Advanced high-strength steel (AHSS) is increasingly used in the automotive industry due to its higher strength and lower weight. The traditional forming limit criterion cannot accurately predict the unique shear fracture of AHSS, so great efforts have been made to develop failure criteria that can predict shear fracture. In this paper, a series of tensile and shear tests for four steel sheets of AHSS are designed, the stress triaxiality and equivalent strain to fracture are solved, and the correlation between them and the performance parameters of steel sheets K and n is studied. In order to study the relationship between stress triaxiality and equivalent strain to fracture in the range of low-stress triaxiality, the Hill'48 orthotropic model and modified Mohr–Coulomb (MMC) fracture model were used to establish tensile and shear fracture models of four dual-phase sheets of steel, simulating and studying the plastic fracture of AHSS. Solving the relevant parameters enriches the stress triaxiality of the four steel types, establishes the relationship between the stress triaxiality and the equivalent strain to fracture, and verifies its correctness through tensile and bending tests and simulations. The results show MMC can accurately predict the fracture of these four dual-phase steels, and the quantitative relationship between stress triaxiality and equivalent strain to fracture of the four dual-phase steels in the low-stress triaxiality range 0–0.3 is similar, which can be established and expressed by the performance parameters of each steel type.

To established a radiomics nomogram for improving the dilatation and curettage (DC) result in differentiating type II from type I endometrial cancer (EC) preoperatively.EC patients (n=875) were enrolled retrospectively and divided randomly into a training cohort (n=437) and a test cohort (n=438), according to the ratio of 1:1. Radiomics signatures were extracted and selected from apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) maps. A multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to identify the independent clinical risk factors. An ADC based-radiomics nomogram was built by integrating the selected radiomics signatures and the independent clinical risk factors. Decision curve analysis (DCA) was conducted to determine the clinical usefulness of the radiomics nomogram. The net reclassification index (NRI) and total integrated discrimination index (IDI) were calculated to compare the discrimination performances between the radiomics nomogram and the DC result.Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves showed that the clinical risk factors, the DC, and the ADC based-radiomics nomogram yielded areas under the ROC curves (AUCs) of 0.70 (95% CI: 0.64-0.76), 0.85 (95% CI: 0.80-0.89), and 0.93 (95% CI: 0.90-0.96) in the training cohort and 0.64 (95% CI: 0.57-0.71), 0.82 (95% CI: 0.77-0.87) and 0.91 (95% CI: 0.87-0.95) in the test cohort, respectively. The DCA, NRI, and IDI demonstrated the clinically usefulness of the ADC based-radiomics nomogram.The ADC-based radiomics nomogram could be used to improve the DC result in differentiating type II from type I EC preoperatively.

A new 2D Mn(II) complex named as [Mn3(HL)2(H2O)6]n (I) (H4L = 3-(2,4-dicarboxyphenyl)-2,6-dicarboxypyridine) was synthesized and characterized by IR, elemental analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction method (CIF file CCDC no. 1915189). The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with Z = 4, a = 20.6597(11), b = 9.0949(5), c = 20.6041(12) A, β = 110.056(6)°. The crystal consists of trinuclear Mn(II) ion clusters {Mn3} which are linked by four independent HL3– ligands and these trimeric units are connected into 2D structure by pentadentate HL3– ligand in alternate bis(bridging) and chelated coordination modes. Thermogravimetry, powder X-ray diffraction, and magnetic measurement experiments are also carried out to determinethe thermal stability, phase purity and magnetism. The results show that weak antiferromagnetic interactions occur between the Mn(II) centers within bridging trinuclear {Mn3} cluster.

For area and power constraint applications in mission critical systems, the traditional fast Fourier transform (FFT) design requires huge hardware resources for data processing. In this article, we, therefore, present a low-overhead radix-2 FFT design that reduces hardware resources by simplifying the first two stages of the butterfly computations. Both the proposed design and the traditional design have been implemented in the MicroZus-20 (XC7Z020) platform. Their single-event performances have been compared through both fault injections and neutron exposure, and the experimental results demonstrate that the proposed design reduces the soft error rate by 53.8%. Also, the proposed FFT reduces the hardware resource consumption and circuit area by 64.8% when compared with the traditional design.

Sanqi (Panax notoginseng (Burk.) F. H. Chen) is a precious traditional Chinese herbal medicine. During April of 2021, a root rot disease with approximate 15% incidence was observed on 2-year-old Sanqi plants in a field of Zhouning (27º12' N, 119°33' E), Fujian Province of China. The disease symptoms included severe stunting, leaf chlorosis, root rotting and necrosis, as the disease progressed, the whole plant gradually wilted and died. To recover the causal agent, symptomatic roots were excised, surface sterilized in 75% alcohol for 1.5 min, rinsed in sterilized water three times, dried, and placed on PARP selective medium (Jeffers and Martin 1986), and incubated at 20°C in dark. After 5 days, total of 26 Pythium-like isolates were obtained, and one representative isolate Py21-6 (available from the Institute of Plant Protection, Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences) was selected for further identification. Colonies of Py21-6 on PARP plate were white with dense, cottony, aerial, and transparent mycelia. Sporangia were terminal or intercalary, non-papillate, spherical, pyriform or ovoid, measuring 21.7 ± 2.8 × 19.3 ± 2.3 μm (n = 30). Zoospores were saucer-like, released out of sporangium after maturation, and dispersed quickly by swimming. Oogonia were spherical, terminal or occasionally intercalary. Oospores were globose, smooth and aplerotic. The dimensions of zoospores, oogonia, and oospores were 6.8 ± 0.7 μm, 21.6 ± 2.2 μm and 18.2 ± 2.7 μm (n = 30), respectively. Antheridia were bell-shaped or irregular, terminal, monoclinous, and usually one per oogonium. According to the morphological characteristics the isolate was initially identified as Pythium spp. (Van der Plaats-Niterink 1981, Yong et al. 2016). For further identification, DNA extracted from Py21-6, the cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COI) gene and internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region were amplified and sequenced with primers FM55/FM52R (Long et al. 2012) and ITS1 /ITS4 (White et al. 1990), respectively. BLAST analysis of 680-bp COI (OM688194) and 728-bp ITS (OM663703) sequences revealed 99.86% and 99.99% similarity to Pythium vexans in GenBank (HQ708995 [COI], GU133572 [ITS]). Therefore, the pathogen was identified as P. vexans. In order to fulfill Koch's postulates, isolate Py21-6 was grown on Martin's liquid medium (Martin 1992) for 72 h to produce a spore suspensions of 106 oospores/ml, and the pathogenicity test was conducted by root-dip method. Three groups of 2-year-old Sanqi (15 plants per group) with root soaked for 20 min in oospore suspension were used for pathogenicity, and the other three groups (15 plants per group) with root dipped in sterilized water as control. All treated plants were replanted in (15-cm-diameter) pots (2 plants/pot) filled with mixture of sterilized soil: vermiculite: pearlite (2:1:1, v/v), maintained in greenhouse under 60% black shade cloth at 20 to 26°C with 80% relative humidity, and watered once every three days. After 21days, all inoculated plants showed the same symptoms observed on the original diseased plants in the field, whereas, the control plants remained symptomless. The same pathogen was successfully re-isolated from the inoculated plants, and identical to those of the originals based on morphological and sequence data. To our knowledge, this is the first report of P. vexans causing root rot on Sanqi in China (Farr and Rossman 2022). Root rot is one of the destructive diseases in Sanqi production, identification of the pathogen will be useful to develop effective field management strategies to control this disease.

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the potential effectiveness of different screening strategies for cardiovascular diseases prevention in a community-based Chinese population from economically developed area of China. METHODS: Totally 202 179 adults aged 40 to 74 years without cardiovascular diseases at baseline (January 1, 2010) were enrolled from the Chinese electronic health records research in Yinzhou (CHERRY) study. Three scenarios were considered: the screening strategy based on risk charts recommended by the 2020 Chinese guideline on the primary prevention of cardiovascular diseases in Chinese adults aged 40-74 years (Strategy 1); the screening strategy based on the prediction for atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease risk in China (China-PAR) models recommended by the 2019 Guideline on the assessment and management of cardiovascular risk in China in Chinese adults aged 40-74 years (Strategy 2); and the screening strategy based on the China-PAR models in Chinese adults aged 50-74 years (Strategy 3). According to the guidelines, individuals who were classified into medium- or high-risk groups after cardiovascular risk assessment by the corresponding strategies would be introduced to lifestyle intervention, while high-risk population would take medication in addition. Markov model was used to simulate different screening scenarios for 10 years (cycles), using parameters mainly from the CHERRY study, as well as published data, Meta-analyses and systematic reviews for Chinese populations. The life year gained, quality-adjusted life year (QALY) gained, number of cardiovascular disease events/deaths could be prevented and number needed to be screened (NNS) were calculated to compare the effectiveness between the different strategies. One-way sensitivity analysis on uncertainty of cardiovascular disease incidence rate and probabilistic sensitivity analysis on uncertainty of distributions for the hazard ratios were conducted. RESULTS: Compared with non-screening strategy, QALYs gained were 1 433 [95% uncertainty interval (UI): 969-1 831], 1 401 (95%UI: 936-1 807), and 716 (95%UI: 265-1 111) for the Strategies 1, 2, and 3; and the NNS per QALY in the above strategies were 141 (95%UI: 110-209), 144 (95%UI: 112-216), and 198 (95%UI: 127-529), respectively. The Strategies 1 and 2 based on different guidelines showed similar effectiveness, while more benefits were found for screening using China-PAR models in adults aged 40-74 years than those aged 50-74 years. The results were consistent in the sensitivity analyses. CONCLUSION: Screening for cardiovascular diseases in Chinese adults aged above 40 years seems effective in coastal developed areas of China, and the different screening strategies based on risk charts by the 2020 Chinese guideline on the primary prevention of cardiovascular diseases or China-PAR models by the 2019 Guideline on the assessment and management of cardiovascular risk in China may have similar effectiveness.

Concentrations of dioxin-like polychlorinated biphenyls (dl-PCBs) and non-dioxin-like PCBs (ndl-PCBs) in 26 serum samples of the residents from Hubei Province were analyzed via high-resolution gas chromatograph tandem high-resolution mass spectrometer (HRGC-HRMS) method. Total concentrations of twelve dl-PCBs (Σdl-PCBs) were in range of 366.30-4 945.77 pg/g fat, with the mean value (2 093.76 pg/g fat), and PCB 118 was the predominant congener. For six ndl-PCBs, total concentrations (Σndl-PCBs) were in range of 2 671.32-20 626.26 pg/g fat (mean 12 505.45 pg/g fat), and PCB 153 was the predominant congener. 目的 分析9例遗传性凝血因子Ⅴ（FⅤ）缺乏症患者的临床表现及分子致病机制。 方法 对1999年4月至2019年9月就诊于中国医学科学院血液病医院的9例遗传性FⅤ缺乏症患者进行回顾性分析：应用活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）、凝血酶原时间（PT）及FⅤ促凝活性（FⅤ∶C）测定进行表型诊断；使用高通量靶向测序筛查F5基因变异，Sanger测序验证并分析双亲携带情况；Swiss-model进行三维结构分析，ClustalX-2.1软件进行同源保守性分析。 结果 9例患者的FⅤ∶C为0.1～10.6 U/dl，其中8例患者有出血病史，以皮肤/黏膜出血最为多见（3例），其余1例未发生出血事件。所有患者中纯合子5例，复合杂合子4例，共检测到12个致病或疑似致病F5基因突变，其中c.6100C>A/p.Pro2034Thr、c.6575T>C/p.Phe2192Ser、c.1600_1601delinsTG/p.Gln534*、c.4713C>A/p.Tyr1571*和c.952+5G>C为首次报道。 结论 该研究新发现的基因突变丰富了与遗传性FⅤ缺乏症相关F5基因突变谱，高通量测序方法可以有效检测F5基因突变。

In the context of tensor network states, we for the first time reformulate the corner transfer matrix renormalization group (CTMRG) method into a variational bilevel optimization algorithm. The solution of the optimization problem corresponds to the fixed-point environment pursued in the conventional CTMRG method, from which the partition function of a classical statistical model, represented by an infinite tensor network, can be efficiently evaluated. The validity of this variational idea is demonstrated by the high-precision calculation of the residual entropy of the dimer model, and is further verified by investigating several typical phase transitions in classical spin models, where the obtained critical points and critical exponents all agree with the best known results in literature. Its extension to three-dimensional tensor networks or quantum lattice models is straightforward, as also discussed briefly., 7 pages, 7 figures

The main objective of the present paper is to provide an approximate method for nonlinear system with a family of equilibrium points (EPs). By investigating the system’s equilibrium manifold (EM) and its expansion form, a class of nonlinear system is modeled analytically. The property of the EM expansion form and the effect of mapping design and parameterizing method to the model have been discussed. Then an approximate nonlinear model for aircraft engine was applied, followed by an identification procedure for aircraft engine. It is shown that the modeling method based on system’s EM can not only comply with the system physical characteristics, but also satisfy the accuracy of modeling requirement. Numerical simulations are given to demonstrate the good precision in capturing the nonlinear behavior of nonlinearities and a simpler structure.

目的 分析遗传性凝血因子Ⅺ（FⅪ）缺乏症的临床表现、实验室检查、治疗及转归。 方法 对2006年9月至2020年10月就诊于中国医学科学院血液病医院的80例遗传性FⅪ缺乏症患者进行回顾性分析。结果 80例患者中，男33例（41.3％），女47例（58.8％），中位年龄32（2～66）岁。28例（35.0％）存在出血事件，其中自发性出血11例（13.8％），皮肤磕碰后瘀斑或出血9例（11.3％），手术后出血9例（11.3％），女性患者月经过多11例（23.4％），阴道分娩后出血1例（2.1％）。实验室检查表现为活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）延长、凝血酶原时间（PT）正常、FⅪ活性（FⅪ∶C）减低。9例（11.3％）患者接受F11基因检测，共检测到11种突变。27例（33.8％）患者接受新鲜冰冻血浆（FFP）治疗，15例（18.8％）手术前预防性输注患者均未发生术中、术后出血。 结论 多数遗传性FⅪ缺乏症患者无出血症状或症状轻微，FⅪ∶C与出血严重程度之间缺乏相关性，FⅪ∶C与F11基因纯合或杂合突变类型具有较好的一致性。预防性输注FFP可有效降低手术出血风险。

This present study aimed to compare the treatment response, survival profile, quality of life (QoL), and safety between drug-eluting bead bronchial arterial chemoembolization (DEB-BACE) and chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Totally, 44 advanced NSCLC patients were analyzed retrospectively and were divided into DEB-BACE group (n=23) and chemotherapy group (n=21). Treatment response, European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer QoL Questionnaire-Core 30 (EORTC QLQ-C30), progression-free survival (PFS), overall survival (OS), and adverse events were assessed during the follow-up.At month (M) 2, M4 and M6 post initial treatment, objective response rate (ORR) was elevated (all p0.05), and disease control rate (DCR) tended to be higher (without statistical significance) in DEB-BACE group compared with chemotherapy group. Regarding the QLQ-C30 item scores, the scores of physical functioning, role functioning, emotional functioning, cognitive functioning, social functioning were increased, while the scores of nausea and vomiting, dyspnea, constipation were decreased in DEB-BACE group compared with chemotherapy group (all p0.05). Based on survival profile, DEB-BACE group achieved better PFS and OS compared with chemotherapy group independent of TNM stage, which was also supported by further subgroup analysis and Cox's proportional hazard regression analysis (all p0.05). Furthermore, two groups all exhibited mild and tolerable adverse events.DEB-BACE has the potential to be an additional treatment option with favorable therapeutic efficacy, improved QoL, and tolerable safety for advanced NSCLC patients.

There is controversy regarding the role of palliative gastrectomy in patients with incurable advanced gastric cancer requiring surgical intervention. The present retrospective cohort study and meta-analysis aimed to determine whether palliative gastrectomy plus chemotherapy can prolong the survival of patients with incurable advanced gastric cancer requiring surgical intervention.The data from 153 patients diagnosed with incurable advanced gastric cancer requiring surgical intervention at our institute between January 2000 and December 2012 were retrospectively reviewed. We analyzed the value of palliative gastrectomy and identified the potential prognostic factors. We also conducted a meta-analysis of 10 studies to validate our results.Multivariate analysis indicated that palliative gastrectomy was a favorable independent prognostic factor for prolonged overall survival in incurable advanced gastric cancer patients requiring surgical intervention (p=0.029). The median survival of patients who underwent palliative gastrectomy plus chemotherapy was significantly longer than that of those who underwent non-resection surgery plus chemotherapy (12 months vs. 9 months, p=0.020). The patients in the non-resection surgery plus chemotherapy group exhibited significantly shorter overall survival than those in the D1+ lymphadenectomy group, D2 lymphadenectomy group, or distal gastrectomy group (p=0.021, p=0.007, and p=0.006, respectively). Our meta-analysis revealed that gastrectomy plus chemotherapy improved long-term survival in incurable advanced gastric cancer patients (hazard ratio (HR): 0.48; 95% confidence interval (CI): 0.35-0.67; p0.001).Palliative gastrectomy plus chemotherapy may improve overall patient survival compared with non-resection operations plus chemotherapy in incurable advanced gastric cancer patients requiring surgical intervention.

Merkel细胞癌是一种罕见地原发于皮肤或皮下组织的神经内分泌癌，部分Merkel细胞癌的发生与Merkel细胞多瘤病毒（Merkel cell polyomavirus, MCPyV）感染密切相关。由于其早期体征易被忽略且具有高度侵袭性，Merkel细胞癌在发现时有26%~36%的病例伴区域淋巴结转移，6%~16%的病例伴远处转移。伴有远处转移的Merkel细胞癌病例中，累及胸膜和/或伴胸腔积液却非常罕见。该文报道1例原发灶不明确、以胸膜受累和胸腔积液为首发体征的转移性MCPyV阳性Merkel细胞癌，胸膜活检显示细胞具有“小、圆、蓝”特点，细胞间黏附性缺失，免疫表型与其他小圆蓝细胞肿瘤重叠，在缺乏相关病史的情况下，需要与淋巴瘤、肺小细胞癌、小细胞型恶性间皮瘤、小细胞型黑色素瘤、尤文肉瘤、CIC或BCOR基因易位尤文样肉瘤等进行鉴别，这给病理医师精确诊断带来陷阱。.

Long-chain non-coding RNA (LncRNA) is abnormally expressed in various malignant tumors. In recent years, it has been found that the expression of LncRNA SNHG6 is upregulated in gallbladder carcinoma tissues, which participated in the occurrence and development of gallbladder carcinoma. However, the clinical value of SNHG6 in gallbladder cancer serum is not clear, and there are few studies regulating the biological function of gallbladder carcinoma cells. This study aimed to investigate LncRNA SNHG6 and miR-26b-5p in gallbladder carcinoma and its related mechanisms.From February 2017 to February 2019, altogether 68 cases of gallbladder cancer patients admitted to the Yantai Yeda Hospital were collected as a study group, 70 healthy people as a control group. Gallbladder cancer cells and human colorectal mucosa cells were purchased. Sh-SNHG6, si-SNHG6, NC, miR-26b-5p-inhibitor, and miR-26b-5p-mimics were transfected into GBC-SD and NOZ cells. For the detection of SNHG6 and miR-26b-5p in samples we used qRT-PCR, WB was applied for the decreased protein expression of Gli1, Gli2, Shh, Smo, N-cadherin, vimentin, Snail, E-Cadherin, and Gli3 in cells. MTT assay was applied for the detection of cell proliferation, transwell assay for cell invasion, and flow cytometry assay for apoptosis.SNHG6 was highly expressed in gallbladder carcinoma, miR-26b-5p was downregulated, and the area under curve (AUC) of LncRNA SNHG6 and miR-26b-5p was more than 0.8. LncRNA SNHG6 and miR-26b-5p were related to age, sex, tumor invasion, differentiation degree, tumor location, and tumor-node-metastasis (TNM) staging of gallbladder cancer patients. Silencing of SNHG6 and upregulation of miR-26b-5p could promote cell apoptosis, inhibit cell growth, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (ETM). Silencing of SNHG6 and upregulation of miR-26b-5p could inhibit Gli1, Gli2, Shh, Smo, N-cadherin, vimentin and Snail proteins, and promote upregulation of Gli3 and E-Cadherin expression. Dual-Luciferase report confirmed that SNHG6 and miR-26b-5p have targeted relationship. Rescue experiments showed that after co-transfecting sh-SNHG6+miR-26b-5p-mimics, and si-SNHG6+miR-26b-5p-inhibitor into GBC-SD and NOZ, the proliferation, invasion and apoptosis of cells were not different from those of miR-NC group without transfection sequence.Inhibition of LncRNA SNHG6 expression can upregulate miR-26b-5p mediated Hedgehog signaling pathway, affect epithelial-mesenchymal transition, proliferation and invasion of cells, so LncRNA SNHG6is hoped to be a latent therapeutic target for gallbladder carcinoma.

OBJECTIVE: To validate five-year risk prediction models for stroke in a contemporary rural Northern Chinese population. METHODS: Totally 6 483 rural adults aged 40 to 79 years without cardiovascular diseases were enrolled at baseline between June and August 2010, and followed up through January 2017. Expected prediction risk using the China-PAR (prediction for atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease risk in China) stroke risk equations were compared with the new Framingham stroke risk profile (FSRP). The recalibrated models were applied by adjusting the five-year baseline survival rate and the mean score to our rural northern Chinese population, while keeping other coefficient parameters the same as the original models. Kaplan-Meier analysis was used to obtain the observed event (nonfatal or fatal stroke) rate for the five years, and the expected-observed ratios were calculated to evaluate overestimation or underestimation in the cohort. The models were assessed by discrimination C statistic, calibration χ(2), and calibration charts and plots for illustration as well. RESULTS: Over an average of (5.83 ± 1.14) years of the follow-up in this validation cohort with 6 483 rural Chinese participants, 438 subjects deve-loped a first stroke event. Recalibrated China-PAR stroke risk equations and FSRP well-performed for predicting five-year stroke risk in men, and had C statistics of 0.709 (95%CI, 0.675 - 0.743) and 0.721 (95%CI, 0.688 - 0.754), with calibration χ(2) values being 5.7 (P = 0.770) and 13.6 (P = 0.137), respectively. However, both China-PAR and FSRP overestimated stroke events by 11.6% and 30.0% in women, and had C statistics of 0.713 (95%CI, 0.684-0.743) and 0.710 (95%CI, 0.679-0.740), respectively. Calibration χ(2) values in women were 12.5 (P = 0.188) for China-PAR and 24.0 (P = 0.004) for FSRP. In addition, the calibration charts and plots illustrated good agreement between the observations and the predictions only in the China-PAR stroke risk equations, especially for men. CONCLUSION: In this validation cohort of rural northern Chinese adults, the China-PAR models had better performance of five-year stroke risk prediction than the FSRP, indicating that recalibrated China-PAR stroke risk equations might be appropriate tools for risk assessment and primary prevention of stroke in China.

Objective To study the imaging characteristics of maxillary sinus effusion in drowned bodies, to explore its morphological characteristics and value in the diagnosis of the cause of death, and to provide objective evidence to support the study of virtual anatomy of drowning. Methods The 154 postmortem CT examination cases （31 cases of drowning, 123 cases of non-drowning） of Beijing Public Security Bureau Forensic Center in 2019 were collected. The bodies of all cases were scanned by multi-layer spiral CT before double-blind reading by clinical imaging experts. Maxillary sinus of corpses with maxillary sinus effusion in imaging findings was punctured. The detection rate of maxillary sinus effusion was calculated. The CT value and volume of maxillary sinus effusion were measured on 3D DICOM workstation. Results The detection rate of maxillary sinus effusion in the drowning was 100%, the shape was horizontal liquid level, the volume was 1.2-11.2 mL, the CT value was 6.08-19.02 Hu, with an average value of 12.85 Hu. The detection rate of maxillary sinus effusion in non-drowning was 19.51% （24/123）, the shape was wavy or irregular, and there were bubbles inside, the volume was 0.4-13.4 mL, the CT value was 23.68-77.75 Hu, with an average value of 42.08 Hu. The differences in CT value between the two groups had statistical significance. Conclusion The postmortem CT examination method can be used to observe the shape and measure the CT value of the maxillary sinus effusion in the bodies in water, which can be an auxiliary examination method for identification of drowning.上颌窦积液检查在溺死诊断中的应用.目的 研究上颌窦积液在溺死尸体中的影像学特征，探寻其形态特点及在死因诊断中的价值，为溺死虚拟解剖研究提供客观证据支撑。 方法 收集北京市公安司法鉴定中心2019年进行死后CT检查的案例154例（溺死者31例，非溺死者123例），均经全身多层螺旋CT扫描后进行临床影像学专家双盲阅片，对影像学表现中有上颌窦积液的尸体进行上颌窦穿刺，统计上颌窦积液检出率，并在3D DICOM工作站测量上颌窦积液的CT值及积液量。 结果 溺死者上颌窦积液检出率为100%，形态为水平液面，量为1.2~11.2 mL，CT值为6.08~19.02 Hu，平均值为12.85 Hu；非溺死者上颌窦积液检出率为19.51%（24/123），形态为波浪样或毛刺形，其内可见气泡，量为0.4~13.4 mL，CT值为23.68~77.75 Hu，平均值为42.08 Hu。两者CT值差异具有统计学意义。 结论 通过死后CT检查的方法，观察和测量水中尸体上颌窦积液的形态及CT值，可作为溺死诊断的辅助检查手段。.法医病理学；溺死；计算机体层成像；上颌窦；积液.

The concept of precancerous lesions was first proposed in 1948. With the progress of animal models, genetic analysis, clinical pathology, and imaging studies, precancerous lesions have received much attention, and the reversion of precancerous lesions has also attracted widespread concern. Precancerous lesions are not cancers, nor are they early stages of cancer. They are qualitatively different from cancers; precancerous lesions are only a small part of them which may develop into cancer. 目的 评估艾曲泊帕治疗儿童原发免疫性血小板减少症（ITP）的疗效和不良反应。 方法 回顾性分析2015年5月至2019年3月接受艾曲泊帕治疗的23例儿童ITP患者临床资料。 结果 23例患者中，男11例，女12例，中位年龄11（2~17）岁。新诊断ITP 4例（17.39%），持续性ITP 8例（34.78%），慢性ITP 11例（47.83%）。艾曲泊帕中位起始剂量为25.0（12.5~50.0）mg/d。基线中位血小板计数为14（2~82）×109/L，治疗后第2周（23例）、第4周（23例）、第3个月（16例）、第6个月（11例）的中位血小板计数分别为40（4~170）×109/L、20（4~130）×109/L、60（4~110）×109/L、70（18~160）×109/L，均高于基线水平（z=-3.440，P=0.001；z=-1.964，P=0.049；z=-4.339，P0.05）。23例患者基线WHO出血评分0、1、2级分别有4、12、7例，治疗后分别为13、7、3例，出血症状得到明显改善（χ2=7.558，P=0.006）。治疗过程中发生转氨酶、胆红素增高各4例，轻度恶心、呕吐及头晕各1例，对治疗均未造成影响。 结论 艾曲泊帕作为二线用药治疗儿童ITP疗效及耐受性均较好。

目的 分析原发性血小板增多症（ET）患者基因突变谱及临床特征。 方法 对2009年2月1日至2018年11月1日收治的178例初诊ET患者进行回顾性分析。 结果 全部178例患者中，男89例，女89例，中位初诊年龄为49.5（3~86）岁。JAK2V617F基因突变频率为16.45%（1.67%~43.90%），CALR基因突变频率为40.00%（10.00%~49.15%），MPL基因突变频率为25.10%（25.00%~40.00%）。与CALR基因突变的患者相比，JAK2V617F基因突变患者具有较高的发病年龄（P=0.035）、初诊白细胞计数（P=0.040）、初诊血红蛋白浓度（P=0.001）和较低的初诊血小板计数（P=0.002）。47例（27.01%）患者诊断ET前发生血栓事件，3例（1.72%）诊断ET后发生血栓事件。多因素分析结果显示，年龄>60岁（P=0.013，OR=4.595，95%CI1.382~15.282）、心血管危险因素（P60岁（P=0.042，OR=4.045，95%CI1.053~15.534）是影响ET患者总生存时间的危险因素。年龄≤60岁、年龄>60岁患者的OS时间分别为（115.231±1.899）、（83.291±4.991）个月（χ2=6.406，P=0.011）。 结论 心血管危险因素、年龄>60岁为ET患者血栓事件的危险因素，CALR基因突变为血栓事件的保护性因素。年龄>60岁是影响ET患者总生存的危险因素。

The objectivity is a basic requirement for the measurements in the classical world, namely, different observers must reach a consensus on their measurement results, so that they believe that the object exists "objectively" since whoever measures it obtains the same result. We find that this simple requirement of objectivity indeed imposes an important constraint upon quantum measurements, i.e., if two or more observers could reach a consensus on their quantum measurement results, their measurement basis must be orthogonal vector sets. This naturally explains why quantum measurements are based on orthogonal vector basis, which is proposed as one of the axioms in textbooks of quantum mechanics. Airflow disorder in inlet shafts and related crossheadings, caused by local natural ventilation pressure, is a complicated thermodynamic phenomenon. The conception of local natural ventilation pressure is proposed based on a simplified ventilation system. Airflow disorder principle is analyzed theoretically and verified by similar simulation experiment and in-situ study. Research results show that local natural ventilation pressure will form when average temperature difference or density difference of air-column exists among inlet shafts in an underground mine with exhaust ventilation. When changing in a large range, local natural ventilation pressure will cause airflow disorder in inlet shafts or related crossheadings. The research results have guiding significance for promoting the stability of ventilation system and improving the working environment of underground mines.

Reactions between dichloro-bridged copper(I) complexes and amides with different carbonyl substituents (CF3, CH3, and Ph) were reported. Two neutral Cu(I)-amido complexes, [Cu(Dppf)(MOAA)] (I) and [Cu(Dppf)(MOTFAA)] (II) (Dppf = 1,1'-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene, MOAA and MOTFAA = deprotonated N-(4-methoxyphenyl) acetamide and N-(4-methoxyphenyl) trifluoroacetamide, respectively), were synthesized in moderate to good yield and characterized by element analysis, 1H NMR and X-ray crystallography method (СIF file CCDC no. 1015222 (I)). The results showed that the production of Cu(I)- amido complxes were influenced by carbonyl substituent in the order of Ph > CF3 > CH3. The substituent effect also appeared in the N-arylation reactions of I and II with iodobenzene, which generated another copper(I) complex Cu(Dppf)I (III) and two amides products [N-methyl-N-(4-methoxyphenyl) acetamide] (А) and [N-methyl-N-(4-methoxyphenyl) trifluoroacetamide] (B) in different yield. The formation and transformation of the Cu(I)-amido complexes could indicate their dynamiccompetency as the intermediates of Goldberg reaction.

A new brain-cell line, EMB, was developed from kelp grouper Epinephelus moara, a cultured marine fish. The EMB cells were subcultured for more than 60 passages. The cells were cultured in Leibovitz's L-15 medium (L15) supplemented with antibiotics, foetal bovine serum (FBS), 2-mercaptoethanol (2-ME) and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF). The cells could grow at 18-30° C, with the maximum growth between 24 and 30° C. The optimum FBS concentration for the cells growth ranged between 15 and 20%. Chromosome analysis indicated that the modal chromosome number was 48 in the cells at passage 45. After being transfected with pEGFP-N3 plasmid, the cells could successfully express green fluorescence protein (GFP), implying that this cell line can be used for transgenic studies. A significant cytopathic effect (CPE) was observed in the cells after infection with Singapore grouper iridovirus (SGIV) or red spotted grouper nervous necrosis virus (RGNNV) and the viral replication was confirmed by quantitative real-time PCR (qrt-PCR) assay, which suggested EMB's application potential for studies of SGIV and RGNNV.

Gastric cancer is common, with a high mortality rate. Billroth I (B-I), Billroth II (B-II), and Roux-en-Y (R-Y) are the major reconstruction procedures after distal gastrectomy. In our study, we aimed to evaluate the functional recovery following the B-I, B-II, and R-Y reconstructions through a network meta-analysis.PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane Library databases were searched until April 2018. From the included studies, first oral-intake time, early complications, endoscopic finding, quality of life (QoL), and body weight changes were extracted as the short- and long-term outcomes of reconstructions. The network meta-analysis was performed with R 3.4.2 software as well as "gemtc" and "forestplot" packages.Our work included a total of 26 articles involving 6212 patients with gastric cancer. Network meta-analysis revealed that R-Y reconstruction has a lower risk and degree of residual gastritis and bile reflex than B-I and B-II reconstructions. However, no differences in first oral-intake time, complications, risk of reflux esophagitis, and residual food, QoL, and body weight changes existed among the three reconstructions.R-Y may be the appropriate reconstruction procedure after distal gastrectomy based on postoperative functional recovery. However, more reports with a large sample size are warranted to investigate its long-term outcomes.
