1. Controlled Aeration Driven by Oxidation-Reduction Potential Affects Ester Profile in Wine Alcohol Fermentation with Different Starter Cultures

Abstract: Background and Aims. Aeration, an important operation in winemaking, cannot be controlled accurately based on dissolved oxygen for ester production in wine alcohol fermentation. The following study describes an aeration control method with oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) in alcohol fermentation and investigates its effect on ester production in fermentations with different starter cultures. Methods and Results. The proposed method is based on using ORP as a switch for aeration timing. Different aeration levels driven by ORP were performed in wine alcohol fermentation with different starter cultures including Saccharomyces cerevisiae (Sc), Pichia fermentans (Pf), Hanseniaspora uvarum (Hu), and their mixes (Pf/Sc and Hu/Sc). The accumulated aeration volume, residual sugar concentration, viable cell number, and ester concentration were analyzed. Results showed that aeration levels could be controlled effectively with an ORP value, and aeration with higher ORPs triggered faster sugar utilization in Sc and Hu/Sc fermentation. Pf and Hu survived one day less in their respective cofermentation with aeration when ORP was −100 mV or −50 mV compared to the natural ORP (−150 mV∼−105 mV in Pf/Sc and −141 mV∼−107 mV in Hu/Sc, respectively). Aeration driven by ORP changed ester profiles in cofermentations. With the aeration levels increasing, the proportion of medium-chain fatty acid ethyl esters in the concentration of total esters first increased and then decreased in Hu/Sc fermentation. When ORP was −100 mV in Pf/Sc fermentation, the proportion of higher alcohol acetates to total esters was highest (8.14%), while that of ethyl acetate to total esters was lowest (87.35%). Conclusions. Aeration driven by ORP improved wine ester profiles by increasing the proportion of medium-chain fatty acid ethyl esters or reducing that of ethyl acetate in cofermentations. Significance of the Study. The present study will allow wineries and researchers to optimize the aeration process in alcohol fermentation and develop a scientific aeration strategy to improve the wine ester profile and aroma quality.

2. Analysis of Unsteady Flow Structures in a Centrifugal Impeller Using Proper Orthogonal Decomposition

Abstract: The occurrence and development of the dominant unsteady flow structures in a vanless centrifugal pump impeller are revealed by the proper orthogonal decomposition (POD) method. The pressure and velocity data of four radial surfaces is selected as the variables of decomposition. The results show that this method is beneficial to the analysis of flow field when there is no strong interaction of flow structures. When the flow rate starts to decrease from the design flow rate, unstable flow phenomenon such as flow separation and wake begin to appear and develop in the impeller. The POD analysis reveals the influence of the main unsteady structures on the flow field when there is no mixed or have little interaction among flow structures. It outlines the development of flow separation near the suction side of impeller and the wake near the trailing edge as the flow rate changes. However, the flow field inside the impeller becomes more and more complex as the operation condition is far away from the design condition, which needs to be combined with other methods to better analyze the flow field.

Abstract: For the Linac Coherent Light Source II (LCLS-II) project at SLAC, a 1.3 GHz superconducting rf (SRF) linac is being constructed that will generate 4 GeV electron bunches at a high repetition rate to drive x-ray free electron lasers. The LCLS-II electron source, which comprises the first three meters of the electron injector, includes two normal-conducting, continuous-wave rf cavities: a one-cell, 185.7 MHz gun and a two-cell, 1.3 GHz buncher. It also includes a gun load-lock system that allows photocathodes to be changed under vacuum. The components in this beam-line section were designed and built by Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory based on experience from their advanced photoinjector experiment program. In combination with the SLAC UV laser system, the electron source is designed to produce beam rates up to 1 MHz with average currents up to 30 μA initially. The source was installed in mid-2018, well in advance of the SRF linac, which is now nearing completion. The source was commissioned over a two-year period, and this paper presents results including electron beam and dark current characterization.

4. Brain and Pituitary Response to Vaccination in Gilthead Seabream (Sparus aurata L.)

Abstract: Vaccination is a widely used therapeutical strategy in aquaculture, but whether vaccination elicits stress responses in the central neuroendocrine system and enhances the crosstalk between the immune and endocrine systems in the brain or pituitary after vaccination is unclear. To answer this question two experiments using two different vaccine exposure routes, i.e., bath or intraperitoneal (i.p.) injection, were carried out on gilthead seabream (Sparus aurata L.). In the first one, the stress responses of fish subjected to waterborne Vibrio anguillarum bacterin were compared with responses after air exposure or their combination. In the second experiment, fish were subjected to an intraperitoneal injection of Lactococcus garvieae bacterin and we assessed the central stress response and also whether or not a significant immune response was induced in brain and pituitary. In both experiments, blood, brain and pituitary tissues were collected at 1, 6, and 24 h post stress for plasma hormone determination and gene expression analysis, respectively. Results indicated that bath vaccination induced a decreased central stress response compared to air exposure which stimulated both brain and pituitary stress genes. In the second experiment, injection vaccination kept unchanged plasma stress hormones except cortisol that raised at 6 and 24 h. In agreement, non-significant or slight changes on the transcription of stress-related genes were recorded, including the hormone genes of the hypothalamic pituitary interrenal (HPI) axis and other stress markers such as hsp70, hsp90, and mt genes in either brain or pituitary. Significant changes were observed, however, in crhbp and gr. In this second experiment the immune genes il1β, cox2, and lys, showed a strong expression in both brain and pituitary after vaccination, notably il1β which showed more than 10 fold raise. Overall, vaccination procedures, although showing a cortisol response, did not induce other major stress response in brain or pituitary, regardless the administration route. Other than main changes, the alteration of crhbp and gr suggests that these genes could play a relevant role in the feedback regulation of HPI axis after vaccination. In addition, from the results obtained in this work, it is also demonstrated that the immune system maintains a high activity in both brain and pituitary after vaccine injection.

5. Production and growth of new particles during two cruise campaigns in the marginal seas of China

Abstract: In this paper, we investigated production and growth of new particles in the marine atmosphere during two cruise campaigns in China Seas using a Fast Mobility Particle Sizer. Only eight new particle formation (NPF) events (> 30 min) occurred on 5 days out of 31 sampling days, and the subsequent growth of new particles was observed only in five events. Apparent formation rates of new particles (in the range of 5.6–30 nm) varied from 0.3 to 15.2 particles cm−3 s−1 in eight events, and growth rates ranged from 2.5 to 10 nm h−1 in five NPF events. Modeling results simulated by US EPA Community Multi-scale Air Quality Model (CMAQ) showed that ammonium nitrate (NH4NO3) was newly formed in the atmosphere over the corresponding sea zone during 2 out of 5 events, in which new particles partially or mostly grew over 50 nm. However, in the remaining three events, new particles cannot grow over 30 nm, and the modeling results showed that no NH4NO3 was newly formed in the corresponding marine atmosphere. Modeling results also showed that formation of secondary organics occurred through all new particle growth periods. Difference between the two types of new particle growth patterns suggested that a combination of ammonium nitrate and organics newly formed likely contributed to the growth of new particles from 30 nm to larger size. However, the findings were obtained from the limited data, and the simulations of CMAQ also suffered from several weaknesses such as only having three size bins for different particles, lack of marine aerosol precursors, etc. More future studies are thereby needed for confirmation.

6. Asian dust storm observed at a rural mountain site in southern China: chemical evolution and heterogeneous photochemistry

Abstract: Heterogeneous processes on dust particles are important for understanding the chemistry and radiative balance of the atmosphere. This paper investigates an intense Asian dust storm episode observed at Mount Heng (1269 m a.s.l.) in southern China on 24–26 April 2009. A set of aerosol and trace gas data collected during the study was analyzed to investigate their chemical evolution and heterogeneous photochemistry as the dust traveled to southern China. Results show that the mineral dust arriving at Mt. Heng experienced significant modifications during transport, with large enrichments in secondary species (sulfate, nitrate, and ammonium) compared with the dust composition collected at an upwind mountain top site (Mount Hua). A photochemical age "clock" (−Log10(NOx/NOy)) was employed to quantify the atmospheric processing time. The result indicates an obvious increase in the abundance of secondary water-soluble ions in dust particles with the air mass atmospheric processing time. Based on the observations, a 4-stage evolution process is proposed for carbonate-containing Asian dust, starting from fresh dust to particles coated with hydrophilic and acidic materials. Daytime-enhanced nitrite formation on the dust particles was also observed, which indicates the recent laboratory result of the TiO2 photocatalysis of NO2 as a potential source of nitrite and nitrous acid.

Abstract: The multistep procedures for preparing novel anionic spherical polyelectrolyte brushes (ASPB) by grafting sodium-p-styrenesulfonate (SSS) from the surface of γ-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxy-silane modified SiO2 nanoparticles were demonstrated. The morphology of ASPB was characterized by Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The core radius Rc and hydrodynamic radius Rh of ASPB measured by Zeta Potential/Particle Sizer (ZLS) were ca. 50nm and (84.5±1) nm respectively. The percentage of grafting (PG%) of polyelectrolyte brushes was 4.3% investigated by Thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA). Detailed characterizations on ASPB were performed by cleaving the grafts from the anchoring surface. The molecular weight (MW) and polydispersity (MW/Mn) of brushes were 1.788•103 g/mol and 1.6 respectively from Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC) measurements. Moreover, Rh and ζ-potential of ASPB in the presence of aqueous NaCl solutions of different concentrations were discussed.

8. Measuring the spin polarization of alkali-metal atoms using nuclear magnetic resonance frequency shifts of noble gases

Abstract: We report a novel method of measuring the spin polarization of alkali-metal atoms by detecting the NMR frequency shifts of noble gases. We calculated the profile of 87Rb D1 line absorption cross sections. We then measured the absorption profile of the sample cell, from which we calculated the 87Rb number densities at different temperatures. Then we measured the frequency shifts resulted from the spin polarization of the 87Rb atoms and calculated its polarization degrees at different temperatures. The behavior of frequency shifts versus temperature in experiment was consistent with theoretical calculation, which may be used as compensative signal for the NMRG closed-loop control system.

9. Aerodynamic Performance Prediction of Straight-Bladed Vertical Axis Wind Turbine Based on CFD

Abstract: Numerical simulation had become an attractive method to carry out researches on structure design and aerodynamic performance prediction of straight-bladed vertical axis wind turbine, while the prediction accuracy was the major concern of CFD. Based on the present two-dimensional CFD model, a series of systematic investigations were conducted to analyze the effects of computational domain, grid number, near-wall grid, and time step on prediction accuracy. And then efforts were devoted into prediction and analysis of the overall flow field, dynamic performance of blades, and its aerodynamic forces. The calculated results agree well with experimental data, and it demonstrates that RNG k-ε turbulent model is great to predict the tendency of aerodynamic forces but with a high estimate value of turbulence viscosity coefficient. Furthermore, the calculated tangential force is more dependent on near-wall grid and prediction accuracy is poor within the region with serious dynamic stall. In addition, blades experience mild and deep stalls at low tip speed ratio, and thus the leading edge separation vortex and its movement on the airfoil surface have a significant impact on the aerodynamic performance.

Abstract: Polar catastrophe at the interface of oxide materials with strongly correlated electrons has triggered a flurry of new research activities. The expectations are that the design of such advanced interfaces will become a powerful route to engineer devices with novel functionalities. Here, we investigate the initial stages of growth and the electronic structure of the spintronic Fe_{3}O_{4}/MgO(001) interface. Using soft x-ray absorption spectroscopy, we have discovered that the so-called A-sites are completely missing in the first Fe_{3}O_{4} monolayer. This discovery allows us to develop an unexpected but elegant growth principle in which, during deposition, the Fe atoms are constantly on the move to solve the divergent electrostatic potential problem, thereby ensuring epitaxy and stoichiometry at the same time. This growth principle provides a new perspective for the design of interfaces.

Abstract: A simple electrochemical deposition was developed to synthesize the cuprous oxide (Cu2O) octahedra on aluminum foils. The average edge length of the octahedra is about 300 nm. The chemical composition of the octahedra was determined using energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and electron energy-loss spectroscopy. The microstructure of the octahedra was investigated using transmission electron microscopy. The formation mechanism of the octahedra is proposed.

13. Electron Transport in Donor-Acceptor Copolymer and Methanofullerene Derivative Organic Photovoltaic Blend

Abstract: Recently, organic photovoltaics (OPVs) based on the blends of donor–acceptor (D–A) copolymers as efficient p-type materials and fullerene derivatives as acceptors have attracted considerable attention. In this paper, electron transport and electrical properties in a blend of D–A copolymer DTS-C0(F2) and methanofullerene derivative PC71BM are investigated. From an analysis of the temperature dependence of the current density–voltage (J − V) characteristics of electron-only device based on DTS-C0(F2):PC71BM blend, it is found that consistent descriptions for the experimental measurements are obtained using both the improved extended Gaussian disorder model (IEGDM) and the extended correlated disorder model (ECDM), within which spatial correlations between the transport site energies are absent and are included, respectively. By comparing the model parameters with the typical values of organic semiconductors, we view the more realistic intersite distance obtained using the IEGDM (1.9 nm) compared to the value obtained using the ECDM (0.48 nm) as an indication that in DTS-C0(F2):PC71BM blend correlations between the transport site energies are absent. Furthermore, it is shown that the effective mobility in DTS-C0(F2):PC71BM blend gradually increases with increasing temperature.

14. Acceleration of bone repair in critical-size defect using angiopoietin-2 associated with novel carbon nanotubes scaffold via mitophagy-pyroptosis pathway

Abstract: To investigate the curative effect of Ang-2 combined with novel carbon nanotubes (CNTs) scaffold critical-size bone defect in rabbits.CNTs with good properties were first prepared by freeze-drying method. The mechanical properties and surface hydrophilicity of scaffolds were improved by adjusting the addition ratio of polylactic acid (LPA) and chitin fibers (CHI). After purification and functionalization of CNTs, CNTs/PLA/CHI three-dimensional porous scaffolds were prepared for animal experiments. Subsequently, the CNTs/PLA/CHI scaffolds were implanted into the rabbit critical-sized radius defect model to evaluate the osteogenic properties in vivo. Adult male New Zealand white rabbits were randomly allocated into three groups. Group A was the control group, and both groups B and C underwent radial bone defect surgery and implanted CNTs/PLA/CHI scaffolds. Animals in group C received a daily local injection of 1 mL of 400 ng/mL Ang-2 dissolved in physiological saline in the bone defect area for up to 14 days after surgery, while group B received the same amount of physiological saline.Scanning electron microscope results showed that the porosity of the CNTs/PLA/CHI three-dimensional porous scaffolds was as high as 80%. The surface contact angle was 35° to 55°, and the hydrophilicity was suitable for cell adhesion and growth. The CNTs/PLA/CHI three-dimensional porous scaffolds had excellent biological properties. The general observation and X-ray imaging after 12 weeks together indicated that the CNTs/PLA/CHI scaffolds could accelerate bone repair with the combination of endogenous angiogenic factor Ang-2. The results of western blotting and histology revealed that the expression of mitophagy proteins LC3, Beclin-1, PINK1 and Parkin was elevated in the new bone, and the expression of pyroptosis proteins Nod-like receptor protein NLRP3, caspase-1 and Gasdermin D (GSDMD) was decreased.Ang-2 associated with CNTs/PLA/CHI scaffolds accelerated bone regeneration through autophagy-pyroptosis pathway.

18. Efficacy of robot-assisted core decompression combined with human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cell transplantation for osteonecrosis of the femoral head

Abstract: The aim of this paper was to evaluate the effects of robot-assisted core decompression combined with human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cell (hUC-MSC) transplantation for early-stage osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH).A retrospective analysis was performed on 18 patients with a total of 26 hips who were diagnosed with Association Research Circulation Osseous stage 2 avascular necrosis of the femoral head and who received core decompression combined with hUC-MSC transplantation. All surgeries were completed under robotic assistance. Preoperative and postoperative visual analogue scale (VAS) scores and the Harris Hip Score (HHS) were recorded to assess clinical function. A Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) examination was performed at the last follow-up.The mean follow-up was 18.6 months (12-28 months), the VAS score (4.5±0.8 vs. 0.9±0.2, t=12.6, p≤0.001) and HHS (79.5±5.8 vs. 60.5±4.6, t=14.3, p≤0.001) were significantly improved at the last follow-up, compared with preoperative value. The MRI results showed that the necrotic volume of the femoral heads was significantly reduced.Robot-assisted core decompression combined with hUC-MSC transplantation is a feasible and relatively safe method for the treatment of femoral head necrosis.

Abstract: 遗传性血色病是一种铁代谢障碍性疾病，较为罕见。现报道1例转铁蛋白受体（TFR）2基因突变相关血色病患者，临床表现为皮肤色素沉着、糖尿病、肝硬化，血清铁蛋白（8 548.9 ng/ml）、转铁蛋白饱和度（116.77%）明显升高，肝活检示肝硬化，肝内铁沉积（重度Ⅳ级），对其血液标本进行全外显子捕获和高通量测序，并经Sanger测序验证，发现在TFR2基因10号和7号外显子上检测到2个杂合突变（c.1288G＞A，p.G430R和c.960T＞A，p.Y320X），前者已有文献报道与血色病的发病密切相关；后者罕见报道，是TFR2基因新变异点，该突变可使肽链终止。.

Abstract: In chirality research area, it is of interest to reveal the chiral feature of inorganic nanomaterials and their enantioselective interactions with biomolecules. Although common Raman spectroscopy is not regarded as a direct chirality analysis tool, it is in fact effective and sensitive to study the enantioselectivity phenomena, which is demonstrated by the enantio-discrimination of amino acid enantiomers using the polydopamine-modified intrinsically chiral SiO2 nanofibers in this work. The Raman scattering intensities of an enantiomer of cysteine are more than twice as high as those of the other enantiomer with opposite handedness. Similar results were also found in the cases of cystine, phenylalanine, and tryptophan enantiomers. In turn, these organic molecules could be used as chirality indicators for SiO2, which was clarified by the unique Raman spectra-derived mirror-image relationships. Thus, an indirect chirality detection method for inorganic nanomaterials was developed.

Abstract: Au nanoparticles (NPs) labeled with the handedness tag of "d-" or "l-", which were detached from inorganic chiral silica, showed both intrinsic chirality and surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) activity. In the presence of these chiral Au substrates, it was found that the enantiomer of cystine with the same handedness tag of Au NPs would show stronger Raman scattering signal intensities than those of the enantiomer with the opposite tag, where the differences could be over three times. Consequently, this work afforded a novel enantioselective recognition method on ordinary Raman spectroscopy by using chiral plasmonic metallic nanomaterials.

Abstract: This article describes the experience with the endoscopically assisted fixation of the customized total temporomandibular joint (TMJ) prosthesis in TMJ Yang's system only through a modified preauricular approach. Twenty patients (23 joints) treated with the custom-made total TMJ prosthesis were retrospectively recruited. An endoscopically assisted technique was used through a modified preauricular approach to fix the mandibular component for all these patients. These reconstructions were evaluated by surgical records, clinical examinations, and radiographic observations. All patients had successful fixation of the prosthesis. No patient had permanent weakness of the facial nerve and malocclusion or any other severe complications. The mean operative time was 111 min per joint (range, 85-133 min). The average surgical bleeding was 195 ml per side. The mean follow-up period was 16.2 months (range, 5-32 months). The mean scores were 8.3 for surgical satisfaction and 9.2 for scar healing evaluation. Abstract: Abnormal physiological levels of sialic acid (SA) could be used to diagnosis cancer progression stages. In this work, we describe an enzyme-assist-interference-free strategy for Raman selective determination of SA in serum. First, we assemble gold nanoparticles (Au NPs) onto the indium tin oxide glass (ITO) to construct an ITO/Au two-dimension substrate. Through modification of 4-mercaptoboric acid (4-MPBA) onto the surface of ITO/Au, the SA response plate is prepared due to the reversible esterification bond. In this strategy, a sandwich structure is rationally designed as ITO/Au/4-MPBA/SA/4-MPBA/Au to enhance the Raman scattering. The Raman detection linear concentration of SA ranged from 2.5 × 10-7 to 1.5 × 10-6 M, and a limit of detection about 1.2 × 10-7 M could be achieved. Considering the presence of glucose (Glu) in physiological fluid, we introduce glucose oxidase to remove the interference from Glu and realize the accurate determination of SA. The proposed novel Raman rapid method provides an ultrasensitive and interference-free protocol for the early diagnosis of cancer.

30. [Dosimetric effect of patient arm position on Cyberknife radiosurgery for spinal tumors]

Abstract: OBJECTIVE: To assess the potential dosimetric effects of arms movement in patients with Cyberknife spine tumors. METHODS: In the study, 12 patients with thoracic and lumbar tumors were retrospectively selected respectively. The contour of the patient's arms was sketched and the CT density was modified to be equivalent to air in order to simulate the extreme case when the arm was completely removed from the radiation fields. The dose of simulated plan was re-calculated with the original beam parameters and compared with the original plan. The changes of V(100), D(95), and D(90), conformity index (CI) and heterogeneity index (HI) in planning target volume (PTV), as well as D(max), D(1cc) and D(2cc) in the spinal cord, stomach, esophagus, and intestines were analyzed by comparing with the original plans. RESULTS: Compared with the original treatment plan, V(100), D(95), D(90) and CI of PTV for the simulated plan was increased by 0.86%, 2.02%, 1.97% and 0.80% respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). D(max), D(1cc) and D(2cc) of spinal cord was increased by 2.35%, 0.59% and 1.49% on average, compared with the original plan, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The difference was statistically significant only in average D(2cc) of stomach, which was increased by 1.70%, compared with the original plan (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in dose change of eso-phagus and intestine between the original and simulated plans. CONCLUSION: This study analyzed the most extreme arm position in spinal tumor of radiation therapy based on Cyberknife. It was found that the change of arm position had little effect on dosimetry. In addition, with the change of arm position, the dose in PTV and organ at risk (OAR) increased, but the increase was relatively small. Therefore, in some special cases where the patient really can't keep the arm position consistent during treatment, reasonable adjustment can be accepted. However, in order to ensure accurate radiotherapy, patient position should be as stable and consistent as possible.

Abstract: Using data samples with a total integrated luminosity of $20.1~\rm fb^{-1}$ collected by the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII collider, the cross section of the process $e^+e^- \rightarrow \pi^+\pi^-\psi(3686)$ is measured at center-of-mass energies between 4.0076 and 4.6984 GeV. The measured cross section is consistent with previous results, but with much improved precision. A fit to the measured energy-dependent cross section, which includes three Breit-Wigner functions and a non-resonant contribution, confirms the existence of the charmonium-like states $Y(4220)$, $Y(4390)$, and $Y(4660)$. This is the first observation of the $Y(4660)$ at the BESIII experiment.

37. [Identification of potential targets and synergistic mechanism of Kushen Decoction for the treatment of cryptosporidiosis]

Abstract: To explore the potential targets and synergistic mechanisms of Kushen Decoction for the treatment of cryptosporidiosis using network pharmacology and molecular docking methods.The main active ingredients of Kushen Decoction were captured from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform (TC-MSP) and the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) database, and the potential targets were predicted. In addition, the active ingredients of Kushen Decoction that were not included in the TCMSP database were retrieved in CNKI, WanFang Data, CBM, PubMed and Web of Science databases, and the target genes of all supplemented active ingredients were predicted using the online TargetNet database. Network construction and analysis were performed using the Cytoscape software, and cryptosporidiosis-related targets were retrieved in the Comparative Toxicogenomics Database and GeneCards database. The protein-protein interaction (PPI) network was created using the STRING database, and the DAVID database was used for GO enrichment and KEGG pathway analyses. The tissue distribution of key targets was investigated using the BioGPS database, and the AutoDockTools software was employed to verify the molecular docking results.A total of 38 active ingredients of Kushen Decoction were screened, and the core ingredients included quercetin, (+)-14α-hydroxymatrine and apigenin. A total of 831 targets of Kushen Decoction and 512 cryptosporidiosis-related targets were predicted, and PPI network analysis revealed 69 key targets, including AKT1, TNF and IL-6. There were 303 biological processes, 46 molecular functions and 29 cellular components involved in the treatment of cryptosporidiosis with Kushen Decoction, and 13 KEGG pathways played a therapeutic role in the synergistic mechanisms of multiple targets, such as Toll-like receptor (TLR), nuclear factor kappa B(NF)-κB, nucleotide binding oligomerization domain like receptor (NLR) signal pathways. The core targets were mainly distributed in the hematologic and immune systems. Molecular docking analysis showed that the binding energy between active ingredients and key targets were all less than 0 kJ/mol, indicating the strong binding of ligands to receptors.The active ingredients of Kushen Decoction, such as quercetin, (+)-14α-hydroxymatrine and apigenin, may act on targets like AKT1, TNF, IL-6 to modulate TLR, NLR and NF-κB signaling pathways to play a synergistic role in the treatment of cryptosporidiosis in the hematologic and immune system.

Abstract: Using 2.93 fb$^{-1}$ of $e^+e^-$ collision data collected with the BESIII detector at a center-of-mass energy of 3.773~GeV, we measure the absolute branching fractions of the decays $D^0\to K^-e^+\nu_e$ and $D^+\to \bar K^0 e^+\nu_e$ to be $(3.574\pm0.031_{\rm stat}\pm 0.025_{\rm syst})\%$ and $(8.70\pm0.14_{\rm stat}\pm 0.16_{\rm syst})\%$, respectively. Starting with the process $e^+e^-\to D\bar{D}$, a new reconstruction method is employed to select events that contain candidates for both $D\to \bar Ke^+\nu_e$ and $\bar D\to Ke^-\bar \nu_e$ decays. The branching fractions reported in this work are consistent within uncertainties with previous BESIII measurements that selected events containing $D\to \bar Ke^+\nu_e$ and inclusive hadronic $\bar D$ decays. Combining our results with the lifetimes of the $D^0$ and $D^+$ mesons and the previous BESIII measurements leads to a ratio of the two decay partial widths of $\frac{\bar \Gamma_{D^0\to K^{-}e^+\nu_{e}}}{\bar \Gamma_{D^{+}\to \bar K^{0}e^+\nu_{e}}}=1.040\pm0.021$. This ratio supports isospin symmetry in the $D^0\to K^-e^+\nu_e$ and $D^+\to \bar K^0 e^+\nu_e$ decays within $1.9\sigma$.

Abstract: The Born cross sections are measured for the first time for the processes $e^+e^-\to D_s^{*+}D_{s0}^*(2317)^- +c.c.$ and $e^+e^-\to D_s^{*+}D_{s1}(2460)^- +c.c.$ at the center-of-mass energy $\sqrt{s}=$ 4.600~GeV, 4.612~GeV, 4.626~GeV, 4.640~GeV, 4.660~GeV, 4.68~GeV, and 4.700~GeV, and for $e^+e^-\to D_s^{*+}D_{s1}(2536)^- +c.c.$ at $\sqrt{s}=$ 4.660~GeV, 4.680~GeV, and 4.700~GeV, using data samples collected with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider. No structures are observed in cross-section distributions for any of the processes.

Abstract: We study the process e^+e^− → π^+π^−ηγ, where the photon is radiated from the initial state. About 8000 fully reconstructed events of this process are selected from the BABAR data sample with an integrated luminosity of 469 fb^(-1). Using the π^+π^−η invariant mass spectrum, we measure the e^+e^− → π^+π^−η cross section in the e^+e^− center-of-mass energy range from 1.15 to 3.5 GeV. The cross section is well described by the Vector-Meson dominance model with four ρ-like states. We observe 49±9 events of the J/ψ decay to π^+π^−η and measure the product Γ_(J/Ψ → e^+e^−)B_(J/Ψ → π^+π^−η) = 2.34 ± 0.43_(stat) ± 0.16_(syst) eV.

46. [Therapeutic effects of sacral neuromodulation on detrusor underactivity]

Abstract: OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effects of sacral neuromodulation (SNM) on detrusor underactivity (DUA). METHODS: From December 2019 to April 2020, 6 patients with DUA who had been treated with SNM were assessed retrospectively. The average age was 58 years (46-65 years), with 3 males and 3 females. All the patients were diagnosed with DUA by urodynamics examination. Obstruction of bladder outlet was excluded through the cystoscopy. No patient had the history of neurological disease. All the patients were placed with the bladder colostomy tube before SNM. One female patient accepted the trans-urethral resection of bladder neck. Two male patients accepted the trans-urethral resection of prostate. All the 3 patients had no improvement of void symptom after the urethral operation. Before SNM, the average 24 h times of voiding was 23.8 (18-33), average volume of every voiding was 34.2 mL (10-50 mL), average residual volume was 421.7 mL (350-520 mL). The preoperative and postoperative 24 h urine frequency, average voided volume, and average residual urine volume were compared respectively. RESULTS: Totally 6 patients underwent SNM with stage Ⅰ procedure. The operation time for stage Ⅰ procedure was 62-135 min (average 90 min). After an average follow-up of two weeks, stage Ⅱ procedure was performed on responders. Four patients accepted stage Ⅱ procedure (conversion rate 66.7%), the other two patients refused the stage Ⅱ procedure because the urine frequency did not reach the satisfied level. But all the patients had the improvement of residual urine volume. For the 4 patients at the follow-up of 10-15 months, the improvement of void was still obvious. For the all patients after stage Ⅰ procedure, the average 24 h urine frequency reduced to 13.5 times (9-18 times, P < 0.001), the average voided volume increased to 192.5 mL (150-255 mL, P < 0.001), and the average residual urine volume reduced to 97.5 mL (60-145 mL, P < 0.001). No adverse events, such as wound infection or electrode translocation were detected during an average follow-up of 11.3 months. Only one of the 4 patients who received the stage Ⅱ procedure did the intermittent catheterization for one time each day. CONCLUSION: SNM provides a minimal invasive approach for the management of DUA.
