Abstract: Abstract Using e + e − annihilation data sets corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 4.5 fb −1, collected with the BESIII detector at center-of-mass energies between 4.600 and 4.699 GeV, we report the first measurements of the absolute branching fractions B Λ c + → p K L 0 $$ \mathcal{B}\left({\Lambda}_c^{+}\to p{K}_L^0\right) $$ = (1.67 ± 0.06 ± 0.04)%, B Λ c + → p K L 0 π + π − $$ \mathcal{B}\left({\Lambda}_c^{+}\to p{K}_L^0{\pi}^{+}{\pi}^{-}\right) $$ = (1.69 ± 0.10 ± 0.05)%, and B Λ c + → p K L 0 π 0 $$ \mathcal{B}\left({\Lambda}_c^{+}\to p{K}_L^0{\pi}^0\right) $$ = (2.02 ± 0.13 ± 0.05)%, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic. Combining with the known branching fractions of Λ c + → p K S 0 $$ {\Lambda}_c^{+}\to p{K}_S^0 $$ , Λ c + → p K S 0 π + π − $$ {\Lambda}_c^{+}\to p{K}_S^0{\pi}^{+}{\pi}^{-} $$ , and Λ c + → p K S 0 π 0 $$ {\Lambda}_c^{+}\to p{K}_S^0{\pi}^0 $$ , we present the first measurements of the K S 0 $$ {K}_S^0 $$ - K L 0 $$ {K}_L^0 $$ asymmetries R Λ c + K S , L 0 X = B Λ c + → K S 0 X − B Λ c + → K L 0 X B Λ c + → K S 0 X + B Λ c + → K L 0 X $$ R\left({\Lambda}_c^{+},{K}_{S,L}^0X\right)=\frac{\mathcal{B}\left({\Lambda}_c^{+}\to {K}_S^0X\right)-\mathcal{B}\left({\Lambda}_c^{+}\to {K}_L^0X\right)}{\mathcal{B}\left({\Lambda}_c^{+}\to {K}_S^0X\right)+\mathcal{B}\left({\Lambda}_c^{+}\to {K}_L^0X\right)} $$ in charmed baryon decays: R Λ c + p K S , L 0 = − 0.025 ± 0.031 $$ R\left({\Lambda}_c^{+},p{K}_{S,L}^0\right)=-0.025\pm 0.031 $$ , R Λ c + p K S , L 0 π + π − = − 0.027 ± 0.048 $$ R\left({\Lambda}_c^{+},p{K}_{S,L}^0{\pi}^{+}{\pi}^{-}\right)=-0.027\pm 0.048 $$ and R Λ c + p K S , L 0 π 0 = − 0.015 ± 0.046 $$ R\left({\Lambda}_c^{+},p{K}_{S,L}^0{\pi}^0\right)=-0.015\pm 0.046 $$ . No significant asymmetries with statistical significance are observed.

Abstract: Abstract The processes h c → γP (P = η′, η, π 0) are studied with a sample of (27.12 ± 0.14) × 108 ψ(3686) events collected by the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider. The decay h c → γη is observed for the first time with the significance of 9.0 σ, and the branching fraction is determined to be (3.77 ± 0.55 ± 0.13 ± 0.26) × 10 −4, while B $$ \mathcal{B} $$ (h c → γη′) is measured to be (1.40 ± 0.11 ± 0.04 ± 0.10) × 10 −3, where the first uncertainties are statistical, the second systematic, and the third from the branching fraction of ψ(3686) → π 0 h c . The combination of these results allows for a precise determination of R h c = B h c → γη B h c → γ η ′ , $$ {R}_{h_c}=\frac{\mathcal{B}\left({h}_c\to {\pi}^0\gamma \eta \right)}{\mathcal{B}\left({h}_c\to {\pi}^0\gamma {\eta}^{\prime}\right)}, $$ which is calculated to be (27.0 ± 4.4 ± 1.0)%. The results are valuable for gaining a deeper understanding of η − η′ mixing, and its manifestation within quantum chromodynamics. No significant signal is found for the decay h c → γπ 0, and an upper limit is placed on its branching fraction of B $$ \mathcal{B} $$ (h c → γπ 0) < 5.0 × 10 −5, at the 90% confidence level.

Abstract: Abstract Using e + e − collision data collected with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider at center-of-mass energies between 3.510 and 4.914 GeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 25 fb −1, we measure the Born cross sections for the process e + e − → K − Ξ ¯ + Λ / Σ 0 $$ {e}^{+}{e}^{-}\to {K}^{-}{\overline{\Xi}}^{+}\Lambda /{\Sigma}^0 $$ at thirty-five energy points with a partial-reconstruction strategy. By fitting the dressed cross sections of e + e − → K − Ξ ¯ + Λ / Σ 0 $$ {e}^{+}{e}^{-}\to {K}^{-}{\overline{\Xi}}^{+}\Lambda /{\Sigma}^0 $$ , evidence for ψ 4160 → K − Ξ ¯ + Λ $$ \psi (4160)\to {K}^{-}{\overline{\Xi}}^{+}\Lambda $$ is found for the first time with a significance of 4.4σ, including systematic uncertainties. No evidence for other possible resonances is found. In addition, the products of electronic partial width and branching fraction for all assumed resonances decaying into K − Ξ ¯ + Λ / Σ 0 $$ {K}^{-}{\overline{\Xi}}^{+}\Lambda /{\Sigma}^0 $$ are determined.

Abstract: Abstract Using e + e − collision data collected at the BESIII detector at center-of-mass energies between 4.128 and 4.226 GeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 7.33 fb −1, we determine the absolute branching fractions of fifteen hadronic D s + $$ {D}_s^{+} $$ decays with a double-tag technique. In particular, we make precise measurements of the branching fractions B D s + → K + K − π + = 5.49 ± 0.04 ± 0.07 % $$ \mathcal{B}\left({D}_s^{+}\to {K}^{+}{K}^{-}{\pi}^{+}\right)=\left(5.49\pm 0.04\pm 0.07\right)\% $$ , B D s + → K S 0 K + = 1.50 ± 0.01 ± 0.01 % $$ \mathcal{B}\left({D}_s^{+}\to {K}_S^0{K}^{+}\right)=\left(1.50\pm 0.01\pm 0.01\right)\% $$ and B D s + → K + K − π + π 0 = 5.50 ± 0.05 ± 0.11 % $$ \mathcal{B}\left({D}_s^{+}\to {K}^{+}{K}^{-}{\pi}^{+}{\pi}^0\right)=\left(5.50\pm 0.05\pm 0.11\right)\% $$ , where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second ones are systematic. The CP asymmetries in these decays are also measured and all are found to be compatible with zero.

Abstract: Abstract Using (27.12 ± 0.14) × 108 ψ(3686) events collected by the BESIII detector at the center-of-mass energy of s $$ \sqrt{s} $$ = 3.686 GeV, we search for the first time for two nonleptonic hyperon decays that change strangeness by two units, Ω − → Σ0 π − and Ω − → nK − . No significant signal is observed. The upper limits on their decay branching fractions are determined to be B $$ \mathcal{B} $$ (Ω − → Σ0 π − ) < 5.4 × 10 −4 and B $$ \mathcal{B} $$ (Ω − → nK − ) < 2.4 × 10 −4 at the 90% confidence level.

Abstract: Abstract Using 24.1 fb −1 of e + e − collision data collected with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider, the Born cross sections and effective form factors of the e + e − → Σ + Σ ¯ − $$ {e}^{+}{e}^{-}\to {\Sigma}^{+}{\overline{\Sigma}}^{-} $$ reaction are measured. The measurements are performed at center-of-mass energies ranging from 3.510 to 4.951 GeV. No significant evidence for the decay of the charmonium(-like) states, ψ(3770), ψ(4040), ψ(4160), Y(4230), Y(4360), ψ(4415), and Y(4660), into a Σ + Σ ¯ − $$ {\Sigma}^{+}{\overline{\Sigma}}^{-} $$ final state is observed. Consequently, upper limits for the products of the branching fractions and the electronic partial widths at the 90% confidence level are reported for these decays.

Abstract: Abstract Using (27.12 ± 0.14) × 108 ψ(3686) events collected with the BESIII detector at BEPCII, the decay of ψ(3686) → Ω − K + Ξ ¯ 0 $$ {\varOmega}^{-}{K}^{+}{\overline{\Xi}}^0 $$ + c.c. is observed for the first time. The branching fraction of this decay is measured to be B ψ 3686 → Ω − K + Ξ ¯ 0 + c . c . $$ {\mathcal{B}}_{\psi (3686)\to {\varOmega}^{-}{K}^{+}{\overline{\Xi}}^0+\textrm{c}.\textrm{c}.} $$ = (2.78 ± 0.40 ± 0.18) × 10 −6, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is systematic. Possible baryon excited states are searched for in this decay, but no evident intermediate state is observed with the current sample size.

Abstract: Abstract Using measurements from the Mars Atmosphere and Volatile EvolutioN mission, we investigate the densities of H+ (nH+), O+ (nO+), and O2+ (no2+), respectively, in the Martian magnetotail current sheet. We find that the current sheet when it is closer to the terminator than 0.75 Mars radii is mostly dominated by heavy ions ((nO++no2+)>2 nH+), regardless of the variation of the upstream solar wind, but that it is sometimes dominated by H+ (nH+ >2(nO++no2+)) at downstream distances exceeding 0.75 Mars radii. The occurrence rate of the dominant H+ weakly increases (and that of the heavy ions decreases) with solar wind density and dynamic pressure. Our results suggest that solar wind protons could enter the Martian tail and may become the dominant ion species in the current sheet, particularly when the solar wind density or dynamic pressure is high.

Abstract: Abstract This study presents a new spherical harmonic (SH) model of the crustal magnetic field of Mars, based on the magnetic field data set measured by the Mars Global Surveyor (MGS) and the Mars Atmosphere and Volatile EvolutioN (MAVEN) spacecraft. To minimize the influence of external fields due to solar wind interaction with Mars, we rejected data that were observed dayside and above an altitude of 500 km. The data points of MAVEN were reduced by using a proxy of solar wind activity that identified and rejected any data measured during magnetically disturbed intervals. We used a conventional least squares technique to estimate the Gauss coefficients fitted to the reduced data set and made a compromise between model misfit and model roughness by truncating the SH model at degree 110. This model is capable of representing crustal fields with a spatial resolution approaching ∼200 km at 120 km altitude and ∼260 km at the Martian surface. Since our model fits MAVEN's observational data better than previous models, especially the data obtained during MAVEN's low altitude periapsis passes, we conclude that it may more accurately approximate the low‐altitude crustal field. We calculate the crustal field power spectrum of various models and find that small‐scale fields at low altitudes were underestimated by most previous models. This new model could benefit future studies associated with the Martian crustal field and its interaction with the solar wind.

Abstract: Freeze-thaw cycle is a type of fatigue loading, and rock stress relaxation under freeze-thaw cycles takes into account the influence of the freeze-thaw cycle damage and deterioration. Rock stress relaxation under freeze-thaw cycles is one of the paramount issues in tunnel and slope stability research. To accurately describe the mechanical behaviour of stress relaxation of rocks under freeze-thaw, the software element is constructed based on the theory of fractional calculus to replace the ideal viscous element in the traditional element model. The freeze-thaw damage degradation of viscosity coefficient is considered. A new three-element model is established to better reflect the nonlinear stress relaxation behavior of rocks under freeze-thaw. The freeze-thaw and stress relaxation of rock are simulated by ABAQUS, the relevant model parameters are determined, and the stress relaxation equation of rock under freeze-thaw cycle is obtained based on numerical simulation results. The research shows that the test results are consistent with the calculated results, indicating that the constitutive equation can better describe the stress relaxation characteristics of rocks under freeze-thaw and provide theoretical basis for surrounding rock support in cold region.

Abstract: Prediction of the landslide development process is always a hot issue in landslide research. So far, many methods for landslide displacement series prediction have been proposed. The support vector machine (SVM) has been proved to be a novel algorithm with good performance. However, the performance strongly depends on the right selection of the parameters (C and γ) of the SVM model. In this study, we present an application of genetic algorithm and support vector machine (GA–SVM) method with parameter optimization in landslide displacement rate prediction. We selected a typical large-scale landslide in a hydro-electrical engineering area of southwest China as a case. On the basis of analyzing the basic characteristics and monitoring data of the landslide, a single-factor GA–SVM model and a multi-factor GA–SVM model of the landslide were built. Moreover, the models were compared with single-factor and multi-factor SVM models of the landslide. The results show that the four models have high prediction accuracies, but the accuracies of GA–SVM models are slightly higher than those of SVM models, and the accuracies of multi-factor models are slightly higher than those of single-factor models for the landslide prediction. The accuracy of the multi-factor GA–SVM models is the highest, with the smallest root mean square error (RMSE) of 0.0009 and the highest relation index (RI) of 0.9992.

13. Effect of Alcohol Fermented Feed on Lactating Performance, Blood Metabolites, Milk Fatty Acid Profile and Cholesterol Content in Holstein Lactating Cows

Abstract: A feeding experiment with 40 lactating Holstein cows and 4 dietary treatments was conducted to investigate supplementation with different levels of alcohol fermented feed to the TMR on lactating performance, blood metabolites, milk fatty acid profile and cholesterol concentration of blood and milk. Forty Holstein lactating cows (106±24 d post-partum; mean±SD) were distributed into four groups and randomly assigned to one of four treatments with each containing 10 cows per treatment. The treatment supplemented with TMR (DM basis) as the control (CON), and CON mixed with alcohol-fermented feeds (AFF) at a level of 5%, 10% and 15% of the TMR as T1, T2 and T3, respectively. Dry matter intake and milk yield were not affected by supplementation of AFF. An increased 4% FCM in the milk occurred in cows fed T3 diet compared with CON, while T1 and T2 diets decreased 4% FCM in a dose dependent manner. Supplementation of AFF increased the concentration of albumin, total protein (TP), ammonia, and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol in serum compared with CON. In contrast, supplementation with AFF clearly decreased concentration of blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and total cholesterol (TC) compare with CON. AFF supplementation increased the proportion of C18:1n9 and C18:2n6 compared to CON. A decrease in the concentration of saturated fatty acid (SFA) for T1, T2 and T3 resulted in an increased unsaturated fatty acid (USFA) to SFA ratio compared to CON. Concentration of cholesterol in milk fat was reduced in proportion to the supplemental level of AFF. Feeding a diet supplemented with a moderate level AFF to lactating cows could be a way to alter the feed efficiency and fatty acid profile of milk by increasing potentially human consumer healthy fatty acid without detrimental effects on feed intake and milk production. A substantially decreased cholesterol proportion in milk induced by supplementation AFF suggests that alcohol fermented feed may improve milk cholesterol levels without any negative effects in lactating cows.

14. Coercivity and nanostructure of melt-spun Ti-Fe-Co-B-based alloys

Abstract: Nanocrystalline Ti-Fe-Co-B-based alloys, prepared by melt spinning and subsequent annealing, have been characterized structurally and magnetically. X-ray diffraction and thermomagnetic measurements show that the ribbons consist of tetragonal Ti3(Fe,Co)5B2, FeCo-rich bcc, and NiAl-rich L21 phases; Ti3(Fe,Co)5B2, is a new substitutional alloy series whose end members Ti3Co5B2 and Ti3Fe5B2 have never been investigated magnetically and may not even exist, respectively. Two compositions are considered, namely Ti11+xFe37.5-0.5xCo37.5−0.5xB14 (x = 0, 4) and alnico-like Ti11Fe26Co26Ni10Al11Cu2B14, the latter also containing an L21-type alloy. The volume fraction of the Ti3(Fe,Co)5B2 phase increases with x, which leads to a coercivity increase from 221 Oe for x = 0 to 452 Oe for x = 4. Since the grains are nearly equiaxed, there is little or no shape anisotropy, and the coercivity is largely due to the magnetocrystalline anisotropy of the tetragonal Ti3(Fe,Co)5B2 phase. The alloy containing Ni, Al, and Cu exhibits a magnetization of 10.6 kG and a remanence ratio of 0.59. Our results indicate that magnetocrystalline anisotropy can be introduced in alnico-like magnets, adding to shape anisotropy that may be induced by field annealing.

15. A New Transmissibility Based Indicator of Local Variation in Structure and Its Application for Damage Detection

Abstract: The presence of damage in engineering structures could usually cause local variation in stiffness or damping, and therefore it is meaningful to detect the variation as early as possible for protecting the engineering structure from serious damage. In the study, a novel method is developed to detect and locate the local variation in stiffness and damping for structures based on transmissibility. Some important properties of transmissibility are first analytically revealed and, further, a variation detection indicator is proposed to locate the variation. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by numerical studies and the usefulness of it is demonstrated by application for detecting crack position in beam structures. The results show that the proposed new method has better performance than the three conventional transmissibility based methods when considering different frequency bands and noise.

Abstract: Contrast transfer function (CTF) is a vital function in transmission electron microscopy (TEM). It expresses to what extent amplitudes converted from the phase changes of the diffracted waves contribute to the TEM image, including the effects of lens aberrations. Simulation is very helpful to understand the application of the function thoroughly. In this work, we develop the CTFscope as a component in the Landyne software suite, to calculate the CTF with temporal and spatial dumping envelopes for conventional TEM and to extend it to various aberrations (up to fifth order) for aberration-corrected (AC)-TEM. It also includes effects on the CTF and imaging due to the objective aperture and image drift for tutorial purposes. The CTFscope has a user-friendly graphical interface for simulation, visualization, saving, and loading of the microscopy conditions and results. It can be used to explore instrumental performance information due to optical aberrations, effects on the resolution of a TEM and AC-TEM, and for teaching electron microscopy courses.

Abstract: The ECERIFERUM (CER) gene family plays an important role in wax biosynthesis. However, little is known about the CER gene family in jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Mill.). We identified 29 CER genes in the Z. jujuba genome and named them ZjCER1 to ZjCER29 according to their chromosomal locations. We then investigated the chemical characteristics, gene structures, and evolutionary relationships of these ZjCER genes. The genes were classified into three clades according to their phylogenetic relationship with Arabidopsis thaliana and Malus domestica. One pair of syntenic orthologous CER genes was matched between Z. jujuba and M. domestica. Analysis of conserved gene motifs revealed similar motifs within clades; 27 ZjCER genes had two or more introns. Twelve representative ZjCER genes showed different expression patterns in two Z. jujuba cultivars with contrasting cracking-resistant character. To further analyze the potential roles of ZjCER genes in response to various circumstances, we examined a 2.0 kb promoter region of the candidate ZjCER genes. All ZjCER genes except ZjCER28 shared a light-responsive element, and most shared hormone-related cis-elements. Our results provide rich resources for studying CER genes and potential clues for genetic improvement of jujube wax biosynthesis for improvement of cracking in Z. jujuba fruit.

Abstract: Prostate cancer (PCa) is one of the most diagnosed cancers in men worldwide. Several studies have identified that circular RNAs (circRNAs) have a crucial impact on the biological processes in PCa. Therefore, it is necessary to study the molecular mechanism of circRNAs in tumor progression and metastasis. RNA interference was used to decrease circHIPK3 and MTDH expression. Overexpression vector was used to increase circHIPK3 and MTDH expression. Luciferase reporter assay were used to detect the relationship between circHIPK3 and miR-448 or between miR-448 and MTDH. MTT assay, colony formation assay and transwell assay were used to measure proliferation and migration of PCa cells. Circular RNA circHIPK3 was significantly increased in PCa tissues and cell lines. And overexpression of circHIPK3 promoted the migration, proliferation, and invasion of PC-3 and 22Rv1 cells, while knockdown of circHIPK3 markedly repressed the above-mentioned series of biological processes. Furthermore, circHIPK3 promoted metadherin (MTDH) expression by sponging miR‐448. In vivo experiments, it was also found that overexpression of circHIPK3 significantly promoted tumor growth. Our research shows that circHIPK3 plays a carcinogenic effect in PCa by regulating the miR-448/MTDH axis, indicating that circHIPK3 may be a potential therapeutic target for PCa.

Abstract: A new species of the copepod genus Stygiopontius is described based on samples from a cold seep in northeastern South China Sea southwest to Taiwan, which were collected by the ROV Faxian with its mother vessel R/V Kexue in September 2017. The copepods were obtained by washing Shinkaia crosnieri Baba & Williams, 1998 (Decapoda: Munidopsidae) caught at a depth of 1124 m. The new species can be distinguished from its congeners by the combination of the following characteristics: caudal rami about 3.5 times as long as wide; basis of maxilliped with plumose seta, endopodal claw of maxilliped stout, with a row of fine spinules on inner margin; coxa of leg 1 with one inner seta; basis of leg 1 with stout spine exceeding to end of first endopodal segment; second endopodal segment of female leg 4 with pointed process; third exopodal segment of leg 4 with three outer spines. This is the first record of a Stygiopontius species from a cold seep.

Abstract: To determine the physicians'compliance of hour-1 bundle for sepsis. A management system of hour-1 bundle for sepsis was established. The clinical data of 286 sepsis patients were collected, who were classified into 3 months before the bundle (control group), 9 months during process (observation group) and 3 months after bundle (study group). The compliance of hour-1 bundle implementation was compared in three groups. Abstract: The converging waveguide antennas have great potential in fracturing rocks at relatively low microwave power outputs and short exposure times comparing to the standard waveguide and horn antennas. This article presents the design process of a converging waveguide antenna considering the maximum temperature, the volume characteristics of the high temperature zone and the effective working distance. It is decided that the waveguide with an aperture height of 30 mm is the optimal design. The antenna was then manufactured and used for surface radiation tests on a biotite diorite at low power levels. Non-destructive tests including temperature measurement, crack pattern characterisation, ultrasonic velocity tests, Schmidt hammer rebound tests and rock breakage tests using pneumatic and hydraulic hammers were performed to quantify the thermal damage and the weakening effect. The tests results show the converging waveguide antenna is efficient in fracturing the biotite diorite. The cracks are in the radial pattern. The maximum P-wave velocity and rebound number reductions on the radiation face are 22.7% and 22.6% for the specimens heated at 6 kW for 4 min, and the maximum P-wave velocity reduction is 54% in the lateral direction. Rock breakage tests on microwave specimens using impact hammers demonstrated that microwave treatment substantially improves the mechanical rock breakage efficiency.

Abstract: The application of day surgery on thoracic surgery is just started, and the innovation of surgical robots and their application on thoracic surgery bring new opportunities to the development of thoracic day surgery. However, the clinical practice of robot-assisted thoracic day surgery (RTDS) in China still has challenges and disagreements. Based on the experience of domestic experts in the field of RTDS clinical practice, this review discussed several key points of RTDS, including the future direction of RTDS, adjusting the indications according to their own conditions for the institutions carrying out RTDS, the robot-assisted advantage of RTDS being brought into play during the operation, and the perfect post-discharge follow-up mechanism being an important guarantee for the safe development of RTDS, to promote the application progress of RTDS in China.日间手术在胸外科领域的应用目前仍处于起步阶段，而近年来机器人辅助胸腔镜手术在胸外科的应用为胸外科日间手术的推广普及带来了新的契机。但目前国内机器人胸外科日间手术（RTDS）的临床应用仍存在诸多挑战与分歧。本文立足国内相关领域专家在RTDS临床实践中的心得体会，讨论了RTDS目前的焦点问题，从RTDS未来方向、开展RTDS的机构可根据自身条件调整适应证、减少创伤、严格出院标准、完善出院后随访机制5个方面予以探讨，以期促进RTDS在国内应用的普及与进步。.

Abstract: Prostate cancer (PCa) is one of the most diagnosed cancers in men worldwide. Several studies have identified that circular RNAs (circRNAs) have a crucial impact on the biological processes in PCa. Therefore, it is necessary to study the molecular mechanism of circRNAs in tumor progression and metastasis.RNA interference was used to decrease circHIPK3 and MTDH expression. Overexpression vector was used to increase circHIPK3 and MTDH expression. Luciferase reporter assay were used to detect the relationship between circHIPK3 and miR-448 or between miR-448 and MTDH. MTT assay, colony formation assay and transwell assay were used to measure proliferation and migration of PCa cells.Circular RNA circHIPK3 was significantly increased in PCa tissues and cell lines. And overexpression of circHIPK3 promoted the migration, proliferation, and invasion of PC-3 and 22Rv1 cells, while knockdown of circHIPK3 markedly repressed the above-mentioned series of biological processes. Furthermore, circHIPK3 promoted metadherin (MTDH) expression by sponging miR-448. In vivo experiments, it was also found that overexpression of circHIPK3 significantly promoted tumor growth.Our research shows that circHIPK3 plays a carcinogenic effect in PCa by regulating the miR-448/MTDH axis, indicating that circHIPK3 may be a potential therapeutic target for PCa.

Abstract: Due to the nonlinearity of breathing crack, cracked structure under excitation of a single frequency always generates higher harmonic components. In this paper, operational deflection shape (ODS) at excitation frequency and its higher harmonic components are used to map the deflection pattern of cracked structure. While ODS is sensitive to local variation of structure in nature, a new concept named transmissibility of operational deflection shape (TODS) has been defined for crack localization using beam-like structure. The transmissibility indicates the energy transfer from basic frequency to higher frequency. Then, Teager energy operator (TEO) is employed as a singularity detector to reveal and characterize the features of TODS. Numerical and experimental analysis in cantilever beam show that TODS has strong sensitivity to crack and can locate the crack correctly.

Abstract: To investigate the protective effect of ticagrelor on the myocardium of patients with ST-elevated acute coronary syndrome accompanied by diabetes mellitus.210 patients with diabetes mellitus receiving emergency percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) due to ST-elevated acute coronary syndrome from December 2014 to June 2018 in the Hospital were selected and randomly divided into ticagrelor group and clopidogrel group. The myocardial microcirculation perfusion was evaluated via ST-segment elevation resolution (STR) in electrocardiogram (ECG) and myocardial blush grade (MBG). Myocardial necrosis markers, including creatine kinase (CK), CK-MB, and cardiac troponin I (cTnI), were evaluated. Moreover, the cardiac function was assessed using brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) level and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF). Finally, patients were followed up for one month on average, and the adverse cardiovascular and bleeding events were recorded.The results showed that CK, CK-MB, cTnI, and BNP levels in ticagrelor group were lower than those in clopidogrel group, and the differences were statistically significant (p0.05). Thrombolysis in myocardial infarction (TIMI) flow grading after the operation had no statistically significant difference between the two groups, and the usage rate of tirofiban in ticagrelor group was lower than that in clopidogrel group (p0.05). Besides, the myocardial microcirculation perfusion level after the operation in ticagrelor group was significantly higher than that in clopidogrel group. The proportions of STR ≥50% in ECG and MBG2 in ticagrelor group were significantly higher than those in clopidogrel group (p0.01). The incidence rate of mild bleeding in ticagrelor group was higher than that in clopidogrel group (p0.05).The application of ticagrelor in the treatment of ST-elevated acute coronary syndrome accompanied by diabetes mellitus can increase the level of myocardial microcirculation perfusion and improve the left heart function.

Abstract: To explore the effect of miR-543-3p on the recovery of locomotor function after spinal cord injury (SCI) by regulating tumor necrosis factor superfamily member 15 (TNFSF15) mediated inflammation and apoptosis.Macrophages were isolated from the abdominal cavity of 2-3 months old Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats and cultured. The levels of miR-543-3p, tumor necrosis factor superfamily member 15 (TNFSF15), TNF-like molecule 1A (TL1A) and nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells (NF-κB) after transfection of miR-92b-5p into activated macrophages were detected by quantitative Real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). Moreover, the mRNA expressions of miR-543-3p, TNFSF15, TL1A and NF-κB after SCI in rats were detected by qRT-PCR. Meanwhile, the protein expressions of tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), interleukin-1 β (IL-1β) and Caspase8 were detected by Western blot. After intrathecal injection of miR-543-3p mimics, the mRNA expressions of miR-543-3p, TNFSF15, TL1A and NF-κB and the protein expressions of TNF-α, IL-1β and Caspase8 in spinal cord injured area of mice were measured by qRT-PCR and Western blot, respectively. Basso Beattie Bresnahan (BBB) locomotor rating scale was used to determine the recovery of locomotor function after spinal cord injury and injection of miR-543-3p mimics.Compared with inactivated cells, the expression of miR-543-3p in activated macrophages was significantly declined. However, the levels of TNFSF15, TL1A and NF-κB were significantly elevated. The expressions of TNFSF15, TL1A and NF-κB were remarkably downregulated after transfection of miR-543-3p. In addition, the level of miR-543-3p was significantly downregulated, accompanied by an increase in TNFSF15, TL1A and NF-κB in SCI rats. Accordingly, the protein levels of TNF-α and IL-1β and Caspase8 were also significantly increased. However, the expressions of TNFSF15, TL1A and NF-κB were significantly down-regulated in rats injected with miR-543-3p mimics, whereas the protein levels of TNF-α and IL-1β and Caspase8 were significantly suppressed. Finally, compared with SCI group, the recovery of locomotor function in miR-543-3p mimics administration group was significantly improved.After SCI, miR-543-3p can inhibit the activity of NF-κB by suppressing the inflammatory aggravation of TNFSF15 and decreasing its product TL1A. MiR-543-3p leads to the improvement of neuron protection and locomotor function via attenuating inflammatory reaction and cell apoptosis.

Abstract: In the present study, hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin-polyvinylpyrrolidone-loaded resveratrol nanofibers were prepared via electrospinning to achieve higher water solubility of resveratrol. The hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin-polyvinylpyrrolidone-loaded resveratrol electrospinning nanofibers were characterized with scanning electron microscopy, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, and ultraviolet irradiation test. Results obtained indicated successful encapsulation of resveratrol in hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin- polyvinylpyrrolidone nanofibers, the diameter of the fiber could reach nanoscale and resveratrol existed in an amorphous state. The ultraviolet irradiation test demonstrated that the resveratrol electrospinning nanofibers were more stable than pure resveratrol when exposed to ultraviolet light. The solubility test indicated that the resveratrol electrospinning nanofibers had better water-solubility than pure resveratrol. Furthermore, the in vitro release study indicated that resveratrol electrospinning nanofibers achieved slow and sustained resveratrol release.

Abstract: A new macrocyclic oxamido-nickle(II) complex Na2NiL was synthesized. L denotes the doubly deprotonated forms of (13Z, 19Z)-16-methyl-6,7-dioxo-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrotriben-zo[b,f,l][1,4,8,11]tetraazacyclotetradecine- 13,20-dicarboxylate. Based on the complex ligand Ni(L2–), two heterometallic complexes [Ca2(NiL)2(H2O)8] · 10H2O (I) and [Co(NiL)2(H2O)2][Co(H2O)6] · 2.8H2O (II) were prepared. X-ray single crystal analyses (CCDC nos. 914618 (I), 914616 (II)) revealed that [Ca2(NiL)2(H2O)8] in I is a molecular box and the trinuclear complex anion [Co(NiL)2(H2O)2]2–in II is centrosymmetric. Thermogravimetric analyses showed that I exhibited moderately good stability and Co(II) catalyzed the thermal decomposition of II.
