Ganodermataceae is one of the main families of macrofungi since species in the family are both ecologically and economically important. The double-walled basidiospores with ornamented endospore walls are the characteristic features of Ganodermataceae. It is a large and complex family; although many studies have focused on Ganodermataceae, the global diversity, geographic distribution, taxonomy and molecular phylogeny of Ganodermataceae still remained incompletely understood. In this work, taxonomic and phylogenetic studies on worldwide species of Ganodermataceae were carried out by morphological examination and molecular phylogenetic analyses inferred from six gene loci including the internal transcribed spacer regions (ITS), the large subunit of nuclear ribosomal RNA gene (nLSU), the second largest subunit of RNA polymerase II gene (rpb2), the translation elongation factor 1-αgene (tef1), the small subunit mitochondrial rRNA gene (mtSSU) and the small subunit nuclear ribosomal RNA gene (nSSU). A total of 1 382 sequences were used in the phylogenetic analyses, of which 817 were newly generated, including 132 sequences of ITS, 139 sequences of nLSU, 83 sequences of rpb2, 124 sequences of tef1, 150 sequences of mtSSU and 189 sequences of nSSU. The combined six-gene dataset included sequences from 391 specimens representing 146 taxa from Ganodermataceae. Based on morphological and phylogenetic analyses, 14 genera were confirmed in Ganodermataceae: Amauroderma, Amaurodermellus, Cristataspora, Foraminispora, Furtadoella, Ganoderma, Haddowia, Humphreya, Magoderna, Neoganoderma, Sanguinoderma, Sinoganoderma, Tomophagus and Trachydermella. Among these genera, Neoganoderma gen. nov. is proposed for Ganoderma neurosporum; Sinoganoderma gen. nov. is proposed for Ganoderma shandongense; Furtadoella gen. nov. is proposed to include taxa previously belonging to Furtadoa since Furtadoa is a homonym of a plant genus in the Araceae; Trachydermella gen. nov. is proposed to include Trachyderma tsunodae since Trachyderma is a homonym of a lichen genus in the Pannariaceae. Twenty-three new species, viz., Ganoderma acaciicola, G. acontextum, G. alpinum, G. bubalinomarginatum, G. castaneum, G. chuxiongense, G. cocoicola, G. fallax, G. guangxiense, G. puerense, G. subangustisporum, G. subellipsoideum, G. subflexipes, G. sublobatum, G. tongshanense, G. yunlingense, Haddowia macropora, Sanguinoderma guangdongense, Sa. infundibulare, Sa. longistipitum, Sa. melanocarpum, Sa. microsporum and Sa. tricolor are described. In addition, another 33 known species are also described in detail for comparison. Scanning electron micrographs of basidiospores of 10 genera in Ganodermataceae are provided. A key to the accepted genera of Ganodermataceae and keys to the accepted species of Ganoderma, Haddowia, Humphreya, Magoderna, Sanguinoderma and Tomophagus are also provided. In total, 278 species are accepted as members of Ganodermataceae including 59 species distributed in China.

We report a unique case of a 25-year-old man who was incidentally identified to have a mass in the left adrenal gland region by computerized tomography scan. The image revealed a 1.8 × 1.6 cm, well-defined adrenal mass with moderately homogeneous enhancement. The mass was laparoscopically completely removed, and the diagnosis of a solid variant glomus tumor of the adrenal gland was rendered. There were no histologic features indicating atypia or malignance and no primary tumors anywhere else. The patient was free of disease at the 6-month follow-up. To our knowledge, this is the first case of primary adrenal glomus tumor described in the literature.

BCOR-CCNB3 fusion sarcoma is a recently described undifferentiated sarcoma with a novel recurrent inversion of 2 nearby genes BCOR and CCNB3. It typically affects bone and soft tissues of the pelvis, extremity, and paraspinal region and pursues variable clinical course. Primary renal BCOR-CCNB3 fusion sarcoma is very rare, and only a small number of cases have been documented. Accurate diagnosis is often challenging, and there is not any agreement for the treatment of this entity due to its rarity. We report findings of primary renal BCOR-CCNB3 fusion sarcoma in a 16-year-old boy with a brief review of the literature.

The human heart is composed of various cell types with distinct embryonic origins and functions. Having an understanding of the components of the developing heart at a molecular level should provide better insights into its function in health and disease. Current single cell studies of human fetal hearts are limited by low cell numbers and poor cell type resolution. Here, we aimed to increase the number of cells studied while adding a spatial resolution. We analysed human hearts aged between post conception weeks of 8 and 11, where apex and base in each were processed, providing spatial resolution on cells constituting the myocardium and the great vessels. Our analysis suggests 6 main cell types in the developing hearts with a total of 28 subtypes and provides a differential expression signature for similar cell types with different origins and anatomical locations, including the smooth muscle cells and endothelial cells of the myocardium and the great vessels. Through immunohistochemistry, we validated our findings on these subtypes, as well as on the cells that were less clearly described before, such sinoatrial node cells or resident macrophages. Cell to cell interaction analysis inferred distinct molecular crosstalk across subtypes, including the cells of the great vessels or the vessels of the myocardium. Our findings suggest a list of transcription factors that might be involved in governing the identity of these cells. Collectively, our analysis provides a better understanding of human heart development, and will inform studies into disease modelling and disease progression. With the development of instrument, equipment and surgical skills, especially the emergence of a series of high-level medical evidence, the laparoscopic techniques in the field of gastric surgery has been further expanded. Totally laparoscopic total gastrectomy (TLTG) has certain technical difficulties, and more challenges are reflected in the digestive tract reconstruction. The use of linear staplers has reduced the difficulty of digestive tract reconstruction to a certain extent and has strongly promoted the transition from laparoscopic-assisted total gastrectomy to TLTG. However, for TLTG, there are still many details that should be carefully concerned, so as to effectively avoid the surgical pitfalls and ensure the fluency and safety of the procedure. In this article, we discuss the surgical details based on our own experiences, including how to obtain surgical field exposure well, how to manage specific accidents when using linear stapler for esophagojejunostomy, how to prevent intra-abdominal hernias and Roux stasis syndrome, and how to prevent the stapled lines of the esophageal or jejunal stumps from direct contact with aorta.完全腹腔镜全胃切除术（TLTG）具有一定的技术难度，而更多的挑战体现在消化道重建环节。线型吻合器的使用，在一定程度上降低了消化道重建的难度，并有力推动了全胃切除术由腹腔镜辅助向完全腹腔镜的过渡。但在实施完全腹腔镜全胃切除术中，应用线型吻合器完成消化道重建仍有许多细节需要关注。笔者通过分享自身经验和教训并结合相关文献，对TLTG中应用线型吻合器完成消化道重建的诸多技术细节进行了剖析，包括与术野显露相关的技术细节、应用线型吻合器行食管空肠吻合术发生特有意外事件相关的技术细节、与腹内疝及Roux淤滞综合征相关的操作细节以及食管或空肠残端钉合线（缝钉）的处理细节等，为有效规避陷阱、确保手术的流畅与安全提供了切合实际、行之有效的临床参考。.

女性生殖道血管周上皮样细胞肿瘤（PEComa）近年来逐渐成为妇科病理学中的研究热点，其在组织学、免疫表型以及分子遗传学特点上均具有明显的异质性，且鉴别诊断谱系宽阔，诊断误区和陷阱也较多，准确的诊断和预后评估具有重要的临床病理意义。女性生殖道PEComa的诊断需要具有典型的组织学和免疫表型特征，而整合分子遗传学检测手段将有助于进一步精准区分PEComa与其他具有黑色素分化的女性生殖道间叶性肿瘤。结合近年来的相关文献以及日常诊断经验，该文简要介绍女性生殖道PEComa的临床病理新进展，着重强调其组织学诊断和鉴别诊断，分子遗传学特征以及生物学行为的评估，以期加深国内病理医师对该肿瘤的认识。.

In the present work, Hall Effect gas sensors based on SnO2 nanowires for Hydrogen detection have been investigated. The SnO2 nanowires were synthesized on stainless steel mesh in a horizontal electrical furnace, and XRD, SEM, FESEM, XPS were employed to analyze the crystallographic structure, the morphology, and the SnO2 nanowires electron binding energy of SnO2 nanowires. The results indicate that the SnO2 nanowires synthesized at 950 °C are single crystals with rutile structure, 30 nm in diameter with hundreds of microns in length and composed of only Sn and O. The Hall Effect gas sensor fabricated from SnO2 nanowires showed the peak response of 7.81 towards 1000 ppm H2 under the optimal operating temperature of 125 °C and reversible response to H2 at different operating temperatures and H2 concentrations. In addition, the plausible response mechanism of the Hall Effect gas sensor based on SnO2 was discussed. The results demonstrate that the Hall Effect gas sensor based on SnO2 nanowires is very promising for the fabrication of cost effective and high-performance gas sensors.

A child suffering from cancer can be considerably stressful for parents, exerting a negative impact on their psychological well-being and quality of life. This study explored the relationships between resilience and quality of life in parents of children with cancer. We recruited 146 parents of children with cancer in two tertiary hospitals in mainland China. The results revealed that greater parental resilience was associated with better quality of life. It is essential to develop interventions that can enhance resilience for parents of children with cancer, thereby improving their quality of life. ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT03631485

We carried out a cyanopolyyne line survey towards a large sample of HMSFRs using the Shanghai Tian Ma 65m Radio Telescope (TMRT). Our sample consisted of 123 targets taken from the TMRT C band line survey. It included three kinds of sources, namely those with detection of the 6.7 GHz CH3OH maser alone, with detection of the radio recombination line (RRL) alone, and with detection of both (hereafter referred to as Maser-only, RRL-only, and Maser-RRL sources, respectively). We detected HC3N in 38 sources, HC5N in 11 sources, and HC7N in G24.790+0.084, with the highest detection rate being found for Maser-RRL sources and a very low detection rate found for RRL-only sources. Their column densities were derived using the rotational temperature measured from the NH3 lines. And we constructed and fitted the far-infrared (FIR) spectral energy distributions. Based on these, we derive their dust temperatures, H2 column densities, and abundances of cyanopolyynes relative to H2. The detection rate, the column density, and the relative abundance of HC3N increase from Maser-only to Maser-RRL sources and decrease from Maser-RRL to RRL-only sources. This trend is consistent with the proposed evolutionary trend of HC3N under the assumption that our Maser-only, Maser-RRL, and RRL-only sources correspond to massive young stellar objects, ultra-compact HII regions, and normal classical HII regions, respectively. Furthermore, a statistical analysis of the integrated line intensity and column density of HC3N and shock-tracing molecules (SiO, H2CO) enabled us to find positive correlations between them. This suggests that HC3N may be another tracer of shocks, and should therefore be the subject of further observations and corresponding chemical simulations. This project aims to elucidate the diagnostic and prognostic values of PPM1D in osteosarcoma and the molecular mechanism.PPM1D levels in osteosarcoma and adjacent tissues were detected. Pathological information of included osteosarcoma patients was collected for analyzing the relationship between PPM1D and prognosis of osteosarcoma. Regulatory effects of PPM1D on in vivo and in vitro progressions of osteosarcoma were assessed by generating xenograft model in nude mice and PPM1D knockdown models in MG63 and U2OS cells, respectively. The involvement of PKP2, the target gene of PPM1D in osteosarcoma progression was finally evaluated.PPM1D was upregulated in osteosarcoma tissues than adjacent ones. High level of PPM1D indicated higher risks of distant metastasis and worse prognosis in osteosarcoma. In vivo knockdown of PPM1D contributed to a delay in tumor growth of osteosarcoma in nude mice. PKP2, as the downstream gene targeting PPM1D, was highly expressed in osteosarcoma tissues and positively correlated to PPM1D level. The overexpression of PKP2 was able to abolish the inhibited proliferative and migratory abilities in osteosarcoma cells with PPM1D knockdown.PPM1D triggers proliferative and migratory abilities of osteosarcoma by positively regulating PKP2, which can be served as an effective diagnostic marker for osteosarcoma in the early phase.

With the rapid development of microelectronics, computer, sensor and communication technology, the measuring and controlling of hydraulic structures has gradually realized automation and intelligent information collection will be more and more perfect. As a commonly used hydraulic structure, sluice gate needs to be combined with modern technology to provide basic data and control flow in more scientific and efficient ways. Different discharge methods are available to determine discharge under sluice gates. The present paper designs a new float type float and proposes a way to measure the discharge through the gate. This paper compares the new equation of (Q) with (e/H) under free flow condition with proposed equations by other researchers. The results shows that other equations fail to accurately determine the flow rate for the cases of free flow, while employing the new proposed equations can result in more accurate discharge estimation within the given ranges of the experimental study. The development of velocity profile under sluice gate is examined, and the effects of shear stress are studied. The new method can be used to predict the performance of sluice gates with different sizes under free -flow situations. These results may attract and guide numerical modelers of flow. A free flow automation measuring and controlling system based on single chip microcomputer and sensor can be designed, which will be application of computer, sensors and other modern technology. Thus realizing scientific water management, optimal allocation and accurate measurement of water resources.

Fructans play vital roles in enhancing plant abiotic stress tolerance by reducing oxidative damage, stabilizing cell membranes, improving the osmotic adjustment capacity, and lowering the freezing point. In this study, a sucrose: fructan-6-fructosyltransferase (6-SFT) gene involved in the synthesis of fructans was isolated from Dasypyrum villosum, Dv-6-SFT, using genomic walking and reverse transcription (RT)-PCR. Alignment of the cDNA sequence with its genomic counterpart showed that no introns were present in the Dv-6-SFT gene, and thus it differs from all other plant 6-SFTs that have been cloned previously. Sequence analysis showed that the cDNA of the Dv-6-SFT sequence comprised 2 175 bp with a 1 863 bp open reading frame, and its deduced protein comprised 620 amino acids with a predicted molecular mass of 68.47 kDa. The Dv-6-SFT gene was transferred into tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.) cv. W38 via Agrobacterium-mediated transformation. The screened plants were tested by PCR and semi-quantitative RT-PCR, and the transgenic plants were evaluated under drought, cold, and salt stresses. The Dv-6-SFT transgenic tobacco plants had higher resistance to drought, cold, and salt stress than the non-transgenic plants. Further analysis showed that the transgenic plant expressing Dv-6-SFT had increased content of saccharides and proline, but reduced content of malondialdehyde in leaves. The results of this study demonstrate that the Dv-6-SFT gene is a potential candidate for conferring abiotic stress tolerance in plants and it could be used in crop improvement breeding programs.

Beta-glucosidase (GBA), also known as acid β-glucosidase, exhibits an activity of glucosylceramidase (EC 3.2.1.45). Three main isoforms of β-glucosidases have been identified in mammals: GBA1, GBA2, and GBA3. The deficiency of these enzymes leads to glucosylceramide accumulation, resulting in Gaucher's disease. The present study is focused on the cytosolic β-glucosidase, GBA3, and its relationship with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The expression of GBA3 mRNA in HCC was evaluated first using the TCGA database, and then by immunohistochemistry using tissue microarrays of 328 clinically characterized HCC samples and 151 non-tumor liver controls. Moreover, the presence of a correlation between GBA3 expression and clinicopathological characteristics of patients was examined. The obtained results indicated that the expression of GBA3 mRNA was significantly lower in HCC than in the adjacent non-tumor liver tissues. 大细胞神经内分泌癌是一种罕见的高级别神经内分泌癌，通常发生在肺和胃肠道，在其他部位较少发生。胆囊大细胞神经内分泌癌非常罕见，高度侵袭性，国内外文献中较少报道，该文报道1例36岁女性发生的胆囊大细胞神经内分泌癌伴局灶性高分化腺癌，描述其组织病理特征、免疫表型特点、诊断和鉴别诊断要点，并结合相关文献复习其组织学特征以及预后特点。.

去分化脂肪肉瘤具有明显的组织学异质性，去分化成分多为高级别但也可为低级别或表现为某些特殊类型的组织学或免疫表型特点，因此其鉴别诊断谱系宽广，诊断陷阱也较多，在我们的平时诊断过程中可能存在认识不足，尤其是对于低级别去分化脂肪肉瘤。该文对去分化脂肪肉瘤的组织病理学和鉴别诊断进展做进一步的概括，以加强基层和年轻病理医师对该肿瘤类型诊断的认识。.

Summary Kümmell’s disease (eponymous name for osteonecrosis and collapse of a vertebral body due to ischemia and non-union of anterior vertebral body wedge fractures after major trauma) cannot heal spontaneously. Bone-filling mesh container (BFMC) can significantly relieve pain, help the correction of kyphosis, and may prevent cement leakage. This pilot study may provide the basis for the design of future studies. Purpose To compare the effectiveness and safety of BFMC and percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP) for treatment of Kümmell’s disease. Methods From August 2016 to May 2018, 40 patients with Kümmell’s disease were admitted to Guizhou Provincial People’s Hospital. Among them, 20 patients (20 vertebral bodies) received PKP (PKP group) and the other 20 received BFMC (BFMC group). Operation time, Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), Oswestry Disability Index (ODI), Cobb’s angle changes, and related complications were recorded. Results All patients underwent operations successfully. VAS scores and ODI of both groups at each postoperative time point were lower than preoperatively, with statistically significant difference (p p Conclusions Both PKP and BFMC technologies can significantly relieve pain and help the correction of kyphosis while treating Kümmell’s disease. Moreover, the BMFC may prevent cement leakage.

Four kinds of multi-walled carbon nanotubes pretreated by different methods were studied. Chemically functionalized (hydroxylation and carboxylation) CNTs were prepared by oxidizing original CNTs in H2SO4 solutions of different temperatures and concentrations by KMnO4. Graphitized CNTs were prepared by heat-treating original CNTs in an inert gas at 2800°C for 20 hours. CNTs Nickel plating on the surface was obtained by electroless plating. The effect of pretreatment on the surface state and microstructure of carbon nanotubes was also studied. The results showed that Chemical functionalization could form some functional groups on the surface of CNTs, which could not only improve the compatibility of CNTs with some solvents, but also purified CNTs, which had a positive effect on the preparation of composite materials. High-temperature graphitization treatment could significantly increase the degree of crystallization of carbon nanotubes and reduce structural defects. After electroless nickel plating, evenly distributed nano-sized metal particles were formed on the surface of the CNTs, and the interface between the two was well bonded.

By the analytical method of system engineering, the air-to-ground precise strike system is set up. Using DoDAF (Department of Defense Architectural Framework, DoDAF), the concept of air-to-ground precision strike is built. The organization is definite and the capability requirement is analyzed. On the basis, the intelligent applications of command and control system, aircraft platform and guided munition are summarized. At last, some suggestion is put forward for the intelligent development of air-to-ground precision strike system.
