Beach bar sand bodies are a relatively new type of reservoir in oil exploration where they can be found in the proximity of the source rock. In this study, the genetic type of sand bodies in the Upper Triassic Yanchang Formation in the southwest Ordos Basin is systematically studied through the observation of outcrops, core description, microscopic inspection of thin sections, along with petrophysical properties, mineralogy, and geochemical analysis of trace elements. The results showed that a new sedimentary type of beach bar sand bodies are developed in the Chang 82 submember of the Yanchang Formation, that are generally characterized with a flat bottom and convex top, where the contact interface between the bottom of the single sand body and mudstone is flat, and the bottom lacks erosion and filling structure. Moreover, a variety of wave‐induced sedimentary structures are developed, showing a reverse sedimentary sequence from fine to coarse grains. The structural and compositional maturity of the beach bar sand bodies are higher than that of the river channel sand body. Moreover, reservoir pore type is mainly comprised of intergranular pores, and the porosity and permeability of the samples retrieved from the sand body are much higher than that of the river channel sand body. Finally, the main controlling factors of the formation and preservation of beach bar sands are found to be the lake basin bottom topography, the base level cycle, and the stable paleo‐lake shoreline. During the Chang 82 submember depositional period, a large area where the beach bar sand bodies were deposited parallel to the lake shoreline in the southwest of the basin was created. Such depositional environments had suitable conditions to host large‐scale oil‐bearing reservoirs, as major exploration and development targets in the Ordos Basin in the future. Anti-GD2 antibody is a proven therapy for GD2-positive neuroblastoma. Monoclonal antibodies against GD2, such as chimeric mAb ch14.18, have become benchmarks for neuroblastoma therapies. Pain, however, can limit immunotherapy with anti-GD2 therapeutic antibodies like ch14.18. This adverse effect is attributed to acute inflammation via complement activation on GD2-expressing nerves. Thus, new strategies are needed for the development of treatment intensification strategies to improve the outcome of these patients.We established the mouse-human chimeric antibody c.8B6 specific to OAcGD2 in order to reduce potential immunogenicity in patients and to fill the need for a selective agent that can kill neuroblastoma cells without inducing adverse neurological side effects caused by anti-GD2 antibody immunotherapy. We further analyzed some of its functional properties compared with anti-GD2 ch14.18 therapeutic antibody. With the exception of allodynic activity, we found that antibody c.8B6 shares the same anti-neuroblastoma attributes as therapeutic ch14.18 anti-GD2 mAb when tested in cell-based assay and in vivo in an animal model.The absence of OAcGD2 expression on nerve fibers and the lack of allodynic properties of c.8B6-which are believed to play a major role in mediating anti-GD2 mAb dose-limiting side effects-provide an important rationale for the clinical application of c.8B6 in patients with high-risk neuroblastoma.

The currently leading oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) catalysts are non-precious metal electrocatalysts. However, porous structure engineering and accessibility of Fe–N–C sites still remain a huge challenge. Here, we developed hierarchically porous Fe–N–C catalysts for cathodes of Zn–air batteries using a gas diffusion strategy, which has dense active Fe–Nx moieties. The Fe-NCNF-120 catalyst provided high kinetic current density and mass activity towards the ORR, as well as a more positive initial potential and half-wave potential (Eonset = 1.00 V, E1/2 = 0.90 V). According to experiments, the outstanding ORR activity can be attributed to the organized micro- and mesoporous structure, enhanced intrinsic activity of dense and accessible active sites Fe–Nx, and the facilitated mass and electron transport by 3D interconnected pores. As the cathode for Zn–air batteries, Fe-NCNF-120 demonstrated high power density, a high open-circuit voltage, and excellent stability. The combination of inherent activity with dense and accessible spots in this work opens up new possibilities for the design and synthesis of effective electrocatalysts for energy storage and conversion.
