of Trp53, in the mammary gland of nulliparous female mice. We observed a functional equivalence of the three genes in their basic tumor-suppressive activity, a linear epistasis of Palb2 and Brca2, but complementary roles of Brca1 and Palb2 in mammary tumor suppression, as combined ablation of either Palb2 or Brca2 with Brca1 led to delayed tumor formation. Whole-exome sequencing (WES) revealed both similarities and differences between Brca1 and Palb2 or Brca2 null tumors. Analyses of mouse mammary glands and cultured human cells showed that combined loss of BRCA1 and PALB2 led to high levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and increased apoptosis, implicating oxidative stress in the delayed tumor development in Brca1;Palb2 double CKO mice. The functional complementarity between BRCA1 and PALB2/BRCA2 and the role of ROS in tumorigenesis require further investigation.

Abstract Background To evaluate inter-fractional variations in bladder and rectum during prostate stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) and determine dosimetric and clinical consequences. Methods Eighty-five patients with 510 computed tomography (CT) images were analyzed. Median prescription dose was 40 Gy in 5 fractions. Patients were instructed to maintain a full bladder and empty rectum prior to simulation and each treatment. A single reviewer delineated organs at risk (OARs) on the simulation (Sim-CT) and Cone Beam CTs (CBCT) for analyses. Results Bladder and rectum volume reductions were observed throughout the course of SBRT, with largest mean reductions of 86.9 mL (19.0%) for bladder and 6.4 mL (8.7%) for rectum noted at fraction #5 compared to Sim-CT (P

Abstract Although several empirical wear formulas have been proposed, theoretical approaches for predicting surface topography evolution during sliding wear are limited. In this study, we propose a novel wear-prediction method, wherein the energy-based Arrhenius equation is combined with a mixed elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) model to predict the point-contact wear process in mixed lubrication. The surface flash temperature and contact pressure are considered in the wear model. Simulation results are compared with the experimental results to verify the theory. The surface topography evolutions are observed during the wear process. The influences of load and speed on wear are investigated. The simulation results based on the Arrhenius equation relationship shows good agreement with the results of experiments as well as the Archard wear formula. However, the Arrhenius equation is more accurate than the Archard wear theory in some aspects, such as under high-temperature conditions. The results indicate that combining the wear formulas with the mixed EHL simulation models is an effective method to study the wear behavior over time.

Since December 2019, an outbreak of a novel coronavirus pneumonia (WHO named COVID-19) swept across China. In Shanxi Province, the cumulative confirmed cases finally reached 133 since the first confirmed case appeared on January 22 2020, and most of which were imported cases from Hubei Province. Reasons for this ongoing surge in Shanxi province, both imported and autochthonous infected cases, are currently unclear and demand urgent investigation. In this paper, we developed a SEIQR difference-equation model of COVID-19 that took into account the transmission with discrete time imported cases, to perform assessment and risk analysis. Our findings suggest that if the lock-down date in Wuhan is earlier, the infectious cases are fewer. Moreover, we reveal the effects of city lock-down date on the final scale of cases: if the date is advanced two days, the cases may decrease one half (67, 95% CI: 66–68); if the date is delayed for two days, the cases may reach about 196 (95% CI: 193–199). Our investigation model could be potentially helpful to study the transmission of COVID-19, in other provinces of China except Hubei. Especially, the method may also be used in countries with the first confirmed case is imported.

BackgroundElective colorectal cancer (CRC) surgeries offer enhanced surgical outcomes but demand high self-efficacy in prehabilitation and competency in self-care and disease management postsurgery. Conventional strategies to meet perioperative needs have not been pragmatic, and there remains a pressing need for novel technologies that could improve health outcomes. ObjectiveThe aim of this paper was to describe the development of a smartphone-based interactive CRC self-management enhancement psychosocial program (iCanManage) in order to improve health outcomes among patients who undergo elective CRC surgeries and their family caregivers. MethodsA multidisciplinary international team comprising physicians, specialist nurses, a psychologist, software engineers, academic researchers, cancer survivors, patient ambassadors, and ostomy care medical equipment suppliers was formed to facilitate the development of this patient-centric digital solution. The process occurred in several stages: (1) review of current practice through clinic visits and on-site observations; (2) review of literature and findings from preliminary studies; (3) content development grounded in an underpinning theory; (4) integration of support services; and (5) optimizing user experience through improving interface aesthetics and customization. In our study, 5 participants with CRC performed preliminary assessments on the quality of the developed solution using the 20-item user version of the Mobile App Rating Scale (uMARS), which had good psychometric properties. ResultsBased on the collected uMARS data, the smartphone app was rated highly for functionality, aesthetics, information quality, and perceived impact, and moderately for engagement and subjective quality. Several limiting factors such as poor agility in the adoption of digital technology and low eHealth literacy were identified despite efforts to promote engagement and ensure ease of use of the mobile app. To overcome such barriers, additional app-training sessions, an instruction manual, and regular telephone calls will be incorporated into the iCanManage program during the trial period. ConclusionsThis form of multidisciplinary collaboration is advantageous as it can potentially streamline existing care paths and allow the delivery of more holistic care to the CRC population during the perioperative period. Should the program be found to be effective and sustainable, hospitals adopting this digital solution may achieve better resource allocation and reduce overall health care costs in the long run. African swine fever first broke out in mainland China in August 2018 and has caused a substantial loss to China’s pig industry. Numerous investigations have confirmed that trades and movements of infected pigs and pork products, feeding pigs with contaminative swills, employees, and vehicles carrying the virus are the main transmission routes of the African swine fever virus (ASFV) in mainland China. However, which transmission route is more risky and what is the specific transmission map are still not clear enough. In this study, we crawl the data related to pig farms and slaughterhouses from Baidu Map by writing the Python language and then construct the pig transport network. Following this, we establish an ASFV transmission model over the network based on probabilistic discrete-time Markov chains. Furthermore, we propose spatiotemporal backward detection and forward transmission algorithms in semi-directed weighted networks. Through the simulation and calculation, the risk of transmission routes is analyzed, and the results reveal that the infection risk for employees and vehicles with the virus is the highest, followed by contaminative swills, and the transportation of pigs and pork products is the lowest; the most likely transmission map is deduced, and it is found that ASFV spreads from northeast China to southwest China and then to west; in addition, the infection risk in each province at different times is assessed, which can provide effective suggestions for the prevention and control of ASFV.

In view of the rapid spread of African swine fever in Mainland China from 2018 to 2019, we used spatiotemporal statistical analysis methods to study the spatiotemporal transmission features of African swine fever. The results reveal that the hot spots of African swine fever were concentrated in some cities in Northeast and Southwest China. Seven spatiotemporal clusters of African swine fever were identified, and the most likely spatiotemporal cluster was located in the Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of QianNan in Guizhou Province, and the cluster date was from 19 June to 25 June 2019. The first secondary cluster covered five cities (Shenyang, Yingkou, Panjin, Anshan, and Liaoyang) in Liaoning Province from 1 August to 10 October 2018. In addition, from the global and local transmission direction and speed of African swine fever in Mainland China, the spatial transmission speed of ASF was found to be slow from August to October 2018, and fast from February to March 2019. Lastly, the global and local isolation and exposure of sites infected with ASF were calculated in Mainland China to reveal the infection risk of different susceptible sites and time periods.

Brucellosis, the most common zoonotic disease worldwide, represents a great threat to animal husbandry with the potential to cause enormous economic losses. Meanwhile, brucellosis is one of the major public-health problems in China, and the number of human brucellosis cases has increased dramatically in recent years. In order to show the main features of brucellosis transmission in China, we give a systematic review on the transmission dynamics of brucellosis including a series of mathematical models and their applications in China. For different situations, dynamical models of brucellosis transmission in single population and multiple populations are devised based on ordinary differential equations. Furthermore, we revealed the spatial-temporal characteristics and effective control measures of brucellosis transmission. The results may provide new perspectives for the prevention and control of other types of zoonoses.

Purpose: To report 15-year outcomes for dose-escalated intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) for localized prostate cancer (PC) by evaluating biochemical relapse, distant metastases, cancer-specific survival, and long-term toxicity. Methods and materials: A database search was conducted for the first cohort of patients treated at this institution with 81 or 86.4 Gy between 1996 and 1998 using IMRT. Toxicity data were scored according to the Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events version 3.0. Median follow-up was 11.6 years (range, 5-21 years). Results: In the study, 301 patients were treated with 81 Gy (n = 269, 89%) or 86.4 Gy (n = 32, 11%). Patients were analyzed by National Comprehensive Cancer Network risk group, with 29% low risk (LR), 49% intermediate risk (IR), and 22% high risk (HR). Late grade 3 gastrointestinal (GI) toxicity was seen in 3 patients (1.0%). No grade 4 GI toxicity events occurred. Median time from radiation therapy to late grade 3 GI toxicity was 2.9 years. One event occurred after 10 years. Late grade 3 and 4 genitourinary (GU) toxicity was seen in 6 (2.0%) and 1 (0.3%) patient, respectively. Median time to late grade 3+ GU toxicity was 5.5 years. Two events occurred after 10 years. In addition, 38 (12.6%) developed second primary malignancies (SPMs), 8 of which were in-field malignancies. Median time from radiation therapy to all SPM and in-field SPM was 10 years. The 15-year relapse-free survival was 76%, 65%, and 55% in the LR, IR, and HR groups, respectively. Distant metastases-free survival was 88%, 75%, and 63% for LR, IR, and HR patients, respectively. PC-specific mortality was 1.9%, 7.1%, and 12.2% for LR, IR, and HR patients. Conclusions: This report represents the longest follow-up data set to our knowledge of patients treated with high-dose IMRT for PC. Our findings indicate that it is well tolerated with 1.0% and 2.3% incidence of long-term grade 3+ GI and GU toxicity, respectively. The cohort had excellent PC-specific survival.

Brucellosis is one of the worlds major infectious and contagious bacterial disease. In order to study different types of brucellosis transmission models among sheep, we propose a deterministic model to investigate the transmission dynamics of brucellosis with the flock of sheep divided into basic ewes and other sheep. The global dynamical behavior of this model is given: including the basic repro-duction number, the existence and uniqueness of positive equilibrium, the global asymptotic stability of the equilibrium. We prove the uniqueness of positive endemic equilibrium through using proof by contradiction, and the global stability of endemic equilibrium by using Lyapunov function. Especially, we give the specific coefficients of global Lyapunov function, and show the calculation method of these specific coefficients. By running numerical simulations for the cases with the basic reproduction number to demonstrate the global stability of the equilibria and the unique endemic equilibrium, re-spectively. By some sensitivity analysis of the basic reproduction number on parameters, we find that vaccination rate of sheep and seropositive detection rate of recessive infected sheep are very important factor for brucellosis.

Background: Neutrophil percentage to albumin ratio (NPAR) has been shown to be correlated with the prognosis of various diseases. This study aimed to explore the effect of NPAR on the prognosis of patients in coronary care units (CCU). Method: All data in this study were extracted from the Medical Information Mart for Intensive Care III (MIMIC-III, version1.4) database. All patients were divided into four groups according to their NPAR quartiles. The primary outcome was in-hospital mortality. Secondary outcomes were 30-day mortality, 365-day mortality, length of CCU stay, length of hospital stay, acute kidney injury (AKI), and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT). A multivariate binary logistic regression analysis was performed to confirm the independent effects of NPAR. Cox regression analysis was performed to analyze the association between NPAR and 365-day mortality. The curve in line with overall trend was drawn by local weighted regression (Lowess). Subgroup analysis was used to determine the effect of NPAR on in-hospital mortality in different subgroups. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were used to evaluate the ability of NPAR to predict in-hospital mortality. Kaplan–Meier curves were constructed to compare the cumulative survival rates among different groups. Result: A total of 2364 patients in CCU were enrolled in this study. The in-hospital mortality rate increased significantly as the NPAR quartiles increased (p < 0.001). The Xishan coal mine area in Beijing, China has a long history of mining. Many landslide hazards, in addition to collapses and ground fractures, have occurred in this area. This study used multi-temporal satellite images to extract this region’s deformation information, identify landslides and analyze the deformation evolution process of these landslides. Taking the Anzigou ditch as an example, we investigate the “Quarry–Landslide–Mudslide” disaster chain model. We found that the landslide evolution process is closely related to the geological conditions, and usually goes through four stages: initial deformation, slope front swelling and collapsing, rear part connecting and rupturing, and landslide creeping. The surface deformation can be identified and tracked by high-resolution optical images and InSAR monitoring. Under the combined effects of rainfall and topographic conditions, medium and large landslides may occur and trigger a “Quarry–Landslide–Mudflow” disaster chain. The identification and analysis of these landslide hazards and the disaster chain help with geological disaster prevention, and provide reference for early identification and research of similar disasters.

China’s livestock output has been growing, but domestic livestock products such as beef, mutton and pork have been unable to meet domestic consumers’ demands. The imbalance between supply and demand causes unstable livestock prices and affects profits on livestock. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to provide the optimal breeding strategy for livestock farmers to maximize profits and adjust the balance between supply and demand. Firstly, when the price changes, livestock farmers will respond in two ways: by not adjusting the scale of livestock with the price or adjusting the scale with the price. Therefore, combining the model of price and the behavior of livestock farmers, two livestock breeding models were established. Secondly, we proposed four optimal breeding strategies based on the previously studied models and the main research method is Pontryagin’s Maximum Principle. Optimal breeding strategies are achieved by controlling the growth and output of livestock. Further, their existence was verified. Finally, we simulated two situations and found the most suitable strategy for both situations by comparing profits of four strategies. From that, we obtained several conclusions: The optimal strategy under constant prices is not always reasonable. The effect of price on livestock can promote a faster balance. To get more profits, the livestock farmers should adjust the farm’s productivity reasonably. It is necessary to calculate the optimal strategy results under different behaviors.

As of July 21, 2020, the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 had spread to almost all countries around the world and caused more than 14.8 million confirmed cases, owing to its high transmissibility and fast rate of spread. Of the infected locations, the Diamond Princess cruise ship is special in that it is an isolated system with a population highly concentrated in a limited space, providing particularly favorable conditions for the transmission of the novel coronavirus-associated pneumonia, COVID-19. The Japanese government's emergency measures for controlling the spread of COVID-19 on the cruise ship have also been questioned. In this paper we develop a homogeneous mixed difference system to describe the mechanism of transmission of COVID-19 on the cruise ship, reverse-predict the epidemic transmission trend from January 20 to February 20, 2020, including the daily number of infected people and the peak time of infection, estimate the range of the basic reproduction number of virus transmission on the cruise ship, and assess the effects of prevention and control measures. It is concluded that the isolation of people, along with rapid and comprehensive detection of infections, play an important role in controlling the epidemic. In fact, the Japanese government's emergency measures did have a certain effect on limiting the spread of COVID-19, but the number of infected people could have been reduced by at least 60% if all personnel on the cruise ship had been tested and isolated promptly as early as February 5.

Surfaces of gears under combined rolling and sliding motions may suffer a complicated wear process due to the transient time-varying effect along the meshing path. In this paper, a methodology for predicting the wear of tooth surfaces is developed for the spiral bevel gears. In the wear model, the machined surface roughness, mixed lubrication, friction, flash temperature and the dynamic behavior of gears are all considered. Tooth-Contact-Analysis (TCA) method is used to get the time-varying parameters of meshing points along the meshing path. By simulating real movement process, the material is removed according to the Arrhenius equation. First, the distribution of pressure and film thickness is obtained by solving the mixed EHL model. After that, the flash temperature can be computed by the point heat source integration method with the obtained pressure, film thickness and velocity vector. The material removal is based on surface temperature and sliding distance. The numerical results are compared to the ball-on-disk experiments to demonstrate the reasonableness of the present wear model. And it shows that the angle difference between velocity vectors has strong influences on the wear profile. Furthermore, the mechanism of surface wear evolution is investigated systematically in spiral bevel gears. The difference of the wear track between the pinion and gear surfaces is observed. Besides, in the meshing process of tooth surface, the wear along the meshing path is uneven, which appears to be much greater at the engaging-in and engaging-out areas. There is a position with maximum wear rate in the meshing process, and the position is affected by the load and speed.

Numerous studies have demonstrated that exposure to live poultry or live poultry markets is the significant risk factor for human infection with avian influenza A(H7N9). However, the specific live poultry markets that are major infection sources for A(H7N9) human cases have not been explored in detail. In this study, we extract data associated with poultry farms, live poultry markets and farmers' markets from Baidu Map using the JavaScript language and then construct the live poultry transport network. From this, we establish our A(H7N9) transmission model over the network based upon probabilistic discrete-time Markov chain. On the basis of the obtained network and model, we propose spatiotemporal backward detection and forward transmission algorithms to detect the most likely infection sources and to compute the first arrival times of the infection sources. Our simulations use these algorithms to identify the specific locations of the infection sources, the first arrival times of the infection sources and the most likely transmission map of the A(H7N9) virus along the live poultry transport network. The results reveal that, in addition to the hazards posed by the live poultry markets, backyard poultry also contributed to A(H7N9) human infections; this risk source was significant especially in the newly affected provinces, in the fifth wave of infection. In particular, by analyzing the temperature characteristics at a given location when the infection source arrived, we find that the risk of human infection with the influenza A(H7N9) virus was high under 9°C~19°C; moderate under 0°C~9°C or 19°C~25°C; and low for temperatures 25°C. Our results suggest that strengthening the supervision of the live poultry market system and immunizing poultry at both live poultry markets and the backyard poultry operations under the high risk temperature band of 9°C~19°C, will be able to significantly contribute to the control of avian influenza A(H7N9) in the future.

Periodic impact is a common phenomenon experienced by functional components. The mechanisms governing the adhesive wear growth caused by the periodic impact are not well understood, which limits the development of antiwear and lubricating behavior. In this work, the periodic impact action caused by rubbing surface velocity and contact load is studied in the sliding wear process under mixed lubrication condition. At each wear simulation circle, the material removal at each asperity contact location is evaluated and the surface topography is renewed correspondingly. The evolutions of friction and wear track are revealed during wear process. We find that the friction coefficient changes periodically caused by the periodic speed, and the wear rate increases almost linearly with either speed period or speed amplitude. The load impact results in an abrupt variation in friction coefficient, while it appears to be limited in adhesive wear state compared to speed, highlighting the critical role of velocity impact in wear formation.

In this study, the interactions of magnesium (Mg) atom and Mg(001) surface with different metal-atom-doped graphene were investigated using a density functional theory (DFT) method. For the interactions of magnesium with Al-, Mn-, Zn-, and Zr-doped and intrinsic graphene, it was found that the magnesium atoms were physisorbed into the hollow sites of the intrinsic graphene with only the smallest interaction energy (approximately −1.900 eV). However, the magnesium atoms tended to be chemisorbed on the doped graphene, which exhibited larger interaction energies and charge transfers. Additionally, the Zn-doped graphene displayed the largest interaction energy with the Mg atom (approximately −3.833 eV). For the interactions of Mg(001) with Al-, Mn-, Zn-, and Zr-doped and intrinsic graphene (intrinsic and doped graphene/Mg interface), doped atoms interacted with a Mg layer to make graphene wrinkle, resulting in a higher specific surface area and better stability. Mg–C chemical bonds were formed at the Al-, Zn-, and Zr-doped interface, and Mg–Mn chemical bonds were formed at the Mn-doped interface. This study provided the fundamental research for future research into doped atoms on graphene reinforced magnesium matrix composites.

Metal–organic framework (MOF) films are essential for numerous sensor and device applications. However, metal-organic framework materials have poor machinability due to their predominant powder-like nature, and their presence as the active layer in a device can seriously affect the performance and utility of the device. Herein, active layers of field-effect transistor (FETs) devices and chemiresistor gas sensors with high performance were constructed by loading Cu3(HITP)2 (HITP = 2,3,6,7,10,11-hexaiminotriphenylene) in situ-axial anchoring on oriented nanofiber arrays prepared via electrospinning. The strong interaction between polar groups on the polymer chains and metal ions promotes the nucleation of Cu3(HITP)2, steric hindrance makes particles of Cu3(HITP)2 with uniform size, morphology, and good crystallinity during nucleation by liquid phase epitaxial growth (LPE). Influences of differently-oriented Cu3(HITP)2 NFAs-based FETs on the electrical properties were studied, optimally oriented Cu3(HITP)2 NFAs-based FETs showed good mobility of 5.09 cm2/V·s and on/off ratio of 9.6 × 103. Moreover, excellent gas sensing response characteristics were exhibited in sensing volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Chemiresistor gas sensors with high response value, faster response and recovery are widely suited for VOCs. It brings new inspirations for the design and utilization of electrically conductive MOFs as an active layer for FETs and sensor units for chemiresistor gas sensors.
